Ok this might be an unpopular opinion but someones gotta say it...

Cassandra is a better Casey Jones than Casey Jr

Ive gotta be honest... i think casey jr is a kinda mid and i dont particularly think all the fanfare about him is warranted LOL

I want to note real quick that i dont DISLIKE him! He is a good character who only got as much development that a 2 hour movie could give him, and he filled and satisfied the role he needed to play in the movie, but the way the fandom latched onto him over the og casey... kinda makes me raise a brow

(Essay/rant about the prioritization of casey jr vs og casey under the cut :P)

Fandom spaces love a traumatized boy from the future, and believe me i do too! But the amount of attention given to casey jr after being revealed as casey is a wild amount compared to the amount of attention the original casey gets. Maybe its just me getting into rottmnt after the movie aired, but this seems a little baised?

Not only that, but the amount of... idk the best way i can think to describe it is infantilization of casey jrs character isnt helping my opinion of him. It feels like most content surrounding him babify him and reduce him only to his trauma post movie. I understand that it can be interesting to explore his trauma now that he no longer lives in the literal apocalypse, but it feels strange to see him reduced to someone who cant get around on his own and lives with the turtles when the original pitch for the movies ending has him leave to explore the world, which i feel is very appropriate for him and wish they had kept it in

In the movie when april shows us where the og casey has been and what shes been doing throughout the film, it tells us that casey is friends april which in theory, shouldve also shown us that she and the turtles are friends to some degree as well and should already have her place established within the group as this generations casey jones

However the final shot of the movie is a group shot of the family+casey jr, which subtlety implies that he's the new casey instead, and that this is the main cast moving forward (should it move forward *sob*). While both caseys being considered in the main cast could be true, it does strike me as a little odd that this was the final direction the rot team decided on for the official ending versus the scrapped ending, especially because it complicates the pre-established canon. It wouldve been one thing if our og casey was a different character, but that isnt the case.. y... (<_<)

Casey jr is an interesting character though! And i can understand why he appeals to fans, especially as his character post movie is fun to expand on aswell as developing his past involved with future versions of the main5, but one (me lol) could argue that the og casey is just as interesting of a character to delve into as she was involved, when you boil it down, a cult most of her life, and that concept, as well as the guilt she could hold for working with the foot and releasing the shredder, ontop of trying to befriend and gain the turtles and aprils trust are also intriguing concepts that could be explored, yet finding content that mentions her at all beyond her relation to casey jr is scarce

It feels as though shes been reduced to a background character within the fandom despite being a reoccuring character for the entire show.

For the two seasons of rottmnt that we did get, we are shown just what kind of character casey is and her possible dynamics with the turtles+april. Shes passionate and powerful and beyond determined to prove her worth and reach her goals. Shes also playful and reckless, a side that fits well with the main cast and their humor and, if the show was given more time, couldve developed naturally as the newest addition to the family as most caseys are. I could also argue that her characterization fits that of previous caseys more than casey jrs does (though i will admit that considering the plot of the movie, i cant positively say what hed be like outside of life or death scenarios, but i also cant imagine hes going to make a 180 in personality without it feeling jarring and ooc)

Now, i wont ignore the fact that her arc was cut horribly short and her involvement in the movie was quite literally a brief mention, both of which definitely play into how under appreciated she is. But at the same time it almost feels like everyone, including the show runners, have willingly pushed her aside for this new boy version to fill the role of casey jones. Hell, even when you look up rottmnt casey jones, cassandra barely shows up. Its casey jr which further proves my point

Idk, TLDR im pretty disappointed that despite being a consistent character for the entire show, no one seems to write or acknowledge her and if she is mentioned, its only relevant to push forward casey jrs character development or a brief cameo. As much as i do love casey jr (i can feel like hes mid and i can like him!) it seems like most people forget about the original casey, or favor casey jr in her place and she deserves more love and credit than shes given!

Finally after being stumped on a name for so long, the LeshyCat children concept is here, first, of course, some info on the parents :)

(Btw im not a native english speaker)

If you have any questions about them or my other headcanons feel free to ask too!

How they met: Due to his injuries making it extremely difficult for him to adjust to his new life in the cult (let alone how he would now have to learn how to live with a mortal body again) on his own, the Yellow Cat (who i will be referring to as "Amare" from now on) was assigned as his caretaker to help him deal with the necessities that came with being a mortal again (sleep, water, physical activities and so on) on top of the problems that came with his injury. While Leshy at first felt insulted by this treatment (the whole "i was a god i can do this without the help of some mortal yada yada" thing), he soon realized it was for the better (while also realizing his feelings for Amare :3).

Leshy: Freed from Purgatory in the cult around 100-ish years after his death and 15 years after Narinder was overthrown by The Lamb. All his high priests and his witness (Amdusias, Valefar, Barbatos and Agares) had passed away before his arrival, making the former and current gods of death the only "familiar" figures in the cult (they both changed so much after their last encounters), although he still avoided both of them most of the time (Narinder because of his conflicting thoughts about the older brother, and The Lamb somewhat out of anger at them but mostly fear due to how traumatic Purgatory was for him), but dont worry they eventually made amends along with the rest of the bishops :). Also became friends with bat follower but she isnt relevant for this post

Amare (the Yellow Cat): Rescued from being sacrificed to the dead bishop of chaos in Darkwood after followers of the Old Faith killed everyone else from his village, works as a farmer in the cult. He was the only follower (aside from the first five followers of the cult, who are kept alive and act as advisors and friends for The Lamb) that knew of Leshy's past as an bishop, and though he still held resentment for the former god, The Lamb's seeming disposition to forgive him made the cat consider doing the same for him, volunteering to be his caretaker. Once their relationship was made official, he was given a golden skull necklace to ensure the two could stay by each other's side for eternity.

Now for the children hehe

They are twins (as ive mentioned in my other posts), a daughter named Camellia (Amare chose the name) and a son named (drumroll please im so proud of this name) Havoc! (Name chosen by Leshy of course).

They both have green moss-like fur from Leshy, and the head shape of a cat from Amare, but other than that their bodies are very distinct due to inheriting different parts from their parents

Havoc: His limbs and tail, as well as his longer whiskers, are from Amare, giving him a silhouette very similar to a cat, aside from the antler-like branches he got from Leshy, he also has two sets of eyes like Leshy used to have once, ironically though, he has rather poor eyesight, needing glasses to see things that are a bit too far. Despite his name he is actually pretty calm and enjoys the peacefulness of the cult, though this doesnt mean he is opposed to some occasional mischief, specially with his sister. Wants to help with teaching when he becomes of age (also im thinking about the idea of having him figure himself out as transfem but thats for another time)

Camellia: her limbs and tail, being from Leshy, are quite a bit longer and thicker than her brother's, giving her a broader and taller silhouette, as well as making her quite a bit stronger physically, she also has only one set of eyes and shorter whiskers than her brother, as well as no branch antlers. Is a very active person, playing with other kids and sometimes helping adults with tasks that wouldnt risk injuring her (most of the time they dont let her though). Also loves doing pranks and other forms of tomfoolery around the cult along with her brother. She is also very protective of him, getting into multiple fights with kids (and a drunk adult one time) who pick on him (aka bullies). Wants to follow her parent's job of farming when she comes of age.

this really took me a lot longer than the first half, since the first was more spontaneous! but i had a lot of fun with these!

design details/thoughts below the cut

rantaro: - amami was actually a little hard for me-- it was difficult to find a balance of his casual but mysterious nature while also hinting to his true talent as the ult adventurer. - i gave him a ponytail, because i think it looks cute, and makes him look more active! as well as the heavy-duty boots that are good for walking long distances and rough terrain - his blue shirt is now a tank top, but i put a summer-uniform button up on top to show that he’s still a high school student.

gonta: - i gave him a ponytail, because why not! i put little stray leaves in his hair, to show that he’s a very active boy who isn’t afraid to get a little dirty in mud and twigs and leaves. the braid and ponytail he has in his hair is held together by a little vine acting as a hairband. - i took away his blazer and gave him a vest, rolled up the sleeves to his elbows, because once again hes not afraid to get his hands dirtied, but he’s still a gentleman, and gentleman keep their clothes clean. which ties into... - the shorts! i mostly gave gonta shorts because i think he’d prefer them over slacks, puts more versatility and activity into his design

angie: - ANGIE. to understand her redesign, you have to understand that i’ve completely thrown away her racist backstory of “quirky island girl is part of a cult and is a scary manipulative religious cult leader” LMAO. thats all gone, and has been replaced with... well, im not gonna give too much away, but she’s now officially a Christian of very strong faith, but her entire personality isnt “CRAZY AND EVIL RELIGIOUS GIRL” - i decided to give her the appearance of a gentle, good-natured girl. the white pearls she wears around her neck and ankle signifies her innocent side, side by side with the more handmade jewelry of the shell necklace and bracelet. she’s also wearing a promise ring, to show she’s made an oath to show commitment to her faith in God - i added more blue and LESS yellow to her design. her canon yellow coat isnt bad design really, but i kinda find it ugly anyway. now its replaced with a loose and flowy yellow blouse. i shortened her pigtails because ... i dont know, it feels like too many girls in V3 have long pigtails (maki, tenko, angie) so i gave her cute little ones

tenko: - i kept the general SHAPE of her shirt, i removed the seifuku elements entirely to make it appear like it’s an overlaying uniform-shirt that she can quickly get on and off. dont worry though, she’s wearing a sports tank top underneath. and of course, i gave her pants practical for martial arts but kept the frilly element from her skirt - rolled up her sleeves because she deserves to show off her toned arms to the ladies as well as just flex (literally and figuratively) on anyone who looks at her - once again, i was bored of all the pigtails in V3, so tenko gets a loopy ponytail now - as cute as i think tenko’s pinwheel is, it’s also just kind of stupid looking and i dont get how it works, so it’s more of a patterned green ribbon/cloth thats holding up her ponytail

hoshi: - i took one look at hoshi and thought “hooooooow am i gonna start with you” but i think he came out pretty good. i basically made him MORE of a catboy than he is in canon, which i think he’d like - his hair is visible, and they purposefully resemble the face tufts of a fluffy cat. meow! - got rid of the fullbody blue/black prison onesie in favor of giving him some baggy pants and a vest with the little puff balls! i really increased his catboy factor in almost every aspect - changed his face because i dont really enjoy his dead fish eyes. instead i gave him dead cat eyes. youre welcome

kiibo: - kiibo was the last one i designed because he was a huge challenge for me-- i dont really have experience in drawing robotic characters with lots of detail, genuinely i hate his canon design he literally looks like a lego guy, his torso is a stack of nonsensical geometric shapes. theres no rhyme or reason, hes not FUN to draw. so i made him fun to draw - i started by giving him lighter colors so his entire body didnt blend in with each other because its 100% black. he has bluer, metallic accents and generally more variation in the metal on his body. - his bottom half isn’t fully-complete, as in its not like he has actual legs-- the metal on his legs is just armor, and underneath is a black exoskeleton. this is why hes so weak and unable to carry heavy objects or people. his foundation isnt solidified.

tsumugi: - tsumugi, tsumugi, tsumugi... yeah, i like her canon design. but wow, danganronpa character designers are obsessed with generic high shool uniforms. i wanted to make tsumugis outfit feel like she grabbed it out of her closet. it showcases just how “plain” she thinks she is - added more orange into her palette, just a splash here and there to give her more variety, since shes mainly just blue and white in canon - ONCE WE GET TO HER HANDS, however, is where her personality and passions shine through. she wears a bracelet pin cushion because she’s always prepared, and on her other hand she has an artist glove, because she obviously draws too, and likely designs her cosplans on paper before getting into it. i also gave her colorful finger reminders (based off jade harley) because she always has so much going on in her mind, so much she wants to talk about, she puts little reminders for herself to bring them up later. - she wants to be sayaka 2.0 so bad it makes her look stupid

kirumi: - yeah, she stumped me for a while. to be honest, i dont like maid outfits that much, so it took me a long time to even *want* to think of a redesign for her... - and then i remembered, she can easily just wear a butler uniform. i think it suits her VERY well, she’s quite handsome! and i think tsumugi would make endless kuroshitsuji references bc of her - the spider pattern on the inside of her coat is there in place of the web that was just kind of... slapped onto her dress twice without much fanfare - its a small change, but i also made her hair look less.. uneven, and more well-kept. her bangs being longer than the back of her hair always bothered me - she had the same issue as kiibo IMO where she looked too plain and too black and white, it made her blend into the background for me. its not like oumas black-and-white where it serves a thematic+narrative purpose.

Thoughts under cut about ep 1:

I love the explanation is just "oh yeah cara dune got a promotion off planet shes not here to help". And how Karga clearly wants to give the pirates a chance to not be dickbags, but still exterts his power by force and din so fucking smoothly backing him up.

Dad energy is too strong. Doesnt question when Grogu comes to cuddle meaning this absolutely is a common thing. How he gently explains ship mechanics to him as theyre flying and how when they get attacked Grogu doesnt panic beacuse Din doesn't. How easily Dins like "sorry hes young" like thats his son "hes a baby so dont get mad at him".

How even after realizing IG-11 has defaulted to his original programming, Dins still like "no hes a friend its not his fault his orignal programming is garbage". The entire exhange of Karga and Din and the fact that not only did Din clearly crawl into a tiny hole and is sitting cramped inside, but Karga is just kneeling on the fucking ground trying to translate.

Also Bo Katan youre fucking attitude like one? Yeah its almost like the loyalty from your fellow Mandalorians isnt because they believe in you as a person its because you promised too many big promises. And how she clearly knows the damage to Mandalore but she doesn't respect Din enough to keep her story straight and still pretends like hes in a cult.

When that cult is clearly dedicated to each other, actively puts themselves into harms way to protect each other, works together to fight, and even after telling Din twice hes not a Mandalorian anymore, the armouer still unquestioningly repsects that Dins quest for transgression might be possible when he shows the glass, and doesn't fight him. Just agrees This Is The Way. He does this, he's one of them and she doesnt resist it.

Also Bo Katan blaming Dins people when shes literally a fucking war criminal who helped pave the way on BOTH SIDES in the destruction of Mandalore. Like she just insults Din, calls him a fool and refuses to help in any way because shes still mad he has the darksaber and not her. Bitch that attitude better smarten up cus Din has no patience for his disrespect.

Especially after working with Boba Fett, who also has a vastly different view on their own status of what Mandalorians are? How despite their differences in view, they never hesitated to work together and were a seamless team in battle beacuse they both respect and honour the other. Din wants her help because she knows Mandalore but he is not interested in engaging in this weird psuedo petty bigotry she has against him and his kind.

Also Karga not even asking why hes there just sees Din and starts going "look i picked out a place for you and the kid to live already heres a job"

Anyways this season started off with a bang of "yeah their father and son officially and now that Grogu chose to stay with him hes in full dad mode".

Thought I'd post something from my other page on here.

For reference: it's a story about being kidnapped into a cult and I end up finding my best friend who I met over Xbox gaming. The cult expects new recruits to pair up and help grow the cult. Beads is how they pair you. You pick beads and bond and if you don't make a specific bond you chose beads next day. But Jake aka Ryder kept choosing a necklace that didn't have a pair.

Okay so here's a small excerpt:

I see the scowl plastered across his face when his usual necklace isn't in the set. I get up and go over to the girl holding them.

"What color did he pick?" I ask softly.

Her eyes dart to him and she quickly hands me a set of jasper beads, moving on to the next person.

I slowly walk over to him, and stand there awkwardly for a minute, wrapping my arm around my middle.

I see the officiators staring over at us, his lack of acknowledging me is started to become frustrating.

"Your name is Jake right?"

He side eyes me.

"Look I don't plan to pair up so just go grab another necklace." He spits.

I move closer to him and see his body tense up. I sit criss cross in front of him and grab his necklace, comparing it to mine.

"You know, I asked the girl which one you picked." I say softly.

He leans back on his palms and I see his eyes flick down my body.

"Why?"

I think for a second. "Which area did you come from?"

"Up North"

I nod slowly, feeling my chest and arms tinger with the new information that pushes me further towards my suspicions.

"Times up!" Calls the official.

My hand shakes as I hand him back his necklace.

I stand up to walk back to my area.

"Where were you?"

I look back at him, our eyes meet.

"South East"

I see the slight movement of his eyebrows, almost undiscernable.

I feel a hand on my back as they grab my necklace.

NEXT DAY

I stare at the choices in front of me and realize that I dont really care which one I get. I grab blindly and let it drop in front of me. Laying my back against the ground, I feel a tear roll down the side of my face. I hear someone approach me and I turn slightly away from them. They stand there for a minute, before quickly getting annoyed at my lack of interest. He clears his throat and before I can process who it is, he moves quickly. He drops to one knee in between my legs and jerks me upward so that my chest is flush with his shoulder. I feel his breath on my neck.

"Now I know why you wanted my necklace." He says in a hushed tone. "Use your words next time Cayde."

My eyes widen and he moves to clip the necklace around my neck, lingering there. "If we want to get out of here we're gonna have to play their little game."

He sits down beside me, pulling me into his lap, locking his arms around me. I quickly pick up my necklace off the floor and clip it around his neck.

"I wasn't sure it was you." I say, realizing my whole body is shaking.

"Should've asked."

I roll my eyes, "oh yeah, because going up to someone and being like, hey are you Ryder, my long distance best friend?, Isnt suspicious at all."

I feel eyes on me, knowing that the officials are staring at us.

"Can you quit acting like you're scared of me?"

I lean back and look up at him, confusion written across my face.

His eyes widen as a silent message and he quickly squeezes his arms around me.

"Oh" I squeak.

I wrap my arms around his neck and thread one of my hands through his hair. Heavy footsteps behind me cause me to hold my breath. Almost like he can sense my anxiety, he reaches up and pushes my head into his neck, holding my there.

"Ah, I see you've finally come around Mr. Ryder, you sure that's the one you want?"

I feel his jaw clench.

"Positive." He growls.

Don't come at me you guys bc it's still a super rough draft.

that i do !

im not entirely sure what kind of podcast you'd be interested in but i'll throw out a few of the goodies in my huge library of stuff , i'll miss out a few of the HUGE podcasts that have been all over tumblr though

a LOT of it is true crime or human interest stuff , or history because im nerd ,, and a few of these dont have nearly enough attention so [shrug] i'll try to keep this short i guess lol this isnt EVERYTHING ive got in my library or listened series' by any measure

i AM gonna pop a shout to both Stuff You Missed in History Class and Stuff You Should Know from iHeartRadio because their HUGE archives have kept me from losing my mind many times over , and they cover a wide range of both important and wacky topics

BomBARDed (ongoing) this is the only fiction podcast i have happening right now really but its DAMN GOOD ONE .... it's an actual-play D&D 5E podcast in the DMs own musically-inspired world, focussed on a group of multiclass bards going to music school !! and all players (+DM) are members of the Texas band Lindby !! and they actually use and play music in the show with one original song an episode !! Kyle's worldbuilding and storycraft are truly incredible, and (Nick) Goodrich, (also Nick) Spurrier, and Ali's characters are in depth and interesting as well as an absolute powerhouse :') i actually made a piece for its first fanzine, Bardic Dreaming, which published earlier this year and is free to view now, all the players and the community are super wholesome its just very good overall 💙

History & Humans;

Fall of Civilisations (ongoing) legit one of my favourite podcast finds, im so glad my youtube autoplayed one of these ... it took me like 2 hours to realise it was 1) not the same as what was playing before and 2) had been on for 2 hours and wasnt near finished lmao. anyway, this is a series by historical fiction writer Paul Cooper, and is honest to all thats good one of the best documentary series ive encountered in years - and ive consumed a LOT of documentaries. it covered the downfall of various civilisations through history, and the episodes run from an hour to FOUR hours depending on the topic. its so chill to listen to and just get done, but over the pandemic all of the episodes have been given full movie-quality video versions too on youtube if youre more of a visual person.

Casting Lots: A Survival Cannibalism Podcast (on series break) yeah that says that lol ... its a SUPER niche topic but its very interesting and treated very well despite being kind of comical at times, the hosts are just naturally funny lol ... it delves around from the history of cannibalism in whole regions to specific incidents as recently as the 1970s, and of course the first episode is about the Donner Party, and it covers things ive never heard of despite being kind of important ?? anyway Alix and Carmella are good eggs

Sawbones (ongoing) i probably dont need to mention much here other than say that Justin and Sydnee saved me from being SO BORED sooo often, the history of medicine is wacky as hell and its what most of my history GCSE was on so [shrugs]

Cautionary Tales (on series break) this was a wild-card find lol ... it's by Tim Harford "the undercover economist" who writes for the Financial Times, and its topics kind of weave modern topics and science with how to learn from historical errors ... its a bit weird but well worth a go, also each series has a few celebrity guest voice actors which is pretty awesome

Ephemeral (ongoing) this is a very strange but thought provoking series about sounds and other things just barely saved. topics include the last castrato, the hello girls, hand-stamped records, the spread of kīkā kila music, and acoustic fossils of wild places.

Neat! The Boozecast (ongoing) history and bartending whats not to like lol ... hosted by Teylor Smirl and now their dad Tommy, they're just digging around in how important booze is to human culture

True Crime (white collar and weirdness);

Swindled (ongoing) this is an amazing show full stop. A Concerned Citizen details some of the most impactful and unruly things to happen in white collar and corporate crime. very factually accurate but given the sheer bullshit of the topics the deadpan snarking is [chefs kiss] absolutely warranted ..

American Scandal (on series break) this one is a series within a series type, and spends a few episodes at a time poking holes in some of America's biggest scandals, from a dramatised but fact-based point of view. such as what the hell was going on with Enron, how big tobacco was forced to own up to covering its own ass, how Iran-Contra happened, etc. it also now has a sister show called British Scandal, which does the same thing for British cases but with a slightly different format.

Missing in Alaska (finished) this was a fascinating series, a deep dive into what happened to two US government officials who disappeared on a small chartered flight in Alaska in 1972. it goes some really strange places, but it actually turned up a lot of previously unknown information through the audience. John Walczak's new series in a new feed is Missing on 9/11 which looks into what happened to Dr Sneha Philip.

Pretend (ongoing) Host Javier Leiva holds interviews with anyone living a lie, or who have been touched by them. con artists, snake oil salesmen, former cult members, catfishing victims, anyone and everyone.

Canadian True Crime (ongoing) Canadian crime from an Aussie who's lived there for a decade, Kristi is again a sensitive and measured host covering some important topics

Hitman (finished) journalist Jasmyn Morris digs around in the sticky tangle around a book published by fringe publisher Paladin Press, and its apparent use as a blueprint in the killing of a mother, her friend and her 8 year old boy for financial gain.

Camp Hell: Anneewakee (ongoing) this series is exploring how a wilderness camp "correctional facility" was endorsed by the Georgia care and juvenile reform system, despite widespread abuses and shady practices the whole time. warning for csa and child cruelty throughout.

True Crime Bullshit (on series break) this one is a huge huge rabbithole but a very interesting one where the host Josh Hallmark has spent years digging into the life and potential crimes of Israel Keyes. Keyes is often mentioned as a serial killer with no pattern, but in picking it apart thats not quite true, and has sparked some re-evaluations of missing persons cases and stumbling upon information the FBI has redacted organically. there's also a series in the middle looking into the crimes of Kelly Cochran

Forgotten: Women of Juárez (finished) this series looks into the huge numbers of missing women of Ciudad Juárez, the strange circumstances surrounding them, and the potential cover-ups and corruptions on both sides of the border, trying to give a voice to all of the forgotten women and girls and their families without answers. the series itself is finished, but a spanish language edition is being released every week now.

Alright. I am beating a dead horse here but taking time off of this show and fandom did not work. This will be the last time I ever say something about it but it’s upsetting to me so I need to vent. And to everyone saying “You are an adult man and this is fiction, why are you so obsessed? Weirdo. Learn to differentiate between fiction and reality.” I am going to address these notions as well as other problems I am having here. But really, Inuyasha was one of my first Anime, I have many dear memories and especially Rin was one of my all time favourite characters. Seeing her being mistreated like this upsets me. Ofc it does because if you watch something in formative years it’s not just fiction like a boring sitcom you watch now. Shows and characters are important to people and to simply dismiss it like that even if they would have been equally upset if it wouldnt have become canon, is infuriating. Really this is just therapeutic for me because even after weeks it’s still so baffling to me. Also please excuse the grammar and spelling mistakes. I am not a native speaker.

So the problem is obviously Sessrin and how it’s done because while I absolutely dont agree with this pairing, it would have been fine if it wasnt like it is.

In the original show, Rin is an 8 yo child and her entire character reflects just that. She behaves like a child and depends on others. She has also been traumatized, doesnt speak at the beginning of the show and dies twice. Both times she is saved by or because of Sesshomaru. In many ways, while she has survival skills on her own, she depends on his presence alone to keep danger away. He also leaves her with trustworthy humans at the end but stays in her life as a protector. Now I like the original dynamic. It’s sweet, innocent and both characters grow because of it. Rin can work through her traumatic experiences, learns to trust others and Sesshomaru becomes a better person. What happens afterwards only happens offscreen right until Rin gives birth to his children at the crippling old age of 15. 15. My lil sis is 16 now and couldnt consent to something like that. And she is mature af. It’s ridiculous. My blood boils just typing that shit out. And if you give me the ‘it’s legal in Japan’ excuse. In Germany a 14 yo can be with a 20 yo sexually. Still not okay in societies eyes and on tv it’s never shown as something positive. It’s even explicitly forbidden for authority figures like teachers or protectors to be with their protégé before the age of 18 because the chances of even unintentional grooming are too high.

Now lets take a quick break and discuss how this kind of relationship usually plays out in other fictional pieces. A minor with an adult is something that is being portrayed at times and I dont have a problem with that. The problem is how it’s being done in Yashahime. And I dont mean the nonexisting character development but the fact that even in adult fiction this type of relationship isnt depicted positively. And this show is for young adults and teens that will exist way after all the discourse as the official sequel to Inuyasha. A cult anime. Meaning that in the future young people will watch it. Just like many still watch Inuyasha to this day. It’s on Netflix for fucks sake. Just to preface what comes next. Some people say, “But cant you differentiate between reality and fiction?!?!?!” Adults can but younger people havent developed this ability to the same extent. What happened to Rin was statutory r*pe in the USA, illegal even in Germany and should have been depicted as such unless the showrunners and fandom are okay with watching it without criticism or deconstruction. At best it was done with the intention to please the fanbase but really it’s neglectful to anyother part of the present and future audience. Not even most Animes do that. And I get that Sessriners arent into that shit in real life and an adult show could have gone this route because the viewers understand and add the criticism in their heads. Not ideal but whatever to me. But a YA show to go this route is so wrong on so many levels. The younger viewer who will watch this show in the following years might subconsciously internalize that this is acceptable under certain conditions when it’s not criticized properly on the show. That lowers their alertness when an adult actually starts to groom them. How dense do you have to be to assume that the lack of criticism on this YA show is a good thing?? Not everyone who will ever watch this show is an adult or capable of the same reasoning.

But another thing: for the same reason r*pe isnt depicted in a positive light, these types of relationships arent either. Because it’s not a positive thing and most people and showrunners dont want to see or create it as positive. Even in adult fiction, even in other anime, the media critizes and deconstructs what it’s showing because normally the showmakers dont approve but show it for realisitc or dramatic reasons. the same sessrin storyline would fit a fucking horror or thriller series. Just change the music and show it all. No showmakers in their right mind would go “Aye we got a r*pe scene coming up, lets put romantic music and have a pink filter over it.” “But it’s a different time and culture!” People will say and I agree but to have the audacity to assume that back then it was okay or that in todays Japan it’s okay, is fucked up. Think about it for a second. That’s so fucked up to think. Even if the society back then or in Japan thinks it’s okay, does it make it okay? 15 yo girls werent able to consent to adults and bear their children back then. They had to. They were raised with the expectations and they simply grew up thinking that it was the normal thing. But that doesnt make it right. That’s just societal grooming which did not prepare them in any way or allowed them the human dignity that they would have deserved. To now act like it’s all cool to just show the “positive” aspects or to twist it into something positive is so fucked up. Child Brides are a fucked up concept and to portray it as anything else is fucked up and also undermines the experience many girls still have to make. period.

I heard people say that it’s okay to portray it in this way because “Sesshomaru is not human!!!1″ and that’s correct. He is not. BUT, it’s not about being human but about maturity, consens, and independency. Him being a yokai makes it worse imo because there is an obvious power discrepancy. But in this particular fiction a good relationship could have been established (Kagome and Inuyasha for example) on those foundations but they did not because I can only assume they wanted Sesshomaru to smash and the show to pick up at a point where the other characters arent too old to be cool.

“What’s with Sango and Miroku, Kagome and Inuyasha?? It’s the same!” No it’s not. Rin was 8 at the beginning of the show. Kagome was 15 and Sango was 16-17 when they met their significant others. If you now tell me that you think 8 to be comparable to 15-17, I must ask you to get a reality check. Kagome’s and Sango’s relationships were slowburns starting when they already were able to have sexual and romantical feelings. Rin was a child. And Kagome did not kiss Inuyasha until they knew each other for a long ass period of time and bonded as friends and maybe more. Sesshomaru and Rin never were friends in the same way that Kagome and Inuyasha were because the maturity levels are way off. No adult is friends with a little child in the same way they are friends with their adult friends. And normally you dont grow into such a friendship but in the rare case you do, it’s not when she is 15 but maybe 20 or 25.

Last but not least, Rin is not a character to the audience the same way Kagome or Sango are. Why? Because she was never shown as an adult or 3 Dimensional character to the audience. We know her as a child who wants to be with her trusted group. She is naive, but tough and doesnt have any motivation or drive on her own outside her group. Like every child she clung to the adults around her and her world outside of this group was nonexisting. Kagome wanted to be successful in school, Sango was a demon hunter and wanted to find her brother. Those are motivations and traits that dont circle around the love interest. Rin never had those because she was not developed to that point. Because she was a child and her entire existence was to develop Sesshomaru and to perhaps give the viewer a character to simply adore. What we see is of her: Mistreated child, -> Dead child -> Child being looked after and healing, -> Child not being homeless anymore -> ????? -> Teenager getting knocked up, pumping out main characters and then getting yeeted into a tree.

This is not the way you treat a beloved character. There is no dignity to her character. “But she is fictional!!1″ Yes she is. But please show me a show that treats its child characters like this without criticizing it.

I would have loved to see her grow as her own person. Go on her own adventures or learning a craft or developing meaningful bonds with other characters her age. Forming ideas that dont revolve around Sesshomaru alone. You know her being 3 Dimentional and not just there to pump out main characters. And if she then with 20 or 25 met Sesshomaru again and thought he was the hottest shit, I would have been fine with it. Not happy but fine. But in the little time we saw her as ‘not a child’, she still behaved the way she did before.

5. RE: BJD Divaz

I’ve been a customer of BJD Divaz since they first started, when it was only run by Chart3rline. I even contacted other BJD companies trying to persuade them to work with Divaz as their US representative. Most declined because they didnt like D's commission fee, but I was able to persuade a few of them.

I asked them to purchase a doll off DOA because I couldnt afford the asking price, and while they did, I found out later that instead of agreeing to purchase the seller's price, they negotiated the price to be lower. This significantly cheaper price was not passed down to me. I paid the full price +the commission fee based on that full price. I am disappointed I was not told this. This is when I stopped viewing them as a "friend" and instead, as a business. I dont hold this against them, it’s context to what Im going to say later.

I’ve stopped purchasing from D after my recent order from them. This company usually takes 3 or less months to make a doll. I’ve ordered the doll from D and it took 11 months. They let me know it arrived to them in March and that it will be shipped soon, except it only shipped on July, and only after I sent them several "reminder" emails. Before people in the comments try to put the blame on me for not sending a reminder soon, please keep in mind that I acknowledged the email in March and confirmed everything and they keep stressing to not send them emails because they are busy, I’ve emailed once every month since. I’ve since switched to ACBJD and Ive been happy with communication and the dolls ordered. I imagine ACBJD gets the same amount of emails, but they dont berate their customers if they email more than once.

I regret when people wanted a D0llshe, but not deal with him, I always recommended D. I would warn people of ordering directly and instead go through D. They assured buyers they would be handling communication and all the efforts so they wouldnt worry, except they didn’t. A person that I’ve recommended D to, who surpassed 2 years, keeps messaging me for help because D wouldnt reply to their emails. She is respectful, sweet and a timid person, not a Karen. This person, emailed D without a reply so would email a week later, only to be told that their email would be pushed down to the bottom if emailed again. No response, so she goes to FB and IG, who both tell her to email because they arent the person running orders. Finally got a response that they would get their refund, after D0llshe sends D's payment, but minus the PP fees. 3 months later and theres no refund, only a promise of them getting it later. Why is the customer missing out on fees when they have no doll? Customer emails d0llshe and he says he cant offer refund, because they didn’t order through them, which is understandable, but when all options are out for a customer, do you blame them for chargebacks?

If anyone files a chargeback, D will be blacklisting them from every company they rep, as in blacklisting you from buying direct from those companies. I urge everyone who has negative experiences with D to email the companies they rep instead of venting on confession blogs, and writing your experiences on social media. Make it count and send letters to the companies they represent, and please provide proof because they will try to make you out to be a liar.

Speaking of, they made vague posts on cl0ver singing for charging paypal fees, and that they offer guarantees as an official dealer, except when offering refunds, to non delivered products I might add, they are keeping the fees, and offered no help with d0llshe, even before they ended their dealership with them. Someone on DOA was told to not email them unless the wait time surpassed 1.5 years. They are even so petty that they post screenshots with the full name and address (dox) of the customer on purpose and then delete it out a day later as if they just realized their "mistake".

Before you try to make excuses for them about the fires, keep in mind, I am dealing with a business. The lower price negotiation with the DOA sale, I am in no way obligated to give them a pass or treat them as a friend when they made it clear that our relationship is strictly business. Their issues, are not my issues. D0lk got dragged for not shipping in time, others, including artisans, got dragged for being so late with communication and sending back refunds for cancelled orders. Why does D get to be exempt?

The supporters are the worst part of this, because of instead of being honest so D can improve, they support them for being "real". For example, look how micemage words it, to make it seem like this criticism is from one person, when there are people on addicts who didn’t have good experience. Check the bjd dealers tag here, you will see the supporters in the comments going off on any and all criticism of D. Some have sane comments, but the majority are cult like and try to identify the person venting as if it’s one person. Addicts deletes threads with criticism asking people to instead direct it to their feedback group; which lets be honest, no one is going to do because its "not that bad", and most dont want to join a new group, which is mostly dead.

This is my first and last confession on D, I’ve emailed each company they rep and told them my experience as well as contacting the 3 month wait company, with screenshots of my order, how they handled it, and the excuse they used to put blame on the company for being so late (package arrived march to D, 4 months to be shipped is on D, not the company). I’m not using company or order details because I know they are petty enough to try to identify me and publicly shame me like they have to others. This and the threat of suing is why not many people like to go public with their experience. They just keep feedback neutral, move on and never deal with again.

6. Listen, I can't take you seriously in regards to BJD!vas because you're posting on a confession blog. If you were serious, you would have posted in buyer beware groups, DoA reviews or the board to get things resolved, or you would have made a complaint to the BBB. And your language makes you come off more as someone with an agenda rather than someone who is trying to warn people. If shipping is the issue, stop buying with standard shipping and pay the extra price for express shipping. I saw one of you complain that it sat with them for 20 days; that's probably because you're not the only one and they more than likely have a queue to check and then ship out. Do mistakes happen? Yes, because we're human. I've been in this hobby for a few years now and it seems like most people know you're going to have to wait, sometimes even outside the expected wait time. And shipping something as big as a doll is a timely endeavor. I shouldn't have to say that.

My point is simply to stop complaining on an confession board and either take it to the places previously mentioned. Posting here behind the anonymous mask makes you sound like a petulant child who didn't get their way right away.

7.My only issue with BJD Divaz is how I never get any updates. Every email, they tell me to join their facebook page for status updates. I dont have a FB and I dont want to create one. I bought my doll through their website, updates should be posted on their website, or they could send me an email. That isnt asking much.

8. Since there seems to be a lot of either "completely negative everything sucks" or "everything was sunshine and rainbows" confessions about bjd!vaz I thought I'd chime in with a neutral review.

PROS

-They were always polite and professional in their emails, and gave me very detailed answers to my questions.

-I got exactly what I ordered, so no mix ups or missing parts or anything like that.

-I think them being forthcoming about personal issues (only one person on staff, illness, the flooding isue etc.) on social media is good, since it keeps customers updated as to why there might be delays.

-If you live in the US their shipping is very reasonable.

CONS

-Reply times were varied. Sometimes it could take over a week, sometimes a couple hours.

-My order took about 10mo which, when comparing to other people who ordered through the same company around the same time, was about 3x as long as if I bought it direct and 2x as long if I had gone through a different dealer. I get some of the waiting time is out of their control, but it was kind of ridiculous.

-They dont necessarily ship the same day they send you a tracking number. I wish they said something like, "Here's your tracking number, our pickup is Xday so it should start moving after that" just so I could be aware.

All in all no major complaints. I got my doll and all that. Their lone employee is clearly overwhelmed. I hope they hire another person, if only to give the one a break.

Truthfully, I most likely won't buy through them again. I'd rather pay the international shipping and go direct, than deal with the extensive wait time. I'd still recommend them to someone looking for a very long layaway, though. I paid in full, but if I had a 12mo layaway I would've never known they weren't ready to ship my doll until month 10.

omg hello mysterious alnon!!!! oops sorry i mean anon haha.....i have NO idea who you are,,,,,,,but i guess i’ll just have to infodump about beau like this is a character intro post and not an anon answer :/// /j lets talk about (him)beau!!!

(please bare in mind he is v new and i am pantsing this novel so this is a lot of uh.....i THINK moments and just where i am w the development also this isnt a character intro post but im treating it like one except no coherency i am INFODUMPING!!!!)

so i still don’t have a very clear image of him in my head but i want to share this because i made the connection that this is how i see lorna, his mother, in my head when she was younger - around the time she would’ve been in the cult. she is such a warm character to me!!

so lorna was one of the first people to leave the cult, in 1968 (playing with the idea of a group of women leaving at the same time), but she also made sure that she had contacts still within the cult, which meant that people who left after her could contact her, essentially starting a chain which meant that there’s now a group of people that have left that stay in contact with one another (if they choose to). this was really important to her because she sees it as reclaiming the idea of community against the awful thing that brought them together in the first place. she is a queen! shes one of the first people felix visits after he leaves which we see in chapter 2, but i’m excited to see how her role develops further than that.

but onto her son!

beau was born into the cult on june 29, 1965. he’s a summer baby and this is relevant! because lorna got them out of there when he was so young, he has zero recollection of his time there. i think i want part of his arc to explore how he navigates his emotions with that and how they change because at the start, he feels very detached from it and doesn’t really think about it more than Oh So That’s A Thing and admiring his mom’s strength for getting out of that environment. but i think the more he talks to felix (more on that later :)), the more he’ll understand the weight of everything.

i think there’s a perception of beau that he’s had a relatively sheltered life, because of the life he has right now, which is far from the case. i think when it comes to the cult itself, there is an element of being sheltered, but that came from lorna protecting him and makes complete sense? but on a general level, he is definitely not sheltered.

we meet him in chapter two, when he’s 20 and currently studying psychology at college. at this point the novel is in felix’s pov (chapter one is in dorothy’s), and he plays a big role in felix’s arc (more on that later :)), and all of this backstory creates a very interesting dynamic between them. i didn’t intend for them to mirror each other, but felix sort of sees beau as a looking glass to the life he could have had and that is quite difficult for him to navigate. he feels this innate connection to him through them being born in the same place (lorna even has a photo of the two when they were toddlers) but at the same time beau is a complete stranger to him otherwise.

again, he is a new character and i’m pantsing this novel, but i think his arc will explore: queer pride, creating happiness, mental health and the importance of strong relationships

beau is THE sunshine oc. (felix is too but like, it’s hidden shh). he is SO lovely. truly a himbo. he’s super charismatic, loves making friends, very impulsive (or spontaneous, depends on how you look at it), often speaks before he thinks but ultimately has good intentions. he’s also super insightful and really good at emotional support conversations, like he tries really hard to understand what you’re saying the best of his ability - he’s super inspired by his moms loving nature and he wants to help others, but his arc isn’t defined by that. he is also so FUNNY, like i love writing this dude. dream man literally. of course, i want there to be more depth than that, and there definitely is, but this is where we are now and i LOVE him so far

but i have a feeling.....that the alnon wants to hear about him and felix. just a guess!

i really was like felix’s sexuality has nothing to do with his arc even if i don’t think he’s straight and then these two interacted ONCE and were really like no <3 i was doing a sprint with some people from atlas and their chemistry just Happened its like i didnt even know what was happening then i read back and was like

the snippet that ruined my life:

“Or, I mean, we don’t have to go straight there. Have you visited San Francisco before? I can give you the Beau exclusive tour.”

Felix grins and faces him. “The ‘Beau-exclusive tour?”

“Yeah! It’s the Beau tour because I know the best places in the city, not all the boring tourist places. I mean, they’re cool and all, but the secret places are cooler, you know? And it’s exclusive because you’ll be the first one to have taken it.”

“Then how do you know it’ll be a good tour?”

“Because I know I’d be the best tour guide possible.” Beau leans against the doorframe, grin electric. “You down?”

“Just to see if you’re the best tour guide possible.”

i want to make this clear now and ill be talking about this in the update, but church mud still is not a romance story. it never will be. i was very apprehensive about including this into the story because i feel like adding romance into stories that deal with heavy topics like mental health and trauma is a very delicate process and there are very fine lines on both sides of the portrayal (either having a romantic relationship work out or not). i also really don’t know how felix’s sexuality will play a role because his pov was not really set up for it, but i don’t want to just ignore it now that this is a thing? so we’ll see where that goes, again i’m pantsing this novel lol. essentially, this is a big part of felix’s arc, but its not the centre of it. the way i see it right now, is that this relationship wont be a straight forward “we become official and we are a couple and that is happy ending at the end of the book”, but these feelings will be explored and talked about out loud. i also want that exploration to be healthy regardless of that, because we love complex love narratives! i just want to be clear about this since the relationship does deal with two queer man and the last thing i want to do is promise something that the book won’t really give. ultimately, even if its not a traditional romance love story, the bottom line is these two will love each other deeply.

they have ruined my LIFE in the last day. i am so obsessed with them. like this wasn’t planned the chemistry and connection is just so ??? NATURAL???

like i said above, beau loves helping people but that won’t be his arc, and i’m very conscious about that here. like i dont want beau just to exist to help felix (especially with sexuality involved). when i say this is new, i literally figured this out yesterday so i’m just letting it go where it wants to go but PLEASE I AM SO OBSESSED

literally their first scene together is felix opening up about how he feels like people only see him as a broken ex cult member that needs to be fixed, and beau is like “then we won’t talk about that. besides, i want to know about felix.” i’m literally losing my MINDDDDD hes so cute

felix also tutors beau’s little half-brother, byron, in piano, so he’s gonna be at his house a lot 👁️👄👁️

im very conscious of this post getting super long and also i want to save some of the beaulix talk for when i write the actual update, so let me end this off with these two snippets because i need y’all to appreciate the parallels here:

“Mine’s June 29th. So, I’m like, a real summer baby. No wonder I love the beach and love San Francisco. I was born for it before I was even there.”

Felix is inclined to agree with that. Summers for Felix were never that special; sometimes it was cool evenings, ice cubes, spending the whole day outside; sometimes it was scorching sun and sweat and heat headaches. San Francisco summers sound more exciting; like beach days, heat haze, drunk afternoons. Beau must be summer, Felix thinks.

then we have:

“Seriously though, do you have a favourite?”

Felix has to think about that one. “I think I like spring,” he says. “I don’t hate when it’s cold, but I always liked when you could feel the air slowly warm up.”

Beau nods. “Spring is cute. You should see the city during the spring when all the flowers bloom – you’ll love it.”

haha get it.....beau is summer.......so we’ve established characters as their favourite seasons.......and then beau......beau says...........

in conclusion, we all love beau........and we love beau and felix......i am SO excited to see where his arc and where their relationship goes

All fucking hell I looked at this ask at almost midnight while trying to fall asleep and instead my head is swarming with Ideas for an entirely new axel x reader fic god damn it

I know modern witchcraft isnt really common knowledge for most people, although I did answer an ask that's was otto with a kitchen witch, I'm sure most of yall would need some clarification on the basics of witchcraft in order to understand.

Me myself am only a baby witch, I started learning because of quarantine so I have very limited knowledge that may or may not be entirely correct, but just know for now it's not satanic, we dont worship the devil, we are not evil automatically because we are a witch. Modern witchcraft has next to nothing to do with media portrayed witchcraft. We even spell the word magick with a k to signify that it is different from the make believe shit.

You dont have to believe in it, just be respectful. Concerning religions, witchcraft can be incorporated into literaly any religion ever (although wicca is, as I like to think of it, the one religion where witchcraft is basicaly its official form of practice put simply. Dont quote me on that tho, I hardly know anything that's just how I think of it) and you dont even have to use religion in it at all if you dont want to.

Theres many different ways to practice, and many different types of witches. Just know the labels arent gonna make or break your witchcraft career like the whole thing is very open. Theres a type of which (I dont remember right now) that is literaly a home brewed mix of whatever type of witchcraft you practice

Theres crystal witches, who use Crystal's,

Theres kitchen witches, as explained in the otto x kitchen witch ask, look through my Avellanaask hashtag to find it

Theres sea witches, who work with water and the ocean mostly I think,

Theres witches that specialize in like zodiac and asteonomy

Theres a lot, just know that. But you shouldent let the labels define witches just like you shouldent let race, gender, age, or religion define a human person. As I like to say, nothing is black and white. It's all a mixture of gray.

If you dont think this kind of reader fic is gonna be for you, that's totaly fine. Everyone has their own tastes. I'm gonna be mostly self portraying in it with my limited knowledge from my own witchcraft experiences. Not everything is gonna be completely accurate regarding witchcraft. This is gonna be a bumpy ride, but I wanna attempt it.

If you are still really confused on modern witchcraft but are interested in the fic, plz plz plz take the time to research about it. I wont be starting it till I finish Silent Love so you've got a while. Research is the backbone of witchcraft, since there isnt a set book or bible telling us about it and how it 'must' be done. I'd reccomend youtube searching a witchcraft series to get started. But DONT ONLY PULL FROM ONE SOURCE PLZ. I'll try and do my best to explain things in the fic since Axel will know nothing himself about modern witchcraft, but it still might be a bit confusing. Also the fic is not mean to substitute for real witchcraft research plz it's just a story for funsies. You wouldent go reading a fictional story about the irish to learn how to be irish, would you? No. It doesnt work like that.

If you are a more experienced witch than me (most likely if you've been practicing for over 2 months) and you see me doing or saying something wrong or misinforming plz plz plz call me out, I dont wanna mislead people and miss educate. I think this fic could be a great opportunity for people to get familiar with modern witchcraft so it scares less people. Hate is born out of ignorance and lack of knowledge. Even if you dont wanna read the fic, you could still go out and learn about witchcraft If you want to that's your choice. You dont have to commit to practicing it or anything, but knowledge is power sometimes, ya know?

I dont have a name for this new fic yet, but I will probably announce it (mabey with a like prologue thing if I can come up with one)

there's obviously still a lot of uproar about what happened yesterday, and a lot of people are putting the blame on trump and the other government officials who filled these people’s heads with conspiracies and egged on that violence. as true as that may be, don’t let that be the only thing you’re angry about. there is more action to be taken against the entire senate.

the government isnt suddenly coming together against trump and his stupid cult for your interests. their is just as much selfishness and close-minded thinking going on from everyone in the government, not just trump. these people are only making a big fuss out of it because it was their lives that were threatened. they were the ones who were forced to huddle together in a single room and get down on their knees, cowering and forced to run, hoping a hoard of armed people just wouldn’t find them. Because maybe if they’re quiet the shooter could just walk away, right?

now that it happened to them it’s some horrible issue in america. but when it was our children, our minority, or our peaceful protestors all they had were thoughts and prayers.

don’t back down. ask your senators now about how they feel about gun control in america after going through something like this. and maybe suggest they start doing the same active shooter lockdown drills that our kindergarten through 12th grade have to do.

Can you summarize the movie???

dude its a fever dream to me but ill fucking try. uh this cat, our main character, Victoria is like thrown into an alley. the jellicle (its a cat cult) sing and shit to introduce her. then they have a song about finding a cats real name but even by the end of the movie Victoria never says hers or whatever (plot hole). uhhhhh then some stuff happens?? theres a bad guy who can do magic (hes the bad magician out of the two magic cats) and hes teleporting cats away so he can get chosen by cat god to die and be reborn (thats the cult thing). and uh theres the best cat who is Mr. Mistoffelees (the good magician) and hes only the best because his design is bearable and hes a good person (cat?). so the rest of this godforsaken movie is songs introducing each important cat (like Rebel Wilson’s cat, uh, some others i think, the twin cats). anyways skip some shit, oh rum tum tugger’s song is alright i guess, another one is too but i dont remember. some songs are “good,” but some arent. Grizzabella (how the fuck do you spell any of these names ) is introduced and shes an outcast, etc etc. anyways actually skipping to the important part, the god cat has arrived. now theres a bunch of songs with a bunch of different cats trying to impress her. theres some weird dancing. railroad cat gets a tap solo (its actually really good, its a shame hes a cat). keep in mind railroad cat is minor character and yet he is one of the best ones. he isnt important lmao i just needed to clarify. uhhhhhhh then taylor swift cat sings a song (shes actually really good, which is cursed as once again, this is cats) intoducing bad magic cat^tm. bad magic cat is like “hey god cat youre gonna choose me to die and be reborn right?” and god cat is like “bitch ill never choose you, motherfucker” and he teleports her to a boat to threaten her to walk the planl (the rest of the teleported cats are tied up here too). then the best scene of the movie (im joking, i just like Mr M lmao, i cant stress enough how ok he is) happens with a song because good magic cat (Mr. Mistoffelees) can do magic!! so this song is hyping him up so he can teleport all the missing cats back, and after a few tried he does!! congrats, whatever, yay some cat gets to die now. uhhhhhhhh Victoria brings Grizzabella inside and G sings, and god cat chooses her to die. which is a good thing in this cult btw. and uh. its actually quite pretty because she floats into the sky on this thing and it looks nice. not her, but the landscape. um,, Mr M and Victoria get together (ew, i was convinced she would get with himbo cat, which proves how not set up this romance was). uhhh??? theres an ending song. BUT GOD CAT LITERALLY MONOLOGUES INTO THE CAMERA FOR LIKE FOUR MINUTES??? YOU MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH THIS FUCKING CAT LIKE WHAT THE FUCK IT WAS HORRIBLE. the ending song. its not necessary. you realize that mr m has become so clingy ever since they were officially a couple. the movie ends. i will not reread this because i dont want to relive writing this. this is a really long summary but believe me youd rather not watch the movie.
