❀ It's the first time the fans get to see a trip like this with 10 members. The boys make sure to show the love they have for their youngest member OR the most domestic family trip with 9 men taking care of their little sister

“That’s right! Isn’t it?” Taeyong asks with wide eyes as JiHo leans back after whispering something in his ear. The boys turn towards him, slightly confused by his sudden outburst. “This is the first time going on a trip like this one with the ten of us.” The other members hum in acknowledgement. “On camera that is,” he quickly added.

For the rest of the planning of the trip, JiHo doesn’t really say anything. She’s mostly huddled up next to the leader, leaning behind him to talk to Jaehyun. Jungwoo leans in several times as well, trying to listen in to his friends’ conversation, but pouts as he gets pushed away by JiHo.

The girl brightly smiles as Jungwoo sits back in his spot, clearly sulking, and silently bursts out in a laughing fit, leaning against the boy who can’t help but smile at her touch.

“Oh it’s slippery!” Johnny yells out as he almost takes a tumble whilst walking up towards their stay for the next two days.

JiHo is walking all the way in the back with Yuta, who carefully pushes her to walk in front of him. A confused expression paints her face as she looks back at her friend over her shoulder. “What?”

“It’s slippery. If you fall I can at least catch you if you’re walking in front of me,” he winks at her causing the girl to groan, faking disgust by his comment. “Just be careful.” Yuta softly prods her side, making her move again and catch up with the other boys.

“There’s a doggie!” Doyoung yells out surprised, pointing at the small dog in front of the door.

“What?” Johnny walks up and mirrors Doyoung’s surprise upon seeing the dog. His demeanour quickly changes however and he says through a giggle, “don’t show JiHo! She won’t leave the poor doggie alone.”

It should be almost impossible for JiHo to hear what Johnny said, but from not even halfway up the stairs JiHo yelled, “there’s a dog?” The boys laugh in disbelief as JiHo rushes up the stairs and immediately starts to coo at the sight of the tiny dog.

“It’s slippery! Be careful!” Mark yells out watching JiHo’s feet move over the floor with what seems like no friction.

“Oh my… You’re so cute.” JiHo has already dropped down on her knees, as she carefully reaches her hand out for the dog to sniff. When he shows no opposition, JiHo freely pets the little dog, a big smile crossing her face as she does.

 “I haven’t seen her smile this much in a while,” Johnny chuckles as he walks inside, most of the boys following him to leave JiHo with the dog.

The last to go in is Taeyong and Doyoung who both grimace at what they are looking at. JiHo’s jeans getting wet from the knees down and her umbrella left disregarded to her side. If it weren’t for Doyoung hovering over her with his own umbrella, she’d likely get soaked by the rain in no time. “JiHo let’s go inside, you can play with the dog from there so you won’t get wet,” Taeyong reasons as if he is negotiating with a child.

“Can the dog come inside?” she asks with wide eyes.

“No, I don’t think so. Just play with it from the doorway.” Doyoung pulls her up by her arm although she shows no physical resistance, but the pout on her lips reveal she wasn’t too happy with his answer.

Jaehyun who was watching the whole scene unfold from the other side of the windows chuckles at the three members. “Wah… No one makes JiHo truly happier than dogs.”

While the members start cooking, JiHo and Yuta lay on the floor by the front door, playing with their new dog friend.

“You guys aren’t hungry?” JiHo asks as she sees Johnny and Jaehyun—she’s sitting between the two—stare at her, rather than digging into the food that is right in front of them.

“No, I’m hungry,” Jaehyun answers simply and JiHo glares confusedly at the smirk he shares with Johnny before reaching her chopsticks out to get some food.

She’s about to put some of the meat in her mouth when Johnny and Jaehyun both reach out for her hand, pulling it away from her mouth which has her chasing her chopsticks with her mouth. The two men begin laughing loudly at the funny scene in front of them.

Quickly the other members catch on and join the laughter watching Johnny and Jaehyun tease their youngest member. “Let her eat,” Taeyong tells the guys but is still laughing as he watches JiHo glare at them.

“Yeah, let me eat,” she repeated before trying to bring some more food towards her mouth. She squints her eyes, carefully watching if Johnny and Jaehyun would try their act again. After a few seconds she moves to eat again, but quickly Jaehyun grabs her hand again causing the food to fall back down on the little plate she was holding. “Jung Jaehyun!” She yells out in annoyance and hits the man’s arm a few times.

Both men tell JiHo they are done teasing her and they are able to continue eating, but not without JiHo getting their payback once for each of them. “Now we can call it a truce,” she tells them with a smile.

“Oppa,” JiHo calls out from outside of the kitchen. Mark turns around and smiles at her sweetly, giving her a nod to continue talking. “I can help you.”

“It’s fine, you don’t have to,” he says as he starts to gather garbage from the dining table.

“No, no, I want to help. I’d be bored otherwise.” Mark isn’t even able to protest as JiHo’s already helping him out.

The two continue to clean up the mess their group left behind and do the dishes in a comfortable silence, every once in a while talking about random things and giggling about dumb jokes.

Doyoung joins them—and Yuta who also had offered “his help”—and says he’s about to go and get coffee for everyone.

“Oh, can I drive?” JiHo beams at the mention of going by car. Doyoung shakes his head in response and explains that he was going to drive and that Yuta and Taeyong were going to join him. “Why? Do you think I’m a bad driver?”

JiHo’s serious tone causes Doyoung to become a little flustered as he quickly denies the accusation. “Of course not! That’s not what I meant!”

When she’s turned back around, facing Mark, she shares an amused grin with the boy which Doyoung couldn’t see. “Now, I’m upset.”

“JiHo—”

“No! It’s fine! Just go!” She fakes a sulky tone which makes Mark break out in a fit of giggles. 

When Doyoung finally catches on, he softly pushes her head to the side. “You’re such a child sometimes.”

“Says the one who needs four people to get coffee.” She eyed him smugly. “That’s almost half of the group and not even all of us drink coffee.”

“Well, you are no longer invited!” Doyoung says in an annoying tone.

“I don’t want to go anyway!” the girl argues back, mocking his tone.

“OKAY!” Taeyong steps between the two, grabbing Doyoung’s arm to pull him away from the girl. “You two both sound like children. Let’s go, Doyoung. Leave JiHo to help Mark out.”

Once Doyoung and Taeyong are gone, Mark turns back to JiHo with an amused smile. “Taeyong mom to the rescue,” he laughed, earning a laugh from JiHo as well. The sight of her laughing seemingly makes Mark grin wider. “There’s not much more left, you could join the others.”

JiHo turns around to watch the guys in the living room. “Aren’t the guys singing? I think I saw Haechan grabbing a guitar. You guys could sing together,” Mark suggests, but JiHo shakes her head and pulls up her sleeves to help with the dishes.

Mark’s smile fades a little before he makes another suggestion. “Is the dog still there? What’s his name? Kang Kang? You can play with him.”

JiHo giggles slightly, causing the smile on Mark’s face to return as he gazes at her with soft eyes. “Taeil oppa gave him that name,” she reminds him. “But, no, the doggie isn’t there anymore. It’s fine though. Helping you really doesn’t bother me at all. Stop trying to get rid of me.”

Both of them giggle at each other and turn to focus on the dishes again. “Okay, let’s get this over with so we can join the members quickly.” JiHo nods, giving him a wet fist bump.

“Let’s do it.”

(indented text = comments added by the maker of the video) Hi everyone, my name is GeeGeeGeeGeo, and if you follow my on Twitter you might now me and my friends/followers have been working on a fan project for JiHo. During fansigns we tried to ask each member “What kind of person is JiHo (to you)” and we got almost all members’ answers.

I hope you enjoy this video and we hope that maybe JiHo gets to stumble upon this video and see how much her members care for her.

“JiHo?” he giggles and seems a bit surprised by the mention of JiHo’s name. “She’s a very hardworking and strong person. I think she can be a great role model to people as well. She’s very caring.”

“Yes, what kind of person is she to you?”

Taeil thinks about it for a second while he signs the album on the table in front of him. “She’s a scary young sister.” Both him and the fan laugh. “But a sister I want to have around for forever.”

“That JiHo can get really jealous about trivial things? I honestly don’t think it bothers her, but she likes to make me feel bad and uses a lot of aegyo towards the hyungs/oppas. She’s really cute, but only with the people she’s comfortable showing that side to. I’m grateful I’m one of those people.”

I don’t think I fully understand her, but I guess that’s her charm.”

“No don’t worry!” he laughs. “JiHo is someone who listens really well. Even if it looks like she didn’t listen or doesn’t care, she always does. Sometimes she surprises me or the other members with random things that we even forgot we said out loud. She’s someone I would feel comfortable confiding in.”

“Have you ever confided in her?”

Renjun nods and smiles, “I talked about my therapy before, right? Well I didn’t know JiHo that well back then, but now sometimes she’ll ask me to do art together and we’ll just talk to each other for hours. Sometimes she’ll just listen to me the whole time.”

He immediately smiles brightly at the question. “She’s someone who despite having a hard time will make sure you are doing well. I think she’s a bit careless with herself at times. After you get to know her, she’s the kind of person you just want to be okay, because worrying about her or having a reason to worry about her is the hardest thing to go through.”

“JiHo is an amazingly talented person. I’m always amazed when I see her working, but she’s also very down to earth. I think out of all the NCT members that come over to our [Wayv’s] dorm, I like JiHo the best. She’s very respectful with other people’s spaces and life’s and never pries too much.”

“Oh, they are, but sometimes they get a bit too comfortable... Actually JiHo might get too comfortable as well sometimes... Maybe I’m biased?”

“That would be a dream. I think if she was in a unit with me I would always feel safe and comfortable.”

“Oppa,” JiHo calls out for her team while Doyoung fixes her blindfold — making sure it doesn’t mess up her hair. “Let’s do it seriously, okay?” She asks but her team doesn’t answer. She whips her head around to face the team, tugging her blindfold up from her eyes — despite Doyoung’s protest — and glares at the guys. “Okay?”

Johnny, Yuta, Jungwoo and Taeil all immediately answer with an “okay”, clearly amused by their pouty maknae.

“One step to the left— NO! Not a big step, a small step!” Jungwoo screeches, trying to help JiHo through the course the other team set up. “Okay! And now a big step forward— NOT THAT BIG!”

“You lost!” Haechan excitedly beams as JiHo steps on one of the cups, sending a bunch of them rolling over the course. Her misstep causes them too many deductions for it to be even worth it for her to continue.

As JiHo tugs her mask down her face, the boys are greeted with a very unamused looking JiHo. She glares at her teammates and starts almost nagging at them. “We could’ve won it if you guys were more serious,” she sighs and Yuta immediately coos in response.

“Ah you’re so cute when you get all competitive and upset.” He pulls the youngest in his arms, shaking her from side to side in his embrace. Jungwoo pinches her cheek, babbling some adoring words in a high pitched voice at her. In response JiHo just rolls her eyes, trying to push herself away from the boys.

[Weekly Idol ep. 462]

“Should the youngest go first?” Yuta asks and immediately all eyes turn to JiHo. Her eyes widen as she shakes her head in shock.

“Imji*, Imji. Let’s go.” Eunhyuk motions her over to the punch machine and Jaehyun helps by softly pushing her to stand up. (*Imji is a nickname Eunhyuk uses for JiHo. It comes from the first two syllables of her name Lim Jiho. Lim-Ji → Imji, because the L in her name is silent)

“I have a feeling JiHo is good at these types of things,” Kwanghee thinks out loud and the other members start agreeing.

“JiHo’s been taking boxing classes as well,” Jaehyun smiles smugly as he sees JiHo shake her head disapprovingly. “Come on JiHo! Show us!”

JiHo braces her right wrist with her left hand, wiggling it back and forth as if to warm it up. “I don’t think I’ll do well,” she mumbles but Jaehyun quickly starts cheering again for her.

The sound of JiHo’s powerful punch resonates through the room and everyone gasps in surprise. Even JiHo seems surprised from her position, now behind the machine. Eunhyuk goes over to the machine and watches the number continue to go up. “Wah,” he breathes, surprised. “Don’t get on JiHo’s bad side guys,” he chuckles before revealing the score. 928

JiHo seems a bit dazed as she sits back in her seat between Mark and Jaehyun, admitting she didn’t expect the result at all. “Ha, that’s so cute,” Mark smiles at the girl while Jaehyun pats her shoulder lovingly. The biggest dad smile adorning his face.

As the other boys continue the game, Jaehyun continues complimenting JiHo’s result. “You’re not in the last 2!” He says as soon as Haechan and Doyoung have a lower score than her. “Your score is pretty much the same as Jungwoo’s score,” he beams as Jungwoo scores 10 points more than her. “That’s 40 points less than you!” This time he couldn’t hide the incredible smile as Yuta misses his punch and scores way lower than expected.

“Yah,” JiHo chides Jaehyun with a smile. “I get it now, oppa,” she assures him and he smiles back at her.

“I just wanted you to know you did well.”

This might be the softest moment between JiHo and Jaehyun TT The way he kept assuring her, while no one was paying attention, but the editors subtitled it all and zoomed in on them and called them cute <3 I’m soft

This is when JiHo was still recovering/recovered from her hand injury she obtained during 127′s Japanese tour

While the members are hitting the piñatas that are hanging from the ceiling, Jaemin and JiHo stand in the back kind of just watching it all happen. Soon enough they realise it’s a lot harder than it looks, and JiHo reaches out for a ball to help the boys out.

Jaemin is quick to spot JiHo’s actions and pulls her back by her left arm. She turns around to look at him with big confused eyes. “Your hand,” he states, shrugging his head towards her right hand. “You still need to be careful,” Jaemin tells her and she lets out a small breathy chuckle.

“It’s all better now,” she assures him, but Jaemin shakes his head and keeps her by his side.

When the game is finished, Haechan’s eyes immediately dart over to Jaemin and JiHo, before darting at JiHo’s hand. He reaches out for it and locks his fingers with JiHo’s previously injured hand. Carefully, he swipes the pad of his thumb over her knuckles. “Does it still hurt?” he asks quietly, while the other members continue with their own conversation. JiHo smiles at him with a soft shake of her head. “Good. Be careful, okay? Tell me if it hurts again.”

“Why are you acting like this so suddenly?” JiHo lets out an amused chuckle, seemingly not being used to Haechan’s sudden shift in behaviour. “Why do you care so much?”

“Of course I care!” Haechan yells and suddenly all the members are looking at him. JiHo laughs quietly behind her hand as she watches Haechan’s ears turn slightly red and he stutters out of embarrassment. “I mean, as our team leader, you need to stay in perfect condition.”

“Okay…” Renjun hums about to start off the closing words for the video. Meanwhile, JiHo and Jaemin share amused looks while Haechan tries his hardest to avoid eye contact after the embarrassing moment, his tongue poking his cheek.

[[Un Cut] Take #10 | NCT 2021 Jacket Behind the Scene Pt.2]

The camera zooms in on JiHo, Sungchan and Shotaro. The tallest resting his head atop of JiHo’s, while Shotaro has his arm resting on JiHo’s shoulder. The three are all staring at something off screen, not noticing the camera that’s pointing at them.

Jisung and Chenle take notice of the other members and quickly join them. Chenle is quick to rest his own head on JiHo’s free shoulder and Jisung just stands next to them, smiling.

“Noona is so cute like this,” Jisung mumbles absentmindedly, causing Shotaro to break out in his famous sweet giggles. JiHo just purses her lips and tries to ignore him while Chenle begins to prod her side with his finger.

“She doesn’t mind us doing things like this because we are her favourites,” Chenle says smugly while looking at the camera that had approached them.

JiHo hums monotonously in response, “whatever you like to believe.”

Shotaro’s laughter continues while the three younger boys talk about how JiHo has a bias towards them while they cling on to her smaller body. She remains unbothered for the rest of the clip.

“To be honest.” All eyes turn to JiHo as she suddenly stands up and holds her hand up. “I have a complaint as well.” The group seems a little surprised at the statement, but most seem excited to see where this is going.

“Who do you want to call out, JiHo?” Kwanghee asks, already handing her a pair of boxing gloves.

She fixes the straps around her wrist before pointing her fist towards Johnny. “That tall guy over there. Johnny, come out!” She yells, trying to hide her excitement. When the studio begins to fill with surprised and excited cheers, however, a smile creeps onto her lips.

“What’s this about,” Johnny wonders, amused now that JiHo was talking informally to him.

“Actually, this isn’t only a complaint towards Johnny, but he’s the main culprit,” JiHo starts. “You know, most people aren’t 185 right?” She asks and Johnny immediately breaks out into a big grin. “He likes to make fun of me for my height a lot. Placing things out of my reach, trying to give a high-five that I can’t reach, acting like he can’t see me and resting his arms on my head,” she lists and the studio seems very amused. But amongst everyone one voice catches everyone’s attention.

“I agree! He also likes to do this to me a lot,” Taeil complains, earning laughs from everyone but JiHo who pulls the oldest to her side. “Why do you do it?”

Johnny can’t even answer his question as he’s doubled over from laughing.

“I’m actually very happy with my height,” JiHo tells Kwanghee and Taeil who both back her up. “170 isn’t short at all—”

“Yah, yah,” Taeil interrupts her. “I’m sorry, but you’re not 170 cm.”

A surprised gasp leaves JiHo’s lips and she frowns at the oldest member. “You’re supposed to be on my side!” she yells with a betrayed expression. Taeil just answers that he is on her side, but can’t spread any obvious lies. His response makes JiHo turn around and box her anger away; hitting Kwanghee’s protected hands.

Once everyone has stopped laughing JiHo glares at Johnny. “I should’ve never brought up my height. Czennie, you guys know I’m not short right?” She faces the camera and Johnny walks up to her to bring her in his arms.

“Yeah, yeah, you’re not that short,” Johnny teases, patting the top of JiHo’s head that’s pressed against his chest. Once again everyone starts laughing as JiHo’s protests are silenced against the fabric of Johnny’s jacket.

Johnny’s love language is 100% teasing JiHo. You might think this clip doesn’t fit the theme of the video, but look at how much the boys love teasing JiHo and enjoy seeing her “annoyed”

“JiHo? What’s with JiHo?” Yangyang asks, confused, while looking at the comments. He looks at the two other members who seem just as confused.

“Why are they mentioning JiHo? Did she say anything?” Hendery asks, but the other two shrug.

The WayV members continue talking about random things when Yangyang notices a message from a fan. “Ah! They are saying JiHo mentioned us in her interviews,” Yangyang explains. “Hmm. JiHo said she enjoyed ‘Miracle’ a lot.”

“Actually,” Kun starts. “I know that Wayzennie don’t see it a lot, but JiHo is very close to us… I don’t know if ‘close’ is the word, but JiHo is always catching up with us. She calls us every once in a while, she comes over whenever possible, these sorts of things…”

Hendery hums along with the leader’s words. “Our schedules don’t always match up, but JiHo really tries to see what we are up to.”

“Too often in my opinion— AH!” Yangyang clutches the back of his head that Kun just hit, laughter bubbling from his chest as he tries to utter an apology. ‘I’m just joking.”

“Sometimes it’s hard for me or the members to reach out to JiHo because we don’t want to bother her during her busy schedules but she reaches out to us instead. I’m actually very thankful for that because she acts as a bit of the link between WayV and the other NCT units sometimes.” Kun hums in agreement at Hendery’s statement.

“She’s a very caring younger sister, everyone.”

Hendery calling JiHo the link between them and the other NCT members, perhaps I cried. Perhaps Chenle and Renjun are crying from betrayal as well

❀ As the members go around telling their aspirations for the coming comeback promotions, JiHo's answer takes the members by surprise. However, one person's response is able to make JiHo go speechless. The words more 'personal' than expected...

“And JiHo, is there anything you want?”

JiHo takes a second to ponder before she looks at her members with a soft yet bright smile. “I want the members to love me more,” she says. Some members either scoff in disbelief, stare at her confused or just laugh at her statement. “And I’m not joking. Genuinely, this is what I want.

“It’s been a little while since I’ve returned now. We also did the tour and other performances together, but I realised one thing. All those times I said ‘things are better now’ or ‘I’m happy now’, I guess I was lying a bit?” She looks at Mark and Doyoung who sit across from her and they nod in understanding, urging her to continue. “I don’t know what shifted, but while preparing for this comeback I just felt like things clicked again. I feel happier, I feel more ready, I don’t feel like I’m putting up a front in front of the fans or you guys.

“When I say I want you to love me more, I don’t mean that everything has to come from the members. I also want to become a more lovable person to you. In the past year I’ve almost been pushing everyone back and when I took a step back it was almost as if I was looking at everyone from the sidelines. As if I was looking at 127 and I wasn’t a part of it, nor did I have to be.”

The camera focuses on Taeyong and Jaehyun who are very zoned into JiHo. Taeyong’s hand is frozen in the air with a glass he was about to bring to his lips but forgot about. His expression drops into something more serious and he looks almost pained, but he says nothing while paying attention to JiHo.

“I want to put in an effort to prove myself as a member of NCT, even if that’s only for myself. I want to be comfortable and not guilty when introducing myself as a member of 127. And I think I felt this way because I kept seeing myself as a burden to our members. As someone the fans wouldn’t want to see next to the idols they look up to. And although I’ve been told the opposite many times, it has been hard for me to take to heart. A lot of you have said ‘let’s have fun and enjoy this comeback’ and I know that if I’m more open to that, you guys will be more comfortable around me and that would make me happier.” Once JiHo finishes talking it’s quiet for a second causing JiHo to let out an awkward chuckle. She grabs her glass, raising it and saying, “well yeah, that was that.”

Johnny next to her places a hand on her shoulder and squeezes it while pulling her closer into his side for a moment. “I’m glad you could tell us that, but don’t worry. We already love you a lot.”

“Exactly,” Yuta says without missing a beat. “You’ve been through a lot and it’s true I’ve taken a step back to give you a bit of space, but don’t think it was because I wasn’t comfortable around you. I only did it because I thought you needed it, but I’ll be right there by your side if you call for me.”

“Me too.” A voice cuts through the chatters of agreement and sweet words towards the girl, causing everyone to look a bit shocked at the origin of the voice. All heads turn towards Haechan who is focussed on the glass in his hands before his gaze slowly shifts over towards JiHo. She shuffles a bit more to the edge of her seat so that he can get a better view of her.

“I also think you’re wrong about how people look at you.” Haechan’s direct words cause JiHo to gasp silently—her mouth remains slightly opened. “I think you’re in your head too much and you think that the way you feel reflects on the outside, but it rarely does. If anything I think people are insanely impressed by how someone who went through so much hardship can remain professional and still look great on stage. You should give yourself more credit, and don’t worry about what we think, because we all love you very much and you’re so important to us.”

The moments that follow are filled with a weird silence. The camera catches Haechan looking down into his lap as he bites his lower lip for a split second. JiHo on the other hand is still looking at the same aged man. “Tha—” You’re able to see, not hear, the first half of a whispered thank you before the camera cuts to Doyoung who clears his throat awkwardly.

“Ah… What’s up with this weird energy,” he laughs in just as much of an awkward manner as before, while his eyes dart around the room sporadically. “Who’s up next?!”

JiHo and Johnny share a quick look before falling into soft laughter at their friend's attempt to move the conversation along. “I think he had a bit much to drink,” the tall American whispers to her, making her laugh a bit louder.

The conversation continues, and in the corner of the frame Mark is seen eyeing his two younger members for a while. He finds an opportunity to talk when Taeyong stops talking for a few seconds and fills it up with another comment. “I hope everyone gets along well during this comeback.” The members turn to the man in confusion. “And in the future as well of course,” he adds, noticing the stares and the weird look he was getting from some of his members.

“Don’t say that! The fans might think we don’t get along well!” the leader said with a clear pout.

“No! I know, I mean—” Mark sighs with an awkward chuckle following quickly afterwards. “I just hope that we can continue to lean on each other and if there’s any conflict between us we can move past it quickly.”

Probably unaware of the camera (and a bad idea to leave this in on SM and their editors), Yuta and Mark are seen eyeing Haechan—the former one a little more obvious about it than the latter. Haechan’s eyes are again focused on his hands in his lap and JiHo and Jungwoo share a soft smile, Jungwoo’s also holding a bit of sadness.

“Okay, then…” Taeyong speaks up, holding his glass towards the middle of the table. His eyes are on Johnny who immediately follows the leader’s actions.

“Let’s end this on a good note,” Johnny says before leading the cheer which all the members join in. All their less than cheerful expressions turned into those of pure happiness and excitement. “Let’s crush it!”

Mr. Housework 3 (JiHo Cut)

❀ JiHo appears on a Chinese Variety Show 'Mr. Housework 3', where her new roommates uncover her true feelings about moving away from the boys (this was filmed in September 2021 before she returned to NCT 127 and aired later that year)

“So, Jiji? Are you a good cook?” Xue Dong asks as he watches the young girl navigate the kitchen as if she had been living in the house for years.

JiHo smiles, shaking her head meekly. “I’m good enough to not have to eat the same thing every other day,” she explains, earning a hum from the older man. She continues to combine the ingredients for her dish in a bowl while keeping an eye out for the meat on the stove.

“Do you cook for your members a lot?”

With JiHo’s back turned the Chinese actor can’t see JiHo’s smile drop—the camera however can—before she smiles again, however a little less happily. “I used to cook for them every so often, but now that I’m living in an apartment away from them, I don’t get to do that as much.”

The other resident of the house walks in having heard the new piece of information. “Oh? I didn’t know you lived alone.”

“Not exactly. I live with my manager, but yes, I have moved out of my group’s dorm. It is easier this way since my schedule is so different from theirs.”

Xue Dong holds a soft knowing smile on his lips as he looks at the girl. “I don’t think that’s quite it,” he whispers with a sad look in his eyes which completely goes past Johnny. JiHo shares a quick look with Xue Dong but her eyes shift to Johnny even quicker as the tall man starts to talk.

“Don’t you miss them?”

“Of course I do,” JiHo laughs softly.

The room falls into a heavy silence with the two men eyeing the young girl in a brotherly fashion. They can almost see memories flicking behind JiHo’s eyes as her features shift from happiness to something akin to sadness in just a split second.

“Sometimes I miss the chaos, you know?” she asks with a smile and her two temporary roommates chuckle in understanding. “I also miss eating together and spending the evenings together. But our schedules are too different now. If I still lived in the dorm I think I’d be home alone a lot when they are on schedule and vice versa.”

“I understand,” Xue Dong says with a nod. He stands up and walks further into the kitchen to lend the girl some help. “You must have lived together for a while so it’s natural to miss them. I’m sure they miss you too.”

Johnny hums from behind the kitchen island. “Yeah, we’ve only lived together for 2 days, but I’ve already grown to care for you like a little sister. You’re very easy to like,” he explains, causing the other two to laugh. “What? I mean it!”

“Thank you. I’ve liked living here with you as well so far.”

Xue Dong, next to JiHo, pats her shoulder softly. “Good, let’s make these coming days just as enjoyable, okay?”

Today is pole dancing!🕺🏼✨ | Johnny’s Communication Center (JCC) Ep.31

“Hey, guys, welcome to another episode of JCC,” Johnny greets the camera. “Today, we're here to experience a new thing, with this pole and,” he drags out the last word before turning the camera to JiHo, who's standing behind him. “I’m also babysitting this weirdo today.”

Johnny laughs as JiHo gives him an offended look; her features twisting in an almost unflattering maner. “I can leave if you want me to,” she offers and all that the older one can do is laugh louder. JiHo then faces the camera, holding it steady so it can focus on her face, “oppa is just scared that I’ll be better than him and embarrass him.”

“Yeah no,” Johnny points the camera at his face again, “that’s the last thing I’m worried about.”

The two members then meet the instructor and she gives a little intro of the class as well as teaching both of them how to climb the pole. Johnny goes first and JiHo watches him carefully with an impressed look. “Wow, you’re doing so good,” she compliments along with the teacher. Soon enough it is her turn.

“Have you ever done this before?” the teacher asks and JiHo shakes her head from side to side. “You seem like you’ll do great though,” she says as she helps the idol with her grips. “I’ve seen your videos, you seem like a great athlete.”

“Athlete?” JiHo chuckles sheepishly at the compliment. “I don’t know about that.”

However, JiHo seems to contradict herself quite quickly as she easily hoists herself up on the pole with great technique. Johnny and the teacher are a bit baffled at first, but Johnny quickly adds, “I don’t think there’s anything JiHo’s bad at so this shouldn’t surprise me that much.” He laughs as he says this and JiHo just shakes her head in embarrassment.

“Well, then let’s make it a bit harder today, since you are both doing so well,” the teacher comments, making the two idols look at each other in shock.

“If I walk away with bruises today, it’s your fault,” Johnny whispers at JiHo threateningly, but of course he’s just playing around. The teacher grins amused before they continue on.

The two idols continue their lesson, having a lot of fun in the process. JiHo continuously spurs the teacher on to make things more difficult for Johnny, laughing whenever Johnny gets tired or is in (non-serious) pain. On the other hand, both Johnny and the teacher have fun when challenging JiHo’s flexibility and core strength. They chuckle whenever JiHo’s twisted in upside-down positions, while she complains about her muscles twitching or her hands giving out — but besides that she does amazing.

“I'm tired,” JiHo sighs exaggeratedly, perching herself against the wall. “Teacher, you really enjoyed making us suffer right?”

The teacher laughs but doesn’t deny the statement, causing the other to laugh as well. “You both did amazing today! I’m really impressed.”

“Who was better?” Johnny asks with a playful glint and JiHo quickly stands up at the sound of the question. “The loser buys the other one dinner?” He asks JiHo and she smirks.

“Well, prepare to buy me dinner at that fancy Italian place I like,” she retaliates but Johnny snorts in amusement.

“You wish.” He turns back to the teacher. “So who is it?”

The teacher thinks about it for a second before giving her answer. “JiHo looked a bit more stable and effortless—”

“HAH!” JiHo cheers pointing at Johnny.

“BUT!” Quickly, JiHo’s smile falls as the teacher speaks again. A grin starts forming on Johnny’s lips. “Although he complained a bit, Johnny did do a few more advanced positions and he tried his hardest. So I think Johnny wins, but I do think you, JiHo, could do better than him.”

JiHo purses her lips in a mixture of shame and defeat while Johnny laughs and cheers proudly. “You heard that! Dinner’s on you!” The older points at JiHo playfully — almost childishly — as he celebrates his victory.

The two then thank the teacher before finishing off the video. “Thank you oppa, for inviting me today. I had a lot of fun, and it’s been a little while since we tried a new sport together. We actually used to do it more often, but we got a bit busy.” Johnny nods along to JiHo’s words. “Also thank you JOHFAM for having me, I guess,” JiHo giggled, earning a dad-smile from her older friend. “I hope you enjoyed the video and happy new year!”

“Bye, bye JOHFAM, peace!” Johnny waves.

The boys’ reaction (only NCT 127):

Doyoung was shocked at first, not knowing JiHo and Johnny had planned to film the content together. But as he watched the video his initial shock definitely subsided immensely. Of course he felt a bit unsure about JiHo doing such a sport out of all of them, worried about how some people watching it might sexualise JiHo. She showed a very different more feminine side of herself, and with her wearing only shorts and a cropped tank top, it seemed like a valid worry. But he also knew most people are decent human beings and wouldn’t think like that. Doyoung would definitely be impressed by JiHo’s abilities though and he also enjoyed seeing the banter between his two friends.

“You guys seemed to have a lot of fun during that JCC video,” Doyoung casually brought up and immediately Johnny and JiHo shared a playful glint. “What?” “Are you jealous you weren’t invited?” JiHo smirked, earning a scowl from the boy. “No that isn’t it, he’s just being a protective brother,” Johnny said smugly and Doyoung immediately denied it. “Sure, let’s act like I haven’t seen you report those comments about JiHo on the video.” “What comments?” JiHo asked, innocently. Both boys didn’t answer her question though, as Doyoung glared at Johnny who seemed to enjoy it with a smirk on his lips.

Taeil, Jungwoo, Jaehyun and Yuta are 100% cheering JiHo on. They make playful comments about JiHo being all grown up and doing more “sexy” things, but it’s all in good fun (and to mess with Doyoung and Taeyong a bit). JiHo has done more sexy concepts with NCT than this video, since the pole dancing was more just impressive things and a showcase of her strength and flexibility. So they think that any concern about the video is useless.

“Our little girl is all grown up!” he yelled out causing JiHo to roll her eyes. “I can’t believe she’s gone pole dancing. You haven’t signed up for regular classes, have you?” “Oppa stop, can we not talk about this while having dinner?” she asked with a small smile, knowing that the boy was just joking around. “If you did though, I don’t think Czennie would mind,” he added quickly with a smirk.

Taeyong was way more nervous about the video than he wants/tries to let on. Of course he doesn’t have a problem with JiHo pole dancing and he also thought it was impressive and cool, but like Doyoung he was very concerned about the reaction. He was a bit too focused on fans’ thoughts and it showed. Spending a few hours just reading reactions, and getting angry when he found that one-in-a-thousand comment mentioning JiHo’s body or something inappropriate.

“Stop looking at the comments,” Johnny laughed as soon as he saw Taeyong scroll down the comments of the video again. “I just need to make sure people aren’t saying—” “People will say stuff regardless,” Johnny closed the YouTube tab on Taeyong’s pc. “Ignore it,” he told the leader, who had become a pouty mess but nodded.

Mark and Haechan are a bit flustered when they see the video on their feed for the first time. They are wary going into it, but as they watch it they are very impressed, again reminded that JiHo is indeed very strong and athletic (and also really pretty even while doing sports). They both don’t say much after having watched the video, but when it’s brought up they do show how proud and impressed they were (but like… lowkey).

“Have you seen the video with Johnny and JiHo?” He nodded as he was asked the question. “Yeah, Johnny hyung and JiHo are really good at different sports. I couldn’t do anything like that haha,” he chuckled a bit awkwardly, not knowing how to react.

"important" update:

this week I will (try to... cuz I've been stalling for so long now) update my masterlist system. My main jiho.writing masterlist is getting too long, so I'll be splitting it up in 2 (maybe 3) masterlists. I will not delete the writing masterlist, but it will be a navigation to the other ones, which will be classes by a time period for example, "2018-2020" and "2021-202X". In addition to this, I'll probably be making one extra masterlist for jiho.video type of posts since those posts are getting plenty as well. Everything will still be able to navigate from the main masterlist, aka the pinned post of my blog.

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up since this might make things a bit confusing to navigate at first.

Hi, i hope your doing well. I wanted to know if Jiho joined Yuta and Shotaro on their "Show You Our Journey" variety show. I couldn't help but think of her with all the fun, her being more open and chaos, Jiho would endure. Especially, when they facetimed Yuta's mom and his driving skills.

I don't remember if I wrote it somewhere, but I think I did put JiHo in that trip with Yuta and Shotaro to Japan. I've thought about it a lot, but I haven't watched the show myself yet so I haven't thought if I wanted to write it yet or if JiHo was there for it.

I think I might put her in that trip tho and post maybe a jiho.videos post about it or mention it somewhere, like a funny moments compilation maybe??

But yeah just imagining them together on that trip, I just know it be so much chaos. + JiHo getting cocky about her drivers skills, cuz I know she would park better than Yuta in that one clip😂

“Jaemin oppa~ I have one more question.” The fan speaks with a sickly sweet voice, gaining the idol’s attention after he finishes signing her album. “Yes?”

“JiHo hosted during your comeback show right?” Jaemin nodded, listening intently. “Wasn’t that a shame though? Wouldn’t you rather have Doyoung oppa? He’s done it in the past so why-” “I think JiHo did great.” He interjects sharply.

“And the members really loved that she got to do it.” The fan’s expression turns into a frown. “But she was on hiatus. She should’ve stayed-” Once again, the fan gets cut off, but this time by the staff shouting that the call was almost over.

“I’d love for JiHo to do all our comeback shows in the future if she could and wanted to. Also if I’m oppa, you should call JiHo unnie or at least address her formally. Please respect my friends.”

His serious expression turns into a smile quickly - but not genuinely. “Bye~ Have a nice day!” Before the fan could say anything the screen turns black.

I’m kind of happy this video got leaked (the girl in the video didn’t want to post it, but sent it to a mutual who posted it lol) because you can see how much Jaemin and the rest of Dream care about JiHo

[NCT 127 @ Incheon Airport 2019]

With the majority of the group and staff walking in front and with the bulk thinning near the end, there was more space for the fans to walk - and push - behind the group. It wasn’t a particularly big group of fans, but they still managed to mob the idols with how much they were pushing.

The camera is focused near the back of the group; Jaehyun, Taeil and JiHo being the last of the members to enter the building. The noise of camera shutters going off is becoming so frequent that it almost sounds like one constant buzz.

The video starts becoming even more anxiety inducing when fans start to shout, telling others to “stop pushing”, while NCT’s staff yells at them to “move back”. Even the video starts becoming shaky as the person holding the camera get’s pushed around. It’s only when an almost inaudible yelp followed by multiple gasps fill the airport, that everything calms significantly.

Jaehyun whips his head back immediately and looks down at the floor where JiHo sits on her hands and knees. “Move back.” He murmurs through gritted teeth as he walks up to JiHo. As soon as the male idol speaks those words, do the fans clear out a little. He helps JiHo up, who’s quickly joined by Taeil and either a manager or someone from security.

“You okay?” Jaehyun’s previous anger is impossible to notice as his expression turns soft instantly when speaking to the younger member. She nods while he inspects her hands. “I’m fine.” JiHo then adds as a verbal response. With only a small tear in her jeans on her right knee and an even smaller cut on her left hand, JiHo and the rest walk further into the airport.

Jaehyun refuses to leave her side until she is closer to the other members, who let her walk more to the front of the group to ensure nothing like that could happen again.

In case you’re wondering why Jaehyun and Doyoung (the other members as well tbh) don’t let JiHo walk in the back at the airport anymore, or at least not alone. Luckily she didn’t get too hurt, but she did get sad that she ripped her jeans with the fall. I really wished fans would stop going to the airport to see their idols

“You should really buy a- a closet. Like, a real one.” JiHo laughs. “How do you say closet in Chinese?” She asks and Chenle and Kun help her. After she repeats her sentence, but now with the right words, she let’s out a big groan. “Chinese is so hard!”

The two boys just laugh as they watch the girl throw a fit over how she already forgot so much Chinese since she came back from China only a few months before. “I need a drink.” Overdramatically, she wipes her forehead from fake sweat and heads out of the room.

“Noona isn’t as cool as you think everyone! She’s just a normal human like us all. With many, many, many~ struggles.” Chenle laughs his famous dolphin laugh, earning a smack on his shoulder from the older male. “Yah! You can’t say it like that.”

While Chenle continues laughing, Kun’s eyes scan his phone for comments. His eyes widen for a second, and his hand flies to his phone screen to scroll through the comments, finding the one that caught his eye before. Chenle notices the change in Kun’s demeanour and quickly read the comment. “JiHo’s Chinese is so bad. hahaha, I don’t understand how you can listen to her talk like that?”

Both Chenle and Kun take a deep breath, clearly trying to contain their annoyance. “She’s trying her best, and honestly she sounds really good. I don’t hear anything wrong with it. If you don’t like it, you can leave.” Kun’s voice is dripping with anger as he speaks those words with a tight lipped smile. “And at least she’s trying. Maybe we should just start speaking Korean from now on. Then you don’t have to listen to her speaking Chinese. Would that make you happy?”

Kun places a hand on Chenle’s shoulder, trying to calm him down and get him to lower his voice a bit. Before they can say anything else though, JiHo returns to the room with a glass of water in hand.

“Did I miss something?” She asks noticing the slightly-off atmosphere. The two boys turn to her with big smiles, acting as if nothing just happened. “No, we were just reading comments.” Kun said pulling out the chair next to him, motioning for her to sit down. JiHo didn’t ask anything further and the boys didn’t mention what happened just seconds before she entered the room.

This is actually so sad, because turns out that that “fan” posts a lot of mean stuff about JiHo on their Weibo account and Chinese fans actually said that JiHo’s Chinese really good for a non-native speaker. Also Chenle and Kun were so mad about this (┬┬﹏┬┬) it hurts my heart

“It’s kinda insane that I’m here after only being a singer for one year.” JiHo explains while looking at Johnny. “It’s all a bit surreal to be honest.” She accidently giggles right into the mic, earning a few smiles from the boys as well as cheers from the crowd.

As JiHo waits for the venue to get a bit quieter before continuing, a sudden loud voice pierces through the building. “JiHo! You’re adorable!”

All of NCT looks shocked at the loudness of the person’s voice, but that wasn’t the only thing that they noticed. “Isn’t this the same fanboy who came to the last two concerts?” A loud “yes” sounded through the building again, throwing Mark into a laughing fit.

“You got some really dedicated fans, JiHo.” Johnny jokes in Korean to which JiHo sent a heart in the direction of the fan. “A little too dedicated maybe...” Yuta added, rubbing his chin as he squints in that same direction. Once the translator relays the message to the fans, everyone starts laughing. “Don’t forget she’s not allowed to date till she’s 25. So boys stay away and-” Yuta quickly stops talking as JiHo runs after him swinging her hat in the air, warning him she was going to hit him with it.

The boys are goofing around in the background while getting ready for the next shoot, while JiHo is getting her makeup fixed. She’s not the main focus of the video, but she’s still in clear view as Haechan and Doyoung are getting filmed.

JiHo is just talking to the female makeup artist when a male staff member joins the two. Nothing looks really off at first, but JiHo’s smile is no longer there.

Mark is just stood on the side, just enough in frame to see his expression turn serious while he looks in JiHo’s direction. He continues staring for a few more seconds before walking up to JiHo. He says something, which seems like he’s calling her name and then places his head on her shoulder.

Not much else happens for the rest of the 15 seconds of the clip, but he does at one point send a glare at the male staff member which soon after leaves. When he does, Mark seems visibly more relaxed but still stays in the same position before the clip ends.

Many fans have said that the staff member was bothering both JiHo and the makeup artist, but SM never really confirmed anything. They just removed the clip because “nothing happened” and they didn’t want anyone to misunderstand??? Of course nothing happened! Because Mark was there and scared the creep off!

Honestly it’s still weird to me. I kind of want to believe that the male staff wasn’t a creep or anything, but SM could’ve just explained what was happening instead of just removing it.

Poster & VCR Shooting Behind | Ep.1

In this video JiHo doesn’t talk much.

She’s mostly just in the background or waving at the camera.

For the VCR for ‘Running 2 U’ she’s paired with Johnny in the ambulance.

“If I didn’t become an idol, maybe I would’ve been a doctor.” She wonders out loud. Johnny and Haechan who are next to her, waiting on instructions from the director, share a look. “I’m glad you became an idol.” Haechan says seriously and gave her a pat on her shoulder. “Yeah. You’re a great performer JiHo. Keep it up.” Johnny adds, mirroring Haechan’s motions on her other side.

“I could take care of people! Heal them and make them better!” She exclaims, glancing at both boys defensively. “Sure JiHo, you’d be a great doctor, now let’s continue with the next take. Haechan and Johnny...” The director yells through the megaphone causing the other two members to start cackling as they see the betrayed look on JiHo’s face.

Solo Stage Practice Behind (JAEHYUN, JUNGWOO, JIHO, DOYOUNG) | Ep.3

“This ain’t it, chief.” JiHo groans as she stands in the big practise room. “I don’t get why you don’t want to do your solo song?” Rino questions. She walks up to the girl who’s just pouting in her direction. “Let’s leave that song in the past for now,” she chuckles, “I just want to show the fans something different.”

“Hi everyone, today we’re practising for my solo stage. We rearranged a song by NCT U, ‘The 7th Sense’ and I’ll be dancing and rapping to that. I’ve rewritten the lyrics and wrote my own rap so I hope Czennie are excited to see this new version.”

The practise continues with a few shots of JiHo performing and Rino giving her some pointers.

She’s now standing to the side downing a bottle of water, while sweat pools on her forehead and slowly drips down her face. JiHo looks a little stressed out and then Rino comes up to her along side Taeyong.

“You’re thinking too much about what you’re doing, stop stressing yourself out.” Taeyong tells her. He takes a step closer and pushes some stray strands of JiHo’s hair behind her ear. “You’ve changed your solo stage at least 4 times already-” “Is it too late to change it again?” Her voice cracks slightly as JiHo asks her question. She stares at Taeyong with a lost look in her eyes which makes him let out a deep sigh. “There’s no need to change anything.”

Rino brings the girl another bottle of water. “I can see each time when you start to doubt your performance, JiHo. It’s not going to change if you change the solo. So let’s try this.” Rino pulls JiHo to the center of the room, but makes her face the wall without mirrors. She then motions to one of the staff and suddenly the lights turn of in the room. “Just perform, me and Taeyong, and the staff, we will be watching. Don’t think too much, you’ll do just great.”

Once the song finishes, one of the staff turns on the lights and Taeyong jumps towards the girl while everyone cheers. “Good job, JiHo!” Rino then comes over and gives the female idol a high five. “Don’t doubt yourself, you don’t have to prove anything to anyone.”

Solo Stage Practice Behind (TAEIL, TAEYONG, JOHNNY) | Ep.4

While Johnny is practising his solo - shirtless - the camera pans over to the other members watching him.

Next to a very visibly speechless Taeil and Mark stands JiHo in front of Doyoung. He has his hands covering JiHo’s eyes, but he is too focused on Johnny to realise that JiHo has lowered his hands and can watch Johnny perfectly.

When the music stops, Doyoung walks over to Johnny to talk to him. The camera pans back over to JiHo who rolls her eyes.

“I know the fans will be a little jealous when they hear this, but... I’m used to it.” She gives a little nonchalant smirk while raising her shoulders slightly. ( ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  <- This is JiHo pretty much)

“I’ve gotten used to it, but I won’t lie. Oppa’s stage is really cool and sexy, I think the fans are really going to like it.” Mark walks up behind her and nods. “They will really like it!” Mark says. JiHo laughs before adding onto it again. “Like really, really like it.”

“Okay, you two. Isn’t it past your bedtime, JiHo?” Johnny smirks when JiHo looks at him offended. “This is what I get for coming to cheer you on?”

Stage Practice Behind | Ep.5

“Agh-” While practising for ‘Love On The Floor’ JiHo let’s out a sudden shriek. She sits up on the diagonal stage holding her face. “Oppa! Haechan kicked me in the face!” She shouted, yet you can hear a bit of amusement in her voice.

Haechan immediately sits up to assess the situation. “Did I really?” He asked, face covered in concern. She nods slowly and Haechan quickly pulls her into his arms apologising profusely. “I’m so sorry!”

Not long after on of the staff runs up to her. “No, no, no~ It’s fine. It’s actually my fault for moving too close to Haechan.” JiHo explains when more people start to join her. “Still we should check out if everything is okay.” Taeyong urges, reaching out for JiHo to help her off the stage.

When she reaches out her hand, she uncovers her face which causes Taeyong to exclaim in shock. “See! Your face is red.” JiHo just laughs as she rubs at her nose which Haechan accidentally hit. “At this point I don’t know if it’s because of Haechan or because of how embarrassed you are making me feel right now.” JiHo playfully glared at Taeyong, but followed it up with a sheepish grin. A grin Taeyong copies while everyone else starts laughing.

A little later JiHo returns and waves at the camera. “Our damsel in distress, she’s back.” Jungwoo announced, receiving an unamused look from JiHo. “I’m perfectly fine. Don’t worry.”

“My fingers are too big, I can’t do this!” Johnny is struggling with removing the stickers to decorate his light stick. JiHo notices this and laughs as she sits down next to the taller one. “Give it to me, oppa. Tsk, one of the oldest and needs help of the youngest.” She teased while helping him pick out the stickers from the sticker sheet. “Hey! Don’t be like that.” He warns. “Like what?” She shrugs her shoulders feigning innocence to which the older of the two lets out a deep sigh. “I hope the fans know how much of a menace you can be sometime.” JiHo just shrugged her shoulders again, finishing helping Johnny with his stickers.

JiHo And The Boys Shamelessly Flirting During ‘Favorite’ Era (NCT 127)

“Unnie, this is a mistake.” JiHo’s voice cuts through Johnny and Doyoung’s conversation, causing Johnny to ignore Doyoung and turn his attention to the other side of the room - where JiHo presumably is. He stands up with an amused smile and walks closer to where JiHo is, her voice getting gradually louder. “Oi~ What’s this?”

Johnny turns around the camera the same time JiHo does and he captures a soft smile from the girl as she waves at the camera first.

“You’ve got long hair now.” His hand reaches out to play with the long stands of hair that fall messily over JiHo’s shoulders. The hair extensions match the different brown tones of her hair. “It sooths you.”

What is to be described as an amused scoff leaves JiHo’s lips and they curl up into a smirk. “Is that your way of telling me I look pretty?” JiHo’s no longer looking at the camera, but just above it where Johnny’s eyes are. She blinks at him over dramatically while sending him an innocent smile. “That would boost your ego too much.”

Not satisfied with the answer, JiHo rolls her eyes. “You’re not denying it though!” Johnny’s soft chuckles get picked up by the camera before he speaks. “Why would I? It’s true.”

It’s quiet for a second. The camera is still focused on JiHo, who by now looks speechless, but soon enough finds her composure as soon as Johnny starts cackling. “Wow~ Suh Johnny, what a flirt...” She says before walking of camera.

The fact that SM just let this part of JiHo and Johnny flirting in the video baffles me, but can we just quickly appreciate how good JiHo looked with the long hair and the dress!?? I did not expect her to dance in a dress for these types of songs, but she nailed it even though she said she was worried about it on Bubble

[NCT 127 'Favorite' Countdown Live]

The members are guessing which little heart boards fit with which member by the keywords that are written on them. Haechan grabs a new one, already laughing before anyone else even gets to read them. “Ah, I guess who this could be.” He laughs to which the members tell him to hurry up and show them.

From smallest to largest word, Haechan starts reading. “Sports, dancing, puppies, soda, NCT 127 oppas/hyungs.” At the last keyword the boys all start laughing or have big grins while they look at JiHo. “Hey! If you’re going to use ‘oppa’, it’s already obvious.” She complains.

“I didn’t know you like us that much.” Haechan teases her, passing around the heart so it can find its way to JiHo. “It says ‘oppa’ and last time I checked we were born in the same year.” She teases him back, earning some oohs from Taeil, Mark and Yuta. “I’m still older than you by 6 months!”

When JiHo only laughs and softly shakes her head, Haechan turns to Johnny. “Hyung! I’m older-” “I’m not going to interfere in this.” Johnny cuts the younger boy of before he can complain.

“Okay, okay.” JiHo gets the now pouting boy’s attention. “Since you want me to like you so much, I’ll like you in those 6 months of the year you’re older than me.”

“Does that mean you don’t normally like me?”

“Do you want me to like you?”

Doyoung’s nervous laughter stops the playful back and forth between the two youngest. His eyes trailing back to and away from camera - likely towards a manager or another staff member - as he tells everyone to move along with the segment. “Let’s move on shall we?”

Haechan grabs another heart shaped board, but sends JiHo a quick glare. “We’ll get back to this later.” He says in a hushed tone and JiHo gives him a small affirmative nod.

JiHo barely said anything this livestream (most likely because it was her first live appearance back after returning to the group and she might’ve been nervous and it must’ve been really awkward), but I honestly love how Haechan got her to speak and played around with her. Our two 127 maknaes are so adorable <3

[[Un Cut] Take #2｜'Favorite' MV Behind the Scene]

“Our pretty JiHo is back with us.” Taeyong says, looking at the camera with his arm slung around JiHo’s shoulder.

The members are between filming dancing scene’s and are taking a little break. Taeyong and JiHo were in the middle of a conversation before the leader noticed the camera and walked up to it, pulling JiHo along with him.

“I’m back with our handsome leader.” JiHo smiles, copying the style of Taeyong’s comment. He is visibly taken aback a little, but quickly tries to regain his composure. “Yah~ Don’t be like that.”

JiHo only laughs, causing Taeyong to smile from ear to ear and he whispers a silent “cute” while looking at her. 

After a second, when JiHo stops laughing, she turns back at the camera. “Honestly, all the members look really good this time around, but our leader is [on] another level. The music video and album will already be out, but please look forward to Taeyong oppa’s visuals. I know his photocard will be very desirable this time around.”

Embarrassed, Taeyong hides his cheeks behind his two hands and walks away causing JiHo to laugh once again. Yuta who watched everything happen walked up to her and faced the camera. “Everyone, JiHo is pretty shameless. That’s why I call her boyfriend JiHo. I think she broke our leader.” He says before the camera pans over towards Taeyong still hiding his face behind his hands while Mark, Doyoung and Johnny laugh at him after they pry out of Taeyong what JiHo had told him to make him so flustered.

[Yuta’s Bubble Update]

“Y/n!”

“JiHo has stayed over some days so we can easily go to our schedules together.”

“This morning I woke up to fresh made breakfast by JiHo!”

“Our cute little sister made enough for everyone and even played our song ‘breakfast’ while I walked up to the kitchen this morning.”

“Why was she awake so early?”

“JiHo works out really early in the morning... I don’t get how she does it, but she also doesn’t go to bed as late as some of the other members... Maybe that’s how.”

‘Do you believe JiHo’s gaming skills are actually amazing?’

JiHo’s mouth opens wide after the question is revealed. She looks offended and struggles over her words while the other members’ laughter and chatter fill the room. “I am great.” She confirms before eying the boys.

Haechan, Taeyong and Taeil all hold up a finger heart - meaning that they agree with the statement.

“I wouldn’t know. To be honest I’ve heard she is good, but I haven’t seen her play before...” With his fingers rubbing his chin as in though, Johnny speaks. “I can confirm she’s better than Mark.” The smirk that slowly forms on Haechan’s lips doesn’t go unnoticed by JiHo, who acts as if she’s going to hit his leg, but stops just before her hand makes contact making the boy flinch.

“First of all, it’s not hard to be better than Mark.” She turns to him and smiles. “No offence.” Then she turns back, missing the way Mark looks a bit bewildered. He quickly glances at Johnny, but he just laughs. “Secondly! I’m probably the best in this room, besides Taeyong oppa maybe.”

The boys all ooh, though some seem to stay a bit sceptical. “JiHo’s good, but I wouldn’t say that good.” Haechan says to which JiHo scoffs. “Let’s not forget that one time you begged for me to carry your game-” Mid-sentence, JiHo gets cut of with Haechan slapping a hand around her mouth. She tries to continue, but her words only sound like mumbling.

The others continue to laugh even harder when JiHo pinches Haechan’s side to make him let go of her. “I haven’t got a chance to go on our gaming live broadcast [Huya], but if I did we’d definitely be having chicken [meaning: to win the game].”

Taeil let’s out an impressed cheer, grabbing JiHo’s attention. “Ai~ That’s our girl.” He says while reaching out to give JiHo a fist bump. She gladly returns it, while sending him a wink. “Well, you know me.” She smirked.

Why is the thought of gamer JiHo is so hot to me?!? We really need JiHo on Huya sometime, because we need proof of these infamous gaming skills. Also the thought of JiHo carrying the group in a game- She’s on a whole other level!

Okkiii! That’s it you guys, I hope you enjoyed this video. JiHo was really quiet this era and I know on Bubble she said she was sorry for not being able to show the most bright side of herself and that it was a bit weird for her to be back, since it had been a year since her last promotions with the group. I hope she’s fully adjusted now and that she feels more comfortable, but I’m also super proud of how she’s handling everything and I’m even more happy that she’s back with the boys.

A Compilation Of NCT Giving JiHo Kisses 💋

These were just funny and cute moments I wanted to point out, because over the years some of these “kisses” have been caught on camera and I want to share these with you.

[Weekly Idol ep 452]

“Who do you think you can beat easily?” Reads Doyoung’s paper. He stands behind the members, pacing back and forth as he decides on which member to choose. 

The members discuss about whether or not they think his question is more on the positive or the negative side while JiHo sits between the leader and Jaehyun silently. Before anyone realises Doyoung places his arms around JiHo’s shoulders, chin resting on the top of her head. The members turn to them in shock and JiHo’s eyes widen. “Why?” She mutters.

The tree hosts look at Doyoung sceptically before one calls out, “I’m sorry Doyoung, but I don’t think it’s true.” Doyoung chuckles nervously and stands up tall. “Possibly, but it would be only right for it to be like that no?” He almost stutters and the room fills with everyone’s theories.

Little cut here but context: Doyoung chooses Haechan as well and it started to sound like his question was on the rather negative side

“The one you want to punch the most?” One of the hosts repeats the other boys’ words and JiHo stands up looking offended. “Yah! Don’t you think that’s a bit much?” She eyes the taller boy who immediately pulls her into a hug and kisses the side of her head, barely noticeable at first glace, but he definitely does. “No, no, it’s not like that!” He reassures her, but the boys continue to tease Doyoung while JiHo tries her best to hide her smile from him and fake her annoyance.

[NCT WORLD 2.0 ep 8]

“Wah~ You guys are really hopeless.” JiHo says dumbfounded after a few minutes of watching her two Japanese friends try to cook, unable to do even the simplest of things without looking it up. “You guys really don’t cook at all.” She chuckles to herself before turning away and walking towards the door.

“Wait!” Yuta yells after her and a few seconds later JiHo returns to his side. “Can’t you help us a little?” JiHo lets out a louder laugh this time as even Shotaro looks at her with hopeful eyes. “It’s going to take a bit more than some help for your guys’ cooking to turn out edible. I’m sorry, I’m not a miracle worker.” She shrugs and turns to leave once again. “Ah JiHo~ Please just for a few minutes.” Yuta whines, eyes following the retreating figure of the girl.

JiHo only complies after a minute more of pleas and the promise of buying her her favourite breakfast the following day.

She goes on to help the two boys, Haechan joining the group not much later to help them prepare some rice. Yuta then calls him over to try the meat they had been cooking so far.

The oldest picked up a piece of meat with the tongs in his hand and brought it towards Haechan’s lips. “How is it?” “It’s good!” The blond answered, earning a satisfied grin from Yuta.

“Wow. First asking me to help and now you’re not even offering me a piece.” JiHo pouts, making Yuta snap towards her. “Oh- Here try some.” He quickly picks up another piece, fresh from the pan and lead it towards JiHo’s mouth. Before it reaches her lips however, the piece of meat slips from between the tongs and falls onto the back of JiHo’s hand.

She jumps in surprise at the almost burning sensation the piece of meat causes and a small yelp leaves her lips. The other two 00 liners turn to JiHo once they heard her squeal, eyes widened with worry, while Yuta quickly drops the utensil in his hand to grab a hold of JiHo’s “injured” hand.

He scans it for a visible burn, but thankfully the skin had only reddened a bit. “I’m so sorry!” He apologises profusely for a good minute, pressing apologetic kisses to the back of JiHo’s hand even after she starts laughing and telling him that she was fine.

The boys are currently waiting in the dressing room, get ready or relaxing before their stage a little later on. The camera focuses on Haechan and Taeil, who’s sitting next to him, while they’re playing a mobile game.

“Oh! JiHo came!” Chenle’s voice booms through the room. While the camera’s still focused on the two boys, the room fills with greetings coming from the boys, the staff and JiHo herself.

The camera cuts, but the scene stays the same. Only this time JiHo is standing with Doyoung next to Haechan and Taeil. “I brought some snacks.” JiHo informs, holding out a plastic bag, making sure that the crinkling sound of the plastic can be heard. “Really?” Taeil asks as he looks up for a split second to sent the girl a welcoming smile. “You really didn’t have to.” Doyoung says, patting the girl’s back.

JiHo just shrugs and eyes Haechan - the only person who hasn’t acknowledged her presence yet. “Yah Haechan!” Yuta chuckles as he tries to get his attention. The boy only hums in response. “JiHo came over here to bring some snacks.” He finished and this time Haechan glances at JiHo, who’s patiently awaiting a response. “Hmm, you can leave the bag on the table there.” Is all he said, causing JiHo to gasp.

She turns towards the camera and hesitates, still in disbelieve, before speaking. “Do you see how they treat me here? Unbelievable.” She rolls her eyes and everyone begins laughing as she stomps over towards the table. 

Haechan quickly follows her. His body slightly hunched over from how much he was laughing. “Ah JiHo~” He whines as she tries to get away from him. “I was just joking.” He laughs once he secures the girl in his arms.

“And to think I made sure to get your favourite snack as well.” She states, unamused by the whole situation. The boy only giggles causing JiHo to get into a small rant of how Haechan’s always teasing her lately, when all she is doing are nice things for him.

The boy just stares at her with a wide grin, which only grows wider the longer she rants. When JiHo realises Haechan’s not reacting to what she’s saying she turns to look at him. “What do you want?” She asks in a deadpan voice. “Ah! So cute!” He shrieks pressing a loud kiss to her temple. “Ah-” She tries to pull away from him, but Haechan’s already let her go and ran off screen.

JiHo continues to stand there blankly for a few seconds, her hand coming up to wipe her temple as she looks back at the camera. “What’s gotten into him?” She whispered, a disgusted look painting her features.

[JiHo VLive: My Birth Anniversary?💚]

JiHo looks at her phone on the table, reading the comments of the fans who had joined her for her birthday VLive. She was only planning to do a short stream, but when she told everyone that she didn’t have plans and would probably be alone for the rest of the day, the fans convinced her to stay online for a little longer.

When she asked the manager behind the camera if it was okay, she hadn't expected him to be so enthusiastic by her proposition. She asked him if he was okay, but he quickly shrugged it off.

That’s why JiHo was still live after more than one hour. She had never done such a long Vlive, since she felt like she didn’t have much to talk about when she was alone. Just as she was about to comment on it, a door opened and in stormed multiple people.

“Happy birthday!” JiHo’s face turns from shock into a huge smile as Ten, Mark, Yuta, Doyoung, Taeyong, Jeno and Johnny walk in with another dessert in hands. When she realises what it is she cracks up.

Taeyong carefully places the croquembouche on the table in front of her, but made sure it wasn’t blocking the fans’ vision of JiHo.

“What is this?” She asks rhetorically, eyeing the dessert. Mark was about to answer her when Johnny explained to him that JiHo wasn’t seriously asking them.

“We just wanted to give our favourite girl her favourite dessert!” Taeyong cheers, excitement ready to spill out of his jumpy body. “It’s not my favourite though.” She looks at him seriously, halting everyone's movement. “Yah! Just play along!” Taeyong scolds and JiHo, soon followed by the others, starts laughing.

Yuta picks one of the choux pastry puffs from the tower and brings it up to JiHo’s lips, which automatically close around the sweet. With a full mouth she utters a happy “thank you” and the 4 oldest (minus Johnny) all press kisses to JiHo’s head and cheeks whishing her a happy birthday.

I wanna cry with how cute JiHo looked with her cheeks full of pastries! And the fact that everyone looked at her with adoration as well as that she didn’t pull away from the hyung line as they kissed her! She was genuinely so happy because she thought that after that morning that she spent with the members, she would be alone for the rest of the day, but then they came and surprised her :’((( So cutteeeee

I’m sad that that Vlive from her birthday last year was the last time we saw such interaction with JiHo and the boys, but I hope we get to see more of it with NCT 2021.

Vampire House : The Favorite (JiHo Cut)

“Bonjour...” JiHo tries to hide her suppressed laughter behind her hands. “Is something wrong?” Jaehyun turns to his left to address JiHo. “No, no, nothing. Please do go on.” She gestures at him before he continues. “I’m Jaehyun Favoritine.”

“Ah and you?” Johnny looks at JiHo after everyone has finished their introduction. JiHo eyes every member before letting out a deep sigh. “I guess you aren’t very informed.” “Huh?” Doyoung’s eyes widen, Jaehyun and Johnny spare each other a confused glance. “I’m JiHo. Surname would be Favoritois.” “Oh! Sounds familiar.” Johnny mumbles to himself. “Some might know me as the founder of Kwangya,” exaggerated gasps come from all three boys, “some might call me a traitor. Therefore I have been banned from my own territory. Whether you decide to believe the rumours or not, I do no longer associate with my past. Now I travel the world... Try new things... Meet new people...”

JiHo examines a knife before bringing it up to her nose to smell it. She smirks slightly and then looks at the camera. “JIHO Favoritois, 1218 Years Old, Born in ??”

“Do you also have someone you love?” Doyoung asks carefully. “Love... Though I guess I’m not opposed to falling in love. There might even be someone I have my eyes on. I also have other reasons to want to be human.” “Like what?” Doyoung asks. JiHo sends him a piercing look, causing him to cower slightly. Nervous laughter erupts from the man after JiHo says, “You ask many questions, don’t you?”

After Mark sits down, JiHo walks up to the Haechan. “Agh- It’s you.” (resentment) His face is painted with a look of displeasure. “Nice to see you too, Mr. Favorite.” (keeps cool) She turns towards the front. “1218 years old. Doesn’t matter where I’m from. I’m here now.” JiHo glances at Haechan who doesn’t ask her any further questions, so she heads towards the tables and sits down between Jaehyun and Doyoung.

“She’s kind of mysterious. Who is she?” Taeyong whispers at Mark from the other side of the room. “Right! I guess you’re too young to know.” Yuta who sits at the other table hears the conversation and decides to join in. “If I were you, I wouldn’t ask too many questions. If the rumours are true, you wouldn’t want to be on her bad side.”

“JiHo?” At the mention of her name, JiHo sits up from where she had been leaning against Doyoung’s shoulder. “Hmm?” She hums questioningly. “Why do you want to become a human?” “It’s quite simple actually. I mean look at you guys. I’m already over a thousand years old, but I wish to not become like these people.” “These people?!” Johnny stands up, face contorted from how offended he is at the comment. “I have spent countless years observing humans as well as vampires. As I watch the humans, I see a life I long for.”

“Wow, since when has JiHo become this well spoken?” Doyoung asks the other two boys at his table who both look just as fascinated. “She’s really into her role.” Taeil snickers, watching as JiHo twirls a strand of her hair.

“Aren’t you in love with someone?” Haechan stares intensely at the younger girl. She scoffs, grabbing the glass of wine(?) in front of her and swirling it around. “In the wise words of Troye Sivan: ‘Only fools fall for you‘.” At that, Mark and Taeyong burst out laughing, holding onto each other so as not to fall from their chairs.

(the question is: How much do you know about love?) “Next JiHo!” Haechan says, causing all eyes to look at the girl who sits slumped in her chair. “Does she even love anyone?” Taeyong asks Mark in a whisper. “I don’t think so.” “I bet she has never been in love before.” Johnny mumbles while looking at himself in the mirror.

Suddenly JiHo stands up with a smack against the table, causing Doyoung and Taeil - and Taeyong at the table on the other side - to jump in surprise, maybe even a bit of fear. “Okay!” She yells loudly. “I do care about love! I’ve been in love many times. They have all died before I could be with them.”(immersed) She confesses and Jaehyun looks at her in bewilderment. “Wow-” “Acting skills...” Jungwoo mumbles. JiHo puts both hands on the table, her head is turned downwards as she takes a big breath. “My heart has been broken many times.” She stands back up straight and looks into the distance. “But when one is in love, you decide to put yourself into a situation where you allow your heart to be broken. Because if you are truly in love... You give yourself to them, even if that means that you lose a piece of yourself in the process.” (- JIHO Favoritois, 2021)

The boys are quiet for a second as JiHo sits back down, adjusting her skirt - with a ridiculous amount of layers of fabric. “Have you been taking acting classes?” Johnny is the first one to speak, causing JiHo to laugh. “Like for real though, where did that come from?” Marks sounds insanely confused yet impressed at the same time. “Did I miss something in the script?” Yuta looks at the staff behind the camera, causing some of them, as well as some of the members to laugh.

(they’re making acrostic poems with the word ‘love’) “JiHo ‘Sa’!” Haechan says loudly. Without hesitation JiHo starts her poem, “‘for the person [I] love’ / [내가] 사랑하는 사람을 위해.” Mark, Taeyong, Jungwoo and Yuta ooh at how fast JiHo started. “’Rang’!” The boys then call out together. Yuta watches JiHo with a smile. (Expecting) “Rang... Rang... La- ‘I’ll buy you Lancaster Castle.’ / ‘랑(랭)커스터 성을 사줄게‘” (Lancaster in Korean is written  랭커스터, but JiHo pronounced it like 랑커스터 so that it works in the poem)

The boys all laugh at the unexpected poem, while JiHo just smiles. “I have enough money.” (proud) She says to no one in particular. “Wow, I don’t know whether to be impressed or not.” Jungwoo says once he finally stops laughing while wiping a stray tear from his eye. “Honestly, I did not expect that.” Mark tells JiHo when she glances over at him. “Me neither.” “What’s up with you today?” Doyoung asks from beside her. He was holding on to her arm while laughing ever since she said her last line of the poem.

“Now, let's play some mini-games together.” Haechan starts out. “Everyone, while playing the game, keep in mind you'll choose the final winner.” At the youngest boy’s explanation - actually oldest in this case - Doyoung looks perplexed. “What are you talking about?” “ Even if you win the game, the final winner will be decided by majority vote.” Haechan continues to explain the rules. A chorus of confused laughter fills the room and Mark and Doyoung ask why they are even playing a game to begin with.

Meanwhile, JiHo stands up and starts walking off set. “Where are you going?” Haechan asks confused. “Call me when the next meeting happens. I have better things to do.” JiHo holds her hand up to her ear like she’s holding a telephone and winks at the boy. Before she can make it too far though, Johnny grabs her hand and pushes her back to her seat. “Sit down.”(stern) The girl wordlessly obeys.

Once JiHo’s eyes take notice of the cat ears which were supposed to read brainwaves, her face immediately bursts out into a big grin. It only intensifies as the ears start moving on top of Johnny and Mark’s heads.

Whilst everyone is crying with laughter, JiHo tries to regain some self control as she mumbles, “Ah~ I don’t think I can do this.” She continues to cling onto Doyoung next to her, and he does the same to her as well, as they both laugh while watching the members with the moving ears on their heads.

“Who hasn’t gone yet?” Mark asks after pretty much all members have played. “JiHo!” Yuta yells, pointing at the girl who’s hiding behind Doyoung’s arm. “I don’t think I have to go?” It sounds pretty close to a question as JiHo hesitantly stands up. “No no, everyone has to try at least once!” The excitement is very clear in Haechan’s voice as he watches JiHo walk towards the chairs in the middle. “Who will you go with?” One of the boys ask and Taeyong speaks up quickly, “I’d like to see JiHo and Johnny!”

“Ohhh~ so cute!” Jungwoo and Yuta both squeal as JiHo puts the ears on. She sends them a slightly annoyed glare, which makes Johnny laugh and it also causes his ears to start moving suddenly. (unexpected cuteness) “Ah! Wait, we haven’t started yet!” Johnny is quick to defend himself, but it still takes a few seconds before the cat ears stop moving. “Do I make your heart flutter?” JiHo leans in slightly and it takes the older boy by surprise. His ears move again. (surprise attack) “Hey! Stop it.”

The other members are already laughing at the unexpected turn of events. “Wow, I didn’t expect Johnny to crumble like that in front of JiHo.” Haechan is almost in shock by how JiHo can make Johnny’s ears move more than any other member has before her. Jaehyun agrees, but his laughter makes it hard for him to voice his words. “JiHo~” Johnny starts. “You look very pretty today.” The ears that had moved slightly before, swiftly stood up straight and stopped moving. Johnny observes them for a second and after he realises they weren’t going to start moving, he sits back in his chair and crosses his arms as if he were offended. “Yah... Don’t you feel absolutely nothing?” (hurt) JiHo apologetically shakes her head. “I’m sorry, buddy.” The nickname causes Johnny to scoff, but soon he along with JiHo join the other boys laughing.

When the game is finally over and JiHo wins with 2 to 9, she and Johnny both go and sit down on their original chairs again. “This woman is cold blooded. No heart at all!” Johnny hisses, but when he sees JiHo send him an apologetic pout, he quickly gives her a short but firm hug.

“Now finally,” Haechan starts off, (final vote) “It’s time to choose one person for “Favorite”. It's time to choose the owner of "Favorite". Have you all decided on that one person?” Haechan asks. “Yes!” JiHo’s loud voice makes Doyoung next to her wince and hold his ear. “What’s up with you today?” Doyoung laughs, still softly rubbing his right ear. JiHo grabs her glass and circles her wrist. “There must be something in this wine.” (it’s definitely not alcohol...) She mumbles. Both Jaehyun and Doyoung make eye contact with each other before bursting into laughter. Ever the curious one, Haechan leans over Jaehyun’s shoulder, asking what just happened. “Nothing, don’t worry about it.” Jaehyun shrugs him off, but continues laughing and it earns a pout from the other boy.

The first three members (Jungwoo, Mark and Taeyong) go to the front, and JiHo throws them one of her 9 flowers each. “Did you give all of them one?” Haechan asks while Yuta starts walking to the front. JiHo’s hands move through the flowers as if she’s counting them and she nods. “I had nine... So I’ll give everyone one.” JiHo looks up at Haechan. “Besides you.” She grins and Haechan gasps. “I’m just kidding.”

JiHo does end up giving Haechan one of her flowers and so does she for Jaehyun. It’s now her turn to stand in the middle.

“If you want JiHo to become human, throw your roses.” Haechan announces, but only silence follows. (You could hear a pin drop...) Behind JiHo the boys all eye each other, deciding whether or not to throw their roses or not (some of the members have even run out of roses to throw). When JiHo hears nothing for another second, she starts walking off set. “Thank you! You’ve worked hard!” (leaving) She tells the staff while she walks off screen and soon the members start to call her back or are laughing loudly. “No! Now I feel bad!” Mark yells when JiHo is long gone.

The room is filled with half-apologies, as finally walks back to her spot. “We’ll throw them for real this time.” Taeyong assures her but she waves him off. “I’m fine, I’ll just save myself the embarrassment.” She sits back down on her seat and Yuta runs up to her to pull her into a bone crushing hug. Doyoung, who is already sitting next to her, does the same. “I’m sorry!” They both apologise; yet their amusement is very noticeable.

When everyone is settled back down, and Taeyong personally delivers JiHo one flower to which JiHo reassures him she’s completely fine, JiHo speaks up once again. “If I were you guys I’d sleep with one eye open tonight.” A shiver runs down Mark’s spine as he looks at Jungwoo with wide eyes, the older boy mirroring his expression. “I’m not sure if she’s still acting or she means in real life.” Mark tells him. “Oh don’t worry Mark. You’ll find out when I reach your roommates first.” (scary) The comment makes Mark gulp, but further reactions remain unseen as the camera cuts to Doyoung getting his flowers.

“Since Johnny gets to become human, I’ll guess I’ll see you guys next time?” JiHo doesn’t even pay attention to the boys as she says this, but all the boys frantically exchange eye contact. “Johnny hyung?!” Haechan points at the wine bottle in the older boy’s hands (the wine makes any vampire who drinks it become human). “Maybe you should give it to JiHo.” This makes JiHo look up and a big smile appears on her face. She cheerfully jumps over to Haechan and stands between him and Jaehyun. Both her arms drape around the boys’ shoulders as she pulls them closer. “Why? Aren’t you excited to see me next time? Wasn’t today so much fun?” Earning a forced nod from Haechan, she eyes the other members. “Not gonna lie, you’re kinda freaking me out right now.” Mark’s voice wavers slightly. “Let’s leave!” (The end of discussion) Haechan quickly hits his gavel and the members leave. JiHo waits for the boy to stand up and they both leave together laughing about something but it doesn’t get picked up by the mic.

While Yuta walks off he turns to Mark, “do you think JiHo took acting classes?” “It feels like it doesn’t it!?” Mark answers a bit eagerly. “Maybe something was really in her drink...” Jungwoo wonders out loud.

NCT’s Boyfriend Lim JiHo (favourite NCT x JiHo moments) | Part 1

Since my last video, JiHo x Dream cute moments, a lot of you have requested to do a video with JiHo and other units, but I decided to combine everything and just do one video. I hope you enjoy!

“JiHo!” Mark walks up to the girl who’s having a conversation with Jaehyun in the back of the classroom. She’s sat on a desk next to the older boy, laughing at something he’s just said.

“Hello Minhyung-ah.” She turns around at the mention of her name and waves at the camera that’s pointed at her. Mark seems slightly flustered at either the mention of his birth name, or the fact that JiHo calls upon him informally, but he quickly regains his composure, likely realising she’s just in character.

Mark goes on to ask Jaehyun and JiHo to introduce themselves to the camera and JiHo asks him a few questions about his vlog when suddenly a high pitched shriek - which turned out to be one of the staff - and a startled yell interrupts their conversation.

The three turn to see Doyoung looking slightly scared when he points towards a big black spot on the floor. “How is it so big?” He questions and JiHo jumps of the desk to investigate the mysterious spot. “What is it?” Mark asks from a safe distance and Taeyong also takes a step forward, immediately taking a bigger step back however when he sees what it is. “How can a spider be that big?!”

JiHo remains crouched next to the creature, chuckling slightly at her members reaction before she reaches her hand out. A chorus of “What”s and startled noises fill the room at her action. After a quick pause JiHo again reaches out her hand and let’s the spider crawl on top of her hand. Once she stands up and turns around everyone takes a step back. “You’re just a bunch of babies. What would you guys do without me?” She questions and everyone just stares at the girl wordlessly.

Once she moves to exit the room, the spider suddenly moves as well, almost falling off her hand. Haechan who’s sat just beside JiHo jumps out off his chair and runs over to Johnny causing JiHo to laugh. “I got it! I got it. Don’t worry, I’m already bringing it outside.” Reassures JiHo and she leaves the room.

Mark lets out a breath he didn’t know he was holding and points the camera to himself, Jungwoo standing next to him. The taller boy puts up his thumb in approval. “JiHo’s the best, I can’t believe she wasn’t scared.” “I’m not surprised she wasn’t scared, I’m just surprised she even picked it up with her bare hands.” Mark explains.

Yuta quickly joins the two boys, slinging his arms around both of their shoulders. “As expected, boyfriend JiHo.” He jokes yet everyone hums and response in agreement.

And that’s how the term ‘boyfriend JiHo’ was born. I’m about 99% sure JiHo has absolutely no fears.

[ Unexpected Guest Blows Everyone Away In Archery [2019 ISAC Chuseok Special Ep 5] ]

JiHo is seen talking to one of the staff members before they give her a nod which causes her to excitingly walk over to her members. She talks to them for a while before she gets handed over the archery equipment and walks over to the target. Grabbing an arrow she points eases her bow down and prepares for a shot.

“Oh- I’m not sure why JiHo is standing there. Is she going to shoot?” One of the announcers says to which another responds. “I think she got permission from the staff.” He noted, but they continue talking about the unexpected situation.

JiHo let’s go of the bowstring and her arrow makes its way to the target. “One! She hit a one!” One of the announcers yells to which everyone begins to laugh.

Behind JiHo her members laugh hysterically as well, but JiHo continues unfazed by the reaction and grabs a new arrow. Her second arrow hit the target and and now all eyes are on the girl. “TWO! I guess this is why JiHo isn’t competing in archery this time around.”

Doyoung tumbles over to the girl, no power in his legs as he almost collapses because of his laughing fit. He pats her shoulder telling her something which looks like something along the lines of: “I think you should stop,” but JiHo hold up her finger and shoos him away.

She grabs yet another arrow and points it towards the target. “I don’t think we’ve ever had an situation like this which has been more interesting than the actual event. Everyone in the stadium has their eyes on JiHo.” The commentating continues. “Even if her shots were poor until now, I can’t help but say that JiHo still looks as cool as ever.” Another announcer says and everyone agrees.

The third and last arrow hit the target and everyone laughs again, but only for a second until JiHo turns around towards her group and holds her hands up above her head in the shape of a heart. The whole stadium breaks out in cheers and shocked expressions once they realise what happened.

“SEVEN! Did she just spell out her team name in archery?” The whole of her group run up to JiHo as she beams happily. Doyoung and Mark are frozen in their places as they double check the target to confirm what just happened.

One of the announcers tries to make sense of what just happened while his colleagues continued to freak out. “The amount of precision it takes to hit the exact numbers you want to hit with just an arrow from that far... wow~ JiHo is the real MVP here! She just hit one, two and seven consecutively just like her group name NCT 127.”

By this time Johnny had dropped his bow and ran up to JiHo, lifting her up on his shoulders and bounced her around while cheering loudly. The other members stood around them, still in shock about what she had just pulled off yet they looked very thankful and loved.

Not at JiHo pretty much confessing her love and devotion for her group in the most extra way. 

Also the way she just effortlessly hit all those right scores in such a difficult sport while getting clowned by hundreds of people, yet she stayed unfazed and continued on! That’s the hottest thing she could ever do. <3

[ [Un Cut] Take #14｜‘RESONANCE’ Music Video Behind the Scene ]

‘Work It’ team is preparing for their shoot when off camera a shout can be heard. “They’re not showing enough skin!” JiHo yells in English causing Johnny and Ten to turn to her in a mixture of shock and amusement.

Their laughter only erupts when the camera turns to a wide-eyed JiHo, sitting cross legged beside the stage. “You were filming this?” She points at the camera which visibly pans up and down, confirming JiHo’s question. She then hides her face in her hands while Johnny and Ten walk into frame.

Johnny crouches down next to the girl poking her sides and Ten turn to the camera. “You’re finally getting to see what JiHo’s actually like. She’s not as innocent as you think.” He smirks and turns to see JiHo trying to push away Johnny who’s continuing to tease her. “I’m only saying what Czennie want.” JiHo says her cheeks just slightly flushed. “Sure~” Ten adds.

Well, JiHo’s not wrong. I wouldn’t complain about seeing more skin.

I’m pretty sure I used a clip from this video in my last video, but so much happened in this video, I’ll keep going back to it until I have mentioned everything

JiHo stands to the side of the practise room, seemingly zoned out only wearing half of her hoodie. One arm wasn’t inside of the hoodie, with the fabric resting on her shoulder.

The boys were kind of just doing their own thing, waiting on next instructions while JiHo just stood there staring at nothing. “JiHo?” The choreographers voice helps the girl snap out of her trance and she answers him with a confused expression. “Cute~” Taeil coos from the side.

“During one of the transitions I would like for you to do a turn or a flip or something. Could you try?” JiHo’s eyes widen slightly and she nods slowly. “Let’s just try, if it doesn’t work we’ll just leave it as it’s now.” The boys cheer her on and JiHo walks to the middle. She takes her hoodie off in the mean time, showing of her pretty defined abs.

She has no business looking that good! But also, I’m not complaining.

You can hear some of the boys compliment her on her looks - a.k.a. her abs - silently. “I’m standing in the back at the beginning of the transition. I could do a roundoff back handspring?” Mark oohs at the terms causing JiHo to giggle a little and send him a smile. “Are you confident you can do it?” JiHo nods. “Okay, go ahead.”

JiHo then moves to her position and effortlessly pulls of the move, only stumbling a little at the landing. “Could you try something else?” The choreographer asks which prompts JiHo in doing a flip much like Jeno has done in the past. Ending her landing in a bit of a turn, completely unintended, but her momentum from the flip caused her to swing through a bit more.

The boys holler in excitement to which JiHo can’t help but smile. Lucas and Jisung are completely in awe, exclaiming they have never seen JiHo do any flips or tricks. Doyoung turns to the two younger boys and warns them. “It’s not the time to fall in love guys.”

Everyone laughs at the comment and takes advantage of it to tease both the youngest of the team and Lucas. Lucas seemingly less effected by the teasing, though still a bit shy, while Jisung’s already flushed cheeks turn a bright shade of red.

Honestly I don’t blame them. If you aren’t crushing on JiHo, then you should revaluate your taste in people

I know I didn’t get to all units or all members, but these clips were a bit longer then usual, so I’ll probably do multiple parts.

💚 A Bedtime Live Stream

❀ JiHo goes live for a short time with a “mystery guest” to answer Czennies burning questions

“Did you press start.” A deep voice mumbles. JiHo, who’s sat in front of the camera in a dark room, smiles and looks down beside her. “Yup, I’m just waiting for Czennie to join.” The unknown person just hums in response earning a small chuckle from the girl.

A few moments later JiHo deems the number of viewers large enough to greet everyone and officially start her live. “Hi Czennie, how have you been?”

“Isn’t it too late to be live?” JiHo reads before looking at her own phone and brining it up to the camera to show the screen. 11.46 pm, it reads. “Hmm~ It’s a little late I guess. Shouldn’t you be asleep then?” A deep chuckle makes JiHo look to her side again. “Czennie. Can you guess who this mystery guest is today?” She asks, but doesn’t elaborate any further.

Peaches🍑: If you could have a pet what would it be? “Someone’s asking me what pet I would like to have.” “A dog, obviously.” This time the deeper voice is a lot more clear and the fans recognise it as Chenle’s. “You’re right. But I don’t have much time for a dog right now. They would be really lonely if I were to get one.” JiHo explains. “And you have Daegal and Bella.” Chenle adds to which JiHo agrees. “My babies.” She smiles to herself.

The girl continues to read through the comments, not answering or even talking about most of them. “Why am I not in NCT 127?” JiHo reads, seemingly unbothered. However the rustling from besides her only increases in volume until Chenle is sitting up straight, his body only visible on camera for a few moments before he moves out of frame. “Noona.” He whispers, sounding slightly uneasy. “Everyone… I know a lot of you have these kinds of questions.” She started.

The comments started to fill up with similar questions as well as the occasional “don’t ask her that” or “let’s not bring up 127 with JiHo”. Some comments consist out of “I love you”s and spams of green hearts. “If I’m honest-“ JiHo stops abruptly when Chenle suddenly grabs her hand. She looks at him for a second before looking back at the screen. “Many things have happened this year. I’ve been gone and now I’ve been a bit busy. Also some preparations for the new album happened when I was on hiatus… Don’t worry too much about things, NCT has a lot of great things planned for Czennies this year and in the future.”

It’s almost a corporate explanation lacking much sincerity, but most viewers go with it and seem to fill up the comment section with less serious questions.

Chenle moves back to his original lying position next to JiHo with some more rustling sounds, before JiHo finds a new comment. “You appeared on a lot of videos today. Yeah, it’s a funny coincidence, but I appeared in both JCC and Lucas’ vlog today. I had a lot of fun going rock climbing with Johnny. We haven’t gotten to hang out much lately.”

“Oh! Peaches asked me another question. Your name reminds me of Jaehyun oppa.” She chuckles. “Do you plan to do any dance or song covers in the future? Actually, I choreographed a few dances this year. There’s one I really want to film with some members, but I haven’t gotten to it yet. As for covers…” “You should really sing again.” Chenle’s voice sounded once again. “I’ve thought about covers, but I haven’t quiet found a song yet. I also don’t want to do one alone.” “Do one with me then.” The excitement in the boy’s voice makes JiHo laugh. “I was actually thinking singing with Kun oppa, but sure.” She teases causing Chenle to slap her arm.

Another comment grabs JiHo’s attention. “Mina~ I have a friend at home called Mina. Did you celebrate Jaemin’s birthday? Yes, I gave him a cool sweater and my manager helped me pick a nice coffee machine for him. He’ll probably use it with the dreamies for a few weeks and then they’ll forget about it or something.” JiHo feigns a bit of annoyance but her face turns into a smile soon after.

“Have you seen your family again? Not yet. I know Czennie is worried about me and my family and friends, but you don’t have to. I still talk to them often, I might see them after our busy schedules this year.”

For another 10 minutes JiHo casually chats with the fans until her eyes fall onto the boy next to her. “Chenle has fallen asleep everyone. I’ll protect his image this time and won’t show you his face right now.” She laughs before continuing. “But I’ll go to bed now as well. It was fun talking to you guys. Bye bye!” She waves towards the camera and soon the live stream ends.

DREAM’s Lost Member (JiHo x DREAM cute moments)

JiHo is finally back from NCT’s dungeon and there already have been so many cute moments of her with the Dreamies <3 So here’s a little compilation of those with some of my older favourite moments

[7DREAM return! 7+맛=Show]

JiHo looks so cute during this interview! Focus on how the boys keep looking at her with big smiles and sparkling eyes, they’re all soft for our baby girl

“Fans have been waiting for a long time. Finally NCT’s youngest brothers have returned as 7. Back with a full-length album, welcome NCT DREAM!” JiHo announces standing up whilst clapping her hands.

7 boys appear on screen, waving towards the camera, cheering and with wide grins on their faces, they sit down on the couch and chairs provided for them. As soon as they are seated Mark counts down for their greeting “One two three! To the world! Here is NCT! Hi, we’re NCT DREAM!” JiHo smiles and applauds again, glancing down at her cue cards.

“It’s nice to see all 7 of you guys back together again and this time you’re back with your first full-length album. Hot Sauce! I know the fans have been really excited and curious about the album, could anyone perhaps introduce it for us?” Jaemin and Renjun look impressed by JiHo’s words which seem to flow effortlessly off her tongue. Chenle then goes ahead and introduces the song and Mark follows to introduce their title track.

JiHo always avoided being the host for older NCT content. I’m so surprised at how she talks with such confidence and ease! Well done JiHo <3 

“Just before you guys performed some of NCT DREAM’s biggest hits ‘BOOM’ and ‘Ridin’‘. Normally this song is performed by 6 members right?” JiHo looks up at the boys only to have to try and keep herself from laughing. “Isn’t that something you know already, JiHo-ssi?” Questions Renjun with a smirk on his lips causing the other boys to snicker. The girl clenches her jaw slightly and mumbles, “That was a rhetorical question Renjun-ssi.” She sighs deeply before continuing to the real question. “This time Mark performed with you guys as 7 members. How was it? Do any of you have any funny stories about practise?”

Chenle puts up his hand to indicate that he wants to answer and JiHo gives him a nod. “Actually, when we started practising for BOOM and Ridin’, Mark hyung couldn’t be there because of another schedule. So to figure out our positions we got some help from one of our other (NCT) members.” The grin on his lips almost reaches his eyes and the camera pans to JiHo who lowers her head, trying to hide her reddening cheeks. “Ah~ They must have done a really good job...” “Yes, she helped us with a lot of preparation for this album.” Haechan’s ears perk up at the mention of a ‘she’ and when they all realise Chenle just exposed JiHo helping the group out - what most likely should have been a secret - they swiftly move on to the next question.

Chenle spoiling things even by accident, why am I not surprised?

But I am also super happy to know JiHo spent a lot of time with Dream during her hiatus ^^

“We’re finally back as 7DREAM! I definitely missed performing with the boys, but I’m sure that they wouldn’t have minded if JiHo took my place :( They are currently hanging out and if it weren’t for JiHo I’m sure they would’ve forgotten to invite me...”

“Mark hyung is just jealous Czennie. Don’t worry, we love and missed Mark hyung a lot!”

During NCT U’s win for ‘Make A Wish’ JiHo wasn’t promoting at the time. Yet she came over to the shows once in a while to support the boys.

It’s the middle of the song when Taeyong and Jaemin turn to the side and motion someone to come over. They send the person in question a few persuasive looks before JiHo waddles onto stage and joins the boys, hiding behind Jaemin and Taeyong. She’s wearing a mask and a bucket hat that cover most of her face.

Jaemin flashes a big grin when he feels JiHo’s hands slitter around his waist while Taeyong coaxes her into singing with them by practically shoving the mic in her face. Jaemin wiggles around for a bit and when he gets released from JiHo’s grip he pulls her to his side and Taeyong hands her the mic to sing along with everyone for the drop of the song. Once the chorus starts again and Shotaro sings his part, everyone is jumping and dancing along.

JiHo has her arm around Jaemin’s waist while Jaemin has his arm around her shoulder while they happily sway from side to side.

Jaemin and JiHo are such an underrated ship! They’re so soft I love them <3

“Do you see that?” JiHo frowns at the camera before moving her body slight revealing Doyoung and Haechan walking around with Doyoung’s arm around the younger boy’s shoulder. “Jungwoo and Mark stole Yuta away from me as well, so now I’m all alone.” She sighs deeply.

The two boys behind her catch her little monologue and turn to her in amusement. “What are you gonna do about it hmm?” Haechan says in a teasing tone and pulls Doyoung closer to him. “I’ll steal one of your best friends.” She then turns to Renjun and reaches out to him but he pulls his hand away causing JiHo’s jaw to drop in bewilderment and Doyoung and Haechan to start laughing. “Why?” “I’ll be with Jisung, bye bye!” Renjun waves at JiHo a smirk appearing on his lips.

“How did stealing one of my best friends turn out for you?” The teasing tone of Haechan’s voice causes JiHo to roll her eyes and she turns to the camera. “Czennie! Look at how I’m being treated by these guys. Unbelievable.” She scoffs and squints her eyes at Haechan before walking away.

A few moments later, JiHo is seen getting a piggyback ride from Jeno, while they are running away from Haechan of whom they just took some embarrassing pictures. “Delete them!” “Pay back! Loser!” JiHo yells and the other boys look at them, laughing as Haechan tries to reach the phone JiHo’s holding high in the air. Her being on Jeno’s back gave her enough extra inches so that Haechan couldn’t reach it without accidentally hurting someone.

“Be careful kids.” Taeyong warns between suppressed chuckles while Kun, Jaehyun, Jaemin, and Jisung look slightly worried that someone would potentially get hurt. 

I know I said JiHo and Jaemin are an underrated ship, but Jeno and JiHo are really something else. I hope we get to see more of their interactions, definitely after that one picture Jisung posted on Bubble where Jeno was pretty much suffocating her in a hug.

That was it for today! I’m sorry this is a shorter video, but hopefully we’ll get to see more JiHo and Dream interactions in the future so I can make more videos.

Side Note: There will definitely be some “lore” posts coming in the near future, pretty much explaining or at least giving a bit more backstory as to why JiHo was gone/what happened and what’ll be happening in the future. I’m just very busy/not feeling too well lately so I don’t have a lot of energy and time to spend on writing atm. Just updating you guys on the current “status” of this blog.
