Can I ask why you dislike Karlie so much? I’m not trying to make a case for her, I just want to know what I’m missing. Still very new to the TS fandom.

Basically, Taylor thought Karlie was her best friend, but it turns out she was actually a fake-ass clout-chaser who was telling Taylor’s personal / business information to Scooter Braun, who happens to be Karlie’s manager, which helped result in Scooter buying Taylor’s masters out from under her. She lied and committed the ultimate betrayal

It was a slow realisation.

Date nights used to be hot and steamy. Now you sit staring at a plate you’ve barely taken a bite out of. The atmosphere of the restaurant doesn’t match the aura that surrounds you and Draco; only the nearly empty bottle of wine. So, when the dinner is cold and the chatter gets old. You ask for the tab.

Arguments are now loaded and frequent. The slamming of doors are more regular than sweet, tender scenes. It’s about times when you share a laughter with someone that isn’t him or that moment again he's insisting that friends look at each other like that. It worsens when the words of her sister come back in whispers that prove she was not in fact ‘just a friend’.

Your future used to be laid out and exciting. Both of your parents were extremely pleased when you made it official. Talks of strengthening the family line and how proud they were of the fact you and Draco are partners were never not present at family dinners or societal events.

Now the thought of whats to come haunt your nightmares. A marriage not lacking of life’s necessity but the needs of the soul, trying to stay for the kids, and sleepless nights when keeping it how it is will only break your hearts worse.

That old familiar body ache returns when your mind concludes what is best. The snaps from the same little breaks in your soul as you pack your belongings in luggage bags. You used to only have a drawer in his room but your possessions have grown over the years together. It’s difficult to discern what is solely yours and what is shared property. You leave behind what you are uncertain about and what you are certain will torment your being.
