I think Fallen Kingdom explains... SPOILERS

how Rexy has lived so long, and how she may still be alive for a while.

As Zia explains to Franklin that the dinosaur clones could live up to 5x as long as their original known lifespans... if the dinosaur was raised in the best conditions.

So, as long as nothing “bad” happens, I think Rexy may be up for at least another movie or two.

Also, pretty cool that Blue got a “Rexy Moment”

Yo, so I’m watching Jurassic Park and you know what I JUST FREAKING REALIZED???

That moment in Fallen Kingdom, where Rexy does her power pose?? Not just an amazing throwback to the original..

In Jurassic Park, she does the Thing™️, and the banner falling says ‘When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth’, and when she does it in Fallen Kingdom, she then LITERALLY runs off INTO THE WORLD and then squares up to a lion, the current ‘King of the Beasts’.

Like, I really don’t give a shit if you liked this movie or not, I adored the hell out of all the callbacks and parallels this movie did. This one especially.

It’s super silly to change the genders of the raptor squad in particular because Hoskins (the villain of the movie) constantly referred to them as boys and was constantly corrected by Barry. Towards the end of the film Hoskins calls Delta a “good boy” and tries to avoid being killed by her, but Delta kills him.

I think the real reason why Jurassic World is called “Jurassic World” is because in the next sequel the story will most likely not be on one of the islands anymore, were going to see dinosaurs being created on the mainlands and something will most likely go wrong and the world will be filled with dinosaurs once again. Thus called Jurassic World

I didn’t know what to expect from Jurassic World. 

Jurassic Park was literally one of my favorites when I was a child. You wouldn’t believe how much into that movie I was. Before the movie started, I just whispered a thing: “Please, be a good movie”.

And it was, it delivered. It was great. 

Except for the unbelieavable shoehorned romance, the narrative and the storyline is good. Yeah, the first minutes are kinda boring but it introduces us to the characters, trying to make us relate with them. And the plot gets more interesting as the movie progresses, just like in Jurassic Park.

The older brother is an empty asshole. You don’t get to like him but just feel pity for him.

Overall, 8/10

Is there any way the other raptor besides blue is still alive? I don't know which one it was that didn't get grilled/blown up... but could she have survived?

Delta is the one I think you can hear at the end of the movie. Blue is walking away from the group down mainstreet and you hear a raptor calling from the left (the direction Delta was thrown in) and Blue runs toward it.
