روى الطبراني في الأوسط وفي الصغير عن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت جاء رجل إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال: (يا رسول الله والله إنك لأحب إلي من نفسي، وإنك أحب إلي من أهلي، وأحب إلي من ولدي، وأني لأكون في البيت فأذكرك فما أصبر حتى آتيك فأنظر إليك، وإذا ذكرت موتي وموتك عرفت أنك إذا دخلت الجنة رفعت مع النبيين، وأني إذا دخلت الجنة خشيت ألا أراك، فلم يرد عليه النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم حتى نزل جبريل عليه السلام بهذه الآية "ومن يطع الله والرسول فأولئك مع الذين أنعم الله عليهم من النبيين والصديقين والشهداء والصالحين وحسن أولئك رفيقاً"

Last hour before maghrib:

Don’t let this rare opportunity go.  You might be traveling, it might be raining where you live, it is Ramadan, most of us are fasting, and the last hour before maghrib.  How can you think your du’a will not be answered?

Maybe this was the last Jumu’ah of Ramadan we’ll be alive, so use the remaining minutes of it well.

Du'ā is accepted on this day. The two most authentic opinions concerning when the Du'ā is accepted:

First opinion: When the Imām ascends the Mimbar (pulpit) until the end of Jumu'āh Prayer.

So make sure you:

Supplicate during the sitting of the Imām between the two Khutbah..

Say ameen to the Du'ā of the Imām at the end of the Khutbah.

Supplicate during the Sujood and before Tasleem of the Jumu'āh Prayer.

Second opinion: After Asr until Maghrib.

Ibn Hajar رحمه الله said:

Since Allāh عز و جل is the most generous, it's only suitable that both times are moments of an accepted Du'ā.

It was narrated from Aws ibn Aws that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The best of your days is Friday. On that day Adam (peace be upon him) was created; on that day he died; on that day the Trumpet will be blown; and on that day all of creation will swoon. So send a great deal of blessings upon me (i.e. on Friday), for your blessings will be shown to me.” They said, “O Messenger of Allah, how will our blessings upon you be shown to you when you have turned to dust?” He said, “Allah has forbidden the earth to consume the bodies of the Prophets.” (Narrated by Abu Dawud, 1047; classed as sahih by Ibn al-Qayyim in his comments on Sunan Abi Dawud, 4/273; classed as sahih by al-Albani in Saheeh Abi Dawood, 925.

Friday Reminder: Send Ṣalāh Upon The Prophet ﷺ

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said “Increase your supplications for me on the day and night of Friday. Whoever sends blessings on me once, Allāh will bless him ten times.” Sunan al-Kubrá (no. 5854).

‎اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ

`Allāhumma salli `ala Muhammadin.

O Allāh, exalt the mention of Muhammad.

‎اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَ سَلِّمْ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَ�� مُحَمَّدٍ

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever recites Surat al-Kahf on Friday, a light will shine for him between this Friday and the next.”

Light refers to brightness that guides us in darkness. Therefore, this light will guide you in every problem and difficulty that you may face in life, showing you the straight path. If you are unsure about which option to choose, reciting this surah will help you. This is the light that is bestowed upon you in your life until the next Friday by reciting Surah Al-Kahf. Moreover, there are many other hadiths that explain the benefits of reciting Surah Al-Kahf. So make it a habit to recite Surah Al-Kahf on Fridays.

Ibn Umar (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:

"If one of you yawns on friday (while the Imam is giving the sermon), let him change from the place he's sitting to another."
