DC X DP PROMPT #11

Under some erroneous conditions, Vlad has become a contractor for the Justice League. It would be fine if Vlad Masters was the JL contact, but no, Plasmius has landed the gig. Somehow the vampire supervillain look didn't throw them off (he swears he never had to overshadow anyone, either)

This is not the main issue as of, though. The main issue is Danny. Not that Danny is ever really an issue, it's more of what happeneds to Danny that's a problem. Well - Dannys.

The three of them were out, minding their own business when some stray defecto GiW agents came out of nowhere. This was no longer supposed to be an issue. With Vlad having connections to the JL the GiW had been officially disbanded and their actions made illegal. This obviously did not stop some of the organization's former members.

Anyway, the Dannys were out bonding, typical sibling activities (no Dan, arson does not count. Yes, we can brawl though) when some rogue GiW agents fresh out of government-backed work caught them in the unawares. This would normally be a nonissue but these particular agents had managed to get their hands on some thought to be destroyed Fenton prototypes.

These agents had managed to capture the trio. Now, they had only held the Danny's for less than a day, but give an inch take a mile. Jack and Maddie had busted into the hodgepodge setup, guns blazing, Vlad not far behind. The damage was already done though. Jordan and Danielle were mostly just banged up, a little worse for wear, but no one was melting. It was Danny that was having issues.

Danny seemed to be the major target of the former agents ire. They had managed to get to his core. This damage wasn't irreversible, from what Frostbite had told them, but it was detrimental to the young ghost. He was still developing, this was simply not good for the Great One's health!

Through careful consideration, it was decided that in order to heal from this, Danny would be better off retreating into his core for this. He had already started the process of doing so in the short time they had been in the Far Frozen. Normally, when one of the Dannys would retreat into their core they would be placed under careful watch by the family, but with Danny's core being damaged the call was made that he would need to be carried.

Nearly everyone had volunteered to do such, all were turned down for various reasons. Jordan and Danielle were still injured (and Dani still had a perpetuity to melt at times). Jack and Maddie were denied on the fact that having a leaking source of ectoplasm would be a detrament to their own health, regardless of how liminal they were from years of constant exposure. In the end, the job fell on Vlad. No one was really thrilled with this (besides the man himself) but Frostbite insisted he would be the best fit for the situation. His human side would nourish Danny's and his ghost half would supply him with ample Ecto for proper healing.

Vlad was ecstatic, especially to tell the League that he would be taking maternity leave.

The Universe Pictured: Playboy Brucie Wayne is out and proud DRAGMAN, the superhero of your dreams! Yes you, cutie!~ ;)

Friend, currently on a fanfiction binge - Lol 😂 Oh my god now I really want a drag Queen Bruce fic I also want him to still be Batman. The juxtaposition of him as a sassy drag Queen a dumb playboy billionaire and a brooding vigilante is hilarious.

Me, a wannabe writer with a chaotic streak a mile wide, far too much creativity, and no one physically present to stop me - Okay but his drag Queen getup absolutely HAS to be based on Batman. He'll claim he just has a crush on the hero and “always liked the bad boys 😘” and everyone either thinks it's true or that he's mocking Batman.

And if anyone even thinks to voice “maybe..... Bruce Wayne... is Batman?” The IMMEDIATE response would be eye rolls and incredulity and “are you for fucking real? Brucie Wayne fucking DRAGS Batman. Literally and figuratively. There is 0 resemblance and NO way emo Bat Boy could possibly stomach all that glitter. Batman wouldn't be caught DEAD in glitter!”

Meanwhile, Bruce is sitting there in full Batman mode, saying nothing because otherwise he'd be cackling, texting Alfred (because of course Alfred makes his outfits, who else has that sharp fashion sense? If Bruce brings the drama, Alfred brings the Queen 👑) to ask him to make DRAGMAN's next outfit with 100000000000% more glitter, sequins, and sparkles out of spite because exCUSE you members of the JL?! He looks FABULOUS in glitter, thank you very much, and he damn well knows it!

The next time the JL sees DRAGMAN on TV in his new disco ball outfit that he still somehow rocks, the unfortunate team member that suggested that Bruce Wayne might be Batman is laughed out of the room.

Weeks later, Bruce is “caught” by that same member without his mask on. They both look at each other for a second, the member in shock and Bruce in absolute amusement, before Bruce puts on the Batman mask and says in DRAGMAN's signature cutesy, bubbly voice “no one will ever believe you” and walks away.

The member doesn't even try to say anything. Because they know that he is 100% right.

The JL member unfortunate enough for this to happen to?

It's Plastic Man.

Head canon that I explore in one of my fics; not only does wisdom of Solomon sensor Billy but it also keeps him from being rude and forces him to use respectful language while he’s ‘working’(aka on a mission from shazam) to keep from starting diplomatic nightmares. (New 52 Billy would be boiling with rage every time the phrase “Mr. Batman, sir’ crosses his lips)

Also it makes sense to me that Harley got to kill Batman

Not just because she's from his rogue gallery

but because head to head Harley is the only "Villain" to ever beat Batman on her own

Anytime she "lost" to him it was with someone else's help/interference/distraction: Joker or Ivy

If Harley had decided on her own (away from Joker and Ivy) to kill Batman just because she wanted to, she absolutely could and I think Batman knew that

Harley being an anti-hero, having a slight crush/respect for Batman, and having some sort of moral compass is the only reason he's still alive

Harley knew Batman even without knowing he was Bruce Wayne

If anyone was going to take Batman out when he went rogue (and the Bat Fam wasn't around to do it) it was going to be Harley

I enter the fandom crossover tag. One is a mid-2000s kids cartoon that has slowly been replaced with fanon due to cool ideas but less than great writing, the other is a Comics/Cartoon/TV show/game/movies with over 70 years of history with various writers, and ever-changing canon, making it impossible to know every single little thing.

There is an interesting writing prompt for the crossover with a good amount of notes, indicating that other people liked this prompt and have written for it and/or recommended fics with similar ideas.

I enter the notes.

WHOOPS the first one I see is someone complaining about the prompt because either

1.) they don't like the core idea of the prompt

2.) The core idea for the prompt doesn't exist in canon

3.) One persons addition later in a large reblog chain doesn't align with canon

About half of the notes are some guy on a soapbox yelling about how this prompt is stupid and bad and people replying to tell them off for soapboxing on a writing prompt

Conclusion: I am begging people to learn Tumblr etiquette and scroll pass shit they don't like PLEASE

Hi, if you'd like to know more about me here's a few things.

I love to draw, sing, and dance. I've made a few of my own songs too (but you can't find them anywhere). My drawings are kinda 2 sided, I love drawing cutesy things that appeal to my more innocent/agere side, but I also love drawing spooky, creepy stuff that appeals to my dark/spooky-loving side. My favorite singers are Annapanstu, Caleb Hyles, Lydia The Bard, and Taylor Swift. (sorry if I spelled any of those wrong.)

I'm into more things than just Bluey and Resident Evil. I really like The Sims 3 & 4, Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir, My Little Pony, FNAF, Friends, Paw Patrol, 101 Dalmatian Street, Helluva Boss, Disney stuff, Two Sentence Horror Stories, Justice League Action, DC Superhero Girls, Scooby-Doo: Mystery Incorporated, We Lost Our Human, Care Bears: Unlock The Magic, The Good Place, Batman The Animated Series/DC stuff, Nailed It, Octonauts, and Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. My all-time favorite movie is Resident Evil: Retribution. My favorite actor is Milla Jovovich (sorry if I spelled it wrong).

I also like just about everything the stereotypical girl likes: makeup designs, decorating, stickers, dresses, feminine hair styles, boys. But I'm a guy -ish.

I love anything horror: horror games, horror movies/shows, horror stories/creepypastas, etc. I also love Sci-fi and fantasy, and I love sitcoms (I love the drama).

The JLA has like, a 'family reunion' type-thing where its the mains + their family/mentors/proteges are invited. It really gets out of hand every year with the kids inviting all of their friends so 99% of the proteges end up there anyway. and that's A LOT of people so it really just ends up an informal group hang out in Bruces biggest ball room

its a huge event for them, there's all the stuff like talent shows (where you display a talent completely unrelated to your hero identity) and shit.

Like, you KNOW you've peaked, you've hit the top when you get that golden invite in the mail.
