Before the boops go away quick
I ran out of options but if there is one who calls to you and reveals themselves more boopable than any of these options, put in tag.

so when I started RQG, I had a pleasant time of it for about 40 episodes or so, just great character dynamics, a lot of funny moments, and some really cool world building
and then in the 40s I had to sit up straight and go “oh shit” as I began to see what kind of places Alex was willing to take this narrative and it really hasn’t stopped since

genuine question about blue veins in rusty quill gaming!
are the blue veins canonically aligned evil? in the sense that if someone casts detect evil, they’ll show up? at what point in an infection would that person begin to be detected as evil, versus their original alignment? because they did say that paladins can be turned, which is against requirements for them to stay aligned for their god, on top of the fact that sussing out infected people would have been way less of an issue if you could just detect them. but the presence of corruption in the garden of yerlik later on was undeniably evil. additionally, smite evil worked on shoin’s machine, but that could also have been because shoin himself sucked and was thus accordingly evil.
please comment or reply! I’m genuinely curious if there’s a canon answer that I’ve missed in listening, or what it means if there’s not one.

You’re amazingly skilled and your rqg art has always inspired me, thank you so much for being such an incredible part of the fandom!
Do you have a favorite moment or scene from each season/arc that you feel like sharing?
You rqg people are seriously way too kind wtf 🌼
Thank you so much @thatoneaceinthecorner and honestly, you're super talented as well and getting to know you has been extremely lovely
Gosh this is a big question. There are so many moments that I love from that bloody podcast. I'll try to pick the ones that immediately come to me when I think about each arc. It's gonna be a long one so bear with me:
London: my mind immediately went to Bertie the human statue because I think it's one of the first moments I legit laughed out loud while listening
Paris: the Party talking to Mr Ceiling about morality. It's 100% where I got hooked and from there I devoured the rest of the podcast. Special mention to Bertie's "I hate all of you, apart from Hamid. And you’re alright [pointing at Sasha]" because it killed me
Prague: Zolf's "there has been one thing that has got me through all of this and that’s Cambell’s books" followed by Hamid's vaguely disgusted "Oh, really?" and the way I could feel Zolf murdering stare even through an audio format.
Cairo: me getting emotional over Bryn getting emotional over Hamid getting emotional. Thank you Alex
Damascus: Grizzop crying because Sasha is important and he wants her to understand that. Special mention to Sasha and Wilde's pun fest because I love those two idiots so much
Rome: idk but definitely nOT HAMID FIREBALLING HIMSELF FOR FUCK'S SAKE BRYN
Ancient Rome: nope. Fuck ancient Rome
Japan: Zolf Smith. Just. Him. (special mention to Cel immediately asking if Zoscar was a thing after seeing the idiots interact for literally a split of second)
Hiroshima: Azu my beloved being beautiful and owning my heart and the conversation she has with Earhart
On the Vengeance: so so many beautiful moments. I cannot choose one. I cannot.
Northern Wastes: it's OBVIOUSLY "I need you Wilde" like COME ON. COME. ON. Both 176 and 177 were seriously incredible tho
The Garden: I want to say Wilde singing and Hamid being a badass
London 2.0: the utter joy in Alex's voice when he finally revealed "the one that got away" mystery
Svalbard: how well the Party worked together. I love them so much. Also let Hamid and Zolf be friends pls
London 3.0: Episode 207 and the way it ended my existence. Special bonus: the amount of sheer anxiety I experienced during these last few episodes at the thought of loosing members of the Party.
There are so many more moments that I loved tho. Feel free to write your own whoever is reading this so I can relive them as well. I love this podcast so much and I'm both scared and excited for the next and last episode. I’m sure it’s going to be epic

Audio
If I had a nickel for every time Alex J Newall acted against himself in a scene where one character had his regular voice and the other had just the deepest voice, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it’s happened twice
