q's! abt! muggle! au! what do you have remaining to finish it? what are you most proud of about it? what did you take inspo from for it?

what do you have remaining to finish it? essentially, i’ve got some scenes to stitch together & a few (larger & smaller) gaps to fill. the anatomy of the whole thing has clicked, now i just ... need to write the scenes i couldn’t be arsed to write yet. & i’m not entirely sure what exactly to do with the ending. i know the scene, i just ... need to find a line or a beat to end on.

what are you most proud of about it? proud is maybe the wrong word but i’ve had a lot of FUN figuring out their backstories in this new setting & story & how they would impact them. a lot of things are the same - some are not. i’m hopeful that the new aspects of their personalities & dynamics shine through, but that they still feel like them. :)

what did you take inspo from for it? i always have a soundtrack that shapes the tone or beats of the story to a degree. in a very gen z move i also have a pinterest board, heh. (i’m not sharing either right now, if that’s alright, because ... spoilers?) also, since it’s set in london and loosely inspired by a party i went to, a lot of my london memories have found their way into this. 💗
