I actually have no idea what to caption this with. Uh... Kaeya and Lumine kissing. Haha. They... theyre so similar you guys... Its so.. so sickening... Cosmic being of light longing for a home and her lost pirate prince guy stuck between two homelands. Both who have experienced deep codependent sibling relationships they couldnt live without with their bug brothers brutally taken away from them by force. The way theyre both unable to take compliments or praise about their kindness or heroism well. Haha. Im normal about them I promise.

I am now obsessed with the idea of Lumi knowing other descenders that sometimes stop by Teyvat just to say hi to her.

I mean, if she and her brother have been traveling between worlds for so long, they are bound to meet others that do the same. With Lumine’s curious nature, she would most likely come over to chat with those people and exchange stories, and perhaps even traveling together for a while.

With her being as lovable as she is, those other travelers sometimes decide to follow her to some other worlds just to see how she’s doing. Y’know, like ancient beings who have been friends for centuries and occasionally meet up in random worlds.

Now, imagine if one of them stops by Teyvat because they haven’t seen her in a while (500 years coma and all that jazz) and were starting to get worried.

Now think of her harem’s reaction when they see this hot looking creature, that clearly knows more abt Lumine than they could ever hope to and to wrap thing up with a nice little bow, they can follow her to any world she ends up in.

I think some of them would be fascinated to se another being like Lumine but change their minds after seeing how chummy they act around each other. (Like Albedo, Venti, Kaeya, Zhongli, Cyno, Tighnari and Diluc)

While others would be the personification of jealousy. They don’t care who this person is, they just want them away from Lumine. (Scara and Childe)

And ofc there is the depressive bunch that will just think “wow, this person is so much better than me” and back off, silently crying to themselves (Xiao, Gorou)

Now, to make it worse, imagine that person is the kind of friend that acts like they are married to their pal. They know Lumi’s favorite food, color, book, her hobbies, the things she dislikes; they touch her casually and carry around any essentials she might need and comfort her when she remembers abt her brother.

The guys are all afraid she might suddenly decide to leave with that person, leaving them all behind, so they do their best to remind her of the good things about Teyvat, in attempt to convince her to stay.

They all come together to treat her with an almost royal treatment, claiming it to be repayment for all her hard work, when in reality they just really want to spoil her.

Of course, Lumi is confused at the sudden affection she is being showered with - after all she would never even consider leaving without her brother - but she is thankful for it nonetheless.

How about some headcannons for Kaeya and his Traveller!S/O? (Featuring a Paimon cameo ofc)

I just like the idea that traveller (and those close) can use waypoints to be in multiple nations within a day. Just finished Sumeru commissions? Let's go to Good Hunter for lunch!

And that's exactly how Kaeya can get his knightly duties done and accompany his S/O. I'd also imagine he makes up some excuse that he's acting a diplomat for Mondstat..

Regardless I personally have dragged Kaeya around Teyvat like a child drags around their favorite blanket. The man has been EVERYWHERE. From Enkanoimiya to the Jade Chamber he's starting to rival Diluc's own travels.

As a fellow Kaeya main, agreed. This man has never left my team and I have gone to every nation in Teyvat with him. Kaeya Mains/Simps unite. I didn’t come up with a lot, but here are some ideas I did have (:

Kaeya traveled with you to Liyue but he had to return once you had to go to Inazuma. He has responsibilities in Mondstadt, he can’t be gone forever when his army is already absentee.

He doesn’t understand how the hell you managed to get the monuments around the map to work as teleporters

All he does know, teleporting makes his stomach flip and he hates it (but he’ll never tell you that)

The good thing about it though is being able to hold you close to his chest for the teleportation to work.

He does love the opportunity to take you to nice places though, he’s gone to several of the nations on business trips and negotiations so when you bring him to say, Fontaine, expect nice crepe shops or fancy French restaurants treated by him.

Kaeya is also 1000000% a shopper, has an eye for fashion, and gift giving is his language so both of you can spend an afternoon in different nation’s shops trying on outfits (and Kaeya will buy them for you as gifts for a later date)

He also buys gifts for friends in Mondstadt if he’s spending the day for you (which you don’t mind, they’re your friends too after all)

Diluc at this point has several Sumerian Vases in all sorts of colors, patterns, and cultures

It also makes his life easier if you send him to nations for conferences or business meetings, saves a few days of travel, and can get there almost instantly. Plus, he'll spend all his free time with you

His favorite thing though is when you surprise him with some special date. A picnic in Inazuma, overlooking the sunset over the city, a private night in King Deshret’s tombs, or scuba diving in the reefs of Fontaine, whenever you plan something special, his heart fucking melts.

Lumiharem and their Endearments

Dilumi

"my love" / "love"

It just slipped out so naturally from Diluc's lips that he didn't even realized what he called her until he caught Lumine gaping at him. She still teases him nonstop about it.

Lumine has no problem using such endearments in public although Diluc only does it when they're alone or close enough that no one else could hear. Unless of course he gets jealous or someone tries to hit on Lumi

Kaelumi

"starlight"

The idea just came to Kaeya one day it just grew over time, Lumine often wonders if he's only using the endearment to tease her and thinks nothing of it. But the way Kaeya called her starlight when she was silently crying in her bed one night was nowhere near playful, his tone was so warm and painfully intimate that Lumine couldn't help but hold on to him as she lets everything go.

Zhonglumi

"Darling"

Lumine said it as a joke and Zhongli was more than happy enough to take it seriously.

I don't know what else to fucking say other than the fact that these two are like an old married couple that won't stop showing how in love they are in public. They're shameless.

Zhongli adores it, but his favorite is when she calls him "my darling Morax" when she's writhing and moaning underneath him.

Chilumi

моя дорогая (moya dorogaya) / "my dear"

Lumine has no fucking idea what it meant and thought it was another way of him calling her his partner and Childe never did correct her. Every time he calls her that in front of his co-workers, they'd always try and steal a sneaky glance and Lumine keeps wondering why.

She only found out when she asked one of the Fatuus in Northland Bank.

Enjoulumi

"Princess"

He just wanted to get on Lumine's nerves to be quite honest, but as he kept calling her that, it gradually just stuck over time. Lumine hates to admit it out loud but she started to like hearing the way he called her princess every time they'd see each other.

Ayatolumi

"Wife"

Ayato just straight up called her his wife one day and no one had the guts to say anything about it. Lumine was too busy processing whatever fuck just happened.

It gets to her. Every. Single. Time. And Ayato loves how she always ends up getting flustered.

When Lumine jokingly called him husband to get back at him one day, she had to physically stop him from telling the entire estate to prepare the ceremony.

Thomalumi

"Honey" / "Hun"

Lumine couldn't help it, she's been wanting to call him that ever since she realizes how sweet and wonderful he was. When Thoma heard heard it he almost dropped an entire tray of food, his face resembling the same color as his vision.

It took him some time to get used to it but when he did, oh how the tables were turned.

Every time she announces that she's heading out, he always replies with "Take care honey!" And Lumine could only scream internally.

Ittolumi

"Babe"

THIS. I don't think I need to explain this.

Lumine either loves it or hates it, there's no in between.

Thoughts on how Mondstadt went [3]:

kaeya trusts lumi after the whole 'helped save Mondstadt AND Dvalin' thing'. like CLEARLY she's a good person, absolutely super sweet and also really cool (she fought a dragon yall just WAIT till Liyue).

also, i'm sorry, i know the joke is that the only thing ppl have ever done to help the traveler is put up missing persons posters, but i cannot fathom that Jean would sit there, after the ENTIRE THING, and just put up posters.

i just imagine, like: Jean: how tf do i repay her??? she needs more than posters,,, Kaeya: yo i got an idea Jean: where tf did u come from Kaeya: dw abt it, we should send an envoy w/ the Traveler to help her out on her journey.

bc Kaeya would totally think of a good way to help her out bc she DID save Mondstadt, ok. like he loves Mondstadt ofc he'd want to repay her.

anyway Jean's like 'k u can go, its not like u have any horses or cavalry to worry abt'. this was NOT Kaeya's intent btw, he totally imagined Jean sending someone else bc that's just what he figured she'd do, so he was like 'i'm flattered but maybe we let lumine decide that??' bc he figures like Lumine would ask for someone like Amber or somethin

Fluffy Feburary [2024], Day 20 Prompt- Partners @fluffyfebruary

Kaeya was someone Lumine enjoyed working with, though she'd never admit it. Admitting it would make him far too smug for her taste.

But they were partners, they worked together and then went out to eat. Even though deep inside Lumine could feel that this time was different, he wasn't taking her to Good Hunter or Angel's Share. Instead he took her to his home. And that was still weird for her to think about, that he had an actual home.

But as he told her to make herself comfortable while he prepared something made her heart beat faster in her chest. She couldn't help it as her thoughts drifted and wondered what the surprise might be.

Her thoughts snapped back to attention as she heard footsteps making their way towards her, turning her head Lumine stopped short. Because Kaeya was far more dressed down then she'd ever seen him before.

His shoes were gone and so were the tight pants that she'd grown accustomed to seeing, in their place was some shorts. Her eyes drifted up, his layers were gone and all that was left was a loose white shirt. Quickly pushing her eyes up further she looked him in the eyes.

A smirk appeared on his face as he looked at her, as he walked over, the cake slices balanced on the plates in his hands- which really, how was it fair that he had such nice hands?- as he set them down on the table in front of her.

She scooched over a bit a so that he could sit beside her, but not too close. Too close and her mind might begin to wander, to wonder about how his lips would feel on hers... Shaking herself out of it she reached forwards and grabbed the plate, out of the corner of her eye she could see him watching her with mirth in his eye.

A flush spread its way across her cheeks as she began to eat, chuckling under his breath Kaeya grabbed his own plate and began to eat the sweet treat. But all too soon the slices were gone and it was just them.

Turning to him their faces bumped together, making them laugh. The tension that had slowly began to make home in her bled out as she laughed with him. This was Kaeya, her partner.

She trusted him... which was why as she felt herself become drowsy that she didn't retreat into the teapot and instead allowed herself to drift off on Kaeya's shoulder.
