Did they go on actual date before first sleeping together?

Overwhelmingly with 70.7% the answer was a resounding NO. And the reasoning for why was best summed up by @backslashdelta

But the other thing that everyone agreed on was that while they would definitely fuck before an official date, they'd be the epitome of a queer situationship until that moment.

And then @whatdiditellyouflawless and @jammie3132 came through with images that will forever be spinning in my brain and make me desperately want to write fic inspired by them.

I love slightly slutty very drunk Blaine, especially when combined with surprisingly considerate Sebastian. But of course, I absolutely love Sebastian also being too drunk to think things through, because as we have well established, these boys are messy.

And the image in my head of the angst and self-doubt that Blaine would feel when he wakes up alone only to be greeted by, once again, a surprisingly considerate Sebastian bringing him breakfast is exactly my cup of tea, so thank you for this.

Bliadhna Mhath Ùr from Scotland!

This Hogmanay Sebastian and Blaine have travelled back to the Smythe family home in Paris to bring in 2023 in style. Bas' big Sister Aurélie is looking after their adorable Corgi puppies Harry and new arrival Boq, and Bas and Blaine are watching the Champs-Elysées illuminations, before getting ready for Dinner at the Royal Monceau Raffles followed by dancing their feet off at their New Year's Eve 2023 party.

Sebastian walked down the halls of the school that he thought he owned. He walked until he landed in a room that was all too familiar.

"Sebastian, what are you doing in here?"

He turned to see Blaine sitting at the piano facing him. "I'm sorry if I'm interrupting something I can."

"I just asked what you're doing here."

"I just wanted to see if anything changed since I graduated."

"You know I can tell your lying." He said as he got up from the piano bench.

"No, you can't," He said as he shook his head. He didn't want to think he was that easy to figure out. Much less that out of everyone Blaine was the one to realize such a small pattern.

"You always hate giving eye contact. It's one the reasons I could tell you were genuinely sorry back then."

"Now I think your the one who's lying, Anderson."

"Fine, you can leave if that's what you want."

"I'm the new Lacrosse coach... but don't worry after today you won't be seeing me anytime soon." He quickly added.

"Me and Kurt never got married."

"Wait, what?"

"Me and him weren't really working out so I broke off the engagement and got a job here. Dalton was always a place that brought me comfort but now all I see is Kurt when I'm here."

"You know your not such a bad person," Sebastian said hoping that might help him.

Blaine gave him a small smile. "Neither are you, Sebastian."

He scoffed, "Now your just sucking up to me."

"I'm serious if it wasn't for you I never would have known how much I could rock an eye patch." Blaine must have noticed his face had instantly dropped when he said that. "It was a joke."

Blaine put a hand on his shoulder. "Hey and maybe with your luck you can convince your players to join the Warblers." He suggested trying to change the topic.

"With you in charge, I don't think you need any help from me."

"I don't know. You were an exponential leader for being a freshman."

Sebastian was about to argue when Blaine's phone started to ring. "Sorry I have to take this, maybe after practice, we could meet up."

"Yeah, I'd like that."

When Sebastian first applied to be the coach his main focus was to help kids not end up anything like him when he was their age. Now he had another one.

Prove Blaine that he was right in trusting him again.

A chance to get away, put on hold all the issues he still needs to resolve and maybe find the bits of himself he thinks he’s lost. So Blaine takes it. Notes: Okay, this is it. I want to thank @blainebigbang​ for organizing everything and giving me the perfect excuse to write something for my favorite pairing back from when I was a teen. It’s been a long ride, but we’re here. 

Snippet:

He blinks twice when he comes into the kitchen. He can’t be sure it wasn’t a product of his sleep-deprived brain; maybe that is what happens when your jet lag doesn’t go away for two weeks, you start hallucinating. But the loud thud of a door closing lingers in the air and he feels too exhausted to be making up naked men walking around his apartment, so he makes peace with the bare ass he’s just seen entering his roommates bedroom.

Blaine shakes his head, turns the coffee maker on and wonders if perhaps he’s doing this all wrong.

Hey, Seblainers! Helllllo, everyone else! Bliadhna Mhath Ùr (Happy New Year!) from here in Scotland!

Those following the 'Verse of my ongoing Seblaine fic Nine... will know that Sebastian and Blaine got married on 8th November 2021 - exactly 10 years to the day they first met, and while we're nowhere NEAR that yet in the fic, as you can see, Seblaine are spending their first New Year as a married couple in Bas' beloved home - Paris.

Harry, Blaine’s Pomeranian puppy that Bas gave him last Christmas, who's a year old now, and has travelled with them to France, is currently snuggled up and being spoiled rotten by Sebastian’s older sister Aurélie, so our beautiful boys are taking advantage of the rare (relative) peace to have a quiet moment just taking in the clear view they have of the fireworks at the Eiffel Tower from the garden of Bas' family home, and toasting 2022 and each other.

Their Nine... journey will continue very soon, but in the meantime, this is me thanking everyone who has liked and reblogged my graphics or my writing, and who has supported me in the last year, which has been incredibly difficult for us all.
