I don't have any real proof for this but;

I think the reason why Parker prefers money and not things- is because when she was in the system she was constantly told that they only took her in for the money. Like, she knows a foster kid when she sees one. Knows how to lock pick and lift very easily. Those things she picked up on the streets and was refined by Archie.

But she doesn't like things. She doesn't understand what buying shoes means. And she even says; "I don't like stuff- I like money." And I think it's partly due to having heard the constant thing; "We like money." as a child.

[Prologue]

An idea I guess? Idk. Where Zuko and Aang stay a bit longer.

"Apá, tell me about Mamá.", you asked, resting on the pillows near your father.

"Again?", he says, the jewels he wore glinting from the lighting of the fire nearby as he turned to face you.

"Please?", you pleaded.

He sighs and gets comfortable. "Oh alright."

As soon as he agrees, you get closer and wait eagerly.

"As you know, our people were blessed by the Sun God and the dragons our teachers.", he starts, looking into the crackling fire.

You nod, waiting.

"However, your mother was blessed by the Moon, she came from a place of ice and snow. Her teachers were the push and pull that danced, the Koi.", he says fondly, turning his gaze up to the moon.

"Can you tell me how you met?", you whisper.

"It was a day she was lost. Telling our people that the moon had led her until it no longer could.", he said, looking over at you and tucking a stray hair away from your face. "After we got married, she told me that she asked the Moon to lead her to the one that would dance eternally with her."

"Just like the push and pull?", you mumbled.

"Just like the push and pull.", he said softly.

"And then?", you asked, eyes drooping.

"Then we had you on the day of an eclipse caused by the spirits.", he said, pulling a blanket over you. "It was not a natural one, the sun and moon met to see your birth."

Your eyes couldn't stay open for much longer and you yawned. Sleep taking over you.

"And as the moon left, your mother went with."

I've had this prompt/fic idea sitting in my drafts for over a year. I figured I'd post it for anyone interested. It's a little cheesy for me now, so take it if you please.

Sephiroth is sent back in time to just before Avalanche blew up Mako Reactor 1, inside Sector 1. The last thing he can remember is fighting the gang with his Winged form, and summoning supernova for the first time.

However, he's not sent back alone. There's a girl with him. Young, maybe 15 at best, that keeps looking at him like he's a lifeline. She follows him wherever he goes, he questions her with her throat in his hand. She goes quiet, and stares at him with pink, snake like eyes. Like his. Like Mother's. This shouldn't be possible.

She explains that she's his daughter, and describes the world he desired to build once he finished with this one like it was the only world she knew.

Now he's back where he could take the planet for himself. But his power's degraded, he's still SOLDIER strong but maybe third class at best. Shinra is onto them, wanting their MIA War hero back for either missions or experimentation. His best bet is to go against Shinra, to both get revenge for whatever happened, and to protect his daughter. After all, what good is building a new planet if the 'shining future' is walking along side him?

I haven't thought that far in advance yet, maybe in honor of Bezz's birthday today it could happen when Marco comes back from celebrating his birthday with his friends, Cele convinced him to leave Teo with him so he can go out with Luca and Pecco, and he goes out and has a great time but he also can't stop thinking about Teo and Cele, cuddling on his couch watching one of the spiderman movies for the hundredth time and he really misses them. It's not that he doesn't want to spend time with his friends but he really misses Mateo and Cele. So he tries to leave after only one beer, Pecco tries to protest but Luca lets him go with a knowing look.

He gets home and he was right, Teo is cuddled against Cele's chest on the sofa, almost asleep and when Marco opens the door his head pops up, curls bouncing. Cele's head pops up a second later, and Bezz is just like "I missed you guys".

They finish the movie together, Marco is giddy but stopping himself, he tells Cele he can go, that he's with Teo, but Cele refuses, tells him he still needs to see how the movie ends. Ofc bezz doesn't want him to go, but he feels he needs to give Cele an out always.

Then, when they both tuck Teo into bed, and Marco almost tears up when Mateo asks Cele to give him a good night kiss too, Cele pushes Bezz to the living room, pushes him on the sofa and goes to the kitchen, grabbing a spiderman muffin he had bought and the little birthday candle, lighting it up and quietly singing him happy birthday not to wake up Teo.

When bezz blows out the candle, Cele has said "remember your wish". As soon as the little bit of smoke dissipates between them, Cele rushes forward and pressed a kiss against Bezz's lips. "I hope I'm not wrong about your wish." (Bezz did wish for something like more nights like that). And they just spend the next thirty minutes kissing and making out on the sofa like teens. Cele does go back to his flat tht night, Bezz still wants to take it slow.

And Luca absolutely asks him the next morning if he got his twink.

Buuuut don't take this as absolutely written in stone canon because it might change, just an option as to how it could happen.

Okay okay angst idea and SPOILER WARNING FOR KNY

So this could either go for Giyuu or Sanemi.

You were attending your work duties at home, making sure everything is right to welcome your husband soon enough since today was expected for their return. A few hours later, Giyuu/Sanemi walk through the door announcing their presence as they look around searching for you but in a bit you came out of the room quickly to welcome your husband. You both shared lots of quality time, both of you took a bath together, shared dinner and you both sat down in your garden so he can tell you all about his mission and you could update then about what you’ve been doing in their absence.

The sky was darkening and both of you knew it was time to head to bed soon tho a strange feeling started to kick in and your husband was a bit hesitant to head to bed, you felt like he was trying to keep you away from having some sleep but no possible reason came to mind.

“Are you alright?” You let out. The question made your husband snap his face back at you with widen eyes, he was nervous, why?

“Yes. Everything is alright, why do you ask that?” He replied.

“I dont know, I felt like I should. You seem… nervous? Worried? Why?”

“I don’t want you to go…” your husband said as his face expressed gloominess as he looked away to avoid you seeing him like this.

The question bounced on your head, again, with no answer coming to place because it didn’t make sense to you. “Sanemi/Giyuu…. Here, we’ll go to bed together, I’ll be here, I won’t ho anywhere…”

Your husband bit his lip as his eyes water up a bit but gave you a nod. You took his hands guiding him to your shared bedroom into your shared bed. Both of your rest down as you both hold each other, your husband on the other hand, can’t stop holding you close like if it was his last. The feeling in your gut didn’t go away, there was something wrong but you just couldn’t put your finger on it, your thoughts were cut up by your husband words all of a sudden.

“Promise me you won’t leave… I don’t want you to go..”

“Honey… I won’t go anywhere, I promise…” you reassure him while rubbing his back to comfort them.

You suddenly woke up, the sunrise beamed through your window, it was going to be a good day it seemed. You sit up rubbing your eyes, to process you just woke up, you move your hand where your husband should be and he wasn’t there. His absence made you snap into reality as you look around for him.

You quickly get out of bed in search for your husband but he was nowhere to be found. Maybe he went to a mission! Impossible, no matter how urgent it is, he let’s you know. Where is he? Provable down town? You fought yourself to find some sense but nothing came to mind, your mind just didn’t come at peace with his sudden absence.

Your thoughts were again cut up by a knock at the door. You rushed over with joy to see your husband and come at peace with the war going on in your head but it was Tanjiro?

“O-Oh! Kamado! Come in come in” you step aside to welcome him and his sister Nezuko, you then close the door behind them and rush over to the kitchen to make some tea.

“I’m sorry, I’m quite a mess right now. Im sure you came to see my husband but he apparently left this morning, he should be returning at the end of the day hopefully.

“Miss Shinazugawa/Tomioka… Mr. Shinazugawa/Tomioka passed away a year now… from the slayer mark, remember? we came to give our condolences” Tanjiro let out as his sister handed you a boutique of flowers.

I have a feeling the next character that will be brought back is going to be Papa 3 then he will kill Papa 4 regaining control of the band. Many things have talked about reanimating the past Papa’s and this might be the way to do it. We all know the hate Papa Nihil and Papa 4 had this being one of the talked about reasons Nihil was brought back and the next character Papa 4 didn’t like Papa 3. Or it could just be a way to revamp the story and keep it going. Instead of having a next son where this storyline could get old, we get a loved undead one just for something a bit different.

listen there really was just something about how in the book, snow’s 3-page descent from hesitant lover boy to deluded psychopath happens entirely in his mind. lucy gray gives him no indication whatsoever that she suspects him, that she’s going to leave or betray him. he’s just sitting quietly in the cabin waiting for her to return when that seed of calculated suspicion, which he has needed to survive the capitol, takes a hold of him and chokes the life out of any goodness left inside him. it really drives home your terror as a reader that “oh my god did he kill her? did she escape? what happened to her? why would he even think that?” in a way that when the movie had to adjust for visualization it lost some of that holy shit this guy has lost it emphasis.
