29/09/2023: first one for this Friday morning, just saw the teaser for 'Devil May Cry' from 'Netflix'. It kind looks cool, not enough to say if it's good or bad. I do like the design of Dante, will wait and see when the official trailer comes out.

Speaking of which there is a anime series of 'Devil May Cry' from 2007 which I highly recommend adding to your watch list. It's still an entertaining watch for todays viewing in 2023.

17/03/2024: Gonna load up 'Angel Dust: City Hunter', back in the 80s where we had a local video store. My old man rented a few vhs tapes of 'City Hunter' (cantonese dub version). Loved it back then, and love the current new animes of it now. 

Recently finished 'City Hunter: Shinjuku Private Eyes', so definitely looking forward to 'Angel Dust', love Ryo & Kaori relationship. 

Wikipedia: City Hunter is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Tsukasa Hojo. It was serialized in Shueisha's shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump from 1985 to 1991, with its chapters collected in 35 tankōbon volumes. The manga was adapted into an anime television series by Sunrise Studios in 1987.

06/03/2019: I've deleted the version from 2017, will be uploading the old file via facebook and twitter so you can see what changes I've made. I've basically cleaned out the background, so it's just plain black and for the skull, I vectored in a spine to it. Was browsing this folder and I noticed there is a lot of the same style background I used for these non fan illustrations. Sometimes, the less there is on the back ground the better the image. Enjoy the updated version.

29/01/2024: Toji Fushiguro was definitely one of the best things about season 2 of 'Jujutsu Kaisen', finally got round to finishing season 2. I enjoyed it, but I prefer season 1 over this. Only criticism I have is maybe they tried to do too many 'things' in this show. Too many characters, less screen time for the new ones  they introduce. Also noticed the quality of animation dropped in a couple of episodes. 

Other than that, it's still a good watch to add to your list of shows to watch.

any fans of sci fi thrillers will enjoy this show a lot. Especially with todays viewing when there isn't much sci fi related animes. So its always cool to revisit classics.

21/09/2023: early morning fix up on this old drawing from 2015. Enjoy everyone.  Google ref: Student council president Satsuki Kiryuin and her underlings, dubbed the Elite Four, rule Honnouji Academy. They have the school under complete control thanks to their special outfits -- Goku Uniforms -- that give them superhuman abilities. When transfer student Ryuko Matoi, who is searching for her father's killer, comes to Hannouji, she challenges the Elite Four to a battle that quickly consumes the school. When Satsuki recognizes Ryuko's scissor-shaped sword, she wonders if their encounter is just a coincidence or if it's fate. Anime: Kill La Kill
