Shane and Jas Headcannons

Shane had always been around in Jas’s life, when she was born, when she said her first word, he was there.

Shane was Jas’s godfather, but they weren’t related.

When Marnie heard the news about Jas’s parents dying, she immediately took her in.

When Marnie attended her shop, Shane was the one to babysit her, she was too young to go to school yet.

Even when she did go to school they hung out still.

Shane would often let Jas but makeup on him and let him dress up with her. It was adorable!

Shane would also let Jas run around and feed the chickens and hold them, he taught her to respect nature and to be kind to animals.

Shane may have accidentally taught Jas a few curse words.

Ever since her parents died, Jas was always cautious of strangers.

Shane always tried to get her to open up to other people but she never did.

She always has to tell Shane the backstories and personalities of her dolls.

She gets weirdly depressing with them..

She would always go to Shane if she hurt herself jump-roping or if she scraped her knee.

Every once in awhile after the “Traditional Flower Dance” Jas and Shane will dance with each other, even if Shane doesn’t know how to dance.

When Jas had nightmares or dreams about her parents, He holds her close and tries to get her to go back to sleep.

He’ll read stories or just turn on a movie until she falls asleep.

Jas and Shane go out and catch butterflies and fireflies during Spring and Summer time.

Jas takes up Ballet, Shane and Marnie always goes to her lessons.
