YAY!!! i said this on my insta but in my correct opinion if you don’t draw kyojuro’s hair as a big wild curly untameable mane-like entity then just don’t bother drawing him at all cuz you’d b doing it wrong.

For the outfit swap, maybe the hashira or the upper moons? Or swaps between the hashira and upper moons. Personally I’m a big fan of Daki and I think she could pull off a lot of different looks. She also seems like the kind of person to steal peoples clothes and wear them without asking
