I really liked your teen reader moon knight story! I wanted to ask what you think the type of relationship the teen reader would hav Ewing Steven and Jake.

Thank you!!! Here's how imagine they would be

Jake:

We know Jake has the protector role so he would definitely be protective over teen!r, sometimes even much more than Marc and Steven.

He care for you despite how many times he intimidated you. He doesn't want you to be (((emotionally))) close to him seeing he is a dangerous man.

Jake was really scary at first, you first met him after he went ape shit and kill people in a mission so you had your first impressions, but as you get closer to him you realized that he isn't such a violent man he is on the outside.

He gives in to you rather more quickly than the other alters.

"Jake, can you give me a piggyback ride?"

"Aren't you a little bit too old for that?"

"But can I?"

"Sure, hop on."

Definitely sets the "no dating until you're 30" rule, but he would give you dating advices whenever he can.

"Now, Y/N, you should never date someone like that."

"Knowing you, I probably won't be able to date anyone, ever."

You asked him to teach you Spanish and he gladly accepted as his alters don't speak Spanish, which leads to you two having tons of inside jokes because neither Marc nor Steven knows what you were talking about.

He knows the best ice cream in town and would always take you there after a mission or simply a tiring day. He knows your favorite flavor and would bought you it if you weren't able to go there with him.

No one, and I mean, no one could hurt you under his watch.

Steven:

As of Steven, he would show his affection for you whenever he has the chance. He's comfortable being around you and so are you.

He would hold your hand when walking across the street, he would spend his free time with you doing whatever, he would comfort you with comforting words when you seemed down at the slightest. He's just the best.

☆☆☆ late night stargazing ☆☆☆

He has trouble sleeping and you can't sleep before it's late so you two would stay up until one of you fell asleep.

Sometimes you'd discuss a book, a movie, or poetry, anything to stay up.

You'd randomly popped up at the museum and silently judged Steven's co-workers for being rude to him, he tried to tell you that it's okay, but you never really stopped bcs Steven is too precious hashtag Steven Grant protection squad

He would buy you chips!! And chocolates!! And sandwiches!!

You once slept with your head on his lap and he's afraid to move without waking you up.

*Whispering* "Uh... Marc? What should I do?"

"Just get up."

"I can't, I'll wake them up."

*Marc sighed* "Put the pillow under their head as you do so."

"That's a good idea."

One day you almost gave Steven a heart attack when he came back to his flat and found Gus missing. A few moments later you came in with Gus inside a blender in your hand saying, "I took Gus for a walk! :D"

He'd trust you so much with Gus, you and Gus are basically siblings to him, his children that he needs to love and p r o t e c c.

Marc (bonus):

I'm gonna add Marc as a bonus because why not? (plus i think i kinda made him ooc on my last mk fic so let's count this as my attempt in characters study)

He's a jerk to everyone but you (and Layla (and Steven)).

There are times where you wanted to punch him but not even ten minutes later you two would be on good terms again.

*arguing* "I just helped you!"

"Who said I needed any help?!"

"You selfish– I hate you!"

"I hate me too, get in line."

"..."

"... are you okay?"

"No, are you?"

"Not really, can we order pizzas tonight?"

"Of course."

Marc used to be so against of having other people helping him in his business so sometimes he'd still be grumpy about you helping him, but deep down he's actually happy to have someone to count on aside from himself.

Surprisingly good at taking care of you somehow??? Like he shielded you away from his enemies well though it ended when they found out about you but still.

He's a tough guy but you have your ways to get what you want from him.

"Boo! Marc is no fun! Steven > Marc."

"Hey, take that back!"

"Nope unless you agreed to play in the arcade with me."

"... Fine, but only this one time."

He doesn't wanna look like he has a soft spot for you but he does and you teased him relentlessly for that

"Hurry up, Y/N, or I'll leave you!"

"You won't ;)"

"You're right, I won't but just be quick!"

We have a... piece of merchandise! :O

Hex has been threatening to make a Tenel Ka pin for YEARS now but she can't art so I never did. She finally got off her butt and ~attempted,~ choosing to make it an acrylic pin cause then the lightsaber blade color could be included that way (as the color of the acrylic) instead of trying to add length to the pin with the blade or something and she actually LIKES????? the way it turned out?????????????????? SOMEWHAT??

We didn't order many cause we had no idea who else might care, hehehe. But they can be found over here if anyone else wanted to show their love for the Best Hapan/Dathomirian Warrior Queen Mom Badass Jedi! :D

We might have some more ideas for stuff in the future so keep an eye out (we'll make a post on that stuff and other stuff we have made soon including the candle some of you might remember! :D)~

...also, yes, hex is still threatening to make the YOLO FOR DJOLO shirt because she is the worst ahhhhhhdkjafk;lsdjfksdjfasdkfjsdkfj heheheheheheh

hello!! given that it is the first weekend in june, i'd like to go through everything that i read in the month of may and say if i would or would not recommend it and why. lets go !!

in chronological order of reading:

king of pride - ana huang: YES absolutely! god i loved this book. more specifically, yes i would recommend it if you like opposites attract in romance and dating, or if you like income gap relationships ( he's a billionaire, she's a struggling author ), and yes if you like incredibly hot and well written spicy scenes between characters. i honestly can't even think of a no unless you literally just hate spicy romance as a genre; even then i still think this book deserves a chance for your time. i absolutely adore this book.

2. den of vipers - k.a. knight: yes if you miss reading self-insert on wattpad and like pick me fmcs. the vipers themselves do have a lot of good character behind them, but as far as the fmc...i just really didn't like her. i did finish the entire book hoping that it would get better towards the end, but in my opinion the ending was one of the worse parts of the book and throughout it all it felt very predictable. would i generally recommend this? no. but it's definitely a hit or miss book. you'll either really like it, or not like it at all.

3. does it hurt? - h.d. carlton: yes yes yes yes yes. this was my favorite read of the month of may. i'd recommend it even more if you like witty and funny fmcs; it's sort of a dark romance version of grumpy x sunshine. it has a lot of spice and it's very creative if that makes sense? it's not just boring vanilla missionary, that's for sure. the mmcs character is phenomenal and both of them each have very full character arcs. but i wouldn't recommend it if mentions of incest and domestic abuse trigger you, or if body horror and gore triggers you.

4. never lie - freida mcfadden: yes if you're new to thrillers and want something easy to digest. definitely not if you're not new to thrillers and have read some absolutely breathtaking ones that kept you up at night. to me it had a rather predictable storyline, a twist that falls flat, and characters with absolutely zero depth or anywhere near a completed arc. i really did not like this book at all. also yes if you like a quick read; this didn't take me very long to get through.

5 + 6. there are no saints / there is no devil [ sinner's duet ] - sophie lark: yes if you like a "beginner" dark romance that doesn't stray too far into depravity, but still has a very dominant and demanding mmc. no if you've read things by h.d. carlton or other dark romance authors and that's your expectation level. this might come off as boring to you. however as this was a bit tame for me storyline wise, the spicy scenes were amazing and i did like that they were both artists. i feel like usually billionaires are business-oriented but it was cool to see a wealthy and famous artist. also yes if you like mentor romance dynamics.

7. iced out - veronica eden: yes if you like boys who are very clearly written by women ( in a good way! ). the mmc is perfectly balanced; he's as hot and dominant as he is cute and sweet and nice and thoughtful. he's pretty much the picturesque model citizen for what a girl typically would want in a perfectly healthy romantic relationship. there's very little drama between characters, which i personally liked. but no if parental death or familial death or grief/loss are triggers for you. for a more in-depth response, i did a spoiler free book review here!
