Okay, so I have a little more evidence to make my "Ralph Bohner is Peter Maximoff in Witness Protection" case, because Marvel has created either a dead giveaway or a pretty big plot hole.
Jimmy Woo was going to perform a routine check-in with his witness protection guy, but here's the thing - the US Marshall's Service handles WITSEC, not the FBI. Sure, he could be involved in some FBI case, but I doubt the individual being in witness protection would have otherwise been brought up. Even then, the FBI agent on a case wouldn't be performing the check-in or possibly even know their new identity; that would be the marshal on the case. So why was Jimmy Woo involved?
We know he has connections to the Avengers and has worked with at least one (Scott Lang) while in custody, performing a similar role with the check-ins, so it's quite possible that given his history he would have been chosen if a powered individual were in need of protection. Additionally, as we know that the FBI, specifically Jimmy, were heavily involved in handling the aftermath of Civil War, he and the bureau would have an interest in Wanda Maximoff possibly posing a further threat despite her pardon. And who possibly could she pose a threat to more than her almost-brother Peter Maximoff, the alternate reality version of Pietro who tragically died, whose existence could arguably send her into a rage or psychotic break, killing him and those around them. The FBI would also want to ensure that no further beings could make their way between realities, especially dangerous mutants (*cough*Erik*cough*).
Jimmy Woo would only have somebody in a version of WITSEC if they were important - Avengers level important. If this individual was powered, as they most likely are if Woo was there, wouldn't they have helped defeat Agatha in some way? As "Ralph" helped Monica, Billy, and Tommy in the deleted scene? Furthermore, why wouldn't Ralph have been in the town square with the rest of the Westview residents at the end of the episode unless he was isolated as someone in WITSEC would be? Or, even more likely, if the person he was being protected from was Wanda? (I also have my hair color change theory that backs this up but that's a wholeee other can of worms).
I know this possibly could be a stretch, but all signs point to 'Ralph Bohner' being Jimmy's witness protection guy, but why was an FBI agent performing a routine visit in the first place? Jimmy's involvement, as an agent already known to be involved with matters concerning the Avengers, means that not only is this guy important but majorly so.
Guys - it has to be Peter.

Have you ever had a listen to Sonic and Tails R? It's an unofficial ten-part audio series that's pretty high-quality for a fan project!
I started listening to the first episode around the beginning of October or so, but I kept finding myself getting distracted and looking at my screen for the visuals lol
I've been seeing a lot of fan-animation adaptations of it pop up on my feed. I know I'll for sure check it all out sooner rather than later
For right now, my absolutely zero-span brain doesn't know how to function with the voice acting + sound effect + story but nothing to look at
