Should you exercise on holiday? Yes, but choose some fun activity or a new sport! Just change it up a bit from the normal routine! Holidays are a time to relax and reset. This doesn't mean laying on a sunbed for the entire holiday? You can swim in the sea, try some paddle boarding, yoga on the beach or go for a hike. This is still exercise and great for the mind and body!!
