Hello there world. I am Joyous Explorations

I am here, to celebrate, to celebrate joy— music, sound, movement, earth, love, food, my body, my life

Today in meditation I was so aware. Feeling at first trapped in my body, and needing release, but I had to accept that I am here. I am here on this earth to experience joy, to HAVE FUN! In as many moments as I possibly can. I don’t need to take life so seriously.... seriously. I don’t. Life is to enjoy, because it will end, and then I will be back in space-time, in the ether, in my soul’s essence completely of the divine entity from which I come. I came here on this earth to be here on this earth. Not to escape somewhere in the ethers, although it feels so good to connect with that place, that source and have some sense of ‘escape’, some ~expansion~ tapping into the wave form which I am always but which sometimes feel so stagnant, and stuck in particle form. I need to move, yoga mmmmmm, dance mmmmm, just moving so i don’t become so condensed. All this we experience sometimes creates contraction, we experience and hold onto so much in our bodies, in our minds, in our experiences daily, and we take so much personally, we attach ourselves to so many stories about ourselves that it’s hard to shake and move and release, let go and surrender to a more ultimate conscious experience of this timeline. That it’s not always necessary to understand why we are here, and what we have experienced in the past... although this work can be very freeing as well. Finding our way to bliss... this is most important... this is why we are here. 

But not the bliss we did experience and will experience again after this lifetime, that bliss is one we always know, and we can tap into for peace, but it is not why we are here. We are here to experience something different, something exciting, something new and fresh, and tasty, and loud, and beautiful . 

We’re hear to hear, and listen, and useeee all of the senses we have, and breathe all the fresh air we can, and laugh and cry and sing and cook and create. We are form now. We are here in this form. We must accept this truth. It is not an experience of spirit we seek in this form but rather an experience where spirit meets form. Where our spirits choose to be on this Earth at this time, in these bodies to Have Fucking FUN! To do everything we can, to feel everything we can, because Fuck bliss is nice but that’s what we’ve always known and we can find that now but don’t forget to have fun in the process. Don’t take your life or your spiritual direction so seriously that you forget to laugh at yourself, laugh with yourself, feel safe and pleasurable in your body, cry when you feel like it, be you always. Don’t forget the gifts of form, your voice, your eyes, your ears your portals to this lifetime. To this Earth. We haven’t always had these gifts and we came here to enjoy them. This is lit, I already love Tumblr, whatever form it may take in my lifetime in my journey, but it’s nice to put some reflections out there in the network of other lovely souls who I hope these words of source and innerstanding can bring closer to whatever truth is for them (you) whoever reading even if it’s just me <3 I LOVE & I LIVE
