“What Would Jesus Do”, yes indeed, what would Jesus do?
It’s time all Christians said to themselves, “what can I do, to make a difference, not only to my life but to other people's lives.”
People are not numbers, we are human beings, all of us, no matter what our situations.
As Christians we should think WWJD for every situation. If there are things, or even worse, people we do not want to be bothered with, it’s time to look in the mirror at ourselves to see where we are on our journey with Christ.
It’s not good enough to say the right things about situations and then say, “but not in my back yard, or town, or city’, or even church. “It’s somebody else’s problem”. NO; It’s all our problem.
As Christians we have a responsibility to Jesus, our faith, our understanding of Christ. If our faith means anything to us, it’s time to not just talk the talk but to walk the walk. Don’t just say it, mean it and do something. It does not matter how small, do something and always say to yourself “What Would Jesus Do”.
The answer to that question will help you start to make a difference, right away. Lives matter, you matter, God matters.
We have to start to share this love for us to the world and the world starts on our doorstep, wherever that may be.
Be bold be strong, have faith, belief and trust, He will never let us down.
Let us try to do what is right and use “What Would Jesus Do” to start to make a difference to our Christian lives.
The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
“I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, and so, somehow, attaining to the resurrection from the dead.”
Philippians 3:10-11 NIV
We all have a chance to know Christ and build a relationship with him. We need to confess that we aren’t all perfect and maybe never will be. Don’t think that you aren’t worthy enough to ask for Gods forgiveness, he welcomes and forgives everyone because you are his dear child.
Lord, please do come and forgive me, heal me and transform me. Help me to know Your saving power in my life. When I receive this grace, help me to return to You in gratitude, everything that I am and to follow You wherever You lead. Jesus, I trust in You.

why is religious Christmas imagery all so joyful and pleasant? where is the inherent horror of the birth of Christ? A mother is handed her newborn child, wailing and innocent. Her hands come away sticky. Red. Simply by giving her son life she has already killed him. He is doomed from the beginning. Her love will not save him from suffering. Because the thing cradled in her arms is not a baby, it is a sacrifice: born amongst the other bleating animals whose blood will one day be spilled in the name of what demands it. the night is silent with anticipation. Mary, did you know? That your womb was also a grave?
