🌙 Lunar Spirit Moonlight Ash//Artemis 🌙

Moonlight Ash, or Artemis as per his human nickname,  has been around for as long as people gazed at the moon, and for a while, that was his home. He doesn’t think very highly of humans, though he doesn’t do anything about it. Bad spirits have tried to recruit him to no avail. He ages like the phases of the moon, similar to humans, by growing older over time and then growing younger over time in a cycle.

Waxing crescent: lunar powers grow stronger

Full moon: lunar powers strongest

Waning crescent: lunar powers grow weaker

New moon: weakest powers, if any

When it comes to his lunar powers, Artemis can do a range of things, he can effect gravity and float (sometimes by accident), or suck out the atmosphere around him, making him dangerous. He can control moonlight, but his power is greatest at night and weakest in the day. He has to store it to make it useful for fighting, so the orb above his head is a mini moon to store moonlight. It changes with the phases of the moon to indicate his power (waning or waxing, etc). He is nocturnal, but indifferent towards the sun and sun spirits. When the moon is out in the daytime or in twilight, he can dabble in his lunar powers better. 🌙
