To answer the question of @shewhoeatssand, here are my ships for the neki. My fav are Amoneki (due to their dynamics) and HideKane (the ship by proxy, also because Kuroneki is my fav)

AriHaise is also ship by proxy because my friend is a huge fan. You can already guess what blog caused the ReaperEto. And KingNeki x Touka for the endgame but I don't really have much thoughts about them, just like "oh they're canon"

And bonus Sasako x blue haired Touka because smh I prefer HaiseTou to KaneTou and Touka has big bisexual lean female energy to me so

The two ships that I acknowledge but not really care for is KaneRize and Shuuneki, mostly because their dynamics are not my thing.

It’s like saying “Thank you.” When you compliment someone for their hard work at the end.

In the west, people type “lol” In Japan, people type “wwwww” “w” stands for “warau” means “to laugh”

Body Languages:

There are instances where you do not have to speak but merely show your body language to tell them that you are listening or understand what they are saying, you will have to watch the video for his explanation.

My Thoughts:

It’s a fun 10 minutes video telling you what you need to know before you go Japan and flex your “basic Japanese” to “impress” the locals.

It’s hilarious to me because I have worked with ex-colleagues (Japanese) and it finally makes sense when I think back about numerous occasions.

The thing about Japanese people is that they are indirect and incredibly polite that they won’t say “no” directly to avoid offending you and to save face.

It’s like you ask for help and they won’t say “NO” to your face but tries to soften the blow and say “I’d like to but so and so.” so you won’t feel angry.

They are very particular about image so the last thing they want is to be embarrassed publicly in front of everyone for saying “No.”

Which is why they are often seen as “shy” when they are actually “reserved” and you need a long time to break down the walls to get to them. They can be quite funny once they are comfortable with you or trust you. Once they know what jokes are considered okay and not okay to you and them.

But this is just my personal experience as different people have different experience meeting different people with different personalities.

Kentou Akatsuka -- written as 赤塚 健闘 meaning red mound and fighting bravely -- is a boy of Japanese-Chinese origin. He’s not much of a speaker, not out of choice as he’s mute, and it makes him far more imposing than he actually is. Not to say he ISN'T imposing, he always is. Tall, dark and mysterious, he has a very thuggish appearance. [ HE HAS A COOL SCARF!! It's actually shit, but it's made by the kids he cares for, so it means the world to him ] 

He appreciates his alone time, where he lays in his massive collection of stuffed animals to become one with them, but he has no problem helping out with kids in the neighborhood. They like him a lot, actually. Which makes the loss of him very upsetting to the children, tragically dying and sealing his fate as a Damned Soul -- basically a soul with some serious unfinished business. Unlike many other Damned Souls, he was neither a captive nor follower of DIO, he simply perished in a car crash protecting one of the children he cared for. This unfortunately happens after he had a disagreement with his parents who strongly believed he was wasting his time and acting as a glorified babysitter.

He haunts the areas he usually took the kids to and causes a fuss when someone mistreats these ‘sacred areas’. Kakyoin picking a flower with the intent to offer it to the self insert accidentally sets him off, and with the two of them being Stand Users, they are able to interact with him and the self insert is able to quell his damaged soul with words rather than a full on confrontation, making a promise to speak to the kids he cared for on his behalf and help hand out his stuffed animal collection to them, so they have a piece of him with them.

This is not before she got her ass BEAT by his Stand as he was very unwilling to listen to either of them at first. [ no talk only angy ]

❤ My OTP: I define OTP as "I ship them only to each other" so only HouTata so far. I'm fine with most ships in TG which means I'll eat anything, except content about them having romantic feelings for someone else

Synopsis:

My Rating: 7/10

My Opinion:

This is cute. Not much more to say, to be honest. It is a cute fluffy romance with some slice of life elements.

As someone who likes Metal, I appreciate that the metalhead in the story is not purely scary and creepy but actually super shy and socially awkward. Like a lot of metalheads.

You can see that the author is a big fan themself of the genre and it made the story more fun to read when you can spot the passion for the music that is shown through the details in the art.

In any other month this would be 6, not gonna lie. However, this month was so full of mediocrity that this just seems really good in comparison, so take my rating with a grain of salt.

Recommended to:

Fans of cute fluffy romances. Bonus points for if you like scary looking people that are actually super shy and sweet.
