Crispy Fried chicken recipe at home - Just 10 min Recipe

Ingredients :

Chicken | Chilli powder | chilli sauce | salt | Maida | Corn flour | oil

Recipe :

Take boneless chicken 300 gm , marinate it with chilli powder and a pinch of turmeric powder sprinkle some red chilli sauce to the mix , keep it in chiller for 1 hour . Take a bowl put some maida , cornflour and bedding powder mix it well . Now put the chicken in the flour mix additionally dip the same chicken into water . Lisa Frankenstein review

I saw Lisa Frankenstein. It was good. It actually felt like a movie actually made in 1989. It was very nostalgic and I loved he 80s Goth aesthetic. It was very Tim Burton-esque. I think Zelda Williams (the director of Lisa Frankenstein and daughter of the late Robin Williams) and Tim Burton should genuinely team up. No joke. They have a similar style that I think would meld well. Lisa Frankenstein had elements that reminded me of the comedy "My Boyfriend's Back." There was not a single moment that drew me out of the 80s setting except for a brief moment when someone referred to Burger King as "BK." I don't think anyone was calling Burger King by BK yet. Kentucky Fried Chicken was already KFC but Burger King was almost never called BK. Come to think of it, despite all their effort to push that annoying "Beee Kaaaay Have it your way! You rule!" jingle / slogan, I still don't know many people who actually call Burger King by BK even now. I can't help but think that someone at Burger King paid for that jarring and unnatural BK name drop. But ignoring that petty detail, it DID feel like an 80s Tim Burton movie. I don't even remember any CGI effects to take me out of the 80s feel. It's the sort of film I would have loved as a teenager. I can't find much fault with it other than the "BK" thing and maybe realizing that The Boyfriend Frankenstein Creature AND Lisa are bimbos, both of them. And if they were a little smarter half the plot wouldn't have happened (i.e. harvesting parts from one victim instead of multiple). Those idiots are literally made for each other. The plot is this. Lisa is an awkward outsider whose mother was murdered years earlier. One night after someone attempts to sexually assault Lisa she makes a wish near the grave of a deceased Victorian man named Frankenstein. Lightning strikes the grave and the man rise from his grave, partly decomposed. Without revealing much more than that, eventually Lisa figures out that they can take body parts from others and using a malfunctioning tanning bed to electrocute him, the new body parts can be made functional. And each time Boyfriend-Frankenstein Creature is electrocuted by the tanning bed he looks more and more human and becomes less and less zombie-like and monstrous. Again, it was good, fun, popcorn movie. Don't expect anything too deep and just have fun. If you like 80s horror- comedies, this might be for you.

Christmas Eve, Christmas cakes, Japanese style and Buddy Daddies

When Kazuki Kurusu baked a humongous sponge cake with strawberries on top as a front to get an entry to their target’s Christmas party, little did I know that it was a tradition in Japan. They don’t celebrate Christmas like the Christian world does as December 24 is their Valentine’s Day and the 25th a regular working day. (Japanese religions are mainly Shintoism and Buddhism, only a minute percentage of people practise Christianity and the rest is Islam.) No wonder Carol and Dorothy teased Kazuki of him being alone on the eve of Christmas Eve. They also bake cakes as a dessert apart from ordering buckets of KFC fried chicken on Christmas Day.

Kazuki baked the famous kurisumasu keki, a sponge cake topped with whipped cream and strawberries, sometimes with chocolate.

Probably you’ve heard this news last Christmas wherein Japanese people posted their squished keki in different social media accounts. The department store Takashimaya, which appeared on the series with a different name to avoid copyright problems, delivers such cakes. But last year, they were forced to apologise when their sponge cakes arrived in Japanese homes squished and melted. This faux pas even landed on international news.

So much for Christmas cakes in Japan that one enterprising Japanese cosplayer made the melted Takashimaya cake as their costume.
