In teens, watching WWF and Rocky saga, it was obvious to misinterpret fitness with bulky and lifting weights. After teens and about to start a career, one tends to do anything to get rid of that bulk and shapeless muscle so one can fit into smart clothes. Then a girl comes along, a different life starts and within the limited time, apart from the time wasted lazying around, one can’t pull together enough patience to figure out a sustainable workout, so starts yoga, a great method but demands a lot of patience and time. So, obviously, it too fails to get adapted. Then, looking at current generation’s teens and fresh out of college career seekers, one realises that there has been one particular workout which has kept people fit without any equipment and expense.
