What’s this? Two riders in two days?
Well since it took me... 6 months... since I last posted Den-O, I thought it would be better to finish the last two Heisei Riders of phase 1 before I posted either. Decade was I little complicated to figure out (insert onore! meme here) But then I thought ‘Hey! How about using the others as inspiration’ Aaaaand this is it. Bit on the nose? Maybe. But the others symbol literally appear for a brief moment around Tsukasa when he transforms so... you know.
As always hope you like this. Please reblog so it can reach more of the Toku community!

Hello it’s like midnight and I’m just thinking for the hundredth time about how Tsukasa’s existence is just a beautiful thing.
Like I know we all make Pink Janai Mgenta jokes because they are funny and my darling little shit deserves to be mocked mercilessly but I just.
Magenta is the color that doesn’t exist, okay? Magenta is the color that doesn’t exist and it’s Tsukasa’s color because Decade has no story. Tsukasa is a nonentity. He’s a destroyer at worst and the one behind the camera helping capture and direct the others’ stories at best. He has no memory of his past.
He isn’t a hero, doesn’t know how to be one. He isn’t anything.
Decade has no story which means that he doesn’t exist.
Which is why I love his catchphrase. “I’m just a passing through Kamen Rider, remember that.” And his dub catchphrase “I’m just a masked rider who’s passing through. Remember me.” Because by being remembered he exists.
BY BEING REMEMBERED HE EXISTS.
And what are photos but captured memories? Who is Tsukasa, by the time of his resurrection, but a physical manifestation of all the people who remembered him? Because he went beyond his purpose?
And if photos are memories are his very existence, if his existence is his powers is the rippling dimensions, then who is to say that it isn’t magenta? Magenta, the color that doesn’t exist but is key for picture printing? Tsukasa, the preserver of others stories who takes that and makes it his own?
