So the live action Jigen film was REALLY FUN?!

They understood that it needed to be really stylized and popping, but didn’t stumble into garish, fake-cartoon style. The ancillary cast is strong and fun, the villain is rad as hell, Jigen is failing to be stoic all over the place, the script feels better than your average Lupin special, and the firefights are creative and a wild delight!

I’m biased as hell but if this year has taught me anything, being a huge fan of something does not mean I will enjoy it any more than otherwise.

Fell on a wet/slippery set of stairs (it was raining, the steps were outdoors to get inside to the second floor of the main school building, and I was sprinting up the stairs to get to class) (I have a giant bruise on my shin because they were metal stairs), pollen allergies are killing me, there’s a random scratch on my thumb that I have no idea where it came from, I only got 4 hours of sleep, I have muscle knots everywhere, and I’ve discovered that I probably have a hemorrhoid.

I’m having such a great day.
