I just call them A1. (Also Steak sauce haha)

I use just They/Them for them

I am happy with all the fluidity of the other eggs but I want a just they/them

(Also it/its but I don't think those caring for It would like that)

(They would accept it at some point because it is them asking so it isn't dehumanizing)

Also since I made those creature versions of the other eggs (Mythical and non mythical)

I decided to do the same for A1

I’m back with a new build: here’s another italian inspired one, and this time I've built a whole village, with no CC!

It’s built in the beautiful world of Tartosa on a 50x50 lot, with multiple apartments, a restaurant, a coffee shop, a flowers' shop, a book shop and so much more (even a church with a wedding venue inside)!.

I’ve used no CC gallery art by: MOONL1GHTSEEKER, CocoSims2205, Katrindekleine, FruitLoops40.

here's a starter apartment build i made for my own gameplay. nothing special, just a box with some decoration slapped on top😅 the roof got irreversibly messed up at some point too, but i thought you guys might be interested anyway!

the lot is playtested both as a café and a rental residential but i highly recommend @down-in-simsland's new lot traits mod for a better "living above a hipster coffee shop" experience!

This lot can serve as bar or café as well. As I was play testing, I had to move somethings around so the preview photos are slightly different than what’s in the lot to make sure it can function. Café was a little tricky with how I constructed the front end of the place. So I ended up creating an overrides for the espresso machines to allow it to place it on other counters. I found this nifty tutorial here by @ravasheencc if you’d like to learn how to do it.  

I’ve also included an unfurnished apartment if you want to use this lot as a residential or even a ‘Live in Business’ with this mod here (@littlemssam). Please know that I really didn’t use too many packs except to populate the rooftop terrace garden so I could get good plant variety.

They’d been an hour out from finishing their shift where Eddie had every intention of threading his fingers between Buck’s and walking out to his Jeep with the early morning sun on their tired backs. They would’ve gone for breakfast, called Tommy on the way back to the loft, and maybe fooled around a bit until eventually or both of them crashed. Tommy would’ve woken them up with his grumbling about making room for him before pressing a kiss behind the shell of Eddie’s ear and climbing in to sandwich Buck between them. Eddie didn’t like sleeping with someone pressed up behind him and Tommy always claimed he felt like a jungle gym when he was in the middle so Buck oh so graciously offered himself up. Nine out of ten times ended with someone’s arms pretzeled and asleep and Buck somehow with most of the bed but none of them would have it any other way.

They weren’t supposed to be there.

But then the bell went off and they found themselves outside the bank beyond the yellow barriers and staring at the faces of a lot of stricken LAPD officers trying to get control of the scene.

I don’t really play in Twinbrook but from time to time I like to remodel the builds there . I’m not trying to change the whole thing but to adapt it according to the description / name / use for the building.

Renovated on patch 1.67 -Originally in Twinbrook so best placed there (Size: 24x40) - Cat Jungle -

OG lot is a 'Hidden tomb' so to remove it/change it you need to type in a cheat before: 'enablelotlocking true'

The Blue Room & Shuno Brew

Had this idea for a karaoke bar to replace the Maxis one for a looong time. Imagine my disappointment when I finished this and went in live mode only to discover the indoor walls of the café disappear when on the upperlevel due to a platform bug. I somewhat fixed it by placing debug walls, but it's something to take note of. Hopefully they'll fix it. Still like this build too much to scrap it over a stupid bug.
