♡     ⇢    ﹙   @lcvelj​​   ﹚      ﹒      "Happiest Birthday Audrey!" She beamed as she carried a rose shaped cake towards her beloved friend with a candle on top.       ;      belated birthday shenanigans  

𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬  𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤  𝐮𝐩  𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦  𝐭𝐡𝐞  𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲  𝐨𝐟  𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲  𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬  𝐨𝐧  𝐡𝐞𝐫  𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞  𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧.  this  year  she  had  elected  to  keep  things  pretty  lowkey,  downsizing  her  big  birthday  blowout  to  a  couple  hundred  than  the  usual  extensive  guest  list.  of  course,  there  would  be  no  short  of  festivities  and  next  year  would  be  an  even  bigger  celebration.  hues  glow  with  the  warmth  of  being  remembered  and  the  thrill  of  seeing  something  made  just  for  her.  

“  oh  my  god,  lara  jean,  ”  she  drags  her  name  out  with  affection,  bottom  lip  jutting  out  in  a  pout,  “  you  did  not.  ”  setting  her  phone  face  down  on  the  coffee  table,  audrey  shifts  so  she’s  sitting  on  her  knees  oon  the  couch.  “  it’s  gorgeous,  but  it’s  not  my  cheat  day.  ”  out  of  curiosity,  she  sticks  her  finger  out,  capturing  a  bit  of  frosting  on  her  index  finger  and  sticking  it  in  her  mouth.  “  oh,  but  i  can  so  make  an  exception,  that’s  amazing.  ”  but  she  would  expect  nothing  less  from  the  best  baker  she  knew.  

“  come  here!  ”  holding  her  arms  out,  audrey  pulls  lara  jean  into  a  tight  hug,  their  cheeks  squishing  together.  “  you  are  literally  the  best.  ”
