I love to think of Jotaro's wife cause out of everything of that man's life, she's the one thing we know the least about. She doesn't even have a name. We don't have a straight timeline of all of Jojo story so adding a mix of all the things going on how to we plug Jotaro having a family into it.

For me after Jotaro finished all the investigation work in Egypt, he had to go to America and go to College. Most people will agree. What I don't agree with is so many say Jolyne was an accident so he got married. This man plans so much in his head that Jolyne being from just an accident when he had sex with a girl makes no sense. I think he was trying to live a normal like and then just happened to find someone he loved and figured a normal life would be having a normal family. But that backfires cause he's a stand user and around DiU has to go back to investigating stands. Jotaro loved Jolyne so much and separated because he loved her. I really don't think that she was just an accident child he would have cared that much. It always feels so disingenuous for him. I get people do things out of passion but for Jotaro, the "accident of passion" would be falling in love in some way not having a child.

Jonathan Joestar

Jonathan is obviously a very gentle, kind-hearted, & loving man. He would do anything for you, even if it put his life at some form of risk.

However, He understands not to put others at grief, so he tries not to get into too many fights for you.

Often at times, you will end up trying to calm JoJo down if someone says something nasty about you.

It will definitely end in a lot of cuddles, kissing, and him sweet-talking you.

Before Danny passed away, you and JoJo definitely treated him like you two’s child.

You two would often do research about dogs in the library, seeing what kinds of food you could give Danny, and how to care for him best.

When DIO arrived, you tried your best to stay away from him at all times. Jonathan knew you wouldn’t cheat on him, especially with DIO, however he wouldn’t think twice about teaching him a lesson if he ever put his hands on you.

Young! Joseph Joestar

This man is SO goofy. You’ve never met someone like him before. He’s silly, charming, yet sweet & protective.

Like he does with his Granny Erina, and like his Grandpa Jonathan would, he doesn’t let anyone talk dirty about you, let alone lay their hands on you.

Even if they’re just touching your shoulder, this man gets very jealous.

He’ll swiftly walk over to you, putting his arm around you and ‘dusting’ the other persons hand off of you, before loudly talking about how in love you two are.

He definitely buys lots of gifts for you, mostly ones with his name on it. To JoJo earrings, bracelets, rings, maybe even one of those name Cola bottles.

When you guys are sleeping together in the same bed at night, he LOVES putting his cold feet on your warm skin.

It makes you jump, but it makes him laugh, so you let him keep doing it.

Joseph loves to tease. A LOT. You can never stop him from teasing you, even in serious moments.

If you two ever got into a fight, it would probably end in him teasing you to forgive him.

Jotaro Kujo

Jotaro is obviously very calm & collected, yet sweet & smooth.

He is very silent with his love, however he’ll show small lovey gestures such as getting you gifts, remembering you two’s anniversary, & always cuddling.

Wether he’s working at home, on the phone, or just at his desk, he loves to cuddle. He’ll never say it, but you can always tell by his softly smile that sneaks onto his face when you’re there.

At the times you flirt with him, give him gifts, or do anything romantic, his stand is going crazy. Smiling, jumping around, he’s just so happy.

He takes this to his advantage if you aren’t a stand user. Meanwhile, you always wonder how he never fails to show zero emotion.

In public, he’s not too obsessed with showing others that you two are in a relationship. Considering he’s basically a chic-magnet, even wrapping his arm around your shoulder would cause a lot of conflict.

However, he doesn’t mind swiftly grabbing your hand and putting it behind his back, you two’s warm hands never letting go.

Ok people saying that Jotaro doesn’t care for Jolyne did not watch the same series that I did…

Jotaro obviously cares a lot about Jolyne and his (nameless, CMON ARAKI 😭) ex- wife. He just left them because he didn’t know how to communicate to them that there was a powerful superbeing stuck inside him and that no matter where he went trouble was going to follow him.

{edit} Another angle to add to this: Jotaro probably didnt see himself as deserving of a normal life and family- he found happiness in his wife and daughter but knew the looming threat of enemy stand users would eventually bring harm to his precious family.

Just like Holly, who he didn’t know how to protect other than putting himself in a jail cell, he ran away to protect the two women he loved.

And you’re thinking: ok, so why did he go to Japan? Well; he knew Josuke was a stand user. He knew that he was connected to Joseph, and felt more equipped to handle a situation that didn’t involve regular people like his wife and his (then stand-less) daughter.

Jotaro isn’t very good with words. He’s not the best communicator, something he never really grows out of. So the only way he can protect the people he loves is getting the hell away from them and hoping the bad follows him instead.

Which also feeds into my Autistic Jotaro theory but that’s a whole other rant

I’ve been thinking about jotaro’s wife lately and how much it bothers me that she’s just known as “jotaro’s wife” or “Jolyne’s mom.” I hate the thought of being stripped of my own identity. One of my biggest fears is growing up, getting married and having kids and only being referred to as someone’s something. Maybe it’s not that deep for this character but it sucks that Araki never gave her a canon name after having so many chances to do so and it sucks more because jojo is such a male dominated show

also right after I finished drawing this I realized they were already divorced by part 6 and I should’ve drawn him in his part 4 outfit
