So uh, I personally find it really interesting how some infected enemies in hollow knight just casually go after their own nature telling them to flee/hide and instead following ghost or being mostly passive to them

[One example is the mossfly who literally follows ghost while it should normally flee from danger]

I know it's silly but I like to headcanon that due to some of these enemies usually avoiding danger out of fear, they're only aggressive with others of their same species due to a messed up sense of familiarity

While barely interacting with Ghost since they can't tell if they're a threat or not
