While I carefully craft part 5 here is a little snippet that I can’t seem to find a proper fit for in the story itself but I love too much to keep all to myself. Call it 4.5 if you will 💕

You come into the lobby and just like clockwork he’s there, shining teeth and bright baby blues. There’s a glint in them you’ve seen before and the part of you that remembers the consequences of said glint is yelling at you from its place buried in the back gray matter of your brain that he’s up to something. You can’t immediately see anything out of ordinary just him and what looks like a protein shake in his hand, nothing unusual.

He takes your bag from you and thrusts the blender cup into your hands. You look down at it, the top is covered with an opaque black lid and while the cup itself is semi see through, it’s frosted which means all you can really tell from the outside is that it’s about three quarters of the way full and the liquid inside is a creamy white.

“What’s this Johnny?” He smiles at you, one that is probably meant to put you at ease but still has your wind up, way up. “It’s a protein shake, hen. Made it me’self. S’gonna get ye into gear and get yer blood pumping, gonna push ye nice and hard today so ah figured ye needed a bit of a boost. Drink.”

He doesn’t give you time to protest just takes it from your hands and puts the straw up to your mouth, you give him one last cautionary look and take the straw between your lips, warily. He watches intently as you suck on the tip and the cold, creamy mixture pours over your tongue. It’s sweet and admittedly delicious, there’s a salty undertone you can’t quite place but otherwise is quite enjoyable.

You moan a little as it rolls into your mouth and down the back of your throat and you swear you almost see his knees buckle underneath him. You pull away, still wary of whatever antics you’re sure he’s still up to. “You ok?” He nods, a nonverbal communication that is very uncharacteristic of him but you let it slide and suck down more of his protein drink.

“Johnny, what’s in this?” He smiles and pulls you into his side as he walks you further into the building. “Bananas, milk, a bit of whey. Do ye like it?” You nod and scrunch your nose up a little. “It’s a bit salty though, is that like sea salt caramel or something?”

His eyes light up, like he’s just had a brilliant idea and agrees. “Aye lass, sea salt caramel. Do ye feel it working, energizing ye?” Maybe it’s just all the sugar but you do feel something, a kind of rush zinging through you.

“Yeah. I like it, it’s good. Can you give me the recipe, I wanna make it before I go to work so I can start my day with it.” He seems a bit dumbfounded at this but quickly stutters forth an answer, something that should have concerned you but you let it pass without so much as another accusatory glance.

“Jus’ let me make ‘em for ye hen. The ingredients are hard tae find and can be a bit tedious tae make.” You just shrug and take your gym bag from him. He watches you disappear into the women’s locker room, humming a little as you sip deeply from the straw and get another big gulp of his very special protein shake. Made with Bananas, milk, a bit of whey and his cum.

The typical trashy prime-time realty show was playing on the TV, Eden was sitting on the couch. She was intent on the phone with Chloe to help her choose a dress; Johnny had invited her to a well-known Japanese restaurant in town and she didn't know what to wear.

"That dress we bought in Camden" the woman with the long raven hair recalled, they had bought it recently although Chloe was initially hesitant.

She did not usually wear such short dresses, she preferred longer dresses, it was Eden and Aly who had told her to buy it and Val had suggested the leather jacket. It had been a carefree day among girls, away from their boyfriends and the problems that had been boring the group lately.

"Don't you think that's going too far? I wouldn't want people to then" Chloe on video call took the dress with a questioning expression. She needed a confidence boost.

"People go to hell Clo Clo, and just in case I can get there and detach heads"

"Maybe better not" the purple-haired girl giggled fearfully "I'll wear it, so Johnny will be happy too"

"That's the spirit Clo Clo" Eden's gaze was drawn to something, or rather someone in her vision.Had he put on the gray sweatpants on purpose?

"Twin I'll call you in a bit, I have a service to do" greeted her best friend (who did not understand such a change of plans) Eden stood up with her arms folded.Simon was still intent on adjusting the shelf, tank top and gray pants. A fatal combination.

"Are you doing this on purpose Riley?" She huffed with folded arms, an adorable pout contoured her lips before he reached out and gave her a pat on the head.

"What makes you say that?"

"Last night I heard you murmuring. Plus are you wearing the sweatpants you wanted to throw away because they were too tight?" in a bored tone the female commented on the man's question, who swallowed the toad.

"I had a very nice dream that started like this" the Mancunian was interrupted by Eden, the brunette smirked. And to make him despair she had a brilliant idea.

"Why don't you tell me a little?' " she dragged him to the couch, then positioning herself on top of his thigh.

"I dreamed of a beach" he cleared his throat, sighing at the contact of Eden's covered core with the tiny fabric that he could feel the warmth and wetness it gave off. Eden knew how to drive him crazy.

"Beach? I imagine the two of us on the sand and the waves of the ocean enveloping us. Maybe naked?" The brunette winked, sinuously moving her hips. Simon's huge hand rested on her hip, his cheeks warming.

"It's uhm... it's a good idea," his other hand rested under Eden's top, which was already singing victory.

"Just a good idea babe?"

"You're a threat, I don't think I'll hold out any longer. Bloody Jesus hell" Simon had lost complete lucidity, hypnotized by the movements of his woman, who like an enchanting siren approached his ear. One strap of the top she was wearing was already down.

"How about now you show me what we did on that beach?My good big boy "she grabbed him by both cheeks. That gesture was enough to find him pinning her under the surface of the couch, kissing her as if he hadn't eaten in days.

"Get ready Edie" he responded to her persuasive gaze with equal warmth "you wanted the fucking demonstration. Well I'll give you what you want."

March 7th, 1960

Your heart flutters and your stomach clenches before you even open your eyes. There is a safety in the quiet softness of your bedsheets before anyone knows you are awake—a limbo where no one can disrupt the life you’ve created for yourself in your dreams.

But your body knows today isn’t just any other day.

Today Elvis comes home.

It is hard to pull in a breath with the way your lungs constrict and your throat closes, and for a moment you feel suffocated under the duvet. For a moment, you pretend the bed swallows you whole.

But it doesn’t and your burning lungs finally gasp for breath. Despite the smiling mask you put on for the world every morning, every day without him has made you feel confused and alone. You hate yourself a little for it, as though it’s solely your own fault and no one else’s.  

“Mama! Mammmmma!”

Your eyes blink open at the cry coming from the other room. A stark reminder that there is more to your life than dwelling in sorrow. It only takes a second for you to swing out of the bed, throw on your dressing gown and slippers, and shuffle to the next room—a well-practiced routine which has served to get you out of bed each morning even though some days you wish you’d never wake at all.

“Good morning, my little munchkin,” you singsong, opening the door. The gray morning light peeks through the curtains enough so you can see the big, familiar grin spread across your little boy’s face as he bounces excitedly in his crib at your presence.

Your heart could burst from the sight.

His chubby little hands raise up, clenching and unclenching as they reach for you. He starts babbling, only a few words being coherent at 17 months, and you nod along as if understanding. Hoisting him up and into your arms, his little blonde head instantly snuggles into your shoulder.

“Hungee, Mama,” he says, grabbing your gown.

“Oh, my lil’ Johnny-cake is hungry? Well, we better fill up that tummy, shouldn’t we?” you say, tickling his belly.

Johnny squeals in delight and bounces in your arms...there is no denying your beautiful son takes after his father more and more each day.

You’d be walking home from school when you notice someone following you. usually, you’d turn around and beat the living shit out of them, but you recently injured your hand in a fight and knew you’d be at a disadvantage. that’s when you’d see him. “johnny!” you’d yell the first boy name you could think of and run up to him, hugging the stranger and pray he’ll play along. he caught on relatively quick and must have shot some scary look at the person following you, because when you turned back, they were gone. you learned his name was dean, and he gave you his contact in case you felt someone was following you again.

your meeting sam wasn’t very significant. you’d been at cram school when his gang blocked all exits to search for eunjang’s white mamba, and you’d managed to take care of the few goons blocking your way out long enough to escape. of course, he had to track you down and ask how someone so young could fight so well. you refused to talk, but he was intrigued enough to pay someone to keep tabs on you at all times after that.

you were tired one evening and decided to sit and rest your feet in an abandoned alleyway, since you hardly even saw anyone hang out around there anyway. that day just so happened to be the day jack kang decided to take a different route home from school. thinking he was some hooligan trying to sneak up on you, you’d catch him by surprise and punch him right in the face. you’d been friends ever since :)

ANYWAYS johnny with a southern accent that he kinda tries to shake off bcos he becomes so self conscious at the order !!! they tease him about the way he pronounces things but when he manages to hide his accent they all go "wait :( johnny what r u doing :(" and promptly apologize way too much, trying to compensate for making him feel bad. in truth, he didnt mask it bcos of their teasing, but simply bcos he was kinda alone w the accent and it bothered him personally JSJSJSJ

also reever is both head of the science division but his most important (important!!!! 😤) job is head of the spider-and-other-bugs extermination division! hes seen Some Shit in australia and is therefor rarely ever bothered by the silly little european bugs. he always lets them out with a glass and a paper and a nonchalant air that annoys everyone bcos that waS A GIANT SPIDER W EGGS MY DUDE! but he simply goes on w his day, arriving when called. lavi once called him bcos of a toad in the library, which no one ever lets him live down. lavi defends himself by saying he couldnt see what it was between the books, except that it was slimy and breathing! 🫡

i watch some tiktoks (</3) with this german couple about stereotypes of german people and i swear. half the time i just see link and giggle, kicking my feet. theyre so hilarious, its like 'going on a biking trip' and hes SO overly prepared with stuff and the partner wants to have nice chats while they bike in the scenery :) and he just goes 'i am trying to keep my speed and breathing steady. we can look at the scenery in silence' AND JUST. SKSKSKSK some of them doesnt fit him as well obviously, but its my main form of entertainment when i want to think of link in Situations. i think their handle is Liam Carpenter if tiktoks youe thing!!!!!!

It seems before and close to the start of D Gray Man, most people in the US with the last name Gill were from the South! The data is agreeing with you, Johnny just might be a southern boy. 🤠 Thinking about it, his name does have a southern ring to it, it sounds right in the accent. I can also see Johnny saying things like “bless your heart,” or “over yonder,” “fixin.” Different southern slang. I think it fits.

SHDHSHSH REEVER IS ON CREEPY CRAWLIES DUTY 🫡 GOOD LUCK BROTHER!! But knowing Reever I think he’d be so sweet to those bugs… carefully cupping and releasing them… usually he’s nonchalant but once in a while he’ll be like “what a beauty,” like Steve Irwin and no one understands why because he’ll be holding a GINORMOUS SPIDER. I love him.

I ACTUALLY KNOW EXACTLY WHO YOUR TALKING ABOUT SHDHDHCHDH. I too watch Liam’s videos on occasion to put Link in the Situations in my head AHSHSHDHD. You’re right I don’t think all of em fit Link but it’s still so fun to watch and think about!

since it was a stadium show they had cameras for the big screens plus he display behind the band, and they did SUCH a great job with them! it added to the experience instead of just plain displaying it, and there was obviously an Artistic Vision that worked really well

during the encore they pulled up a guy with a “can I drum?” sign and… let him? and it was good?!? this was on read my mind

closing the encore w mr brightside an otherworldly experience ofc BUT they faked us out lmao, started it with a weird version that kinda sucked and then did The Real Deal

overall just super high energy, really engaged with the crowd, so FUN

so many mistakes in my wardrobe lol. cutoffs nearly fell off several times. feet VERY sore from bouncing in converse on concrete for three hours. kind of distracting but not that bad really

sweaty. so so sweaty. my makeup ran and then I got a blue slurpee to ease my screamed-out throat and the blue lips and makeup smudges made me look dead it was freaky

God I love a confetti cannon they make me SO happy
