What is Sinneflix?

Sinneflix is my fanfic writing account, it is Netflix inspired.

I. How fanfics work

Fanfics are called shows or series here. Chapters are episodes, which will be at least 10,000 words each, I don’t want to settle for less.

II. How fanfics will be formatted

Like before, chapters will have 10,000 words each. They will also be written in third person. They include chapter breaks, specials, references, and if it involves something scientific, historical, etc, then research is done. You will always be getting accurate material. On a side note, something I’ve been debating about is my PHASE fanfic, I want to restart it. The chapters will be erased and completely rewritten.

III. Where can you access the fanfics

From now on, updates will be on tumblr and they will be posted to wattpad shortly after. It takes more time to upload it to wattpad because I have to edit it again.

Im also looking at Ao3 but I don’t really know how to use that, plus I don’t have an account at the moment so we’ll see how that goes.

IV. Rules

There is also going to be a separate posts stating these and I’m going to link it to my bio.

1. Don’t ask about updates

2. Please don’t request anything offensive (such as rape, sexual harassment, anything racist, etc)

3. Please be nice

V. Updates

At the present time, I have more than 21 shows planned. I have to make teasers for them, i am trying to make timelines for them, I have to make the covers, do the research, edit the banners for the chapters, and edit the blog and it’s posts to fit the theme along with reposting all my posts. Updates will be coming out gradually and I am going to MOST LIKELY be doing them in groups of like 6 at a time, I will try to come up with a schedule but please understand that I’m not just doing nothing.

VII. How to make a suggestion for a book

Do you have a good idea for a fanfic? Great! This kinda works like requests, you can propose an idea through private messaging and I will tell you if I am willing to do it. Please do not be offended if I say no, there are so many factors that can affect my decision such as, but not limited to:

1. Me being focused on other books

2. I’ve already done something extremely similar

3. I feel uncomfortable writing it

4. Someone else has done the EXACT same thing

VIII. How books will be announced

Books will be announced with an overview, along with a masterlist pertaining to it. On the masterlist, there will be a link to a post for the books inspiration, which can be anything from albums, video games, tv shows, movies, Wikipedia pages, books, fanart, even other tumblrs. I encourage you to please go look at them whenever I post inspiration posts, they can show you insight about the books or even hold you over during update gaps.
