Had a panic attack at work for the first time in *years* and had to take my lunch break early because of it. The last few months of horrible life events have finally caught up with me. Currently crying in my car, and trying to pull myself together before my lunch break ends in 3 minutes.

I apologize for being so flaky the past few weeks. School is coming to a close and we’ve had a million and one appointments 😩 AND I’ve been preparing for my vacation as well.

I have content scheduled through the beginning of May but then it will probably be patchy after that 😅 I’m still writing just not nearly as much as I’d like.

Still not the best week but I am moving forward and gonna have a little movie night with a friend

And I am coming to terms that I just feel burnt out cause of work (there is a very big overwhelming project that just became more overwhelming its fine its fine)

i find it very hard to give half a shit about improving my life sometimes. often, even.

it is the want to care more than the actual act of caring that makes me take the few steps i do.
