Another new animated project I am excited for is the Amazon series Invincible

I am willing to admit that I am usually only posting about Marvel or DC Comics, but I have followed Invincible from Image Comics and I think it has a pretty great story. I also know this is pretty violent, and from this trailer, I can already tell the show is going to be pretty much the same, but it should be great.

This show already has a great cast and amazing artwork, so I hope it does well! Can’t wait to check it out!

I don’t know how Alex Hirsch did it (well, I do—he’s a genius, but saying that I don’t know how he did it adds dramatic effect so bear with me), but he somehow managed to add a character halfway through the final season of Gravity Falls who only appears in like, six episodes total, and make him one of the most beloved characters of the entire series.

Now THAT is some damn good character writing.

You know in school when you let your friend copy your homework and you’re like: ok, but change a few things so it’s not obvious?

That was the first thing in my mind the second I learned Jon Watts is bringing Jamie Foxx back as Electro. I mean, he already brought back J.K Simmons as J.J.J…I don’t know why I was surprised and a little disappointed.

So Jamie Foxx is reprising his role as Electro for MCU Spider-Man 3. It’s probably going to be a different version of the character because of alternate universes but still, with JK Simmons reprising his role as J. Jonah Jameson, we’re getting closer to a live-action Spider-Verse movie.

Also, Endgame, What If?, and Doctor Strange 2 are opening up the MCU to exploring the multiverse, so it seems like a live-action Spider-Verse would make sense as the next step.

He voices the father of the girl who was healing all the animals in the cul de sac she delivered newspapers to, the newspaper that he runs. I was tired of his guff. And the guff that casting directors pull casting JK Simmons in a lot of things. It’s a long story involving my celebrity connecting.
