Did a little more of this since the first drawings were well liked.

For those who don't know HM lore, here is who is who:

-Edith and Krupp are the bride (a combo of the original beating heart bride and Melanie from Phantom Manor) and the hatbox ghost

-Grace wain is Madame Leota

-Creepily Rattlechians (remember that guy from the halloween special) is the Ghost Host

--Cash Networth is the Mariner/Captain (who I guess is more well known in the Orlando version and I think appeared in the recent film)

-Ree and his brother are the dueling ghosts.

-And poor Jerry is the gaveyard groundskeeper.

Tbh, I loved Mr.Ree, but not so much for Jerry

So, I’d have to say it’s interesting, like I think Mr.Ree could help Jerry see the good in things instead of always whining about the issues, while Mr.Ree can soften up a tad bit instead of always acting like a superhero about everything. Ik he was part of some super secret agency but, it’s been a few years, so he shouldn’t have to hold that trauma anymore. (Aka, 5.5/10, has potential, but I myself cant talk about it too much more, especially in a romantic way)

5 headcannons each.

Ree: likes Winter because of the aesthetic. He loves the light coming off of fresh snow at night, the way the light from the houses spread out into the dark.

Was that kid who wore t shirts and shorts in the winter.

Definitely has a few bottles of wine in his house.

prefers foreign films and sometimes misses how French sounds even though he calls his parents on a monthly basis to make sure they're doing alright.

Not much of the type to sleep in and feels most at home when he's got something to do .

Jerry:

Has absolutely gotten scammed before.

Has absolutely bought and ate one of those nacho and guac hats by himself.

Jerry is one of those dreamer types who tends to retreat into those day dreams and fantasies when he's feeling down.

Was compared to his brother A Lot growing up which hurts Especially as the older brother.

likes shadow puppets and animals. He finds them endearing.

Lavator:

Would probably live off of energy drinks and coffee if he could.

Doesn't really put a lot of thought into things, which being the more impulsive of the brothers, drives Ree up the wall.

Doesn't care if he's too old for cartoons he's going to watch them anyway.

sleeps in until noon if you let him.

If he ever befriends meaner they will give Krupp and Ree so many migraines.

Basically,I wanna make an animatic using the song Just Monkia (I really recommend it,it's really good) and it'll have the characters Ree,Jerry,Ms.Yewh and Melvinborg.Also Y/N will be the MC.

Since it came in second place on that pole, I revisited that Corpse Bride AU next... which I haven’t touched since 2017/2018. This time I tried going for a more accurate version of the story, and actually have CU and Krupp be separate people instead of being the same person due to some weird story plot. (And hey, unlike with Burton, this one features actual Jewish characters like in the original tale!)

I also benefit from coming back later and having more characters to use, as now nearly all the actual good adults are in the land of the dead.

(The original images are here, but be warned that the quality isn’t the best due to having a not so great tablet at the time. However it’ll give you an idea of what Edith’s wedding dress for this AU looks like).
