An attorney who had concealed assets and provided false information in her bankruptcy proceeding has consented to license revocation in Virginia.

The Roanoke attorney admitted that she had concealed her membership in the Hunting Hills Country Club and ownership of a jeep.

Further, the attorney admitted to providing false information concerning te source of funds used to purchase several show horses.

While under oath, Respondent testified that the source of the $18,000.00 used to make purchases oi horses for her daughter Jordyn was her grandmother, Aldene Reed.

During [trustee] Mr. Shorter's 2004 examination, Respondent produced a notarized affidavit from her aunt, Robin Reed Poff, to corroborate her version of the source of the funds used to purchases horses ("Poff Affidavit').

On August 2,2016, Mr. Shorter conducted a 2004 examination of Ms. Aldene Reed.

Ms. Reed testified under oath that she did not provide the funds as Respondent had previously testified to under oath and pursuant to the Poff Affidavit. Respondent had already previously testified under oath that she drafted the Poff Affidavit and had Ms. Poff sign it.

Ms. Poff took the Fifth in the bankruptcy case and did not cooperate in the bar investigation. 

The horses named in the bankruptcy pleadings are Jack Sparrow, Meadowbrook Newsflash, Covenant Haliegh, Sterling Silver, Foxlore Blue Point and Contagion.  (Mike Frisch)

the blackburn gang is all set for their temporary move to san myshuno. kris went a day earlier to make sure the penthouse was ready, but also to spend a little time with that special sim she’s been chatting with. bailey wouldn’t leave her alone about her little secret so unfortunately she had to spill the beans before she really wanted to. if this works out, b will 100% add matchmaker to her official bio.

I chose Jason Security, Bailey Kay’s personal bodyguard. He’s always around so I thought I would give some more info on him.

- Jason was born in Galleria, Simerica lol (I found him on the gallery) and he is 6′-7″ tall. - Despite his serious demeanor, Jason is very outgoing and friendly. Just don’t get too nice and friendly with his clients.  - Jason has no children and has never been married. He does eventually want a wife (and maybe a child) but is unsure how to make that work with his current schedule and dedication to the young Blackburn family. - He co-owns his private security firm but prefers to be in the field and leaves the management details to his partner. - Jason is all black everything 24-7. I can not confirm but I’m pretty sure the sunglasses are 24-7 as well. 😎

@storiesbyjes2g​ and @simmingbee​ have recently suggested that maybe there is a future for Jason and Jordyn (the nanny for the Terror Squad). i had the same feelings and it seems like there might already be something in the works.

i did a little bit of checking and they do find each other attractive but there is no romance between the two yet. we shall see where this goes...

quinton just asked about jordyn’s day to be polite. he was not ready for the woe is me story she told him about getting lost on the way to the new house. jordyn is always in a mood but the twins like her and maybe most importantly, bailey likes her and trusts her. 

the cleaning service sent someone new and he was also in a mood. i think he couldn’t believe how much mess this family made in less than 24 hours. sorry dude!
