You check the clock to see that it's 4:30. 'Oh, God. I hope he isn't late today...' You think to yourself just when you hear the doorbell ring. You run hurriedly to open it and immediately hug your boyfriend who's standing there with a paper bag in his hand. His other hand goes around your waist, and he pulls you in, and you sigh at the comfort the simple gesture causes in you.
You feel his smile on your shoulder just when you remember, and you pull away asking him, "Did you get the wine? "
He simply hands over the bag, sees you moving fast across the room packing everything you need to take, and says, "Yes, I did. "
"Okay. I've packed the flowers, the cookies we made, and..." You recite, absent-mindedly counting on your fingers the things you already packed.
"YN." You hear him softly call out.
And you immediately ask him, "Did I miss anything?"
With a frown on your face and scrunch up your eyebrows in concentration that he finds cute. After thinking for 5 minutes straight, you realize that you packed everything and turn to face him from where he's sitting on the couch and ask him with a frown on your face, "What?"
You watch as he opens his arms and hooks his fingers at you in a gesture of, "Come here. " and your legs automatically move towards him.
You stand in front of him and yelp when you suddenly feel his hands loop around your waist and pull you down. You fall in his lap and clutch onto his shoulders helplessly as he hugs you tight. You feel yourself relax and sigh, realizing why he hugged you.
You and Jungkook have been dating for two months, and today, his parents have invited you to their home for dinner. You were meeting his parents in person! You had spoken to his mom over the phone countless times, and you knew both his parents were good people who loved, valued, and treasured Jungkook, but you couldn't help the way you felt.
You were anxious about meeting his parents, and you couldn't change the way you tirelessly kept arranging and rearranging the things you had to take to meet them. His touch on your cheek brings you out of your musings as he slowly pulls away. Cupping your face in both hands, he looks you in the eye and says, "Jagiya, relax. It's just my parents. You know that they won't eat you, don't you?" He jokes, offering you his bunny smile, and you feel a smile growing on your face in response to his.
"I'm sorry. I guess I'm just too nervous because I haven't seen them before. " You admit with a sigh, then continue "Okay let's just check if we have everything once, and then we're good to go."
He chuckles in response and says, "You've already checked it like, 5 times. Are you sure you wanna check it again?"
You roll your eyes in response and slap his playfully on the shoulders but can't hide the smile on your face. You stand to go, but he pulls you back, making you fall on him. Before you even have a chance to react, he places his lips on yours, kissing you softly. You feel his hands go under your soft summer dress and up to rest on your stomach. You stare, narrowing your eyes at him, and he pinches your waist in response. Your eyes widen comically, and you gasp, giving him the perfect opportunity to sneak his tongue inside your mouth, turning your gasp into a soft moan. You shut your eyes, enjoying the sensations, and a few moments later, the need for oxygen breaks you apart from him. You rest your forehead against his and close your eyes for a moment before you have to face reality...

Yn PoV:
"Are you ready?" Jungkook asks me as we are both standing on their doorstep, and I'm shifting my feet. I give him a nervous smile and close my eyes, taking a deep breath before I entwine my fingers through his and say, "As ready as I'll ever be."
The door opens right at that moment and there stands a woman who looks about 30 years old but I know better. I recognize her as Jungkook's mom from the pictures he has shown me. She's wearing an apron above her dress and has hair falling out of her bun but still manages to look impeccable in the satin blue gown she's wearing. She's petite but has an aura of confidence in the way she's presenting herself.
I bow to her with a smile and then watch as Jungkook gives a wide smile and opens his arms for a hug and expect her to hug him tight. But instead, Mrs. Jeon shocks me by slapping him lightly on the shoulder and turning to engulf me in a warm hug that I didn't expect.
"Ah." Jungkook shouts. I meet his eyes above Mrs. Jeon's shoulder and see his eyes filled with happiness as his face conveys playful anger directed toward his mom. I give him a genuine smile that comes from my heart and slowly wrap my hands around her frame. A few moments pass before I feel Mrs. Jeon pull away.
She gives me a soft smile, pats my hair, and then lets out an excited squeal and claps. "I've always wanted a daughter, you know. Now I regret giving birth to a baby boy like this pabo here more than ever." She says turning to glare at Jungkook. She holds his ear and pinches it making him wince and shout out, "Ah, ma!"
"Hmm. That's me! You remembered that just now, huh? I've been begging you to come visit and the only reason you come here is that your girlfriend wanted to. If not for Yn, I don't think you would have come today either. " She says glaring at him angrily.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'll visit regularly after this. Please forgive me." He says giving her his puppy eyes and I know he has won. His puppy eyes can get even the hardest stone to melt!
Mrs. Jeon leaves his ear and then pats his head twice as her eyes soften. She pulls him into a tight hug similar to the one she just gave me and I see Jungkook's eyes glistening with tears. That's when I realize that he got his ears pierced 3 days ago. My eyes widen and I open my mouth to tell Mrs. Jeon but Jungkook just shakes his head, giving me a teary smile. He then buries his face in the crook of her neck, inhaling her scent and I watch as she gently combs her fingers through his hair.
Just when I think my poor heart can't handle a sight filled with so much love, I'm once again engulfed in a warm hug but this time it's masculine. It's a hug of protection and trust that I receive from Jungkook's father. Moments later, I pull away and bow to him.
"Good evening, Mister Jeon." I say and he replies by saying, "Good evening. But please dear, call me Ajusshi. 'Mr. Jeon' just makes me feel too old." mimicking a disgusted expression. " "That's right. You can call us Ajusshi and Ajumma or instead appa and eomma just like jungkook does. No formal titles, please." Mrs. Jeon agrees and I lower my head responding with a flustered, "I'll call you the way jungkook does." I witness another heartwarming moment as Mr. Jeon pulls Jungkook into a hug similar to what he gave me. I see the way Jungkook's face conveys pure bliss. I don't think the day can get any more perfect and look forward to the evening ahead.

JK Pov:
"Will you stop looking at me or do you want to kill me with that look?" I ask playfully as Yn smirks at me. We had a wonderful time at my parents' and we promised to return the next week for a visit. Now I'm driving us home and Yn has been eyeing me like eye candy for the past 20 minutes which, at any other time would have me smirking but right now, I'm more worried about our safety as her attention has me distracted.
I'm shaken out of my thoughts as she moves towards me and places her hand on my chest saying, "You're my boyfriend. I believe I have" and then kisses me on my chest "all. The. Rights. To. Stare. At. You. " punctuating each word with a kiss. She then continues kissing her way up my shoulder and afraid to drive, I pull up at the nearest place.
"Okay. Now you got all my attention." I say after I turn off the car, unlock my seat belt and push my seat backward to make space for her. She places her hands on each of my shoulders and I look at her with a confused gaze.
Giving me a smirk, she shifts over so that she's sitting on my lap, straddling my thighs and facing me. I smirk right back at her and decide to simply watch, and she doesn't disappoint me. She glides her hands above my chest and over my shoulders, pulling me closer by tugging at the lapels of the shirt I'm wearing. She raises a little to place an open-mouthed kiss on my forehead and I close my eyes, feeling the love soak through our skin from her kiss. I grip her waist as I feel her softly kiss each of my eyelids and then descend.
Just when I think she's about to kiss my cheeks, she moves to the left and places an open-mouthed kiss on my left earlobe, right where I got the piercing. She then moves right and repeats the action and I feel her tears drop onto my cheeks. My eyes shoot open and I watch her teary eyes as she kisses me softly on my nose. I wipe her tears away from her face but wait patiently till she's done kissing my cheeks and chin before I take control. Pushing forward, I pull her as close as physically possible and connect our lips, softly moving mine against hers.
She responds by sliding her shaking hands to my shirt and tugging me closer and I feel my heart skip a beat. I push my tongue against her plump lips and she responds by opening her mouth meeting my tongue with hers. We pull apart to breathe in and the next second we're connected again, lips clashing, teeth gnawing and tongue battling with no knowledge of who truly initiated the kiss. She moves her hands to my hair and tugs as I move my hands below her dress and up into it. My cold hands meet her soft, warm stomach and she shivers, moaning softly into my mouth.
We kiss and kiss till we're both panting and can't anymore. We pull apart and I rest my forehead against hers, giving her a soft smile. Our eyes meet again, and I chuckle at the way she looks. With lips swollen from our kissing and my biting, chestnut curls disheveled from my hands combing through them and chest heaving, she looks like an angel that has fallen from heaven just for me, and at moments like the one right now when I hold her in my arms, I feel like the luckiest man ever. She pulls away with a sigh and tries to go back to her seat, but I don't let her.
She looks at me with a confused expression and I smile at her, gently tugging her back into the seat. I make her sit straddling my lap, facing me with her legs comfortably placed on either side of my seat, and hug her close before readjusting the position of my seat. I look back at her and smirk at her shocked expression as she realizes.
"I don't want to let you go. Hug me a little while longer, please?" I ask and she giggles before hugging me and hiding her face in my chest. I smile at her head and start the car, driving us home.
_______________________________________________________________
I park our car in the garage and look down to see her sleeping peacefully. She looks like a baby and I'm almost tempted to take her to our bedroom and spend time creating such cute creatures. I unlock the seat belt and adjust her position so that I can lift her properly. I carry her bridal style and remove her makeup before changing us both into a soft set of pajamas.
Right before going back to sleep, Yn hugs me tight and places a sleepy kiss on my lips. "I had a wish to go like that for a looong time. Thanks for being the boy of my fulfilled dreams. " She says and gives me a soft smile that I return. I tuck her in, place a kiss on her forehead and move to turn off the light, and feel her grip my wrist. "Please stay. " she pleads and I smile, saying, "I'm not going anywhere."

Money Ties (Jungkook Love Story || Pt.3)
Pt.2 || Pt.4
Your parents have worked hard to get to the top and have made sure to teach you everything you need to know to be successful in this business: from tough but lucrative financial decisions, down to the right ball gown for any given banquet. A promising and extravagant future awaits you- that is, if you agree to one teensy detail...
Son of Mr.Jeon Sr. and heir to June Company, Jeon Jungkook is an immature playboy with nothing to offer a woman but good looks and a crap ton of money, and he stands to inherit much MUCH more, so long as you both enter into the arranged marriage contract that was drawn up before the pair of you were even born.
You're more than willing to try, but you're not sure you'll be able to stand each other long enough to inherit a single penny...

Recap: "I hope you know you didn't ruin anything. My husband and I feel very strongly, even more so now, that you're the perfect fit fr our family." Your heartbeat picks up in your chest; you were sure you blew your chance to bits, but here she is, offering it all on a silver platter for you.
Tumblr media
On your way back to your suite, you try calling your dad three different times, and each time the calls go straight to voicemail. For the most part, you've gotten used to getting his voicemail and can even recite it word for word- but right now, him being here for you is crucial. Even though your mom couldn't make the time to actually be here, at least she shows she cares, even if it is through blowing up your phone every hour; at least it's something. She even helped pick out the gifts for the Jeons: gold cuff links for Mr.Jeon, a lovely pair of jade earrings for Mrs.Jeon, and a silver chain with a medallion fo Jungkook. All your life, your dad said he couldn't wait to be there for when you would finally sign the agreement that they'd spent years tailoring and planning, only to cancel last minute because of work. Well, if he wants to leave you out in the cold to figure this out by yourself, then you're gonna do it your way.
Once inside the suite, you peel off the pretty little outfit you'd carefully put together for tea and toss it onto the bed, switching into a pair of baggy sweats and an oversized sweater, and the warmest socks you packed. You're finally going to dive into the manila envelope. You plop yourself into bed and take out everything, ignoring the initial feeling of being overwhelmed at the sight of the busy papers, looking past the legal jargon to find the bare bones of it all. In a matter of twenty minutes, you're completely locked in; you highlight, circle, annotate, even cross out some parts. You slowly realize how little your parents are settling for in this "partnership", as your dad likes to call it. According to this contract, their precious daughter is only worth 15% of the 'Jeon Empire', while Jeon Jungkook will be the majority owner of June Company, including hotels, restaurants, as well as owning shares in your parents' company and other smaller endeavors. Well, that just won't do. If you're going to be committing yourself to a marriage, it's for the long haul. All of your adolescent and teenage years were spent avoiding boys like the plague for fear of getting too attached and ruining your parents' dream for your life. Even your college years have been all about work and climbing up the ladder to get to this point- 15% is horse shit.
After three agonizingly long hours, the contract looks like a Frankensteined version of itself; torn apart and put back together. You hold it up in triumph- you almost want to take a picture just for the memories. "Proud of you," B/f/n says through a loud yawn. You had to call her about an hour in for moral support. "No, don't be tired. You can't be tired. It's still early!" "Hun, it's 3AM here." "Oh right..." You sigh, stuffing the contract back in the envelope, "I forgot about the time difference... ugh, I'm just so bored here. I have nothing to do." "Girl, you're at a whole luxurious hotel, all expenses paid- if I were you, I'd be doing a spa day, visiting the restaurants, drinking up all their liquor- you just don't like being alone." You roll your eyes. She's right, of course, but you're not gonna give her any validation. "I guess I'll just try to get some sleep...I have a big day tomorrow." "What time are you meeting them?" "We're meeting for brunch at 11." "First it was 'high tea' and now Brunch," She echoes with a sleepy smile, "How classy." You roll your eyes, "Good night, B/f/n," You laugh. She waves lazily and then you hang up the phone. "Well, since this is an all expenses paid hotel..." You bite your lip and look over at the door, "...I'm gonna go use their copier."
Tumblr media
AT 6AM, your alarm goes off scaring you violently awake. It had taken you hours to finally fall asleep in the first place. You'd tried to close your eyes after your face time, but ended up tossing and turning until 2AM. This jet lag is something else. Or maybe it was stress for today; I mean, you are preparing to sign a contract to marry a man you hardly know (and also kinda hate), which was essentially created when you weren't even a thought in your parents' mind yet, which will, in turn, lead to lifelong stability for you and your family as well as further growth for your family's businesses so everything is kind of on your shoulders and will all fall apart if you don't do your respective part- oh God, you might have a panic attack and you haven't even gotten out of bed yet.
You speed through your morning routine so that you can look over your edits again, though as soon as you sit down, your phone begins to buzz with all your incoming notifications. You scroll through, ignoring some texts, answering a few emails- and then you come across one from your dad from an hour ago. You take a sip of your coffee as you open up the message and, when you do, you almost spit the coffee out against the pretty clean white hotel wall. Staring at you is the "finalized contract" (or so it's entitled) that your dad made 'edits' on for you to print out and sign. You look over the entire thing and with every sentence you read, you feel the anger rising in you. The "edits" he made didn't even make the deal that much better for you, not to mention, how can your dad flake on you in regards to coming on this trip, ignore your calls and texts, but still have the nerve to send me this shitty contract at the asscrack of dawn on the DAY OF the supposed signing? Fuck that. You're gonna send them your draft and your parents can cry about it. You're done doing things their way. You open up your laptop and quickly go to your saved files, opening up YOUR finalized version that you'd scanned and re-typed. You cue it up in a message and type in Mr. and Mrs.Jeon's email addresses, along with their lawyer's email. For a moment, you hesitate, letting the mouse hover over the 'send' button, but then you count how many times your parents have made you feel completely alone in just the duration of this trip, plus every time you've had to make yourself small for others to be big- "Fuck it." You hit send and then close your laptop to put your outfit together for brunch.
Tumblr media
Brunch is held on the balcony at their hotel restaurant, Juniper. The vibe is definitely upper class, and you see it's bustling with guests. "Hello, Miss; will you be dining alone?" The hostess asks. You shake your head, "No, actually- I'm with the Jeon party." Her eyes widen for a second before she bows, "Oh yes, Ms.L/n, allow me to show you to your table. You smile and bow in return, feeling slightly embarrassed that she clearly felt the urge to kiss your ass a little extra just for being associated with the Jeons. She leads you around the corner to a wall of windows, much like the ones on the roof top when you'd gone for tea. As she opens the double doors, you see Mr. and Mrs.Jeon sat at a table straight ahead, Jungkook's back facing you. Your heart starts beating rapidly in your chest; it's happening. This is it. The entire ride here, you were psyching yourself up saying you'd be confident and strong and that if they didn't like the changes you'd made to the contract, they could kiss your ass- but right now, you feel your legs might turn to Jello. "Y/n!" Mrs.Jeon calls out excitedly, getting out of her seat and running over to you. Mr.Jeon and Jungkook look over in your direction; one giving you a big smile and the other...with a rather unreadable expression on his face. You smile and bow, "Good morning everyone." She politely dismisses the hostess and guides you to the table, where Mr.Jeon and Jungkook are standing to greet you. "Annyeonghasimnikka," You bow again. "So polite, isn't she Jungkook?" Mr.Jeon says, lightly hitting Jungkook's shoulder. You bow slightly, "Hello, Jungkook." He nods, "Hey." "Please, sit," Mrs.Jeon says. You immediately notice that Mr.Jeon is wearing the cuff links you'd gotten him, and Mrs.Jeon is wearing the earrings; Jungkook seemed to be the only one not wearing his gift. Figures. "We haven't ordered just yet so you have some time to think about what you want." "Oh that's okay, I'll take whatever you recommend." "Oh, I love that. I'm getting you my favorite- the praline french toast is so good paired with the fritata and...the eggs benedict with salmong." "Sounds good," You laugh, finding it endearing how excited she is. You wonder if she ever chews Jungkook out like your mom does to you You spend most of the time talking to Mr. and Mrs.Jeon; basic chit chat about life, how the food was, and other pleasantries- until Mr.Jeon receives a call and excuses himself from the table for a moment. Then, Mrs.Jeon says she wants to check in with the chef about something really quickly, leaving you and Jungkook at the table alone. You take a sip on your mimosa and then turn to him, "How are you, Jungkook?" He straightens up a bit and clears his throat, "I'm fine. How about yourself?" "I'm good...I- I'm hopeful that today's meeting goes well." He nods slowly, seeming deeply pensive about what you've said, "Well, it should be quite lucrative for you if it does." His tone is almost bitter-sounding. You furrow your brows, not liking how he's making it seem that you'd be the only one benefiting. "Well, according to the contract, it should be quite beneficial for the both of us, wouldn't you say?" "Oh, please. What are pennies to bills," He scoffs. "I mean, considering you can't even get a penny of mommy and daddy's money unless you get married, I'd say we're in the same boat," You lean back, deciding you're done with the niceties. He wants to be a jerk? Two can play. He glares at you, knowing you're right but, of course, refusing to admit it. "Don't you ever get tired?" "Of what?" He asks, face scrunching in annoyance. "Of the stick up your ass?" You smirk, crossing one leg over the other as your swirl your glass from the stem. "This whole thing is fucked and you know it," He says, throwing himself against the backrest of the chair in defeat. You nod slowly and thoughtfully, "Maybe, but as I always says, 'Anything worth having is worth fighting for.'" He rolls his eyes, "Whatever."
"Sorry, Kids. I just had to get that done before I forgot. Is your father still not back yet?" Mrs.Jeon asks, sitting back down at the table and looking around. "No, I guess he's still on the call," You say, "He sounds like my dad." Mrs.Jeon laughs, "Well, birds of a feather flock together." "I'm sorry everyone- Y/n, I just got off the phone with your father. Goodness, it's such a shame he couldn't come," Mr.Jeon says, a big smile on his face as he sits down. "You- you spoke to my dad?" "I sure did. I'd called him this morning about the finalized contract he'd sent me last night but he didn't get back to me until now since he was on the golf course." It takes everything in you to keep your eye from twitching. The golf course. Priorities. You plaster a fake smile on your face and clear your throat, "Actually, Mr.Jeon, the one he sent you is not the finalized version." He looks up confused, "No?" You shake your head and reach into your purse for the crisp new manila envelope, "I had to make some edits of my own." They all look at each other and then back at you, "Oh- alright," Mr.Jeon takes the envelope and he and Mrs.Jeon look over it together. You can practically see the gears in their heads turning, meanwhile, Jungkook is looking at you with his eyes narrowed wondering what it is you're up to. "Y/n," Mr.Jeon laughs nervously, "This is...substantially more than what your father and I had previously discussed." You nod, "Oh yes. 40% more, to be exact." "Mhm..." Mr.Jeon hands the paper to Mrs.Jeon who continues reading. "I believe the 15% we'd originally agreed upon was quite generous as even a fraction of the money we receive from the various businesses would be quite a profit for you." You purse your lips as you listen, trying your best to be as respectful as possible, "Yes, that's true. It would be quite a lot, however, I think it's reasonable to divide assets 50/50 between spouses, seeing as how I'll not only be a part of June Company itself but also be behind the scenes as a wife. Not to mention, when I have kids, there is no longer incentive for Jungkook to stay married to me, is there?" Mr.Jeon looks at his wife, who is looking back at him with the same concerned expression. "Y/n, our motivation for having you marry our son isn't to...produce an heir," Mr.Jeon says, "It's to help him mature and give him something to work for." "Dad, I don't need to get married to mature. I'm capable and I'm ready to run the company. Please, just let me show-" "You shut your mouth. With all the debt you've gotten me in with your incessant partying, the charges in property damage-" Mr.Jeon's face is turning more and more red, while Jungkook just looks away. He's completely quiet as he his father continues hurling criticisms and but Mrs.Jeon puts her hand on his chest to keep him from saying any more. "Mr.Jeon, I want to be able to help all of you- but I think both I and Jungkook are sacrificing a lot, and a large portion of that sacrifice is on yours and my parents' behalf. He and I will both be turning our lives around for the sake of our families. I just want to make sure we're both getting what we need from this." Jungkook turns slowly to look at you, his expression softening, along with his father's. Mr.Jeon is silent for a little while. "I understand if this is something you and your family cannot get behind and if that's the case, we can rip up this contract and put it all behind us, no harm done- but if you all want this as much as we do, these are my conditions," You say as gently as possible. You glance at Jungkook, whose eyes are fixed on you- causing for you to quickly look back at Mr. and Mrs.Jeon. "Well...I think we'll need some time to think this over. I'll have my lawyer look this over and we'll let you know what we've decided by tonight. How's that sound?" Mr.Jeon asks, giving you a tired smile. You nod, "That sounds just fine, Mr.Jeon. Take all the time you need."
You grab your bag and stand up and everyone else follows suit, "I had a lovely brunch. Thank you so much for putting it together for us to have this meeting." You turn to Jungkook, "I hope we're able to move forward together," You say with a bow and, for the first time, he bows in return. "Please have a good rest of your day," Mrs.Jeon says, stepping forward and hugging you goodbye. "And as always, please let us know if you need anything," Mr.Jeon says with a genuine expression. You nod, "I will."
Tumblr media
Of course, not two hours since your brunch with the Jeons, and your dad was already blowing up your phone. How interesting the way that works, isn't it? Your dad only calls when you don't do things exactly as he asks. You sent every single call to voicemail until they stopped coming in altogether- though he'll most likely call right before bed. You'd spent the rest of the day out and about near the hotel; something you thought you wouldn't get a chance to do this time around. It helped to get your mind off things for a minute. You'd even gone to a cute little cafe and answered some of your work emails (you can't ever completely disconnect, though it doesn't hurt to at least have a change of scenery).
By the time you come back to your suite, it's already 8PM, though of course you're not even a bit tired, so you decide to bother B/f/n for a bit. "Mm...hello?" "Hello," You practically sing into the phone, "did I wake you?" "Mhm..." "Well, wake up- I gotta tell you what happened today." "Y/n, look, I promise I'm interested but I do not have the mental capacity to receive any new information right now..." "You're no fun." "Hey, I already told you, you have other options for entertainment." "The spa's closed right now, I've already gone to the eateries inside this hotel, I've used the free wifi and even the copier. I've done everything, there's nothing left, B/f/n," You whine. "Not everything..." She says, sleepily eyeing you. You instantly know whatb she means and you violently shake your head. "Nope. Uh-uh. I am NOT getting a drink by myself." "Oh come on, if you wear one of those skimpy little dresses you packed, I promise you won't be alone for long." You narrow your eyes at her, "How do you know I packed skimpy dresses?" "You just told me," She smirks. How does she do that? "And what am I supposed to do if a man walks up to me and offers me a drink thinking he's gonna get some?" "Oh come on, you're not even engaged yet. Live a little." You roll your eyes, "Clearly, you're very sleep deprived and that's why you're talking crazy. Call me when you're rested." "Sounds like a plan," She says before abruptly hanging up the call.
You sit and look over at your suitcase, contemplating your next move... "I guess a drink won't hurt."
Tumblr media
The hotel bar is nicely tucked away on the first floor, a small ways away from the lobby. It's decorated with gold trim and pretty golden flowers along the cherry-wood walls. The vibe is definitely dark and sultry- you suppose you dressed appropriately: off the shoulder a-line mini dress and some simple strappy heels. You put a lot of effort into looking effortless tonight. It's not as packed as you expected, though it's definitely not empty; people are sat at various tables, holding conversations, the occasional stray laugh reaching your ears over the soft music. You'd hyped yourself up before coming down, saying you weren't gonna worry about who was or wasn't looking at you; you were just going down to have a drink and then go right back up- but when you realize the room is full of mostly men, you hesitate to take a seat. "Welcome in- can I get you anything, Miss?" The bartender, a kind-looking older gentleman, asks when he sees the lost puppy look on your face. "I-uhm, yes. I'll take an espresso martini, please?" "Of course." You set your clutch down on the bar and then take a seat. "Meeting anyone?" The bartender asks. You laugh sheepishly, "No, just...wanted to get out of my room." "I suppose that's a good thing," He says. You furrow your brows, wondering if he's gonna take the opportunity to be creepy, "And why is that?" "Because that young man over there has been watching you since you walked in," He says, nodding behind you. Your heart flutters a bit, and you feel flattered by the possibility of someone actually checking you out.
You turn slowly to where he'd nodded and scan for a moment before finally seeing him. How did I not notice him before? "That's the hotel owner's son, you know," The bartender adds. Jungkook's expression is a bit unreadable, but he's definitely looking at you. His eyes are completely fixed. You turn around quickly and bite your lip. You can't leave now, he'll know it was because of him and you can't stand the idea of him feeling like he drove you out of that bar. No way. You straighten out your back, forcing your body to relax as much as possible- or at least have the appearance of relaxation. The man puts your drink in front of you, and you gingerly take your first sip. "How can you drink those things?" Jungkook's unmistakeable voice says from right behind you, causing you to choke and spit some of your drink back into the glass. Your eyes widen in horror. "Bless you," He smirks. He looks over at the bar tender and signals holding up two fingers, to which the man nods. "Jungkook," His name feels so strange on your tongue; up until this trip, you've just refered to him as 'the Jeon's son', and using his name still feels so...intimate, somehow. He leans back in his seat, looking at you as though he's sizing you up, "And who, might I ask, did you dress up for tonight?" "Myself." You say, side-eyeing him. He's very brazen for someone you've only just met again after so many years. "Hm." "Hm, what?"
"Oh nothing...it's just, well, humans are performative beings, you know? Everything we do, whether consciously or not, is to attract." "Oh? And you're saying this to imply that I'm trying to attract someone?" You take another sip of your drink, trying to hide your unexpected nervousness. He shrugs, a cocky smile spreading across his face. "And who do you think I'm trying to attract, Jungkook? You?" You scoff. "Hey, you said it." You blush slightly and look down at your drink, your fingertip running up and down the stem of the glass. He definitely smells like he's been drinking- a lot- but you also catch hints of musk and wood- even burnt cinnamon. Shitty men shouldn't smell this damn good. You glance down at his neck and squint your eyes; is that-? "You're wearing the necklace?" He furrows his brows for a second in confusion before the realization sets in, "Oh- yeah. I look good, don't I?" His lips turn up into a coy smile. You clear your throat and shrug, "I think I'm just good at picking out jewelry." He chuckles and shakes his head, "Your disdain for me is quite amusing." "Almost as amusing as your insistence on flirting with me." "Well, don't get too flattered, you might fall in love." "Ha," You scoff. The bartender sets two shots down in front of Jungkook, who then slides one over to you. "What's this for?" You ask, immediately suspicious. "To celebrate." "Celebrate what?" "Us, of course." "Oh please," You roll your eyes, "Just the other day you were yelling at me and accusing me of attacking you, then you implied that I was some sort of gold digger and was just trying to mooch off of you." He nods thoughtfully, "Yes, that's true, I said some pretty...crass things. I suppose I should apologize for that. As far as the shot, well- I've decided to accept it." "Accept...what?" "The fact that this train is leaving with or without our 'yes', so we may as well enjoy the ride along the way, right?" As he says this, his eyes fall slightly, and only for a moment. You almost wonder if you'd seen it at all. "And what's caused this change of heart?" "Truthfully...this entire arrangement has been hanging over my head all my life. It felt like a noose slowly getting tighter and tighter. But seeing my father so stunned by your demands...it felt like my first deep breath in a while." You're surprised at how genuine Jungkook is being right now, though before you're able to respond to what he's just said, your phone buzzes in your clutch. "Excuse me," You say. It's a text message from Mr.Jeon. You quickly swipe it open and your mouth drops in shock. 𝙼𝚛.𝙹𝚎𝚘𝚗: 𝙷𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚘, 𝚈/𝚗- 𝙸 𝚑𝚘𝚙𝚎 𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝚖𝚎𝚜𝚜𝚊𝚐𝚎 𝚍𝚘𝚎𝚜𝚗'𝚝 𝚠𝚊𝚔𝚎 𝚢𝚘𝚞. 𝚆𝚎'𝚟𝚎 𝚍𝚎𝚌𝚒𝚍𝚎𝚍 𝚝𝚘 𝚖𝚘𝚟𝚎 𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚠𝚊𝚛𝚍 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚊𝚐𝚛𝚎𝚎𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝. You look up back up at Jungkook, who simply picks up the shot and holds it up in the air, "To the ride." Your shocked expression turns into a smile, and all you can think to do is pick your shot up as well. "To the ride."

Can you please help me find this jk series!! It was an arranged marriage story based in another century. Jungkook was the king/prince and reader was from another palace. The last thing I remember about it was reader got hurt and her hand got severely burned which was upsetting because at her palace your hands are sacred (?).
🌷Hi there! What a coincidence I was just catching up on the last four chapters of this series and screaming my feelings on my main lol. This is Wicked @adonis-koo.

Growing into Love
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
pairing:Husband!Seokjin x fem!reader
tags: fluff, slight angst, husband Jin, non-idol!au, Arranged marriage trope, mentions of parent issues
summary: Arranged marriage could've been a lot of things, but with Jin, it was nothing but comfortable. Maybe too comfortable that you hadn't realised when you'd both fallen in love.
masterlist | Let me know your thoughts and feedback.
Tumblr media
“You know what Mom, I’m sorry. I thought, for once, you’d understand me but of course. My bad. Let’s just forget this. Bye.”
No matter how long it had been, it was never easy. Even years of therapy cannot make the complicated relationship between your parents and you easier to deal with. After everything said and done, you still did love your parents and you knew they loved you too. Even if they weren't great at depicting it without it affecting you.
It was tiresome nevertheless. The constant back and forth, you still hoping they'd understand even though they haven't in the last twenty-seven years and them hoping you'd finally see their side.
It had gotten easier when you had moved out after high school. You had enjoyed the taste of freedom and independence for 6 years since high school, mainly because you knew it came with a deadline- arranged marriage. It was a tradition in your family, everybody always got an arranged marriage. Even after knowing that it’s your destiny, the fear of “what ifs” had eaten you up for years.
For years you'd fought against it, but eventually, you lost all the will to fight and gave in. You had no choice. No matter how much you did, they always demanded more. Maybe you were to blame, for hoping even after everything.
With all the thoughts and the pain still fresh in your heart, you slump against the sofa on the floor throwing your phone on the coffee table. You're trying your best to not let the tears fall. Leaning your head back you just breathe and try to stop the well-known spiral that was going on in your brain.
"That bad huh?"
The voice startles you. You open your eyes to see your husband standing at the kitchen entrance looking at you. His wide shoulders clad in his favourite white t-shirt, a pink worn-out apron on his slender waist, glasses perched on the bridge of his nose, the soft features on his face slowly turning into concern as he assessed you.
Being married to Seokjin had been a pleasant surprise. Both of you knew what you were getting into, had spoken openly about your needs and kept to your boundaries. You understood that love was not exactly an option in your situation, but there was never any animosity between the two of you.
After a year of marriage, you'd become friends and partners/ teammates of sorts and constantly enabled each other to succeed. You had a routine, shared chores, shared your hobbies with each other and existed in perfect harmony. There was never a need or yearning for more, as it felt comfortably natural at every point.
Everything you'd learnt about him made you want to remove all the unfair pain he'd been through and protect him from further pain. One month into your marriage you got to know that his family had caused him a broken heart and forced him into this predicament. Yet he was always polite and nice to you and his family, and your respect for him grew multifold. Then you began noticing how he was often silent and blue when he thought no one was paying him attention. His smile faded every time he turned away from people which made you feel like it was you who was getting hurt.
But along the way, in the last year, Jin had genuinely become more balanced. His over-hyper nature around people and the eerily silent persona at home had slowly eased into a balance that dances on the verge of both. He makes you laugh almost every day, has cried in front of you a couple times and always cooked the most delicious meals every weekend. Jin was also a complete crackhead, especially when his younger brother Jungkook visits- which is almost all the time. Jungkook had been a big part of your life since your marriage and you would not have it any other way. Especially since it made Jin smile from his heart (and annoyed him to know bounds that you spoiled Jungkook).
"Y/N, are you okay?"
You blink at the voice, Jin is now crouching in front of you, back leaning against the coffee table as he looks at you. His eyes filled with worry, lips puckered and hair tousled. You bite your lips to prevent the threatening tears from falling down.
"Didn't you hear ?" You ask with a quivering voice, referring to the phone call you had with your parents moments ago.
"No, I was caught up in making lunch." He settles one hand on your shoulder in a pat. "But from the look on your face, I assume it didn't go well. If you want to talk, you know I'm here."
You nod, blinking more furiously in a futile attempt. He smiles and wipes the tears away.
"It's ok to cry, we spoke about this."
"I know. That's what I'm doing." You say as more tears fall and a smile graces your face. "Aha, I know what will cheer you up." His eyes widen and a mischievous smile plays on his face as you look at him in confusion. "I'll call Jungkookie, you are always happy when he annoys me. I don't get it but it'll work for now." You look at him for a moment to gauge how serious he is and end up laughing when he picks up his phone to call the younger one.
"No no Jin don't call kookie. Poor thing, he really wanted to sleep in this weekend. Plus he really needs to start hanging out with people other than us." You say between laughing as Jin puts his phone down.
"Hmmm," he thinks as he absentmindedly wipes more of your tears away and you're watching in anticipation waiting for his next suggestion. "In that case, maybe ice cream will help?" He asks with big eyes and a pout, looking like an innocent child. You immediately nod like an excited 5-year-old at his suggestion.
Jin brings you the ice cream tub you'd both bought at the supermarket and hands over a spoon.
"Here, enjoy!" "Hehe thanks, I love you. You're the best Jin." "Aissh, love you too. I'll go check on lunch. don't eat too much."
You were about to hum back in response but froze mid-action, ice cream spoon on the tip of your tongue. Your eyes widen in reaction and you drop the spoon on the floor. This causes Jin to stop midway to the kitchen and look at you.
"Y/N, are you okay?" He says rushing to your side. You just look at him in pure shock.
"We, I- we-" The words fail to come out of your mouth and your mind is a mess. "We what?" He asks, the concern back on his face.
"wesaidiloveyou" The words leave your mouth in such a hurry that Seokjin almost misses it. When he realises he gets more confused and replies with a shrug, "Yeah so?"
"What do you mean so? We said THE words Seokjin." The incredulous look on his face stays put and you add, "For the first time."
He scoffs and smiles. "This is not the first time."
"What?"
His smile falters, "You don't remember?" "Remember what? Jin don't mess with me now." Your voice is timid and you feel a giant lump creeping up your throat.
"You're the one messing with my head right now. Do you really not remember saying I love you to me that night?" He looks at you in disbelief, ears reddening and his pout in full display. "What night?"
"Y/N, come on seriously?" "I really don't remember Seokjin."
He stares at you for a moment too long, sighs and walks back to the kitchen. You close the ice cream tub and run to follow him in. He's stirring the stew in the pot and even though his back is facing you, you don't miss the agitation in his movements. You wait for him to close the lid on the pot and watch as he just stares at the wall. Slowly you move closer to him but he whips around even before you could tap on his shoulder, and looks at you.
"Jin, I really do not remember what you are referring to and I'm sorry. Just tell me when it was, please." You give him your best puppy eyes and he sighs leaning his head back on the shelf above, before facing you again.
"The night after we went to your cousin's wedding, in bed, before sleeping you told me you love me and I said it back." Your jaw drops to the floor. "That was three months ago," is all you say as you try your best to jog your memory of the night.
That had been a particularly rough family function- with your father questioning every career choice you had made, your mother constantly criticising your outfit choice and every other relative asking you only about your plans to have kids. Seokjin had been very comforting and stayed by your side the entire night. You remember how his hand never moved from the small of your back the entire night and how he kept running circles on your palm whenever he held them. That night you were sure you had fallen for Seokjin, but you did not remember vocalising it to him. And definitely did not remember him saying it back.
Jin's strained sigh brings you back to the man in front of you, he is doing his best to look positive and lighthearted about this and you can see it.
"Why didn't you bring it up the next day?" You wanted to say sorry, you wanted to hug him but this was the only sentence that came out of your mouth. "I figured you said it in a sleepy daze. And maybe you didn't mean it." Jin sounds so small and nervous at the moment.
"But then it happened again." He adds before you can say anything and all you can say is, "HUH?"
He rubs his palm on the back of his neck and nods. "Yeah, actually you've said it 7 times in the last three months including today."
"WHAT?" Jin looks as shocked as you do at this revelation.
"Why the hell do I not remember it?" "How the hell am I supposed to know." Jin's voice comes out sharper and you realise how all of this might be for him. But he turns back to the dish on the stove and you are left to jog your memory to see if he was right.
"The second time was when I bought you the big chocolate cake when you were on your period- two months back," Jin says in the most neutral tone and the memory comes back to you.
You hadn't even informed him about your periods, he somehow always knew. But you were positively shocked when he walked into your shared bedroom with a chocolate cake in his hand, explaining that it will ease your cramps. It might've been possible that you voiced the exact feeling you were having in a moment of joy.
"Then it was a week later when you were leaving for work." Jin is now back to stirring and assessing his pot and his voice seems muffled.
"When?" He turns to look at you for a brief second, he assesses your confused face and turns back smirking.
"You said 'I love you bye' on your way out the door, I knew you didn't realise it. In fact, you did this again twice, Kookie was here during the fifth time."
"Wha- How... Do I have memory loss?" Jin turns around and you can see the smile he's trying to control. "Don't laugh, Jin. How else do you explain my not remembering saying it?" He stays leaning on the counter with his smirk playing on his face and says, "So you definitely don't remember drunkenly professing your love for me last week and then proceeding to cuddle me the entire night until I laid you on the bed in the morning right?"
If you were shocked till now it was nothing compared to this bombshell Jin dropped on you.
"Are you lying?", "No why would I!" Jin looks convincingly innocent but it only worsens your confusion. How did you miss such an important moment of both of your lives. Your husband loves you and has said so multiple times but your brain has successfully managed to forget that. You try your best to remember but nothing out of the ordinary jumps from your brain.
He breaks down laughing- screeching noises and all, as he watches you process it. Your first reaction, post-shock, is to hit him in the arms and exasperatedly pout.
"Jin, that's not fair. Why the hell did you not tell me any of this ?"
He sobers up then and stands in front of you, holding both your shoulders and a sweet smile on his face. "I didn't mean to hide it, I just thought you didn't want to bring it up. Y/N, you told me yourself that you're a flight risk and that you weren't looking for love. I didn't want to make you panic."
"Aww that's sweet of you." He nods annoyingly smug and you roll your eyes. "But I still feel horrible that I didn't even notice it fully. I mean.. how does one forget that?" Jin shakes his head at your words and gives a little squeeze to your shoulder as he says, "You didn't forget it, it just came so naturally to you that it wasn't a big deal."
You look up at his eyes hearing his words. "Was it the same for you?" Jin gulps and rubs the back of his neck again. He's turning redder by the minute and you love seeing him like this. "Well, yeah. I actually said it a week before you did for the first time." You open your mouth to react but he interrupts you. "And no, you didn't forget it. I was scared and told it when you were sleeping."
"When?"
"Aiish, I don't remember Y/N." He's almost as red as a tomato now. You scoff at his words. "Oh please, you just listed the 7 very random days I told you I love you. And I know for a fact you remember when you first said it. Spill it, Jin." Jin is fully blushing and you're sure you are too by how heated up your cheeks feel. You continue riling him up by poking his arms till he swats you away and answers your question.
"I- Oh god stop Y/N, I'll tell.", "Okay, go on."
"It was the night you suggested we sleep in the master bedroom together because you felt it was unfair that I had to sleep in the guest room." Jin covers his hands in his face and cringes at himself while you've got the biggest smile playing on your face. You start giggling and that makes him look up from his hands with a pout.
"Ya don't laugh at me!" "No, no I'm not laughing at you. It's just... that's all it took for you to fall in love with me?"
His face immediately changes from his pout to a soft smile. "That's because I didn't fall in love, and neither did you.", "Oh." You try your best to let it not show but you know that your face has deflated just the way your heart felt.
Jin notices it and smiles before adding, "We didn't fall in love, we grew into it, and that's much better. I've fallen in love before and you know what, when you fall it feels like you're flying until you crash. I think falling in love is a sad thing." He moves closer and holds your face in his palms as you look up at him without breaking eye contact. "With you, with us, we didn't fall and we won't crash. I've been in a relationship where even the smallest things were a big deal- every 'I love you' and anniversary. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, I'm just saying I really do prefer how natural it feels to just say I love you and not make a big deal of it. With you, specifically. I love how we just started doing things together without overthinking it. So yea, we grew into loving each other."
By the time he is done you're eyes are watering and the tears flow down your cheeks. He wipes them away and you just stare at him, thinking about his words. He was right, almost all of your firsts since your wedding have been entirely unspoken. One day you just cuddled against him while watching a movie and neither of you questioned it. Or when he randomly pulled you in a bear hug and cried after a tough day, or when he comforted you during your family functions and you did the same. Even when you were busy trying to fight off any feelings because of your fear, you couldn't succeed. It all felt natural.
"Y/N, please don't cry. You've been crying since the damn phone call and now I've made you cry too." You shake your head sideways and pull him into an embrace, leaning your head on his chest and sniffling your tears in. He rubs your back trying to calm you down, which you do because Jin always knows how to calm you. You lift your head from his chest and look at him, still in a tight embrace.
"How are you this smart and amazing?" He smiles shyly and then smirks before adding, "I am 3 years older than you and I know a lot more than you do!"
"Tch, what a shame I didn't record that and send it to Jungkook. He'd be so happy to see you admit that you're old." You tease and Jin looks at you in mock anger which causes you to laugh.
"I've been realising it here and there but like you said nothing felt out of the ordinary or uncomfortable enough to question it. So... okay I agree, we grew into loving each other." Jin nods with a fond smile. "Now what?" you add with raised eyebrows watching keenly as Jin smirks and his hug around you gets tighter. Your face heats up as he leans into you slowly, your eyes trained on those plump lips of his that have always caught your attention. You close your eyes and wait for his lips to hit your lips and finally fee-
TRIINGGGGG
The sound of Jin's ringtone blaring from his pant pocket makes both of you jump away from the embrace. Recovering faster from the shock, Jin picks up the phone and curses as he shows you the called ID- Jungkook.
You laugh as Jin attends the call and immediately starts cursing the younger one and Jungkoook lets out his usual Elmo giggles and shouts for you to support him.
Jin was right, this all felt natural. This is your family, your home and you'd cherish it forever.

-pairing: namjoon x f. reader (oc)
-genre/warnings: arranged marriage, royalty but not really lol, mentions of cheating in the past, angst, smut, hurt/comfort, short story with a happy ending :)
Tumblr media
Throughout the beginning of this arranged marriage both minseo and namjoon weren’t entirely interested. Doing their own thing, barely speaking to one another. But they had both agreed to complete their duties as one, so they went along with it.
Along the way they both had started to care for each other. Minseo took good care of namjoon, as a good wife should. Namjoon soon realized how much he depended on her. She made sure he was well fed, she’d ask about his day, she’d accompany him to all his important events, she made him happy.
He found himself looking forward to coming home to her each day. They started sleeping in the same bed, enjoying each other’s warmth. Now Almost two years into this marriage, they couldn’t be happier.
“Good morning, love” namjoon says kissing her neck as she had just woken up. Both still bare from the night before
“Good morning, dear” she says smiling, snuggling closer to him
Not soon after they heard a knock on his door “sir, im sorry to interrupt but we have a meeting starting soon.” Namjoon sighed getting out of bed. Their mornings usually always were the same.
“I have to go, I’ll be back for dinner.” He kisses his wife goodbye before putting on some clothes, leaving the room
Minseo spends her day accompanying namjoons mother. She was the one who suggested this arranged marriage. And she was so happy that it has been going well.
“when will I be getting my grand babies” his mother half joked
“They will come when the time is right” minseo answered feeling a bit embarrassed
Throughout the day they did some shopping for tonight’s supper with the family. Once the time finally came it was a nice evening with everyone. drinking and recalling old memories. Namjoon felt at peace with minseo by his side. He felt proud. He knew he’d do anything for her.
Once supper was over everyone headed back home.
“Your mother kept asking me when we’d be giving her grandchildren” minseo spoke as she got ready for bed
He chuckled “and what did you tell her”
“I said that they’d come when the time is right” minseo now getting into bed next to him
“Come here” he pulled her onto his lap “im surprised you aren’t pregnant yet given how many times we make love” he says looking up at her
“That’s the thing, how is it possible we aren’t pregnant yet. What if we can’t have Children” minseo voiced her concerns to him
“Dont say that, love, just as you said. When the times right. And even so, it wouldn’t change anything. You’re mine, forever” she smiled hugging him tightly
“I love you” she whispered
“I love you too, my love. Let’s get some rest”
The next morning minseo had woken up to an empty bed. Namjoon had an early meeting. His brother seokjin had been giving him a hard time. They were currently fighting over the land their father once had. Their father had left it to whoever was to be married first. Which was namjoon. But seokjin had found it unfair, he was the eldest son, the land should go to the first born. That’s how’s its always been.
This whole situation has caused a strain on their brotherly relationship. Seokjin was more than angry. He’d do anything for that land. Namjoon tried to compromise, offering other things that he had inherited, but seokjin had his heart set already.
After a long day at work namjoon had finally arrived home, missing dinner but he had eaten at work. Going into his bedroom seeing his wife already in bed catching up on her book.
“Thought I wouldn’t see you today” minseo spoke as she closed her book setting it on her night stand.
Namjoon let out a tired sigh “why is my brother so stubborn”
“You know seokjin, he can’t take no for an answer” minseo was also fed up with seokjin, she hated seeing namjoon so stressed “come to bed” she patted the spot next to her
Namjoon got out of his work clothes quickly changing into his night clothes, getting under the covers with his wife, Feeling her warmth, as they were now face to face
“You’re so beautiful” he spoke in a whisper causing her to smile, she kissed him. Feeling as though a weight has been lifted off of his shoulders.
Not breaking the kiss namjoon moves to now be hovering over her, setting between her legs causing her nightgown to ride up. Namjoon moved down to kiss her neck as her arms were around his neck. He started to grind his hardening cock against her slowly, causing her to spread her legs more, encouraging him.
Pushing up her nightgown exposing her stomach to feel her soft skin all the way up to her breasts. Her nipples hardening from the cold air after being exposed. He tosses her nightgown on the ground now giving attention to her breasts, sucking on them causing her to whimper biting her lip.
He got up momentarily to take off his night shorts leaving him fully exposed as well. Minseo watched as he got undressed, she couldn’t help but stare. Namjoon noticed smirking.
Settling between her legs spreading them wider as he took his cock in hand now rubbing his tip over her wetness loving the way her pussy is throbbing for his cock as he barely puts the tip in before slowly entering her, namjoon watches her expressions to make sure she’s okay.
Once he’s fully inside, he hovers over her again, With his hands by both sides of her head as he slowly pulls back feeling her tight walls trying to suck him back in
“Fuck-“ he lets out a pleasured sigh “you feel so good, my love” he whispers causing her to moan. Now moving faster she could feel every inch of him, clenching around him causing him to slow down moaning lowly
“Do it again please” he sounded desperate, it just all felt too good. And she did, she loved hearing him moan for her
His thrusts started speeding up, going deeper inside of her. “Joon fuck-“ minseo couldn’t hold back her moans feeling him hit her sweet spot “im close, please–”
“Gonna come inside this little pussy” he was close too, he began to rub on her clit just how she liked it bringing her over the edge, his name was the only thing she could say as she came undone. Feeling her pussy become impossibly tighter caused him to reach his end as well. Stilling as he came inside her with a deep moan.
Both trying to catch their breaths, minseo feeling like jelly as namjoon pulls out of her watching his seed begin to spill out of her. Pushing it back in with his fingers, minseo whimpering, she was still sensitive.
“Hopefully this time it will take” namjoon whispered but she heard it
“Cuddle me” minseo pouted as she reached out of namjoon, after he was finished cleaning her up he jumped in bed with her, laying his head on her bare chest as he wrapped around her waist. They both drifted off to sleep peacefully. Not knowing what the next day would bring them.
Namjoon was called out of bed early for a work emergency. He rushed there just to find out that his brother seokjin had started construction on his land. In all honesty namjoon was tired of fighting with his brother. At this point he was gonna give up his land.
Calling minseo to let her know what was going on, she refused to let her husband give up his land just because his brother was being childish. She was going to go down there herself and talk to seokjin. Of course namjoon said that wasn’t necessary but she did anyway. He wasn’t going to let her go alone though.
“Good morning, seokjin” minseo tries to be polite to seokjin even throughout this whole mess
Seokjin chuckled, completely ignoring minseo looking straight at namjoon “can’t handle your own battles anymore you had to bring your wife down?”
“Excuse me but you’re the one who has been nothing but a pain for the both of us. We tried to be fair with you, you’re family seokjin, we don’t want a feud with you. And namjoon didn’t ask me to do anything but as his wife i felt the need to.”
“The only fucking reason he married you was to claim this land-“
“Enough-“ namjoon raised his voice at seokjin
“Even after you were married he was still messing around with his whore!”
Namjoon lunged at seokjin grabbing him by the collar throwing him to the ground
“I said enough.”
“What’s wrong brother? She should know the truth.” Seokjin spat out. minseo already knew it was true just by namjoons reaction. Feeling hurt she went back home without a trace
Namjoon looked up to find her already gone. Fuck. He thought
He left seokjin there immediately rushing home to find her. Except she were no where to be found. He’d been rushing around everywhere looking for her.
Exhausted he sat on their shared bed for a moment thinking of where she could possibly be when suddenly the door opened revealing his wife. He could tell she had been crying
Immediately going to hold her but she refused. “Is it true?” She already knew the answer but she wanted to hear him say it
“Minseo, please-“ he sounded desperate
“Just answer the question, please” she said with a shaky voice already beginning to cry again
“Yes, it is true. But please let me just explain to you-“
“No. I do not wish to hear your explanation. We’re done”
“We’re married minseo you can’t just leave me”
“you already broke the first rule of marriage, so what does it matter. Obviously this marriage means nothing to you”
“No, my love that’s not true. I swear it” namjoon felt himself tearing up, dropping to his knees in front of her. He didn’t wanna lose her. “You are my only love-“
She pulls away from him harshly. As if she is disgusted by him touching her “I shall sleep in my old room for now” she slams the door on her way out
Namjoon is an absolute mess. He wasn’t a crier. But he cried. And it didn’t stop for a while. He knew that he would do whatever it took to get minseo to forgive him. And that his brother was no longer his brother but now an enemy
Minseo felt as though she had lost a part of herself. Namjoon has been the only man she’s ever known. He was a good man. The only one she could trust. And yet she had been wrong.

Description: The King doesn't approve of Jungkook's relationship with you - a human pet - and agrees to arrange a marriage with the Princess of a neighboring planet, Planet Amare. Soon you're considered nothing but the Princes Concubine. Desperate times call for desperate measures and you refuse to let Jungkook be taken away from you.
Tumblr media
Jungkook trails through the large dining area, head held high and back straight. You marvel at how beautiful he was - he was truly glowing before your eyes. You place a smile on your lips as Jungkook glances your way. He winks, glowing eyes only sparkling more when he catches your eyes.
The following year since Jungkook and you had been intimate was one of the best years you've spent since on Planet Ivictus. You couldn't think of a day you and Jungkook weren't doing anything sexual - even if it wasn't full on sex. Still, the time Jungkook and you spent without sex were just as great. You enjoyed his company all together - especially when it was just the two of you. Getting the shower or bathe with him was fun - you two joked and laughed and talked.
When Jungkook wasn't working, the two of you often visited the Planet. Of course, Planet Ivictus was much larger than Earth was, but him being able to transfport anywhere with a blink of an eye (one of the reasons they called it "blinking"), it made it much easier for the two of you do so. He showed you the view from the tallest mountain, making sure to hold you close to him so you wouldn't be frightened by the altitude. The view of the large moon appearing so close was picture perfect scenery.
Your eyes blink, and when they do you could finally look away from Jungkook. Behind him is his father, the King had his eyes dead set on you before glancing away. Both men make their way to the large dining table surrounded by elites and those closest to the Palace. The King takes his seat at the head of the table while Jungkook sits beside him in the empty seat next to yours. He places a hand on your thigh gently and all you can do is smile.
The King raises his glass and immediately one of the cooks comes to pour in wine - a dark red wine appearing to be similar to blood. The next one to be served is Jungkook, then you and the rest of the eliest. The King clears his throat and stands, the dining hall going deathly quiet to hear what the King has to say. These feasts weren't foreign - it happened at least once a month with the King hosting a few meetings with the elites, sharing details of missions - most importantly it was to show Jungkook what he'd be expected to do when it was his time to rule the planet.
The King says a few words in their dialect - and though you could catch a few words since your time on the planet, you couldn't say you'd completely understood what they said. A few nods happened and all you could do was wait for a form of understanding. The King takes a sip of his drink, as do the rest of the elite. You do with a raised brow.
"This feast is not in vain," the King says, voice deep and your ears twitch at the familiar language you understood. "we are here to welcome the King and his daughter - the Princess - of the neighboring planet. Planet Amare."
The large dining doors open and just as the King says, two individuals come through. The man, tall - possibly as tall as the King - with reddish, coily hair. His eyes captivate you - they were a golden color that seemingly shines just as the people of Planet Ivictus. His skin was a golden russet color and it took everything in you to look away from him and to the woman next to him - his daughter. An action you regretted.
You hear a few gasps coming from around you - Jimin being the first one. You don't need to look at him to know his eyes are on the Princess. She was similar to her father with the same russet skin and reddish, coily hair. Her eyes were almond shaped and though golden, much lighter than her fathers. Her lips were heart shaped and plump, adoring a shy smile as she strolled through the dining hall.
In less words - she was beautiful to you and it was hard to not stare at her. She was tall and athletically built, yet her body was pure feminine that even you questioned your own body weight. As they come closer, you could feel Jungkook besides you. He's sipping his wine, hand still on your thigh as the two individuals make their way to the dining table with a bow.
"King Cali and Princess Azad." the King bows to the two of them.
"King Jae-yong and Prince Jungkook." The King of Amare says, clapping his hands together. "It's a privledge to be in your presence."
Jungkook only snorts and the King gives his son a hard glare. "Please, sit." the King says. Two chairs are pushed out for the two of them. They are seated close to the King - something that rarely happens to outsiders.
"Thank you for coming." King Jae-yong says.
"Father," Jungkook speaks. He doesn't look at the two outsiders - Planet Amare came from a neighboring planet that were far different from Planet Ivictus. They didn't believe in violence and were complete pacificts. That was alright, sure, yet the judgment they displayed on other Planets and their own traditional beliefs were nothing but hypocritical. Jungkook wanted nothing to do with these people. "why are we here?"
Your eyes catch the Princesses and she nods her head. You do the same, somewhat nervous under her gaze and confused overall by their presence. The Ivictus people were a natural warrior race, and though you and Jungkook never went into details, you knew well enough that he - and his friends - had killed when they left the Planet. It was their job - the less you knew the better.
King Jae-yong lowers his wine glass and glances at King Cali
"We," King Cali starts. "want to put aside our differences. Planet Amare and Planet Ivictus's differences are long overdue."
Jungkook drinks the rest of his wine.
"And what better way to bring two planets together and rules as one than to propose a marriage." King Jae-yong finishes. He could feel it coming - his son's mouth. It would be the death of him eventually.
"Who's getting married?" Jungkook furrows a brow. The look of Taehyung across from him - shaking his head - while Jimin only continues to drink more wine. Jungkook eyes his father. "Who's getting married...?" he repeats, tone darkening.
"The Prince of Ivictus and the Princess of Amare." King Jae-yong responds.
Your heart hurts - the way it beats outside your chest you are certain everyone could feel it. You feel Jungkook's fingers dig into your thigh, right through the pants you wore and through your skin.
"I'm not marrying anyone." Jungkook hisses.
"That wasn't a request." King Jae-yong hisses right back. "It's an order that's already finalized."
Jungkook removes his hand from your thigh and lifts himself up, cape swinging behind him. The King does the same, glaring at his disrespectful son.
"It's time you stop playing these childish games with your pet." The King murmurs to his son, glancing down at you.
Not to be mistaken with distaste. The King comes to adore you - as do many of the people on the Planet. However, he is no fool to know that his son admiration for you is far beyond a Master and pet - he could always smell the sex coming from him whenever he left you. The amount of people his son has killed with his bare hands in your defense was becoming chaotic.
Jimin takes another gulp of his wine. He was going to need it if he was going to have to console an angered Jungkook soon. The King was as predictable as always - and now he insisted that Jungkook marry the princess of a judgmental neighboring Planet was just asking for it. Asking for Jungkook to lose his cool and throw a temper tantrum.
"You can keep your companion." Princess Amara speaks - her tone is as sweet as honey. It makes your blood boil and you're unsure why. "I don't expect you to love me, Prince Jungkook, and I understand we're only doing this for the sake of our Planets."
Jungkook clenches his jaw.
"A marriage and a child." King Cali suggests. "To ensure..."
You drown down the conversation. You feel your vision blurred and your mind was swirling with a million thoughts at once. Jungkook being married - having his own family. WHat would happen to you? Where would you go? Would you be banished from the palace - even if the Princess did say that you and Jungkook could remain together. However, how would this work? Would Jungkook leave and be forced to stay on Planet Amare?
"I will be damned if I give a child to someone from that Planet." Jungkook snarls. He pushes away from his father and turns to you. "Y/N-"
"If not you'll be stripped of your title."
Jungkook stiffens.
There are a few murmurs surrounding him and slowly, he turns to his father. The look on the King's face is serious. Jungkook shakes his head. "You'll do that to your son?" he asks in disbelief. "Strip me from what's rightfully mine?"
The King doesn't back down and all Jungkook could do is scoff. He's hurt - but he could never show it. He would do what he usually does when he feels hurt - lock himself in his room and hold you close to his chest. He doesn't cry - even when you suggest it'll feel better if he does.
Jungkook turns his eyes to the Princess. "I want nothing to do with the child." he says, scarily calm. "Let's go, Y/N."
Tumblr media
"What if they kill me?" you'd ask her, eyes widen with disbelief.
"The Prince would never allow that." Siobhan - the human pet of the elitist and the same one who gave you advice for over a year - responds with a roll of her eyes.
You didn't need to tell Siohban of the unfortunate circumstances surrounding Jungkook and his arranged marriage. She was there with her own master - and ever since then she was conjuring up a plan to get you out of this mess. The fact that you - someone the Prince has grown extremely close to since his childhood years - were going to be considered a concubine.
"Are you having second thoughts?" Siobhan tilts her head to the side. "What if that Princess orders you to be banished from the Palace? Sent back to Earth?" Siobhan shakes her head with wide eyes. "Or worse."
"What's worse?" you question with a murmur. You lean closer.
"What if you get a different master because the Princess doesn't want you as his concubine?" Siobhan doesn't think this would ever happen - Jungkook was far too deep in his obsession with you. His distain for the Princess was evident that he wanted nothing to do with her. Still - what she was telling you was true. You needed to do what she planned.
"It's surprising you haven't fallen pregnant yet." Siobhan crossed her legs, eyes glancing over the edged railing of the Palace gardens.
"He makes me swallow something so it doesn't happen." you tell her.
Siobhan raises a brow. "Hm, I see. It must be a contraceptive." Siobhan tilts her head. "You drink what I gave you instead of the contraceptive and soon...you'll be pregnant."
You eyed the small vile in your hands. The color is purple and for some reason, your tastebuds already tell you that it's disgusting. But you weren't doing this for your taste buds - you were doing this you and Jungkook. Jungkook being forced to be married to someone that wasn't you leaves a bad taste on your tongue.
Jungkook and you never talked about children - nor was it ever truly an option. You were alright with how things were now - side by side with Jungkook and being the only woman in his life. But Siobhan was correct - the Princess could possibly alter Jungkook's mind and send you out of his life. Jungkook hasn't been with another woman in over a year - yet she would soon be his wife and he'd have to. She was a beautiful woman whose beauty far exceeded yours - what better way to rival that than a child.
"When was the last time you took the contraceptive?" Siobhan questions.
"A few days ago."
Siobhan nods her head. "Then it should be leaving your system now. Take a few sips of that," she points to the vile in your hands. "a day and it'll make you more fertile, alright?"
You nod your head, licking your lips.
Your talks with Siobhan are always welcomed. She assisted you immensely each time you needed her to - almost like an elder sister. Now all you had to do was wait for Jungkook to come back to his room like he always did - each time more stressed than last time.
You waited an hour until Jungkook slammed the door open and shut. He tears off his armor and throws it aside. His jaw is clenched and the look in his eyes is menacing. You catch his eyes and it noticeably softens. "Were you asleep?" he ponders.
You shake your head. "Do you need a massage?" you suggest. You come accustomed to massaging Jungkook whenever he was upset - lately was more often than not.
Jungkook sighs but nods. He lays upon his bed, cheek on the soft satin sheets. He closes his eyes when he feels you sit on him, hands already working on his back.
Jungkook wouldn't say he hated his father. He was sure he meant no harm by what he was trying to do for the Palace, yet he had no desire to be a husband to anyone. Jungkook was a man that lived in reality and understood well enough he could never have you as his wife and eventually he would have to marry someone. He wasn't expecting it to be so sudden - he had all the time in the world to be King; why rush to be a husband and father? It made no sense to him.
Jungkook and his father bumped heads often now. While him and King Cali were forming a bond with planning this arrangment, he could care less about conversing with the Princess. She tried one too many times to start a conversation, all in which he turned down. It wasn't her, of course. She was beautiful - he'd admit that - but she wasn't you. She couldn't treat him as well as you had already. The Princess didn't know how to massage his back with such delicate hands such as you or rub his head when it was time to sleep. He couldn't be vulerable around a stranger as her.
Jungkook shudders at the thought of even sleeping with another woman. A year can change everything in life entirely. He would have never thought that he would fuck you every chance he had the chance to. He attempted to hide his feelings of lust for you until he could no longer - having to fuck someone and give them a child, a heir to the throne at that, disgusts him. He was more willing to do it without sex - maybe the scientists roaming the Palace could assist him in that.
You kiss along Jungkook's neck, stirring him awake from his slumber. He turns around, you are now sitting in his lap. He flutters his eyes open and yawns. His hands rub along your thigh and already he could feel himself hardening against you. He didn't feel this way for another woman - no matter how many threw themselves at him.
"You're stressed." you murmur, hands rubbing along his bare chest. "Let me make you feel better."
"You already have." Jungkook replies. In the four walls of his room, laying in bed with you makes his situation easier to deal with. When he was away from you and forced to be with Princess Azad was when his stress - and annoyance - skyrocketed.
You rub against him, his cock was already erect and all it took was for you to tempt him enough to fuck you. You lean down to bring him into a kiss. His lips are soft and you can swear you pick up the taste of banana. Jungkook may be a man, but his love for savory and sweet food and drinks didn't outgrow him when he became one.
Soon your tongue is dancing with Jungkook's and his hands are gripping onto you. He's needy - not having the chance to fuck you in a few days. It's difficult to not give into you whenever you iniciated sex - no matter the location. It was an adrenaline rush, honestly. You were unpredictable - taking him in your mouth outside in the Palace grounds while the guards were away, riding him close to the edge of the waterfall; you were frightened because you knew he wouldn't let you fall.
"I need you inside of me." you break the kiss, already kicking off your shorts and underwear. You're already so wet that there wasn't any need for preparation. You yank at Jungkook's waist line, trying to remove the spanx material. You're successful, pulling hard enough that his cock springs out.
Jungkook hisses when he feels you lower yourself onto him. He releases a breath, you set the pace already. Feet on the bed, you raised and lowered yourself at a rapid pace. The bed is shaking and the sounds of skin slapping is rough - anyone passing by could hear the two of you. Nothing anyone hasn't heard before - everyone knew how well he fucked you and just how good you sucked him off.
You couldn't help but stare at Jungkook's expression. Bliss - he was content right now, at this moment. He had no worries about marrying a stranger for the act of appearance. He wasn't worrying about his father's threats, or what other people were saying. At this moment it was just him and you - what he always preferred. "I love you so much, Jungkook." you cry out, clenching around him. You were slowly growing tired, but you were determined for him to cum inside of you.
Jungkook nods his head. You always confessed your love for him - it wasn't new. He understood your love for him and though he never said the words to you, you were positive he felt the same way.
Jungkook flips you, him now on top. He roughly pushes your legs to your shoulders and enters you. He rams inside of you at an alarming pace that you adore. "Say it again." Jungkook commands, sweat tricking down his forehead. He loved hearing you confess your love to him.
"I love you!" you cry, flinching each time he pumps inside of you. You can feel him deep inside of you, the bulge of your stomach as he does so is just as much proof. You're leaking onto the bed, but neither of you care.
"Again." Jungkook places a hand on your stomach, his thrust never halting.
Jungkook's eyes intently watch the way he fucks into you. He knows how perverted his mind is for you, but all he could think about was breeding you. It was natural for him and the people of Ivictus - to breed their partners. Only, you weren't his partner and breeding you would cause more harm for him than good. Still, that didn't stop him from imagining you full of his cum; large with his child.
"I love you, Jungkook." you cry, you were cumming around him as you spoke - but Jungkook wasn't done with you. He marvels at the way you cream around his cock. "I wish I could give you a baby."
Jungkook chokes. "Yeah?"
You nod groggily, eyes closed. "It's not fair someone else get's to have your baby." you're plotting for sure - but it wasn't suspicious. Jungkook had his own fetish and whatever Jungkook preferred, you'd gladly do. His often expressed how he wished to breed you and each time you fed into that kink - just now you actually wanted him to.
"I know..." Jungkook's hips were snapping into sloppily.
"Please cum in me." you begged. "I want to have your baby, Jungkook. It's not fair!"
Jungkook curses - he was going to cum. You didn't know just how much you controled him with just your words.
"Please breed me, Jungkook." you begged, eyes opening now to look right into his.
Eyes glassy and filled with lust and exhaustion, you were beautiful and utterly filthy. Jungkook does just as you ask him to, he shoots a large load into you, twitching. He falls on top of you, cock still inside of you. You could feel some cum dripping out, but you don't mind. As long as majority of it remained inside, you were content.
Jungkook rolls away from you after regaining consciousness. He reaches for the small container on his bed side table - the contraceptive dosage he gave you each time he came inside of you. It wasn't something he wished to give to you, but understanding you getting pregnant wasn't an option, no matter how he wished it was you who would give him his first child and now Princess Azad.
You take the container from his hand and pour a few of the powder into your hand. Jungkook had done this enough that he trusted you to do it yourself. You don't take it, opting to wiping your hand completely on the pillow once you hear his breathing slow down.
Tumblr media
"Get me a spacepod, father." Jungkook roars. "I'll banish myself before I allow you to hurt Y/N."
"You and your concubine have caused enough damage to this Planet!" King Jae-yong declares, fury in his eyes. "I'm not one to tell a man what to do-"
"She's not my concubine, father." Jungkook hisses at his father, the look in his eyes appearing to be the same as the Kings. "She's pregnant with the rightful heir."
The King feels his hands clench.
As a month passes, Jungkook has grown suspicious of your behavior. You were far more horny than usual, which is weird to say because you always were ready for him. However, Jungkook had taken you so many times in different positions that he himself was growing tired afterwards - that didn't mean he stopped. He fucked ou against the shower wall, in his room - hell, the hallway on the way to his room. He wasn't safe from you - and he shared no complaints.
However, that wasn't what frightened him. Your appetite did. Humans didn't have a large appetite for food like the Ivictus people had. However, when you accompanied him along with Jimin and Taehyung, you had ate far more than the three of them did - and even wanted more.
Your strength has even increased. Now of course, you couldn't rival him. But when the two of you were playfully tussling along with Jimin, the way you brought Jimin onto his back shocked not only him and Jimin, but even the guards passing by.
Your change in appetite and strength had him questioning the scientists in the palace. They came from all around the Universe and surely would understand what was happening to you. He read no where that Human woman would grow to be like this and even wished it wasn't something deadly you'd contracted. The scientists were just as clueless, but ran no test. They concluded that you were just growing into your environment.
Jungkook wasn't convinced, but he got his answer when he once wrapped a tentacle around your waist. He did every so often now that you weren't afraid of them. He felt it - it was faint, yet he could feel it. He was alarmed at the other heart beat. While yours was that of a normal human, the heart beat of an Ivictus being was far more rapid - and he felt it coming from inside of you.
"I want her killed." King Jae-yong commands the guards. "A half-breed can never-"
Jungkook never struck his father unless they were sparring. But Jungkook wouldn't allow your death - not when you were with a child. He couldn't wrap his mind around how you were suddenly pregnant - he gave you the contraceptive the scientists made each time he came inside of you. Yet, he couldn't worry about that now. "I won't let you kill her!" Jungkook screams, irate. His eyes are shining brighter now as his emotions peak and his tentacles come out tenfold.
The King widened his eyes at his son. He's breathing heavily. This wasn't his son - he didn't raise his son to be this way. His obsession with you was greater than expected - so much so now you were pregnant while Jungkook was set to be married. How could a Prince allow a concubine be pregnant but refuse to touch his wife - it was preposterous.
"Get me a space pod." Jungkook turns to the guards. "Now!"
"Where are you going?" The King follows after Jungkook, stalking behind him. Guards all scurry away from the feuding father and son.
"Away from this Planet." Jungkook hisses. "I won't let you kill, Y/N. I won't let you kill my child."
The King inhales. "You aren't thinking rational."
Jungkook turns on his heels. "You want me to marry someone who looks down upon us." Jungkook scoffs. "For the sake of what? Appearance? I do what I've always done, father, I go to Planets and I conquer them and sell them to the highest bidder. That's what we've always done."
Jungkook turns away from his father. "I learned that from you. If you're going to strip me from my title, then do so. There's no need to banish me from the Palace because I'm already leaving."
"May I?"
The voice is sweet and soft - contrary to the way Jungkook and his father were screaming and belowing at one another.
"I wish to continue the marriage." the Princess says and Jungkook scoffs. "This marriage was never going to be one of love."
King Cali stands behind his daughter. He isn't impressed with the way both Ivictus men are speaking, yet he expected nothing less from them.
"We can still bring together both planets." Princess Azad smiles sweetly. "And raise this child as ours."
"No." Jungkook deadpans. "I don't want you near my child."
Princess Azad nods her head. "Then so be it. That is your right - however, for appearances, this will be our child."
"I agree." King Cali nods. "We're here strictly for business - if a child out of wedlock is what the Prince wants," he shrugs. "Then so be it."
"Jungkook." The King calls, but all Jungkook can do is shake his head. "You don't have to leave with Y/N."
Jungkook snickers. Now he called you by your name, and not his concubine.
"I will like to start the wedding as soon as possible. So the pregnancy won't be far off." Princess Azad steps forward. "Then I can go back to Planet Amare while your...partner gives birth."
"Deal." King Jae-yong agrees. "We'll discuss the arrangements tonight."
The footsteps of Princess Azad and King Cali can be heard throughout the quiet halls - yet all Jungkook could hear was his fathers words.
"You'd do all of this for appearances?" Jungkook murmurs. "Even if it's to cause harm to my child?"
The King stands tall. Maybe it was cruel of him - yet the weight of the Kingdom and the Planet was on his shoulders. He cannot have his son acting out of emotion. A child with a human would be nothing but a disgrace to the Ivictus people - a weakling if anything.
"She won't survive long."
"Shut up."
"She'll die sooner or later, son. Either before or during childbirth."
"Shut up!" Jungkook bellows.
"Humans are not meant to carry children with Ivictus blood. I'm sure your child will be a weakling, yet she cannot handle such a pregnancy."
Jungkook turns to glare at his father.
"You don't know what my child will become!"
The King remains quiet as Jungkook makes his exit. He'll allow his son to live out his fantasy for now - he was sure when you come to your injuries only then will he realize how true his words are.
Tumblr media
Princess Azad finds herself being dragged away from, eyes wide with shock. Her clothes are stained with the crimson blood, yet she's unsure what happened. Her life flashes before her eyes when she hears your bloodcurling screams through her ears. She doesn't know who's hands are wrapped around her and all she can focus on is you being pushed away, unconsious and bleeding.
"Take her to the King!" one guard hisses, pushing her roughly away from the area. "She tried to kill the Prince's child."
"No!" she screams, shaking her head. She tries to fight against the Guards but is no match for them. "I didn't try to-"
"Silence!" a guard hisses and pushes her onto the ground.
Princess Azad is terrified when she witnesses the harsh look in their eyes - the look of disgust. No one's ever given her such a look. She was a Princess from a harmless Planet - she was beautiful and adored.
"You tried to harm the Prince's child and now you will be dealt with accordingly." the guard shakes his head with a scoff. "And you people from Amare call us heartless."
"What is going on here?!" Princess Azad turns to her father who is running to her aid. She's now crying, tears flowing down her cheeks at such a rapid pace. "Azad-"
"Take both of them." Taehyunf commands, his eyes on Jimin. "Maybe a human is beneath you, Princess Azad, but anyone who harmed her on this Planet were on strict rules to be executed."
"Executed?!" King Cali hisses. He's confused on what's going on, but he understood for sure that his daughter didn't hurt anyone.
Namjoon is the first to be by your side to escort you away. He shakes his head at your unconscious figure. His hand cups your bulge - so large and filled with life - that he glares at Princess Azad behind him. "We need to get her to the infirmary immediately. Inform the Prince."
One guard nods. Jungkook and his father was in a meeting and disturbing them meant an act punished by death - yet when it came to you Jungkook wasn't one to not drop everything and go.
Namjoon follows close behind as the guards bring you into the infirmary. The few doctors, all different sizes and coming from different planets, scurry as you enter. "What happened?" one asked with wide eyes.
"She was attacked. We believe it was to harm the child. We need to ensure the child is fine."
The doctors nod their heads. It didn't take long for them to begin, all surroudning you to get a better look at your stomach.
Namjoon watches intently. He sees the bruises littering your skin, all coming from the child you're carrying. It took supplements shipped from another planet to ensure the fetus didn't kick and break your spine. It was as though the child was eating away at your life - yet you were adament on keeping it. The first time when the child kicked and broke a rib, Jungkook had desire to get rid of it - yet you refused.
"Is she healing up?" Namjoon asks.
"Yes. Luckily we got those supplements from Planet Tar." one doctor says. "The stab wound is slowly healing itself, yet she lost a lot of blood. We'll have to ensure she gets lots of fluid."
The door slams open and Namjoon just knows he has to drag Jungkook out of here when he becomes far too rowdy.
"Where is she?" Jungkook feels a hand wrap around his neck.
"She's alright. The fetus is alright." Namjoon quickly says, just to calm down the man. "We have to allow the doctors to do their jobs without interruptions."
"But-"
"Deal with Princess Azad."
Jungkook snaps his head to Namjoon. "What do you mean?" he asks. "Did she do this to Y/N?"
Namjoon swallows but nods. "We suspect she was trying to get rid of the child - Jungkook!"
Jungkook pushes past Namjoon to the gardens. He can hear the commotion - all screams coming from the guards and the faint crying from Princess Azad. As he arrives, her eyes meet his and she visibly flinches. "Prince Jung-"
"You tried to harm Y/N and my child?" Jungkook wraps a tentacle around the Princess's neck, not caring how aggressive he was acting.
Princess Azad chokes. Her hands tug and pull on the tentacles, but it was no avail.
"Jungkook, stop." Namjoon places a hand on his shoulder. "You'll cause a war."
"No one from that useless Planet can compare to us!" Jungkook roars - he drops the Princess's neck. She drops onto the ground with a thud, gasping loudly for air. "Get them off of this Planet!" the Guards scurry to do as the Princes say, not wishing to be caught in his rampage.
Princess Azad feels herself being dragged away, her father close behind her. She doesn't say anything to Jungkook - it was done for. She allows herself to be thrown into the small pod while he father is thrown into another one. The pod door closes and from the window she bitterly sees her reflection. Her hair is matted, eyes red from crying and her clothes battered and ripped up.
"Will Y/N be alright?" Jimin questions. "I don't know how Princess Azad got to the Royalty quarters. She was never permitted here."
Jungkook doesn't respond. His eyes are on the pods now floating into the air. The audacity of these people - coming to his Planet after all the fuss they caused over the year. Princess Azad was a hypocrite - calling herself a pacifist was laughable. She tried to kill you and his child - and for what he was unsure of. He had agreed to go along with the marriage, only to be done after the child was born. You needed more attention than he originally thought, especially after all the stress and near death experiences you were going through with this baby.
"Inform my father with the details." Jungkook says to no one in general, but everyone gets the hint. "Also let him know that the marriage between that bitch and I are off. Tell him I will be with Y/N if he likes it or not." Jimin eyes Jungkook. "If he's angry with that, prepare a pod for Y/N and I."
"Where would you go if you leave?" Jimin trails behind him. "You're the Prince-"
"I won't allow her to be harmed again." Jungkook states. "If my father is upset with me then he can be upset alone in this Palace."
You're blinking your eyes when Jungkook returns to the infimary. He's at your side, eyes scanning your figure for any sign of discomfort. "Everyone out!" he commands. "Y/N...what-"
"I'm fine." you nod your head. "I'm fine I didn't know she'll-"
"She's not here anymore." Jungkook places a hand on your stomach. He could feel the baby moving inside of you and sighs in relief. If only he could tell his father how incorrect he was about his child being nothing but a weakling. "I should have killed her."
You widen your eyes. "She's gone? For good?"
Jungkook nods. "I won't be marrying her and be tied to that Planet." he scoffs. "We will be leaving next if my father doesn't approve."
You take in the information Jungkook gives you. Placing a hand next to Jungkook's on your stomach, you actually smile. You were grateful for the supplements given to you months back from Planet Tar, because if it wasn't for them, you weren't sure you'd survived the way you stabbed yourself.
Jungkook smiles in return and now you can say you feel genuinely happy and complete - as sinister as it sounds. Now it wasn't anything holding you back from having Jungkook to yourself.

CHAPTER 6: MIDNIGHT RAIN
JEON WONWOO X READER
WORDS: 5k+
GENRE: ARRANGE CONTRACT MARRIAGE AU! ENEMIES TO LOVERS!
Angst, Fluff, Smut
Tumblr media
(Wonwoo listening his cousin bullshit his way through with his adopted son)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Humans are often regarded as one of God's most remarkable creations. Their gift lies in their capacity to feel and, perhaps most importantly, their ability to choose. This choice extends to the depth at which they allow emotions to permeate their existence and whether they will permit these emotions to wield control. Among the plethora of emotions humans grapple with, two stand out as the most transformative: Love and Fear.
Fear can, at times, feel like the venomous bite of a serpent. Its poison infiltrates the body slowly, much like a creeping shadow merging with the blood coursing through the veins. Gradually, your body turns an eerie shade of blue, the coldness seeping into your very core, and then comes the numbing sensation. At this point, it seems as though your soul has departed, leaving behind nothing but an empty vessel.
Jeon Wonwoo, a man of logic and strategy, had experienced this paralyzing fear on just four distinct occasions throughout his life. In his family of Jeon cousins, he had always been seen as the rational and reliable one. Born to Jeon Wooshik and Sunmi, he was their cherished child and the apple of his grandmother's eye. When he was seven years old, his parents had contemplated expanding their business to Japan. However, his grandparents opposed the idea, so he continued his education in his homeland until middle school. At the age of 16, he relocated to London. This was where he first encountered Eleanor, his initial love.
Wonwoo had led a simple, disciplined life. He had a profound understanding of who he was and the influence he held. Yet, he was also acutely aware of the fragility of the intricate game known as life. He understood that the moment one took something for granted, life was apt to roll the dice and reveal its unpredictable hand. Thus, one must continually prove their worthiness. It was his grandfather who had once imparted the wisdom that good things come to those who work diligently for them.
The first of those four chilling episodes transpired when he was 16 years old. At that age, he was the epitome of youthful exuberance, with all the confidence and recklessness that adolescence often entails. He and his middle-school friend, Mingyu, both avid astronomy enthusiasts, set out for a night of stargazing. Mingyu, having recently acquired his driver's license, often drove to a place he discovered in one of his adventures. Mingyu had a dream to build an observatory near the pond in the newly developed section of the jungle, known as Bourbon Street. In one of their ambitious plans, Wonwoo intended to construct a home for himself and Eleanor on the same property. Yet the thing about plans is humor in itself for God.
They were behind the wheel, cruising along the rain-slicked roads. Boys at the age of 16, reckless and unbridled, invincible in their own minds. The night was tranquil, and the promise of adventure hung in the air. Suddenly, as they rounded a corner, a small raccoon darted across the road. Wonwoo's instincts took over; he slammed the brakes. However, the combination of the wet road and the vehicle's speed sent the car skidding out of control. It flipped, the world spinning in disarray.
The experience was an instant awakening. Fear gripped Wonwoo in its cold embrace as he struggled to make sense of the world turned upside down. When he gazed upon his friend, Mingyu, his eyes were lifeless, staring back at him. It was the first time in his young life that he felt the icy fingers of that overpowering fear.
In the days and weeks following the accident, Wonwoo wrestled with a profound sense of survivor's guilt. The memories of the ill-fated night haunted him relentlessly.
He couldn't shake the idea that he should have been the one to die that evening, not Mingyu. Why had the universe chosen to spare him? Why had he survived when his best friend had not? These thoughts tormented him, and he often found himself lost in a whirlpool of sorrow, asking questions that had no answers.
Attending Mingyu's funeral deepened his guilt. As he stood by the gravesite, holding a portion of Mingyu's ashes in his trembling hands, he made a silent promise to his departed friend: he would build that observatory and dedicate it to him, as a way of carrying a piece of Mingyu's dreams and ambitions into the future.
The accident not only left a deep emotional scar but also brought to Wonwoo's attention the stark realities of life. It dawned on him that wealth and privilege could serve as a protective shield against the harshness of the world. The news of the accident had been suppressed, and Wonwoo's influential family had made certain that Mingyu's family was well compensated. Their wealth ensured that they could keep the incident out of the public eye.
Wonwoo's mother, upon hearing the news that her son was safe, clung to him tightly, weeping with gratitude that her precious child had been spared. It was a poignant moment that emphasized how fortunes could dramatically shape the course of life. Wonwoo's grandmother, who had a strong hand in the family, took immediate action. She issued a stern decree that her grandson was not to drive anywhere without a driver, instilling in him a sense of dependency that he had never felt before.
As time passed, The pain soothed and people moved on. After the accident, the municipal held an auction for the land where the accident had happened, and the price had significantly dropped. Wonwoo', well aware of the land's importance, acted quickly to successfully bid for the plot in his name. But he was outbid by someone else named 28. When he turned to look, he saw a lady in uniform and noticed a young girl, not much older than 12, with two neatly braided pigtails and a white frock. She sat prim and proper, yet her gaze seemed fixed on something beyond the scene. The first thought that occurred was 'Isn't she a bit young to be here?'
During the auction's lunch break, Wonwoo strolled near the pond and spotted the same girl. She was assisting a mother duck whose legs had become entangled in plastic and a branch. The duck had pecked at her, but the girl's steady and skilled hands worked swiftly to free the distressed bird. The brood of ducklings stood nearby, watching nervously as the rescue unfolded.
Wonwoo was intrigued and wanted to approach but hesitated, not wanting to disturb the scene. The girl expertly untangled the duck's legs and let her rejoin her ducklings in the pond. Returned with a handkerchief filled with breadcrumbs, and started feeding them.
Wonwoo slowly approached them when her voice cut through,
"You shouldn't walk so loudly; you'll scare them away," she told him gently.
"Sorry," he offered, realizing he had been inattentive. "But didn't they hurt you? Why are you feeding them?"
The girl shrugged and replied, "My mother says that sometimes people who are hurt say harsh things because they don't know how to ask for help."
This response left Wonwoo pondering how a young girl like her displayed more wisdom and sensitivity than most of his friends, peers, and even many adults in his life. As a token of their interaction, she offered him a piece of bread to feed the ducks. Their conversation was interrupted when someone called her
"Miss, Let's go".
She handed Wonwoo the handkerchief, instructing him to feed the ducks well, and then left, heading toward a waiting car where a woman in uniform awaited her. Animatedly, she recounted her rescue mission to the uniformed lady, who listened with a smile.
As the car pulled away, leaving Wonwoo behind, he watched the girl's lively chatter and thought to himself, "Cute kid." He then proceeded to distribute all the bread from the handkerchief to the ducks, tucking the now empty cloth into his pant pockets. It was the first time he had been outbid twice in one day, and it left him pondering how he might acquire the land from the mysterious bidder number 28.
The second time Wonwoo felt that profound fear was during his grandmother's final moments. The room was bathed in a gentle, fading light, and the air was heavy with a sense of solemnity. Wonwoo, his mother, and other family members stood around her bedside, their faces etched with sadness.
His grandmother, a wise and gentle presence throughout his life, lay frail. Her breathing was shallow and labored as she approached the end of her journey. Wonwoo's mother, Sunmi, gently held her mother-in-law's hand. The old woman's eyes, once filled with a lifetime of stories, met Wonwoo's, and in those fading orbs, he saw a mixture of love, wisdom, and sorrow.
With the last of her strength, she whispered words that etched themselves deep into Wonwoo's soul. "Wooshik's father must have been lonely for a long time," she said softly, her voice trembling like a fragile leaf about to fall. Then, with those poignant words, she closed her eyes for the final time.
The third time that chilling fear gripped Wonwoo's heart was on a quiet evening, a month after his grandmother's funeral. He sat alone in his London flat, the room illuminated only by the soft glow of streetlights filtering through the curtains.
His phone lit up with notifications. As he picked it up and swiped through the messages, his world shattered. There, on the screen, were photographs of Eleanor's wedding, a vision of her radiant in her bridal gown, sharing smiles and vows with someone who wasn't him. The images were a bitter testament to the future they would never share.
But it was the text message that accompanied the photos that sent a dagger of fear through him. Eleanor's words were cold and final as if she had made a calculated decision. "I didn't want you to know this from anyone else," the message began, and with those words, a sense of dread intensified. "It is what it is. I gave this a lot of thought, and I don't think the future I envision for myself can be fulfilled with you. The skeletons in your family's closets can easily be discovered if anyone digs enough, and I can't have anyone or anything holding me back. I am sorry, goodbye."
It was the realization that someone he had loved, someone he had envisioned his future with, could cast him aside so easily that brought forth this crippling fear. It wasn't just the loss of love but the revelation that people could be ruthless in the pursuit of their own ambitions, leaving behind a trail of broken promises and broken hearts. It was a fear of vulnerability and the harsh realities of the world, one that came crashing down like a tidal wave on that fateful evening.
The fourth time that fear gripped Wonwoo was on the night before the custody case. He had settled into a fitful slumber on the room couch when the sound of whimpering sliced through the silence of the night.
Groggily, he rose from the couch and followed the plaintive sounds to find you. You were in your bed, yet you were not at peace. The covers were tangled around you, and your body was contorted as if caught in the clutches of a terrible dream.
Tears streamed down your face, and you muttered in your sleep, "Sorry, please, no."
Your forehead glistened with sweat, the beads gathering into small, glistening droplets. It was as if you were caught in a nightmare, a place of torment that he couldn't reach.
Without thinking, he reached out and gently took your hand. He couldn't explain the rush of emotions he felt at that moment—the desire to protect, to comfort, to chase away whatever demons haunted his dreams.
For the first time, he realized that this had become more than just a business deal. In that darkened room, Wonwoo's heart clenched with the understanding that he was now deeply invested in this struggle.
....
For Wonwoo, his pursuit of that particular land had festered for a long time, a clandestine ambition kept secret from even his parents. So, when his father mentioned the L/N family, it felt like the stars were aligning in his favor. It no longer mattered what it took; he wanted it, and he was willing to do whatever it required. Even if that meant getting married. He knew your father was a stubborn man, and how do you tempt someone who seemingly has everything? The answer was simple—by getting to the one for whom he had built that empire.
On a Wednesday morning, Chan presented him with your file. Wonwoo hadn't expected you to be so different from what he had imagined, influenced by popular beliefs and presumptions.
"This is interesting," he murmured, his lips curving into a smirk.
Chan, who stood there holding the file, raised an inquisitive brow. "What is?"
The object of Wonwoo's interest was a photograph. In it, You were sitting in a children's park. Your hair shimmered under the sun; a smile played on your lips as you looked down at your phone. He recalled when you stood, barely reaching his chest in height, feeding ducks in that park.
"She's mostly settled in Switzerland," Chan informed him. "She opened and is running a branch of their family's diamond and stones business there."
"Please turn to the next page," He instructed, Wonwoo's gaze locked on the photograph. He glanced up at Chan as the information continued. "We've gathered that the land was initially solely under her name, but a year ago, an unidentified benefactor was also added."
Wonwoo flipped to the next page and saw a photograph of you pushing a blonde child on a swing. "Her child?"
"Secret child. No one is aware of its existence, not even her parents."
"Secret child, huh?" Wonwoo leaned back in his chair, a sinister smile playing on his lips. The little girl is all grown up now. His fingers traced his jawline.
"What about the father?" He inquired.
"Well, it seems like he's not in the picture," Chan mused, "No pun intended."
Chan caught the fed-up look in Wonwoo's eyes.
"Well, then," Wonwoo said, focusing on the bigger picture, "Burbone doesn't seem that far now, does it, Chan?"
A knowing look passed between them.
....
Late at night, the soft amber glow of a desk lamp illuminated the spacious office of Jeon Wonwoo. A crystal tumbler filled with whiskey stood beside a scattered array of paperwork. The gentle clinking of ice cubes accompanied his contemplative thoughts as he swirled the golden liquid in the glass.
His mind drifted back to the series of events that had led him to this point. Meeting you had been a surprise, to say the least. The sweet and easily chatty girl he remembered from his teenage years had transformed into a rose with thorns, sharp-tongued and unapologetically independent.
When you proposed the marriage, he had seen it as an opportunity to create the conditions and situations that would inevitably lead you to give up the coveted land. There was nothing else about you that interested him, and if he could assist you in gaining custody of a child, there was nothing to lose.
Wonwoo had never been particularly interested in having children, despite his parents' persistent pressure. But as he watched you with Noel for the first time when you both slept in the same bed, cuddled due to the fatigue of the wedding and the flight, something shifted within him. The knots in his heart began to unravel, and gradually, he found himself looking forward to coming home.
Whether you were in your home office or the living area, watching Noel play games or having dinner together, there was an inexplicable warmth in these moments. He had started to make sure that he completed his work by 7 in the evening, eager to be part of these family moments.
He had even stopped smoking at home, convinced by his newfound understanding of the health risks it posed to children. Only two months had passed, but he didn't even realize how much he enjoyed talking to you. It was as if, with each passing day, there was something new and enchanting about your routine, and you were becoming more beautiful by the day.
...
It is widely believed that there's nothing scarier than a man who has nothing to lose. Jeon Wonwoo was widely regarded as someone who had very few things he held dear, making it difficult to get under his skin. Profit always took precedence. So why, when Noel's uncle casually claimed that you both had slept together, did it bother him so much?
The feeling was foreign, something he couldn't quite comprehend. It was none of his business, but still, it gnawed at him. The mere thought of it made him uneasy.
He couldn't explain why your laughter in the field upon his loss resonated within him, why it made his heart pound. He couldn't fathom why he felt pride swell in his chest when he saw you getting along with his family and cousins, especially his parents who hold you in such high regard. Nor he could understand why his heart felt like it was being torn into pieces when you looked at him, your eyes filled with what seemed like a betrayal.
He watched you talking to Eleanor on the balcony, contemplating whether to join you. But before he could decide, you stepped out, looking a little tired. Concerned, he thought about calling you,
As Wonwoo cautiously approached you, he observed your hesitation and stopped in confusion. Just as he was about to reach out and touch your shoulder, he overheard the reason you had paused.
"I mean, what else can I expect? I heard Master Wonwoo’s grandfather used to be a constructor and a loan shark. Poor L/Ns, where they've got themselves, trapped into," one of the maids had said.
"But didn't they build the company?" the other maid asked.
"Well, yes, after getting married, Master Wooshik's grandfather gave his father a handsome dowry on the condition if he leaves—"
Their voices were interrupted by a commanding voice, "What are you two busy chatting about? Come here; dinner time is approaching."
"Yes, ma'am."
Wonwoo's gaze was now fixed upon you, concern etched into his features and lips drawn into a line as he sought to understand how these revelations were affecting you.
The words, "They changed their minds the moment they heard the child's worth," echoed in your mind, like a relentless refrain. The weight of it pressed upon you, causing your heart to ache as your anger grew.
As you contemplated confronting the man who had spoken these words, you realized the futility of such an act. The last thing you wanted was to give them more to gossip about, to become the topic of their shallow conversations. Instead, you decided to remove yourself and Noel from the party, away from these people.
With determined steps, you began walking toward the room where Noel was. He observed your actions, his eyes focused intently on you.
However, as you were about to step into the room, Wonwoo suddenly grabbed your wrist, halting you with a yank. His grip was firm, and his voice carried a sense of urgency.
"Let go of me," you gritted your teeth, your eyes sending a clear warning.
"Where are you going?" Wonwoo asked his tone a mix of concern and curiosity.
"None of your business. Let go of me," you insisted, tugging at your wrist in an attempt to free yourself.
But Wonwoo wouldn't release his hold, and you noticed a waiter emerging from the storeroom under the stairs, looking embarrassed as if caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.
"Wonwoo -" you started, but he didn't let go. Instead, he pulled you closer, his voice a harsh whisper in your ear.
"Y/n, stop giving them something more to talk about."
Feeling your resistance wane, you allowed him to lead you into the room. Once inside, you forcefully yanked your wrist away from his grasp.
"Don't you ever dare to drag me like this," you warned, your eyes blazing with anger.
Wonwoo sighed, clicking the lock on the door. He turned to face you, his hands tucked into his pockets. The room was dimly lit, the soft glow of a single lamp casting a warm aura. The moonlight seeped through the curtains.
"Sorry," he mumbled, avoiding eye contact.
You glared at him, your frustration and disappointment evident.
"I get it that you're angry," he acknowledged.
"I am not angry at you, Wonwoo," you replied, your voice dripping with exasperation. "I am angry at myself for believing that someone like you could be any different from the others."
Wonwoo furrowed his brow, genuinely puzzled. "What do you mean?"
"Don't act like you don't know what I'm talking about," you retorted, stepping closer to him. "You're just as shallow as Nikolai."
The mention of Nikolai's name sparked irritation in Wonwoo. He took a step towards you. "Two billion is all it took for you and your family to accept Noel? I mean, what else can I expect from a man who said that I always weigh my gains before making any deal."
Wonwoo stared at you, aghast. "You'll take the words of gossip over the two months that you've known me, Y/n? Is that your opinion of me?"
"Don't you dare turn this on me, Wonwoo!" you shot back. "This has nothing to do with gossip. This is coming from what I have observed. Just a few weeks ago, your parents, who were so set against the very idea of Noel's name being attached to you, which, mind you, I didn't even ask for, are now treating him as if he's their own."
Wonwoo looked at you, bewildered. "People can have a change of heart, Y/n."
"Of course, they can, Wonwoo," you replied, closing the gap between you. "That's the whole point. The moment they realize this is not just some poor orphan but the heir to a two-billion-dollar company, of course, anyone can have a change of heart."
Unknowingly, you walked even closer, until you were face to face.
"Don't you think you're speaking a little out of turn here, baby girl?" Wonwoo gave a mocking chuckle.
You didn't back down when he stepped into your space. "Do you think my family and I even give a flying fuck about two billion?"
"Did you even bother asking me what I talked about with my father? What I say to him for them to accept Noel?" Wonwoo's irritation was palpable. "No, you just assumed and deluded yourself into thinking that your version of things is the truth, and the rest are just out here to fool you."
Wonwoo took a step forward making you take a step back, his frustration evident. "I mean, what can I expect from a woman who was in love with her best friend's husband and raising his child as if it's her own? Now tell me, who is the shallow one? Who is the one who's feeding into her own imagination?"
The room was filled with tension, as both of you locked gazes.
They say that no one knows a person better than themselves, but sometimes, when our fears and doubts about ourselves are voiced by someone else, it feels like a crushing weight on our chest. It's as though they've laid bare our pride in a fragile glass jar and carelessly shattered it, the shards cutting into our very being.
As you stared at the man in front of you, your legs felt weak, unable to bear the emotional weight of his words. The defiance that had initially burned within you had been replaced by a sense of powerlessness. A lump rose in your throat, choking your ability to respond.
"I knew I should've walked out of your office that day," you whispered, your voice trembling with sadness. The room seemed to close in around you, and you found it difficult to maintain eye contact.
Wonwoo, however, realized his mistake a beat too late. He had seen the pain in your eyes, and at that moment, his breath hitched as he comprehended the depth of his error. It was clear to him that he had screwed up.
You moved away from him, your head cast down as you walked toward the door. But before leaving, you turned to face him and said, "I think we're done here, Wonwoo. My lawyer will be contacting you soon."
"Don't be stupid, Y/N. You know you'll be losing Oasis and Burbone Road as a whole if you divorce me, right?" Wonwoo's voice held a trace of warning.
You met his words with a sardonic smile. "Consider it a gift for everything you've done till now. Either way, you were going to work your way to earn full ownership, of your side projects under confidentiality. Isn't that right, Mr. Jeon?"
"Don't call me that," he grumbled.
"I'll take the blame so you don't have to worry—"
But before you could finish, he cut in. "The court will withdraw your adoption application. We're in a 6-month trial period, and the first visit is in 2 weeks from now."
You closed your eyes briefly, collecting your thoughts. "That's for me to think about. As I told you in the office, I know there is always another way, another door."
He turned his body toward you, his tone dripping with sarcasm. "What would that be? Another husband, or this time you'll go to that bastard, Nikolai?"
Your patience wavered as his audacity pushed you. You felt the fire that had almost extinguished rekindling. He had the nerve to say this when his flimsy NDA paraded around as if after his mother, she held the first claim over him. "Maybe. Maybe this time I'll just go to Nikolai. What's it to you? Maybe I'll consider his proposal." You stepped into his space, poking your finger into his chest.
Wonwoo could feel a growl rising in his throat, and your next words shattered his control. "I mean, he'll be more than happy to oblige. Who are you to tell me what I can and cannot do-"
Before you could finish your sentence, Wonwoo grabbed the back of your head and crashed his lips onto yours.
Wonwoo's breath was heavy as he pulled back slightly, his dark eyes locked onto yours. "Repeat that," he demanded, his voice laced with force and a hint of jealousy.
You, equally breathless, didn't back down. "I said, who are you to tell me what I can and cannot do—"
Before you could finish, he crushed his lips onto yours, his kiss passionate and demanding. You broke for a moment, staring at him with heavy breaths, your gaze shifting to his lips. Without hesitation, you both leaned in, kissing again.
He swiftly picked you up, and you wrapped your arms around his neck. His teeth grazed your lower lip, eliciting a moan from you. Your lips disconnected, and the back of his knees hit the mattress. He sat down with your knees on either side of his thighs. His lips found your neck, and his hand creased your backside, giving it a playful squeeze.
"Wonwoo," you breathed out, your voice filled with desire.
He raised his head from the crook of your neck, his eyes dark with passion. "Yes, Babygirl."
Your chest heaved, your lips swollen from the heated kiss. Wonwoo felt two contradictory emotions coursing through him: anger at the thought of others getting to see you like this, and pity that they weren't able to call you theirs.
Your nails scraped gently across his scalp as you both leaned in for another kiss when a sudden knock at the door interrupted the passionate moment. The voice on the other side called your name, and you stumbled out of Wonwoo's grip, your heart racing.
"Ms. Y/N, are you in there?" The voice persisted.
"Yes," you squeaked, clearing your throat, your cheeks flustered.
"Uhm, Ms. Y/N, Master Jeon is looking for you and Young Master, to join him for dinner. Do you—perhaps know where Young Master is?"
"We'll be right there, Cecilia," Wonwoo answered. You looked at him in shock and mouthed, "Unbelievable."
Wonwoo ran a hand through his hair and threw himself back onto the bed. Your heart was still pounding, as if you were a teenager caught doing something you shouldn't be doing.
"Y/N," he began, but you cut him off.
"I'll go first," you said with a hasty glance and fixed your appearance. With rushed steps, you exited the room and made your way to the dining hall, leaving him behind.
Noel was seated next to your father-in-law, and they were engrossed in a discussion about their upcoming fishing trip. You wanted to move him away from that table, but you refrained from creating any scene. Jungkook sat opposite Noel, and you took the seat next to him. Han Joon-hee joined the conversation, Jungkook was telling a tale of the time he had caught a swordfish with his bare hands, and Noel's eyes sparkled with fascination when he heard it. "The swordfish shoved his sword up his ass," Joon-hee added, and everyone at the table burst into laughter.
Eleanor and her husband were conspicuously absent from the dinner table. You and Joon-hee engaged in casual conversation, discussing topics of no particular significance, but your heart felt heavy with the weight of what Wonwoo had said earlier. Throughout the dinner, you intentionally avoided making eye contact with him. The atmosphere remained lively, but there was an underlying tension beneath the laughter.
....
That night, you lay beside Noel in his room, gently running your fingers through his hair as tears welled up in your eyes. As you struggled to hold back the tears, soon sleep engulfed you and a dream began to take shape.
You found yourself sitting in the bedroom of the apartment you used to share with Noella during your college days. Noella appeared, looking just as she did at the age of 22. You bit your tongue to suppress the tears that threatened to fall. She spoke, "The heart is a heavy burden, my love. It's okay to let your eyes shed some of its weight."
Seeing her, you immediately wrapped your arms around her. "I don't know what to do, Ella. I feel like I'm failing. I wish you were here. How could you be so selfish and leave me? How could you leave your son? I'm constantly worried that I'm not doing enough. Whatever I do will never be good enough. How could you be so selfish, Ella? How could you leave your son like this? How could you leave me like this?"
Noella offered an apology with a touch of humor, "I'm sorry, baby. In the next life, I'll send out the memo the night before."
You looked at her, initially offended, but then the two of you broke into laughter.
"You know, Y/n," Noella began, "sometimes the hardest part of letting someone go isn't about filling the voids that formed in their absence. Sometimes, it's about finding the purpose of every piece they've left behind. So let go, Y/n. Let go of the things that are beyond your control. Holding onto the broken shreds will only make you bleed. Your friendship is the best thing that ever happened to me. You were the light that helped me out of the dark, and I am forever grateful that you're here with Noel."
Tears trickled down from both of your eyes.
"I'm sorry that I was too late to realize what Joshua truly meant to you," she confessed.
You shook your head and said, "I'm glad it didn't turn out that way, or else I would've never been able to meet Noel."
"He's a good kid, isn't he?" Noella asked.
"The best," you replied with a fond smile. Then you added, "Good job."
She shook her head, denying the compliment, and said, "No, good job to you. And I'm sorry for looping you into it."
You teased, "You should've thought of that when you were doing it without a condom."
"Touché," she conceded.
You don't remember how long has it been, you rested your head on her shoulder as she caressed your head. She began In a more serious tone, "I've been thinking…"
you raised your head, she continued, "You should name your daughter Iris."
You turned your head toward her, a look of confusion on your face. "Pardon my who?"
You woke up abruptly before you could get your answer as Noel gently shook you, his concerned young eyes filled with worry., you blinked away the remnants of your dream. His small, concerned face hovered over you as he gently said, "You've been crying and calling out Mama's name. Are you having a nightmare, Tante?"
You managed a weak smile and replied, "No, sweetie. It was just a bad dream. I'm okay now."
Still not entirely convinced, Noel added, "Okay, but wake up, Uncle Wonwoo and I have to go fishing with Grandpa and JK."
'Grandpa huh?'
With that, he scampered off to get ready for his little fishing trip with the boys, leaving you to reflect on the bittersweet dream that had given you a chance to converse with the memory of your Ella.
TBC.
A/N: Wonwoo that was a messed up thing to say bruv! But atleast they kissed so welp! When I was writing that scene I just could help but think of that scene from alchemy of soul s2. I think this is the shortest chapter I’ve written of this series. These days I’m feeling as if this work not of people’s liking due to the lack of engagement. Maybe I should put it in a hiatus idk. Let’s see how this chapter does ig.

Jungkook has never been more disappointed in himself and has never been as angry before
previous || next
You find that when Jungkook comes home, he looks more than distraught. It's late at night and Cheol is asleep. His hair is dishevelled and pointing in more than one direction. This isn't Jungkook. He always keeps himself composed and looked after and what he looks like before you right now, is the total opposite. His chest is heaving, cheeks are flushed and ever since he came home, his eyes could never dare to meet yours.
He drops to knees, his hands resting on them, head hung low.
"I'm sorry. I am so sorry." As he spoke these words, you could only see sorrow in his eyes. You know what he's talking about. You know he's beating himself up on the inside.
"I didn't fight hard enough for you and-..."
You cut him off before he could continue, knowing how hard he pushes himself and lower yourself to your knees as well.
"You did. You know what your parents are like, you did what you could"
He huffs, heed still down. There's a silence lingering between the both of you, no one knowing what to say, when all of sudden, Jungkook groans and pushes himself off the floor. Still kneeling, your head shoots up to watch his every move. He doesn't say anything and walks to the guest room. You hear the lock click, and you know you have to give him space. There's no other way to get to him unless he comes to you.
The few days following have been distressing to say the least. Jungkook has shut himself out again. The last time being when you were pregnant.
He's been coming home late and leaving super early. He walks through the door with tousled hair and skips breakfast. He brushes past you, bumping shoulders at times, as if you were invisible. He walks out of the room if you also happen to be in it and you feel you throat tighten at the thought of his recent behaviour.
The void in Cheol's heart becomes larger as he watches his father walk past him as if he was never there.
"Dad?" the lingering silence is all Cheol needs for his pout to grow and for tears to build up. One by one, the tears roll down his cheeks and sorrow is the only thing he feels.
You hear Cheol and you can hear the sadness in his voice straight away. You go to comfort him and he jumps onto you hugging you tightly and sobbing. there's snot running down to his lips and he's running out of breath. He's rubbing away his tears along with his snot with his sleeve and your shoulder and a line of snot form as he pulls away. His cheeks as flushed from the whole body crying and aggressive wiping. You decide to stay and fall asleep with him and talk to Jungkook when you get the chance.
In the morning you wake up to hear glass shattering and pots clanging. It's 5 in the morning and as you enter the kitchen, you see it's Jungkook, his back towards you, making a mess.
"Jungkook? What are you doing, at this time?" you cautiously ask noticing his poor mood. At this, he slightly turns.
"Go away yn" he grumbles under his breath.
You don't listen for Cheol. "You ignored Cheol yesterday, he was pretty upset"
You can see Jungkook's eyes widen at the news for a few seconds before his eyes return to normal. "I said go away" he repeats it louder this time adding an eye roll at the end.
"You can't keep ignoring us, Cheol especially" you voice out, your volume louder than before. At this he almost slams whatever he was holding but stops before the impact, being mindful of his son.
He turns around, lifts his head and glares at you, his eyes void of any emotion.
"We got through it once, we can get through it again" Your voice wavers, referring to your pregnancy.
The thought of you continuing to speak irritates Jungkook, so, he walks past you grabbing his keys and bag and slams the door on the way out.
At his office, all his employees avoided him like the plague. He's been in a bad mood all day, especially after lashing out at his girlfriend and finding out that Cheol was crying, but when a certain paper arrived at his office, his employees were literally shitting themselves to even walk past.
For an hour all passerbys could hear was the groaning and slamming from his office. The sound of different items clanging as they hit the wall or floor, hearing some even shatter. His secretary who has been with him for years, felt her heart break as all she could do was be a bystander to his tragic life.
Terms & conditions. He re-reads these words over and over again. "This is bull shit!" Jungkook yell out. He shoves the paperwork off of his desk. it's bull shit that his parents are forcing him to marry a conniving woman knowing that he has a girlfriend. It's even worse to know that he is being forced to marry someone that isn't the mother of his child. The only person he longs to be with.
Jungkook finds it bizarre how two people that fell in love and got married want to force their only son into a marriage that he doesn't want. Do they not want him to happy? Be miserable for the rest of his life? Where is the correlation?
Jungkook finally flips the page over an hour after receiving it. He feels guilty. Feels like he should've refrained even longer. For your and his son's sake.
What are the terms and conditions?
His anger begins to bubble. The frustration rising within him as his eyes scan the document
Marriage must be sustained for a minimum of 10 years unless otherwise
You must live with with you spouse for the length of this contract
And as Jungkook keeps reading, he suddenly doesn't want to be alive anymore. He suddenly wishes(and he really didn't want to) he never met you. He just realised that he and his forced marriage has ruined yours' and cheol's life.
But he knows one thing...
He will do everything in his power to make this marriage hell

Pairing: CEO!husband!Jungkook x writer!fem!wife!Reader
Warnings: fluff, angst, the in-laws (again), talks of marriage, mentions of divorce, business talks, mentions of large inheritance, love confessions, sweet Kook, enamoured Kook, this is a pretty soft chapter tbh, Jimin and Namjoon feature in a scene (we love these two), implied smut at the end, OC is wiped by JK, (let me know if I missed anything!)
Summary: Jungkook makes a decision that would change his life forever but he can't regret it when he know he'll have you in the end. Promises are made, love gets sealed, because a caramel isn't always as sour as it seems.

What kind of caramel has a sour exterior yet a sweet centre? Is it worth the experience?
You sat in the passenger's seat while Jungkook drove to his parent's house. You were tense, he could sense it as well. From the begining you had tried to get along with your in-laws, something he thought was going pretty smoothly to be honest until Jungkook's mother crossed the line.
A silent gasp left your lips when Jungkook's hand rested atop your own. You looked at him only to marvel in his side profile.
"You are tense."
Your gaze lowered at his acknowledgement, you didn't want to speak just how much it bothered you had to go to his parent's residence in fear of making him angry or worse, to see you in a bad light you certainly weren't in.
His hand squeezed yours and you looked up at him only to meet his dark eyes for a second before his gaze returned to the front.
"I promise this is the last time we are going to my parent's house. I just need to sign some documents."
You leaned back on your seat, your eyes focused on the road as you let your mind wander around what had happened five days ago. You felt stupid to some point for doing Mrs. Jeon's will without consulting your husband. Not that you needed some kind of permission from him to do anything you pleased but more so as to include him in a decision that was going to affect the both of you as a married couple.
"I know, Kook."
You replied back in a soft voice, mind already lost in memories from that day and the following day you had lived next to your husband. The next morning after you told him your secret, Jungkook wasn't by your side and you felt how the world fell over you.
Fear took hold of you that moment, you could still remember how scared your had been when he wasn't in the bed, his side was also cold to the touch. You remember standing up in a rush, nearly tripping down with the sheets tangled in your body before you bolted out of the bedroom.
Jungkook was in the living room, his eyes lost in the horizon as the sun was painting the sky in beautiful hues of orange, pink and blue. He turned to look at you, his heart trembling at the distress drowning your (e/c) pools before he stood up and was quick to approach you.
You were in his arms the next second. Your face buried in his chest as you blinked back tears you didn't know had gathered in your waterline. Jungkook didn't say anything, he simply held you tighter when he felt you relax in his hold.
"You weren't in bed."
You said, matter-of-factly and he sighed, resting his chin at the top of your head.
"I woke up early, I didn't get much sleep."
You took a deep breath, inhaling in his scent, taking in his presence.
"I thought you had left."
The sound of your voice so fragile pulled at his heartstrings that a lump began forming in his throat. He pulled back only for one of his hands to cradle your cheek in his large palm while his eyes gazed into your own with countless emotions.
"Never. I could never leave your side."
You blinked and the memory dissipated from your mind like fog when the sun came out. You sighed, silently playing with Jungkook's fingers that were still in your hold, completely unaware of his soft smile upon your gentle touch.
"We are here."
His deep voice snapped you out of your little paradise where only you and your husband existed. He turned to look at you with gentle eyes that nearly melted you in your place. He smiled as if to comfort you; which it did.
"This won't take long, I promise."
You nodded before his hand left your own as he exited the car, making a sudden coldness invaded your body. You couldn't fully describe it but it felt as if your heart was enveloped around ice when you weren't near Jungkook, however the slightest touch or simple glance from him were enough to set you aflame.
He opened the door for you and you stepped out of the vehicle. His hand found home in between your fingers as he led you silently toward the front door.
"Young master, welcome."
Spoke the maid at the entrance. She bowed at Jungkook and you with stiff movements that made you take a deep breath. This is it. You thought to yourself as Jungkook gave the maid a simple nod before asking in his professional voice. He was here to deal business, nothing more, nothing less.
"Is my father in his study?"
"Yes, young master. He's waiting for you. Mrs. Jeon, would you like me to take your coat?"
You turned to look at the elegant maid with kind eyes yet your voice came firm as you spoke your next words.
"It's alright. We won't be here long anyway, but thank you."
The maid bowed down to both of you as Jungkook led you through the house and up the large staircase toward his father's study. His steps were determined, strong and confident. You followed next to him, your hand still clasped in his.
Jungkook had you as his equal in this situation were his future was on the line while you had him as support to the thorns that wanted to hurt your marriage with your sweet husband whom you loved so very much you feared your heart would explode with the amount of love you held for the man walking next to you.
The double doors were opened by two maids and you and Jungkook entered your father-in-law's studio hand in hand. Tension immediately rose in the room. You practically could cut it with a knife. Mr. Jeon stood up from his chair, a shiver ran down your spine but if it was due to the chilly room or the coldness of his eyes, you couldn't exactly tell.
"Welcome. This will be short, I only need you, Jungkook, to sign some papers and then this scandalous situation will be over."
You felt Jungkook's hand tighten around yours, his father's words spurring emotions in his heart he rather kept hidden. You squeezed his hand back in silent reassurance which made him physically relax a bit yet not completely.
"Where do I sign?"
Asked your husband in a detached voice. He was here for an entirely business deal. No emotion was carried by his voice and the tension rose once more in the room, like icicles trying to break the peace that surrounded your marriage with Jungkook.
Mr. Jeon sighed before his eyes lowered, his hands opened a file only for then to turn it upside down so that Jungkook was able to read it properly, he put an expensive black pen next to it and the coldness once more invaded the place.
Your husband let go of your hand as he walked toward the mahogany desk. His steps were large and precise, without hesitation. You found yourself admiring the control he had over his emotions, of his actions. Of how people viewed him. Even when he was in the presence of his own parents.
How sad it must have been for him to wear that mask required by society in front of his parents as well. It must have been tiring. The thought crossed your head before you could stop however, you came to notice how relaxed he was in his home with you. How domestic he appeared in your eyes. Then again, who said you weren't also wearing such a disguise?
You made eye contact with your father-in-law as the shuffling of paper echoed around the walls. You could read in his dark eyes the challenge he carried within him, the arrogance. The slight disappointment he had in Jungkook when he didn't divorce you. The frustration cursing through his veins was obvious to your eyes that only held love and support toward the man who had married you.
"So, according to this, I will no longer be the heir of the company?"
His father nodded, his hands clasped in front of him before he spoke in a monotonous tone.
"Yes, Jeon Enterprises will pass to your Cousin Marlene, I believe she is now in the States. She's already been notified of this."
Silence stretched in the room once more as your eyes focused on your husband. Your heart thumped in your chest ever so quickly you were scared the two men in the study could hear its frantic beating.
"You'll keep your current position but you'll work for us. Are you sure you want to do this, Jungkook?"
But your husband paid him no mind. He wasn't going to be controlled like a puppet. Not anymore. Not when his future, you, were on the line. Never. Jungkook signed the documents, the scraping of the pen over the paper reached your ears and your heart fluttered at his actions.
Jungkook put the pen aside and straightened back to his full height. His eyes pierced those of his father with no emotion at all.
"If that is all then we'll be on our way. My wife and I already have plans."
The older man let out a deep sigh, looking at his son with melancholy or disappointment, you really couldn't tell. Butterflies flew in your stomach when Jungkook called you like that. "My wife." His. You were his just as he was yours. Tangled with the ribbon of fate and tied with a knot of love.
"I'll let you know if there's anything more but for now, that is all."
Jungkook nodded, turning around and when his back was towards his father, he offered you a soft smile. Kind in its nature. Happy in its existence. You smiled back as he walked to you and his hand found home around yours.
"Let's go."
And with that, he led you outside of the study and through the hallway. Mr. Jeon was left in his expensive and luxurious study, pondering if what he had done had been the right decision. It wasn't his fault Jungkook had fallen in love with you and it wasn't your fault that you were sterile. Was it really worth it to discard the company from his son's rightful heritage only for a drama his wife made?
But there was no turning back. There was nothing to be done if he were to feel guilty about his choice. Because as the owner of Jeon Enterprises, Jungkook's father had in him the power to leave the company to whoever he pleased. Was it really worth it?
"Jungkook."
Mrs. Jeon spoke as she stood next to the large staircase. Her piercing eyes went from Jungkook to you and back to him. You squeezed your husband's hand in reassurance. You were next to him, just like every future time he'll have to face anything, you'll stand next to him as his wife.
"Mother."
You felt how the tension rose once more between mother and son and you straightened your back before saying in a steady voice.
"If you'll excuse us, Mrs. Jeon, there's an appointment we need to attend to. I hope we'll meet again under better circumstances."
She eyes you up and down and you feel how she scrutinised you with her gaze alone. But you weren't going to back down. You had your husband next to you and he had you as well. You sent her a polite smile and she nodded in a stiff manner before you turned to the staircase and pulled on your joined hands with Jungkook before he followed you down the marble stairs with his mother's eyes piercing the top of your head as if she could burn you with her anger cursing through her veins.
"You will regret this, Jungkook! You'll regret it for the rest of your life!"
But her words fell on deaf ears. Jungkook didn't need their fame, he didn't need their support anymore and there was no point in keeping a relationship with the people who brought him to this world if it was going to be so toxic he felt like he couldn't breathe anymore.
He had you know. Your presence, your existence was like a new and fresh breeze on a spring day. You brought him hope, you gave him your heart and with it, your love. Your trust. Your life was in his hands. Just as he had given you his heart ever so willingly; without an ounce of hesitation in his actions, in his words, in his thoughts about you. His lover. His wife. His (y/n).
Tumblr media
You stood in the lift as it went up to your shared apartment. Your hand was held in Jungkook's larger palm as his thumb ran delicate circles over your knuckles.
You still were surprised at how easily he had given up on his inheritance because of you. Because he loved you. Because he wanted you. He cherished you and gave you your place as his wife. You didn't doubt you would have done the same had you been in his shoes.
The feeling of your heart thumping against your chest for the man you had married made you smile softly. At him. At his love. At what had been built between you both where nothing existed, not a castle stood. A castle of love.
The elevator dinged and the doors opened. Jungkook's hand squeezed yours in an involuntary way but it made your cheeks heat as butterflies fluttered in your stomach. The both of you walked out of the lift hand in hand and down the large corridor that led to your shared apartment.
When you two rounded a corner, you had to suppress a gasp as you nearly collided with two other men who were walking at a fast pace from the other end of the corridor. You recognised them vaguely, as if you had seen them before but couldn't quite place where. Unbeknownst to you, Jungkook tensed ever so slightly at the sight of his friends and coworkers.
"Jimin, Namjoon. What are you both doing here?"
Now you knew where you had seen them. Both Jimin and Namjoon had attended the small wedding ceremony between you and Jungkook nearly a year ago.
"I... well, you see-"
"We visited a friend, Kook. I'm glad to see you, you haven't been at the company for some time now."
The shorter one spoke. Jimin, you remembered his name was Jimin. The man had a pleasing smile over his plump lips and you also noticed he had recently dyed his hair a sandy shade of blond that suited him perfectly.
Jungkook nodded, eyes going from Namjoon to Jimin and then back again.
"How are you, Mrs. Jeon? We haven't seen you since forever."
Spoke Namjoon and you smiled. Reminiscing how you both had shared talks about different books and art, you being a writer yourself he valued your opinion greatly.
"I've been fine, Namjoon. Thanks for asking, I hope everything's going well at the company?"
Your question made them nod and Jungkook bit his lip, this interaction was lasting more than it should have. To begin with, it shouldn't have occurred in the first place. This could totally ruin Jungkook's plans to spend the evening with you.
"Oh, yes. Please don't worry about that but do tell Jungkook here to stop pestering us about the monthly reports already! We have a big loan already!"
You couldn't help but laugh at Jimin's comment, the sound resonating across the walls. Jungkook sighed loudly, visibly irritated by his friends who teased him in front of you.
"Yeah well, keep going like this and there'll be no salary increase for you both."
Jungkook began walking once more, tugging on your joined hands as you laughed out loud at the scared face Namjoon made and the eye roll from Jimin.
"See you guys around!"
You were able to say that before Jungkook dragged you into the apartment and closed the door behind him leaving Jimin and Namjoon standing in the middle of the corridor.
"Do you think he'll do it?"
Asked the taller man as they both began walking down the hall and towards the lifts. His hands shoved into his trouser pockets and a relaxed expression over his face.
"He better do it."
Jimin pressed the button to go to the ground floor, a hand running over his hair as he frowned slightly.
"He better do it, hyung, or I swear I'll kill him."
Namjoon laughed and the elevator's doors closed. Leaving behind nothing but silence in the empty hallway.
Jungkook had taken your coat from you before he had disappeared into the kitchen saying he was thirsty. You sighed in content as you took off your shoes and placed your purse on the entrance table before you walked away from the door wearing your comfortable slippers.
"Kook?"
You asked, but he wasn't in the kitchen and you frowned at his absence. Silence engulfed the flat and you walked to the living room and the dining room but he wasn't there.
"He couldn't have just disappeared into thin air, now can he?!
You muttered to yourself as your feet carried you to your shared bedroom. The door was slightly ajar so you pushed it with your palm and gasped at what you saw inside.
"I thought it would take you longer to come here."
Jungkook said and you stepped forward, eyes roaming around the bedroom. The curtains were pulled to the sides, the mesmerising sunset painting the sky tinted the room in a soft orange hue it warmed your heart instantly.
There were red rose petals on the ground, and the bed was dressed in black sheets with white petals on it. Transparent balloons filled the ceiling as they floated up and you couldn't help the smile that graced your lips.
"Kook, what's this?"
He walked over to you, standing at arm's length as his eyes lost themselves in your own. His heart was beating wildly in his chest; he feared you could hear it. His hands were behind his back as he looked down at you.
"Jimin and Namjoon took longer than anticipated."
You laughed, so that was why Namjoon seemed so nervous at the beginning. The sound of your laughter made butterflies swirl in his stomach, the sight of you, bathed in the golden light of the sun, smiling up at him was enough to send him to heaven.
"(y/n),"
How delicious it was to hear your name coming out of his lips. You looked at him with a soft gaze he thought he'd melt right then and there.
"my beautiful wife."
You blushed at the compliment, breaking eye contact as you looked down in a futile attempt at hiding your flustered state. He chuckled, finding the situation so beautiful in its own existence. Wishing he could frame this precise moment and look at it forever.
His hands untangled themselves from behind his back, one was shoved into his trouser pocket while the other lifted your chin with the tips of his fingers. The moment your eyes met his once more, you felt like melting against him. It was perfect.
"I love you so much, sweet one. So, so much."
You swallowed, feeling his words through your heart as it skipped a beat.
"I love you as well, Jungkook. With all my heart."
He smiled. the bunny smile you loved so much. That smile that was the source of your happiness. That smile that was only his.
"We have faced so many things together."
His hand moved and cradled your cheek, the touch burning you while freezing you in your spot at the same time. You wanted him. In every sense of the word. He did things to you that you had never felt before. He made you feel loved like no-one else had done, he made you feel cherished, wanted, needed. And you could only hope he felt the same way. Because you loved him, you cherished him, you wanted him and needed him just as much.
"I wish we had met under different circumstances but that doesn't mean I am not grateful for what he has grown to be as a couple."
Your hand came up and covered the once that cradled your cheek, your hand over his sending tingles all over his arm and to his body he felt fuzzy, happy to just be with you. To just have you in this moment, exactly like this.
"I have grown to care for you like I have never cared for another woman in my life, (y/n). You are everything to me. Everything, sweetheart. I cannot imagine my life without you."
Your eyes began to water at the sweet words dripping from his lips. Coated in sugar, meant to wash away the sour taste left behind by life itself.
He sighed and took a step back, his hand left your cheek and you instantly felt cold at the loss of his touch. Jungkook looked at you with soft brown and big eyes before he knelt down on one knee. His right hand picked up a small box from his trouser's pocket and you nearly gasped when he opened it.
"We are already married and the promises I made to you on our wedding day are still fresh on my mind. I will fulfil them as my duty to you as a husband but this ring, love, this ring is a promise to you as your lover."
You bit your bottom lip, trying to stop it from trembling as a little tear rolled down your cheek at his words.
"I promise to love you until my last breath. I promise to cherish you as my wife. You will never need anything, your desires are my commands, (y/n). You rule my heart like a Queen rules her kingdom. Now, I ask you with all the sincerity in this world: will you love me as well?"
A sob escaped your lips before your hands went up to cover your mouth. You nodded fiercely as you tried to wipe your tears away. He smiled, standing up and taking the ring out of the small velvety box. His larger hand took your left one and he slid the ring on top of your wedding band. A seal to his love. The two rings even matched.
"Yes. A million times yes. I love you, Jungkook. I love you with all I have in me, with everything. Forever."
The next moment, his lips were on yours. Your hands rested on his shoulders as he cradled your face, his lips dancing with yours in the steps of love.
The kiss was sweet. As sweet as sugar. You poured all the love, all the longing, all the desire into that kiss while Jungkook let his emotions flow into that single act of love. He allowed you to feel how his heart beat for you, how his mind wouldn't stop thinking about you and how his hand itched to touch you.
Your hands ran to the back of his neck before they were running through his dark locks. A soft groan escaped his throat when you tugged on his hair slightly. You moaned as his hands slid down your cheek and towards your waist, pressing you against him.
Passion bloomed in that moment. Starting with a sweet kiss and ending with the promise of eternal love.
Jungkook guided you to the bed, the back of your knees hit the bed and he pushed you down on the mattress gently, hovering over you without breaking the kiss.
Perhaps sour caramels do have sweet centres after all.
As sweet as sugar. As sweet as love. As sweet as life.
Combined into a sweet marriage of eternal devotion and beautiful love.

Money Ties (Jungkook Love Story || Pt.6)
Pt.5

Recap: When you both sit back down, Jungkook is quiet- like he's lost in thought. "So...who's Lisa?" You ask, pretending to be completely oblivious. "She's...just a mutual friend between Rosé and I." Again, it seems like a topic he'd rather avoid. "Alrighty..." You say, pursing your lips.
- You look down at your hand and can't help but smile. Oh, how easy it is to get carried away and forget that none of this organic....but is it so bad to dream?
Tumblr media
You slept the most solidly last night than you have in months- even before you came to Korea, you had horrible insomnia from just how much stress you've been under. As you fell asleep, you played and replayed the events of your evening frame by frame, reliving the fun conversation and laughters...and even that strange moment between him and that girl, Rosé. He seemed so...evasive when you asked him who Lisa was. You quickly shoved it to the back of your mind, not really wanting to let it spoil the great evening you had with Jungkook.
You're awakened by your phone buzzing against your bedside table, though you aren't bothered at all the way you usually would be. Residual contentment from last night, you suppose. You look at the screen to see who it is and your joy only grows when you see it's B/f/n. You answer the facetime with a big smile, "Heeeeey." "Wait a minute, you're not grumpy this morning or crabby. What's going on?" She asks, a knowing smile on her face. You don't respond, you simply lift up your left hand and show her Jungkook's ring. Her eyes widen and she begins cheering, "NO FREAKING WAY. Did Jungkook give that to you?!" She asks. You nod, "Yes. Last night- it was after dessert, we were in the car-" "Wait, after dessert!?" "Yeah, After dinner we got dessert at-" "DINNER!?" She gets more and more excited with ever passing second, "One day without a call and I miss all the good stuff!" She whines, causing you to laugh. "I know- I gotta tell you, this guy is way different than I thought." "Is he fabulous? Are you falling in love?" She asks, propping her chin up on her hand. "I- I wouldn't say that..." You blush, feeling very vulnerable with that question. You've only known the guy for about a week- you're definitely not in love with him...but you would be lying to yourself if you said you weren't kind of starting to...warm up to him considerably.
"Ugh...I wish you could just be here so I could tell you everything in person," You sigh. She purses her lips as though she wants to say something but won't spit it out. You narrow your eyes at her, "Wait- what is it? What are you not saying?" "I'm not at liberty to say," She say, looking around the room she's in to avoid direct eye contact. "B/f/n," You say sternly, "Spill it." "Okay fine," She caves (without very much effort, as per usual) "Your parents are traveling to Seoul tonight," She says excitedly. You don't even know how to process what she's just said- your parents? South Korea? You can't imagine how that'll go, considering the fact that your dad won't even look at you on a video chat. "M-my parents?" How are you going to survive another week here with them also being here. "Yes, and guess what else..." Oh God, you can't even imagine what bomb she might drop next. "...what else..." You ask, pursing your lips to prepare yourself. "THEY INVITED ME TO COME ALONG!!!!!!" She exclaims. Your eyes widen and let out a little scream, "NO WAY!" You celebrate with her.
With her here, the trip will go much smoother. She'll be like a buffer between you and your parents. Surely the won't act up as much with guests around, right? "It was supposed to be a surprise but- I mean, clearly they don't know me at all if they thought I could just keep that to myself," She sighs. "You don't even know how happy you've just made me," You sigh, "It's just too bad you won't be here in time for Jungkook's party tonight. I'm gonna be in a sea of people I don't even know." "Ugh, I know. But think of it this way, tomorrow is completely ours." "You're right- I'll just hold on to the promise of tomorrow," You sigh dramatically. "Please do. Alright, my lunch break is almost over- I'll call you tonight when we're on our way to the air port- don't tell your parents I told you!" "Of course not, scout's honor. Bye!"
When she hangs up, you toss your phone next to you and sigh, staring up at the ceiling. You think about what your parents might say when they see you, what you and B/f/n might go do to pass the time, and before you know it, you're drifting off back to sleep for just a little longer.
Tumblr media
Your head hangs upside down as you blow dry your hair, trying to hurry before the car arrives in an hour. You'd been lazy all day, opting not to do any of the items on your itinerary that your dad had planned out for today. This is the most rest you've gotten all year. You finish up with the blow dryer and then move on to thoroughly combing and straightening, then to your makeup. Before you know it, 50 minutes have gone by. As serene and calm as you were feeling this morning, now you're a ball of nerves. You've never been great in super social situations- you usually pop in, pop out, go home. Would Jungkook have an issue with you doing that with his party? Surely he wouldn't be bothered- then again, he isn't just some acquaintance or casual friend; he's literally your fiance. What are the rules? DAMMIT, WHAT ARE THE RULES!? You stand in front of the mirror and take a deep breath, "Everything's gonna be fine."
Tumblr media
You can hear the music from a block away from the club where the party's being held, and you see a sea of cars lined up outside; men and women all dressed and ready to leave their inhibitions at the door. You feel very out of place already. "I'm sorry ma'am, I think I'm going to have to drop you off here because of all the traffic." "Oh, no worries. I can walk," You assure the driver, grabbing your purse and stepping out of the vehicle. The night air is chilly and lifts the hem of your dress ever so slightly. You walk down and get in the long line, praying it'll move quickly.
After five minutes or so of the line not movie, you hear a slightly familiar voice coming from the direction of the door. "Hey, it's you!" You turn and see the drunk guy from the ice cream parlor- Seokjin. You swallow, feeling shy. You're not really used to conversing with strangers out of the blue. "How are you?" He asks. You give a fake smile, "I'm-I'm good. Uhm, Seokjin, right?" "Please, call me Jin," He smiles back. Again, he smells like alcohol and cologne, but this time, he seems to be very coherent and lively. "Alright," You say, crossing your arms over your chest in slight discomfort. "What was your name again?" "Y/n." "Y/n, right...what a beautiful name," He says, stepping closer to you. You feel your cheeks getting hot and you want to tell him to give you some space, but it's like your voice is stuck in your throat. It's not that Jin isn't attractive- he's actually quite handsome and looks to be a sharp dresser, but you've never been one for men to approach you like that. You're more of a friends-first kind of girl. You also remember the girl who went to pick him up: the fire in her eyes, the venom in her tone- you'd hate to be at the other end of that. "Thanks," You try to keep it short, not wanting to entertain his flirtatious advancements any further.
"You really shouldn't be out here waiting. If you want, I can help you cut the line," He says, completely lacking self awareness as he casually throws his arm around you. You shake your head, "No, that's okay. That wouldn't be very fair." "Oh come on- what's not fair is Jungkook making you wait in freezing cold. What are you to him, anyway?" "I-" "She's his fiance," Namjoon steps in plucks Jin's arm off from your shoulders, letting it fall. Everyone turns and watches the exchange. Jin's eyes widen, and he turns to look at you and then back at Namjoon, "Fiance- what- I had no idea. I'm so sorry," He bows profusely, cheeks as red as yours were a second ago. You want desperately to hide behind Namjoon- relieved that he got there just in the nick of time. Namjoon rolls his eyes, "You should be apologizing to your girlfriend, ass wipe." Jin's eyes widen even more, "Please don't tell her." Namjoon waves him away and turns to you, "Sorry about that, Y/n. Follow me," He holds his arm out a good distance from himself for you to grab on, which you gladly do. You pass all the people of the line, and they all watch as you cut past them. Some have scowls on their face, some intrigue, but all watch.
"This way," Namjoon says, taking you up a staircase to a balcony that oversees the entire club. From up top, you see people upon people: dancing, drinking, and even some blatantly doing...other substances, out in the open. There's quite a few people on the balcony, though nothing close to all the bodies down on the lower level. "Oh, I guess he's down there mingling," Namjoon says, looking around and not seeing him. Some people glance at you, though they don't seem to care about your presence; they're too preoccupied with their own drinks and merriment. "Guys, this is Y/n," Namjoon says when he gets to a circle of seats in the far corner. Everyone turns and gives polite smiles, followed by a series of hello's. "What are you drinking?" Namjoon asks after you sit down. You shrug, "A beer would be great," You sigh, already feeling a bit overwhelmed. "Be right back." He leaves you with the people who'd been there first. "How do you know Jungkook?" One of them asks: a guy with slightly long lazily slicked back hair and high cheekbones asks. "I- uhm, I'm a family friend." "Oh, okay...I'm Hoseok, by the way." You nod, "Nice to meet you." "I just saw 'Kook a minute ago," A guy next to him says, "I think he went to go make a request for the DJ." It really does seem like everyone Jungkook knows is attractive because this new guy has like, the smoothest skin ever. His face is almost angelic, with beautiful eyes and brown shaggy hair- soft features for as deep of a voice as he has.
"Your drink," Namjoon says, walking up and sitting next you. You bow, "Thanks so much." You take a sip and continue looking around, trying to relax. While you really would like to drink something harder, you don't like the idea of being out of control in such an unfamiliar environment. "I- I didn't expect to see you here," You say to him. He chuckles, "Yeah, well, I- I'm not just Mr.Jeon's assistant. I'm also Jungkook's babysitter." "Ah, I see," You laugh. "A lot of people here. Jungkook seems to be very popular." "He's always been a bit of a social butterfly, I guess." "Have you known him long?" "Oh yeah, since high school. We were never friends or anything but I did know him. Plus, I've been working for his dad since I was nineteen or so." "Wow, long time." "Tell me about it," He snorts, taking a sip of his own drink, "Don't get me wrong- at his core, Jungkook's a good guy. It just takes digging through all that...horse manure to really find it." "Well, how sweet of you to say," Jungkook interrupts, walking up to you both. Namjoon doesn't even batt an eye; completely unfazed by Jungkook's literally being his boss' son. "Y/n," Jungkook says with a smile, "You should've let me know you were here." You shake your head, "No, no. I wouldn't want to distract you from your party-hosting duties. Plus, Namjoon was already keeping me company." "Oh, I'm sure," Jungkook side-eyes Namjoon.
"You gonna get out there to dance?"Jungkook asks, raising a brow at you. You're quick to shake your head, "I'm definitely not drunk enough for that." "Oh, come on. I bet-" "Jungkook, Yoongi's asking to speak to you really quickly. Need me to come along?" Namjoon interrupts, looking down at his phone with his brows furrowed, scrolling up and done intently. Jungkook sighs, "I'm sorry- he's one of our partners at the company. Do you mind?" "Not at all, go ahead," You smile. "Okay, I'll be back in 15 minutes. Start counting!" He quickly gets up and pats Namjoon's shoulder to follow him. You then take the opportunity to go downstairs and make your way to the bathroom that you'd spotted a few minutes ago at the very far corner of the club. Surprisingly, the bathroom is relatively empty, save for a couple other occupied stalls- you're glad because you have to piss like a damn racehorse. You sit down and let out a quiet sigh of relief.
As you're finishing up, you hear the main door to the bathroom open and close, with the voices of two people echoing against the tile- one of which you recognize. "He's definitely looking more mature these days," It's Jin's girlfriend- Rose, and then a voice you've never heard before, "I know. I'm glad- I thought I'd have to wait forever for him to grow the fuck up." "Wait- but what about that girl they were saying he was with right now?" "What about her?" The stranger scoffs. "I mean, Jin did say she was his fiance..." "Oh, please. That relationship isn't real. Jungkook's just being forced into it by his family so he can inherit the company. He even told me he'd back out of it if I asked. And it looks like that time is coming soon." "Damn, Lisa. You're stone cold." Lisa? THE Lisa? "I promise I can be nice- I just don't like the idea of him not being there for me anymore, you know?" "Yeah, it'll be a huge change. He's so used to following you like a little puppy." Your heart is pounding; you can't believe your ears. The boldness and disrespect- the way they're talking about him is...blood boiling. You open the stall door and walk right up to the sink. At first, they pay you no mind, that is, until you make a point of sliding off the precious engagement ring that Jungkook had given you and place it on the ledge at the bottom of the mirror so that you can wash your hands. You can practically see the moment they notice; the way Lisa's mouth falls open is priceless. "That's...a nice ring," She says. You know she recognizes it, but you act dumb, "Thank you," You say, plastering a fake smile on you face before grabbing a paper towel and drying your hands and then walking out the door.
While it was definitely a delicious moment, you couldn't help but feel a tinge of sadness. What she said wasn't completely untrue; he was bullied into this engagement by his parents, just like you were. It isn't the way a natural relationship would go, sure...but that doesn't make the rest of what she said okay. There has to be a line somewhere. You go back upstairs and find that Namjoon is sitting right where you were before he was whisked away by whatever impromptu business meeting. "Hey, where'd you run off to?" He asks. "Had to find the ladies room- is Jungkook not back yet?" You sit down next to him again. "Nope. Went off somewhere right after. You know, to tell you the truth, I hate these things." "What things?" "Parties, They suck. If it weren't because Mr.Jeon specifically asked me to come, I'd be at home right now." "What does he do at these things that requires so much supervision?" "What doesn't he do? I mean, for gosh sakes. Nineteenth birthday, he ran up his parents card buying drinks for himself and his friends, and for the rest of the damn bar. Twentieth birthday, completely trashed the banquet hall- he's lucky it was at his parents' hotel, otherwise he would've been totally arrested. But none compares to his twenty-fourth party, right after Lisa broke up with him-" Namjoon catches himself, stopping mid-sentence and looking away, "I mean- he- he just gets really wild at these functions..." "Namjoon," You tilt your head, narrowing your eyes at him, "Give me the tea."
"I don't know what you're talking about," He take a drink from his cup and surveys the bottom floor, "I think I'm gonna go dance-" He tries to get up, but you put your hand on his shoulder and force him back down, "Namjoon, I'm gonna be spending the rest of my life with this man. I gotta know." You look at him with pleading eyes, desperate to just be let in somehow. He sighs, "Fine," He looks around to make sure everyone is still off socializing and paying no attention, "Jungkook met Lisa during their first year of high school. They became pretty close pretty fast- he was definitely in love with her very early on but she friend zoned him pretty hard until right after their last year of high school. They were pretty inseparable and..." He trails off, biting his lip as though contemplating whether or not to continue. "Namjoon, please." "...and they even talked about getting married. He was getting ready to confront his parents about being with her and wanting to void your guys' marriage agreement, but the week before he could, she dumped him." Your heart is beating hard in your chest. So she was the one who got away... Great. Perfect. "Was it bad?" You ask, trying not to show your worry. "It was horrible. Dude went off the rails. It was like nothing I've ever seen before. During that time of his life, he was fighting some demons like you wouldn't believe. His parents had to send him to rehab because he'd picked up a nasty coke habit- I literally watched him snort off a model's ass cheeks once." "What the hell," You furrow your brows, trying to imagine Jungkook doing something so wild. Of course, you've only reconnected with him now, but even from what you've seen, he seems a lot more controlled than that.
"Why'd she do it?" "Do what?" "Break up with him." "Oh, I think she told him...it was because he needed to grow up. He was immature and irresponsible. It truly crushed him. But the rehab helped a lot and now...you," He smiles gently. "Me?" "Yeah- I mean, that's the very reason why his parents wanted this for him in the first place. He needs direction." "Direction, right." Me? I'm the direction? "Do you think he still loves her?" You ask, not even sure if you want to hear the answer yourself. He furrows his brows as though deep in thought, "I...I don't know. It's hard to tell with Jungkook. I mean, they're still friends. She's here tonight, by the way. I know they've kept in touch but I think he kind of lost hope for that relationship, honestly." You replay Lisa's words from earlier in the bathroom; how he sounded so sure she'd just up and leave...and maybe she's right. Maybe he would leave it all behind at the drop of a hat. Maybe this isn't where you belong after all. You're brought out of your pensive state when you feel your phone buzz in your bag. "Sorry," You say, taking it out and seeing a text from B/f/n.
𝙱/𝚏/𝚗: 𝙱𝚘𝚊𝚛𝚍𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚙𝚕𝚊𝚗𝚎 𝚗𝚘𝚠! 𝙸 𝚌𝚊𝚗'𝚝 𝚠𝚊𝚒𝚝 𝚝𝚘 𝚜𝚎𝚎 𝚢𝚘𝚞!!!!!! 𝙿𝚊𝚛𝚝𝚢 𝚒𝚗 𝙶𝚊𝚗𝚐𝚗𝚊𝚖? 𝙵𝚒𝚛𝚜𝚝 𝚛𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚍 𝚘𝚗 𝚢𝚘𝚞 :)
You smile, feeling your stress momentarily replaced with joy at the thought of finally having a friend of your own here. You look around and don't see Jungkook anywhere, so you pull his number up in your phone.
𝚈/𝙽: 𝙷𝚎𝚢, 𝚗𝚘𝚝 𝚜𝚞𝚛𝚎 𝚠𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚎 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚊𝚛𝚎 𝚛𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝 𝚗𝚘𝚠 𝚋𝚞𝚝 𝙸'𝚖 𝚐𝚘𝚗𝚗𝚊 𝚋𝚎 𝚕𝚎𝚊𝚟𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚜𝚘𝚘𝚗. 𝙲𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝚠𝚊𝚕𝚔 𝚖𝚎 𝚘𝚞𝚝?
You put your phone down and sigh, "Thanks for telling me all that, Namjoon. I...I really appreciate it." "Yeah- but if Jungkook asks, Jin told you." You laugh and nod, "Deal." "Do you need me to walk you out?" He asks. You shake you head, "No, I'm okay. Jungkook will do it." "Alrighty- well, if you excuse me, I think I'm gonna go get myself another drink." "No problem. 'Night!" And with that, he's down the stairs and lost in the sea. You look at your phone and see no reply, though you do see that that the message was seen 4 minutes ago. He should be on his way shortly, then.
Half an hour goes by and nothing. Not a single word. Every passing minute, you're getting more and more annoyed. You finally stand from the couch and look out form the balcony to see if maybe you can find him yourself- but then you see him. In the far side of the club, right by the DJ booth, Lisa is throwing her head back and laughing at something Jungkook is saying, her hand lightly hitting his chest. He's laughing too, and you see his arm gently resting on her shoulders, holding her just too close for comfort. Your heart sinks and you're pretty sure your face was visibly crestfallen. But now you know where his heart truly lays, don't you?
You calmly sling your purse over your shoulder and make your way down the stairs, passing all the people you'd met when you first came in who hardly even notice you pass. This isn't your world and you don't even know what you're doing here in the first place. Can this agreement even work? Are you just gonna pop out a few kids and then he and Lisa can go and ride off into the sunset? "Y/n?" You hear someone call your name but you can't be bothered to see who it is- the room feels like it's spinning and you just need a second to breathe. That's it- just some air. Just a little bit of air.
Tumblr media
"Y/n..." You hear your name being softly called, but you can't even will your eyes to open. The darkness is just too comforting. "Y/n..." The voice calls again. You tense your face, slowly coming to. "Mmm," You whine, finally feeling a throb in your forehead. You open your eyes, taking a few blinks to adjust to the brightness of the room, and you're surprised to see Namjoon standing over you, along with...B/f/n- and your parents. You quickly sit up, though it only makes the throbbing worse, "What- what's going on?" "Oh, goodness, you're awake-" Your mom says, tears in her eyes as she practically throws herself on you. "M-mom- too tight." You look at your dad who looks relieved, though he doesn't say anything. "Finally, dude- you had us worried sick!" B/f/n says, sighing loudly. "What happened?" You ask, looking around and realizing you're in a hospital room. Namjoon steps forward a bit, "Well last night, you were leaving the party but you seemed totally out of it. Your eys looked totally glazed over like you weren't mentally present. I called your name but you ignored me- I managed to catch up to you when you got outside but you passed out right then and there. "Last night? What time is it?" You've been knocked out all night? "12PM," Your dad answers. "I told you ladies don't get drunk," Your mother hisses, though you let it slide because you know she's only worried. "I wasn't drunk at all," You say, "but why does my head hurt?" "Oh yeah, you banged your head on the concrete. Got a concussion," He added, "I didn't know what to do so I just called 112. The ambulance picked you up and they called your family. I called the Jeons right after you got to the hospital." "You called the Jeons?" "Yeah- Mr. and Mrs.Jeon were here all morning but they had to go into some meetings. They said they'd be back in a few hours," Namjoon assures you. "I don't want to see Jungkook." You say, looking away. Your parents, B/f/n, and Namjoon all look at each other, and it's a long moment before anyone of them speaks. "He's...in the bathroom right now," B/f/n says. "What?" You whip your head toward them, wincing at the pain. "Honey, he's been here all night. Why wouldn't you wanna see him?" You mom asks. You look at Namjoon who just looks down knowingly. "I just...don't want him to see me like this." Liar.
"Oh honey, he wouldn't care about how you look- you're his fiance for crying out loud," She says, trying to reassure you, "Right, F/n?" She turns to your dad, wanting him to step into the conversation but he just looks at you, eyes narrowed. You squirm under his gaze and try to ignore him. "Namjoon, just tell him to go rest." He nods silently, knowing not to challenge you right now. "I'm going to go to the ladies room," Your mom says, leaning over to give you a kiss. "I'll be back, Y/n. I gotta take a piss too." "Language," Your mom hisses. You can't help but give a little chuckle as they walk arm and arm out of the room, leaving just you and your dad. You twiddle you thumbs, regretting having sent Namjoon out now. "What's up?" You ask, unable to take the silence. "You're acting strange," He says, a suspicious expression on his face. "Uh, yeah- I mean, I am concussed." "What did he do?" He asks bluntly. Your heart picks up in your chest, "What did who do?" "Don't act dumb." Your dad was never on to mince words. "Dad, I don't know what you're talking about. Everything's fine." "Hm." "Dad, you know if you came all the way here just to be a pain in my ass, I'm sorry but you'll have to go," You snap, feeling frustrated at his lack of warmth. He sighs, and it's like you can visibly see his body loosen up. "I-I'm sorry, Y/n. I know that I've been very cold to you the past week and a half." You're shocked.
"You're sorry?" "Yes. I am... I guess, when it came down to it...I was too afraid to come to terms with the fact that I was losing my baby girl." "Afraid of losing me? I thought you were angry about the contract." He shakes his head, "No...I knew I was settling for so little. I suppose I was more upset that it was clear that you didn't really need me anymore," He reaches out and carresses your cheek, "I'm sorry for making you feel like this. I'm sorry for putting all these pressures on you at such an early age. You deserved to live life the way you wanted." His words bring tears to your eyes, and if it werent for the pain invading your entire brain, you'd have leapt into your fathers arms- but for now, a hand squeeze will have to suffice. "Now, I know you may not want to talk about...whatever it is that happened between the two of you, but just know that your mom and I are here. And even B/f/n... that girl really never stops talking, does she?" You laugh, "Nope."
Tumblr media
The hospital discharged you around 2pm and now you're on your way back to the hotel. Your parents got a lovely master suite, while B/f/n opted to room with you. Though the doctor told you to rest, the two of you are already planning what you're gonna do while she's here. She takes her clothes out of the suitcase and transfers them over to the dresser below the television. You'd kept the conversation light while you were in the car with your parents, but as soon as you got to the room, tea was spilling left and right. You told her about the dinner, Jin and Rose, the ring, Jungkook's birthday party. It was so cathartic to relive everything through retelling- and seeing her reaction to everything is the icing on the cake. "Ugh, that guy's such an asshole...although, you did not prepare me for just how hot he is," She says, fanning herself. You chuckle, "Oh, please. He's alright..." "Girl, he is much more than alright. More than fine, even. If I were you, my hands would be connecting to Lisa's left cheek so quick," She pretends to box the air, "I might just do it for you." "Trust me, I wanted to...but at the end of the day, I have to remember there are no feelings involved in this process. I knew that coming into the agreement and I shouldn't expect it to change just because I was starting to..." "To...?" She asks, a smug expression on her face. "Nothing." "Starting to...like him?" "I said nothing." She shrugs, "Alright...you know, I will say- he sat at your bedside the majority of the night, and he looked really concerned. But no feelings, right?" "Right. No feelings." Your phone buzzes on your nightstand and you pick it up.

Your heart flutters in your chest, though you force your face to remain without expression. No feelings.

The Jeons invited you all to a charity banquet being held at their other hotel location tonight, and of course, your mom had gone out beforehand to get you and B/f/n gowns for the occasion. B/f/n's was a lovely powder pink, velvet, body con dress with silver detail and she looks absolutely stunning. "You look beautiful!" "I know, right? But where's yours?" She asks, a puzzled expression on her face. You purse your lips, "I...don't think I'm gonna go." "Why?" She asks with a pout. You shake your head, "I just don't feel well, you know? Head still hurts." "Your head? Or...your heart?" She exaggeratedly puts her hand to her chest and gives you that stupid therapist face she likes to put on. You roll your eyes, "My head only." "If you don't go, I'm not going," She says, turning to look in the mirror, a disappointed expression on her face. "No, no. You should go. This is your first night in Seoul- you shouldn't be locked up here on account of me. Besides," You walk up behind her and fix her hair, "You could be meeting the male lead to your love story tonight." Her eyes light up at the possibility. She's truly a hopeless romantic at heart- you wouldn't want to kill her delusions now. "Are you sure?" "Mhm. Positive." "Alright, fine. But the second you say you need me, I'm coming back and we're watching movies and eating junk food." "Sounds like a plan." She excitedly goes into the bathroom and begins doing her makeup and hair, humming to whatever tunes she has playing in her air pods. Meanwhile, you're laying in bed, hair up and out of your face, buried in the white covers.
"Alright, we're all going now," B/f/n says, putting her earrings on, "You sure you don't need me to stay?" "I'm positive. Go get laid- I mean, go find the love of your life." She laughs, "Oh shut up. Text Jungkook back. Don't sulk." You don't even look at her, just wave her away while your eyes stay glued to the TV. "Bye bye!" She says once more before closing the door behind her. And then there was one.
An hour goes by, and then two. Your phone buzzes every now and then: texts from Jungkook. You put your phone on DND, save for your parents and B/f/n. You go on instagram and see B/f/n's story; the hall full of people at grand tables, lavishly decorated with ginormous vases full of long stemmed roses, chandeliers sparkling in the background. Part of you wonders if most of the money being donated is just to cover the absolutely ridiculously expensive decor. B/f/n is smiling and showing herself having fun- even Namjoon makes an appearance in one of the videos...as well as Jungkook. You purse your lips and look over at your gown, draped over the back of a chair nearby. No, no. You're not in the mood to be around all those people. What would you even talk to anyone about? What would you say to Jungkook? No, you won't even entertain the what if's- you're not feeling well and that's that.
Ah shit. You shoot up out of bed and start stripping off your clothes, flinging everything every which way as your hurriedly try to shimmy into your dress. It's a pretty, dark red gown with a deep plunging bodice; your cleavage isn't exactly on 'display' per se, but it's definitely not hidden behind that little mesh panel in the middle. It accentuates your hips in just the right way, and you already feel the difference in your attitude when you put it on. You check the time: 8:30PM. You try to hurriedly do your hair and makeup, though you can only go so fast while recovering from a concussion. Suddenly, you hear thunder in the distance. No. NO. You run to the window and, lo and behold, rain begins pouring down out of nowhere. Oh great. You're gonna step out into the rain and get all messed up. "I"m still gonna go," You say to the sky not wanting to let it think it won. You run over to put the last touches on your appearance. Dammit. Dammit. Dammit. Is this some kind of sign from the universe!? You grab your clutch and then hurry to grab your phone. You didn't even book the fucking car. "Ugh...Uber it is-" Knock. Knock. Knock.
You snap your head up from your phone to look at the door. They're back already? No, it can't be- she just posted fifteen minutes ago about barely being served dinner. Knock knock knock. You hesitate for a moment, but ultimately decide to open the door- only to reveal a very disheveled and sopping wet-looking Jungkook. "Jungkook," Your shocked expression is no match for the expression on his face: serious yet gentle eyes, lips parted slightly as he catches his breath, leaning lightly on the door frame. "What are you doing here?" You ask. He bites his bottom lip and just stares at you for a second, "You didn't come tonight." "You never came back last night," You say, not missing a beat. He nods, "I know..." You rest your hand on the door for a bit, considering whether or not to let him in. "Come in," You say finally, stepping aside to let him in past you. You suppose the rain can wait for you...

Hi, anon. I lost your ask and I'm sorry this took a while but here it is! Thanks for this. 🙂

##
Jungkook scrolls through his phone with one hand while the other towel dries his hair, his eyebrows furrowing because he still hasn’t made up his mind about next week’s date with you.
“What about Mingles? You guys said it’s pretty good there, right?”
He asks his best friend, who puts on a loose sweatshirt, having dried up himself. Both men are currently dressing up at the locker room after a good few hours of working out in Jimin’s apartment building. He’d won the rock, papers, scissors yesterday so he gets to skip on the post-gym drive home on this Tuesday night, to Jungkook’s disappointment.
“Yeah, I liked it there. But wasn’t your last date at a Korean restaurant, too?” Jimin asks. “Gaon, wasn’t it? Might wanna try something new.”
“Hmm,” Jungkook hums, recalling the fancy date from 3 weeks ago where you both went to an art auction just for fun.
You two didn’t plan on purchasing anything, but you did play a guessing game of how much each item would be sold. Being the more familiar between the two, you won by a landslide, and that meant Jungkook had to plan the next date, since neither one of your indecisive asses wanted that responsibility.
It’s why he’s here now, racking his brain on where to eat. Choosing what to do is easy - you’ve both gotten more comfortable and adventurous recently, from doing an escape room to going on a ghost tour - but for some reason, choosing a restaurant is difficult.
Perhaps it’s because he loves food so much and you enjoy desserts; perhaps it’s just wanting to end the night on a perfect note and a good meal always does the trick. Maybe it’s because he still wants to impress you after over 2 years of being married.
“Oh, something French!” Jungkook’s eyes light up. “They had that French cuisine challenge in Masterchef the other night and ___ has been craving it. Maybe we could try…” he trails, searching for a good place. “The one in Lotte World Tower. It’s got a nice view and it has a Pastry Library. Wait, why does this place sound familiar?”
“Because you wanted to eat there before but couldn’t get a reservation,” Jimin answers, face suddenly in a frown. “But maybe choose another restaurant.”
“Why? Their food looks good. She’d like this,” Jungkook says, showing the photos of the food to his friend.
“Just don’t, Kook. There are other food French restaurants out there. There’s one in Gangnam—”
“But I wanna go here. Why shouldn’t I?”
“Bad memories,” Jimin settles. “It’s probably not best for you and ___ to go there.”
“Why? Did someone stand her up there?” Jungkook presses, his blood boiling now.
“Uh… you. Sort of,” Jimin tries to smile.
“What do you mean, me? I’ve never heard her mention this place before.”
“Yeah, because you turned her down before she could even ask you.”
“You’re not making sense,” Jungkook scowls at his friend, his heart rate suddenly speeding up at the thought that he’d upset you and he didn’t even know about it.
“Fine. Remember that trip to Japan with me and Tae because, and I quote, it was your last birthday as a free man?”
It takes a while before Jungkook remembers but when he does, everything comes back to him - all the fancy food, the booze, the clubs they went to, and the women who hit on him - whom he didn’t entertain, he reminds himself. It was the one before you both got married, and it felt like an unofficial bachelor’s party, as he said goodbye to his old ways after that trip.
“How does that trip have anything to do with the restaurant?” Jungkook furrows his brows again.
“___ was supposed to surprise you for your birthday, adjusted her schedule and paid heaps to get a reservation because you apparently mentioned wanting to eat there one time but then you decided to take that trip instead so she just canceled it and—”
“How do you know all this?” Jungkook asks, the tone of his voice faltering.
“How do I ever know anything?” Jimin cocks his brow. “Duh, a pissed off Nari. She was blowing up my phone that whole time and kept complaining about you. I couldn’t blame her, though. I mean, you called for that trip because you were angry about needing to move in with ___. I remember. You spent every night ranting about that.”
Jungkook feels the tightening of his chest get worse, as memories of that period come back to him - how frustrated he’d been, how much he didn’t want to think about you, how he replied to your birthday greeting with a mere “thanks” then proceeded to disregard your other messages asking how his trip was going.
He feels sick to his stomach. Obviously, that was years ago, a whole lifetime away, it feels like, given how different things are with you now. But it doesn’t take away from what you felt then. It doesn’t take away that he hurt you again then, and he wouldn’t have even known about it if Jimin didn’t open his big mouth, which ironically, Jungkook is thankful for.
“How… how was she then?” He manages to ask.
“She was fine, like always. She didn’t have the heart to be upset with you,” Jimin responds, recalling the call that he made to you after he found out about the surprise dinner.
You insisted that it wasn’t a big deal, that Jungkook wasn’t at fault since he didn’t know anyway.
It didn’t change the fact that you’d wanted to do something nice for him on his birthday, though, and that Jungkook hadn’t been there out of spite.
Jimin sees the crestfallen look on his best friend’s face and almost wishes he hadn’t said anything. He could tell it’s affecting Jungkook deeply, and if the restaurant is a place that you haven’t been to since getting married, then maybe it still affects you, too.
“Kook, it’s been over 2 years,” Jimin comforts. “You two are so in love with each other that it doesn’t matter anymore.”
Is it really that simple, forgetting he’d disappointed you because somehow the past 2 years have been enough?
Jungkook just nods and proceeds to quietly pack his bag, ready to go to you, who’d just messaged him that you’ve started to prepare dinner and remind him to be careful in driving home.
Jimin lets his friend be, knowing that Jungkook is going to take this knowledge to heart but knowing how you both are, you’re going to work it out, like all the times you have.
You and Jungkook aren’t the best at communication. While you both feel so much, he speaks too soon while sometimes, you don’t speak at all. You’ve always been one to keep things in, opting to deal with your emotions on your own and letting issues die down, whereas Jungkook pushes to talk about them, sometimes too much, sometimes too early.
But sometimes, Jungkook finds himself unable to talk at all, like now, as he stands by the doorway of your apartment, watching you move about in the open kitchen.
There are the flowers he had delivered to your office this morning arranged in a vase, and he catches you glancing at it with a smile on your face. You’re wearing one of his university hoodies that reaches your knees, being swallowed by it and looking absolutely comfortable. You’re humming to the sounds of some jazz music that Tae got you into, as you slice the baked pork belly and arrange it on 2 plates, more fat and crispy skin on his, as you know he likes.
You’re grinning; the satisfied look on your face is one he’s familiar with. You always have it on when you do or get something for him that he likes - whether it’s soccer tickets, a hard-to-find vintage camera, or something simple like making perfectly crispy pajeon on a rainy day.
His mind wanders to the smile you would’ve had when you made that reservation for his birthday, and how it had fallen when he’d said that he wasn’t going to be around.
What other things had he done that hurt you that he doesn’t know about? How many other times had your heart broken that was because of him? How long did you have to hold up your smiles and hold in your hurt until you eventually cracked?
“Hey, how long have you been standing there?” You break him out of his reverie, your soft lips lovingly pecking his nose.
“Not long,” he lies, but you cock your eyebrow and he gives in, like always. “A while. Just liked watching you move around and look more relaxed,” he reasons. “You’ve been stressed about your recent project and it’s nice to see you not holed up in your studio.”
You laugh that sweet laugh of yours and hug him tightly.
“It feels nice, too. So was getting a bouquet of flowers this morning,” you smile. “Thank you, Kook. They’re beautiful.”
“You’re welcome, babe,” he grins, opting to kiss your forehead instead of your lips like he always does when he gets home.
He must be tired, as you feel him release a long breath when he hugs you, so you hold onto him more tightly. You let go only to pull him towards the kitchen counter for dinner and a glass of cold beer.
He’s more quiet than usual, and you chalk it up to a long day at work and hours at the gym because it’s how he blows off steam. So you go on talking about your day, the new intern at work, and the twins asking you and Jungkook to go with them to an amusement park next weekend.
“Everything okay, honey?” You ask, after he doesn’t respond to your question even if he was looking at you the entire time.
“Uh-uh,” he faintly smiles, taking your hand and kissing it. He takes your plates and starts rinsing the dishes before placing them in the washer. “Are you going to watch the Masterchef episodes you missed tonight?”
“Yes,” you say excitedly. “Two episodes max. I don’t want to be up too late.”
“Okay, I’ll watch with you,” he says. “Go put it on. I’ll go to you once I finish.”
“Okay,” you excitedly reply, scurrying to the couch and turning the TV on.
Jungkook usually leaves you to watch your shows, given that he enjoys his time to play his mobile games or do online shopping when you do. But he wants to be close to you tonight; he wants to hold you and feel you near him, wants to see you smile with and because of him.
You’re seated comfortably, legs curled underneath a blanket, and Jungkook takes it off you, places your feet on the ground, and lays his head on your lap.
You let him like it’s natural; you know that your husband likes being close to you in different ways and you secretly like it when he’s being clingy.
Jungkook turns to the TV only briefly before looking up at you, feeling sentimental that he can be this intimate, this natural with you, when at one point, it was hard for him to be around you. The thought causes another crack in his heart. He knows you’d felt that distance, that aversion, that hesitation. He hates that for a time, he made you feel unwanted.
Taking your hand that’s combing through his hair, he kisses it again and places it on his chest.
“Okay, honey,” you say, pausing the show. “What’s going on? You didn’t smother with kisses when you arrived, you weren’t being dramatic about the pork belly being delicious, and you’re not making ridiculous comments about the show and the food not being hot anymore so they can’t possibly taste good.”
He’d laugh if he wasn’t feeling so down, but he takes in your pouty face and furrowed brows, wanting nothing more than to wipe those off and just make you smile. But he also knows he has to be honest with you; he’s more transparent than anything, after all.
“I was looking for restaurants to eat at for our date this weekend,” he starts, noting your excited face at the mention. “And I asked Jimin if that French restaurant at Lotte World would be good, and he told me that place holds bad memories for you.”
Your smile falls only a little but he catches it, so he sits up and pulls your legs over his so he could hold you.
“It’s the restaurant you reserved for my birthday before we got married, but I went ahead and booked a trip with the guys and made it seem like it was planned, but it wasn’t,” he admits. “I was angry so I—”
“Honey, you don’t have to explain,” you tell him. “That was years ago and we were very different people then; our situation was very different then. It doesn’t matter anymore.”
“It does,” he insists. “Because that was still me, and that was still you. And I never got to apologize.”
“And you don’t have to because you didn’t know.”
“And you wouldn’t have told me. And I would’ve never known that once upon a time, I made you feel like your efforts were worthless, that I didn’t want to spend my birthday with you, and that’s a feeling I can’t ever take back.”
“Kook, we don’t have to keep going back to things that happened in the past,” you say, cupping his face and caressing his cheeks. “We’re in such a good place right now. Why think about those things?”
He softens in your touch, his face falling because he knows you’re right. But there’s something inside him he can’t shake, like he feels there’s always something he needs to apologize for, that he needs to make up for, something he expresses but something that you counter.
“A lifetime of apologies? Is that what you really want, Kook? Is that how you want to love me?” you say, recalling those conversations you’ve had before.
“Apologizing - that’s part of loving you,” he insists.
“Not for things you did before, for things you didn’t know. That’s not fair to us, to the two people who choose each other everyday and work to settle our differences if there’s a past that’s going to keep holding us back,” you say. “That past? That’s fixed; we can’t change it, there’s no reason to go back to it. So let’s just move forward, can we do that? Make new memories, like in that restaurant or in playgrounds or in your soccer games.”
It takes a while but he finally smiles, one you know is genuine. “That sounds good.”
“But that was just it, right?” He continues. “I mean, it was just that dinner that you had planned?”
It’s your turn this time to look a little hesitant. You wish he didn’t ask, but you also know it wouldn’t hurt much if you’re honest.
“I, uh,” you start, looking at curious doe-eyes staring back at you. “I hand-painted a birthday card for you. I was gonna give it during dinner and then when you returned but I got shy and then forgot about it. I wouldn’t have remembered it if you didn’t ask.”
“A… a card? Did you burn it or something?” He asks, masking his sadness.
You shake your head. “I kept it. I don’t know why. I guess it still holds good memories for me. I was happy when I was making it.”
“Can I see?”
You release yourself from his hold but take his hand and guide him to your studio. You open the bottom drawer of your desk and take something from underneath a pile of envelopes and show him what you’d made.
On the front is a simple happy birthday against scenery that he likes, something that reminds him of his little adventures. He opens the card and aches at the message you wrote.
To one of many more birthdays to come, I hope. May you have an amazing day like you deserve, Jungkook. I’m glad I could be with you this time.
You see his eyes turn glassy and this is the last thing you wanted - for him to be guilty over something he shouldn’t. You’d made that reservation without consulting him; you didn’t have a reason to feel bad about it. That’s how you got over it, and it worked that time.
“Honey, I don’t want you to—”
“Can I keep it?” He asks, surprising you. “I just… want to have as much of you as possible.”
“Alright then,” you smile, hoping this signals the end of him apologizing for things he doesn’t need to. “So we’re fine? Let’s head to that French place, okay? They have a Pastry Library that I want to see.”
“Okay,” he smiles. “I’ll reserve for us. We’ll have that nice, fancy dinner after the main event.”
“The main event?” Your cocked brow meets his now cheeky face.
“Hmm,” he says, taking you in his arms and kissing your lips gently. “You’ll see.”
**
“I don’t think I dressed correctly for this.” You turn to Jungkook, horrified in your 2-piece trouser and crop top set.
“Nah, you’re dressed perfectly,” he smirks, leaning across the car seat to kiss your cheek. “You look stunning, babe.”
“We’re… at a horse race track, Kook. How can I be dressed perfectly?!”
He’d told you earlier to dress like you would at date night. All you knew was dinner at a fancy restaurant and a “main event” that he wanted to keep a secret.
“Relax,” he chuckles. “We won’t be on the actual track. It can get too loud so we’re staying at the lounge where we get to see everything. Makes it easier to bet.”
“So that’s what we’re doing, huh? Betting on a horse race?“ you catch on.
“Yes,” he winks. “Winner gets to choose something the other person is gonna do for them.”
“Anything?” You look excitedly at him. There’s a few things you have in mind.
“Anything,” he confirms. “It could be sexual, sweet, embarrassing… anything. And the other person has to do it.”
“Or else what?”
“There’s no or else, babe. We’re gonna do it whatever happens. That’s the fun of it,” he pouts, and you’re too enamored to turn him down.
“Fine,” you give in.
These dates have been enjoyable for you - you learn a lot about your husband, about you… and they most often than not end up in really good sex, so really, even if you lose the bet, you’re not actually a loser.
“Let’s get going, then. I think I’ll be winning again this time.”

Love Me
Prologue(teaser)
Warning:angst and smut(soon;)
This is chapter 1 link
Tumblr media
Y/N had always dreamt of marrying the same man. She knew his name, his face, his laugh, but she had never met him. She stumbled upon his Instagram one day accidentally and that was it. The dreams had started everyday. It was a recurring dream that left her longing for a love she had yet to experience. It was a man who wasn’t her type. It was a man named Jeon Jungkook.
Jeon Jungkook had become their local celebrity through his funny tiktoks and reels. That was how she stumbled upon him. It was funny for Y/N, how they lived in the same city of Seoul but never met.
She didn’t even think about him like that way until the first dream appeared. It was a very vivid dream for her. She saw them getting married, and the minute she woke up she thought oh well this is ridiculous. Y/N was far from anything superstitious but the continuous dreams in a way spoke to her. So as the eighteen year old she was, kept on stalking his Instagram and tiktoks for fun till she never saw him and he left for the US for higher studies and add the cherry on top he got himself a girlfriend back in Seoul.
Y/N felt like a crazy fan for even thinking about him like that. But soon the wet dreams started. Deep in sleep, she had dreams about Jungkook touching her in between her legs. Telling her he belonged to her. And the moment she woke up she knew she was fucked.
Y/N tried to move on. Hangout with other guys and the moment she thought of another guy, that was the night Jungkook appeared in her dream. Her parents had become worried that she was isolating herself from boys but no she was waiting for him even though he didn’t belong with her or at least that’s what she thought.
Two years had gone by. Y/N was studying at Seoul National University and was happy. She almost hadn’t dream about him in a year. She believed that it was her teenage phase crush that had passed. She didn’t stalk Jungkook or his girlfriend anymore. She was happy in her own bubble till her parents had set her up for a blind date for an arrange marriage with none other than Jeon Jungkook.

HMM?
TOPIC -when your mafia husband gets jealous
Part 6
Tumblr media
She slowly sneaked her hands around my neck. I felt satisfied knowing that now finally my crack head is having some real sense. Finally I was having her as a women otherwise she's always like a cute but scared ambivalent teenager around me. I broke the kiss as I felt her breathings getting heavier. She was breathing heavily as I was really rough. I nuzzled in the crook of her neck while she was catching her breaths "so now you finally know how to act like a woman" I teased her She frowned "what do you mean? I always act like a woman! I AM A WOMAN " She protested "yeah a woman. I saw how you puffed your little chest today to act like a WOMAN " I chuckled in the crook of her neck" " um w-whatever i didn't wanted to walk like that. YOU ASKED ME TO WALK LIKE THAT " I suck her neck. She hissed and moaned "aah.!" "when did I asked you to walk like that hmm? "I said still nuzzling in the crook of her neck. " you yourself told me to act like a WOMAN for god's sake!"
"oh my sweet y/n ! I asked you to act like a woman. I never asked you to walk with puffed chest. Did I ? " " whatever!! I don't have a little chest."
" Well...how would I know I mean you never showed me your ches -" She cut me off by hitting my chest while I groan fakely. She rolled her eyes. I quickly lift my head and trap her between my arms. "did you just rolled your eyes at me ? " I asked while squinting my eyes at her sharply. She looked nervous but only for a second. She raised her brows at me. I widen my eyes at her sudden developed courage. But soon that amazed face turned into a wide smirk. "Very Bold, aren't we?" I spoke but her next move made me shook to my d*ck. The damn woman pulled me through my tie and pecked my lips. I was stunned for a minute but then when I saw her blushing I smirked. "Uh-huh.... the audacity my love you've! So bold and so shy at the same time hmm?" She pursed her lips trying to hide her smile. I leaned in and kissed her once again. We were savouring each other's presence when suddenly, Jimin: Y/N WHERE ARE YO-OH MY MY!!! we both flinched on the sudden shriek. She suddenly pushed me forcefully making me stumble back and collide with the cold wall against us making my head hit the wall. Jimin: OH MY SORRY SORRY! PLEASE CONTINUE !! I'LL TELL UNCLE TO PREPARE ANOTHER PARTY FOR THE UPCOMING MEMBER!! DONT WORRY TAKE YOUR TIME. JUST MAKE A CUTE BABY !! the rat's short tail blabbered some useless nonsense while covering his eyes and turned around and left. Y/n was still in shock while I was groaning and rubbing my head. The wall is damn hard. Thank god I didn't pushed y/n earlier a little more harder,Otherwise god knows what could've happened. I was thinking when, (gasp) "j-jungkook...a-are you fine. Are you okay. Is it hurting." She asked coming towards me. Now she noticed me after a whole decade." Are you hurt?" I glared at her "NO! How can I be hurt! How can anyone be hurt. See this wall its so soft that I enjoyed it. I just want to hit my head once again on it" I uttered angrily. She pursed her lips tightly "S-Sorry....j-jimin came so-" "so he's more important for you now....even more than me" I spoke with gritted teeth and glare at her sharply. " yes...huh....N-No....obviously no- " her sharp naughty tongue slipped again. Great. "I see. Well I don't care. You owe me a whole nigh---- "I mumbled my last words with a smirk but - "yeah yeah....i'll get you the medicine ." I looked at her back in PURE disbelief as she spoke and turned away to leave. Does this woman even listens to me? "what the--- JEON Y/N !!! GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE RIGHT NOW !!! " I shout frustrated. She quickly strolled back to me with the same fast pace she turned to go. She stood in front of me. I deeply looked in her eyes while holding her chin "YOUR PRETTY MOUTH WILL PAY TONIGHT DARLING "
