Air Fryer Zucchini Pizza Bites are low carb, keto-friendly and only require 6 minutes of cook time!
Ingredients
• ⁠1 medium size zucchini
• ⁠Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
• ⁠1/2 cup marinara (low carb if keto)
• ⁠1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. ⁠Slice the zucchini into 1/4 inch slices and place on a lined air fryer basket. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
2. ⁠Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of marinara on each zucchini slice and top with shredded cheese.
3. ⁠Heat the air fryer to 375 degrees F. Cook the zucchini for 6 minutes. Cook in additional 2 minute increments until the cheese is golden and the zucchini is tender.

Cheese wraps are GREAT. 🥰
They're so easy to make, just cheese + egg 🧀🥚 Basically a "chaffle" but fried in a nonstick skillet. 🍳
This one is stuffed with a fried egg and rotisserie chicken, folded in half like a taco. 🌮
They're great stuffed with chicken salad too, or roll one up into a breakfast burrito. 🌯 😋
Quick, easy, delicious! 👌
📌 For one:
🧈 1/4 tbsp of butter or buttered skillet
🥚 1/2 an egg
🧀 1/2 cup (56 grams) of shredded mozzarella
Double for two ✌
Spread out evenly, brown on one side then flip like a pancake.
Optional add-ins: 🍅 🥓 🧅 or whatever rocks your socks!
