If we're going to be really honest. It should have been S5, Nora; S6,Ava; S7, Kieu my and then S8, Isi or Mailin. My logic. Ava had been too overbearing in S5 and S6. If they wanted to tell her story so badly, why didn't they make her main and tell it? Instead of dragging it and ultimately causing her to be the most disliked character to many of the viewers. There was nothing about Fatou's story that couldn't wait (the romance) or overlap with Ava's plot (discalculia) bc Ava is a very caring bff

i don’t agree with you at all lmao. like i don’t think ava for s6 would have been horrible or anything, and i do think it would have been nice for her to actually have made proper amends with the instas before kieutou got together, but i still think s7 would have made the most sense story-wise. especially since kieu my did apologize to her (and i’m pretty sure zoe did as well? don’t quote me on that), so it made sense that we got her the resolution to the bullying plotline…. through her perspective. instead of getting isi’s season and having to watch them give her a half-assed apology and then have the plotline be dropped.

and it was very obvious that the pervious team DID want to tell ava’s story. it was why the bullying plotline was such an important topic, why _huelk was brought up, why she had the whole subplot with mailin in s6. s7 was very obviously supposed to be hers! and they didn’t drag it out, they were setting it up?? she had one solid plotline in each season… like i’m not sure how you think that’s dragging it out lmao

and honestly, the fact that she’s one of the most disliked characters in the majority fandom is 100% on the FANDOM. in s5 and s6, if you’re actually paying attention and care about black women, it’s very easy to understand and sympathize with ava and not view her as a villain. it is not druck’s fault that so many people got defensive over the mailin plotline and took her side over ava, that plotline in s6 was exceptionally well done. and in s5, she was rightfully upset with nora for the way she had shut them all out completely and seemed like she’d stopped caring. i understand the defensiveness because WE knew what nora was going through, but ava had no idea! and how could she have? it’s unfair for people in the fandom to dislike her for you know… being a human being and having perfectly normal reactions to things.

Which kieutou moment is your favourite and why?

I’ll give you my top 5 because I can and because there are too many good moments (disproving the underdeveloped argument)

1. the museum date - not only favourite kieutou clip but actually my favourite druck clip, and definitely in my top three skamverse clips of all time. it just had everything I could ever dream of: the writing was beautiful, I love how those two got to connect and talk about deep stuff like dreams and fears, but also just trivial shared experiences like being second/their generation immigrants; I love the location, the natural history museum is beautiful on its own but not just that, it also just fit thematically, it’s grade A choice of location; the small romantic/cute moments, the glances, the awkwardness in the beginning, how nervous they were. I honestly can’t find a single second to complain about during the clip, it’s 8:18 that are just pure serotonin and perfect writing, they couldn’t have done this one better, no matter what happens in the last week I will carry this clip in my heart forever

2. when they matched on tinder - what a perfect use of that trope, I love this clip so much, shout-out to sira because that girls has some intense chemistry with her phone screen. it was just so unexpected? a sunday clip at 11:57pm, i love late night clips in general but that was just an absolute treat. the moment when she matched with kieu my and beyoncé’s angelic voice started singing *chefs kiss* their conversation and how much they were already flirting was so cute to see, you could actually tell how much both these girls were giddy and excited to finally take like a next step, they were both just over the moon to be texting with their crush, and even if we only saw one side of the conversation I would bet anything that kieu my was just as excited in her room, unable to sit still and contain her giddiness

3. when kieu my climbed the roof - “you just won’t leave my mind” are the most romantic words anyone has said on any tv-show ever; kieu my really climbed a whole fucking roof in her Sunday’s best just to confess her feelings to her girl, can you be any more whipped than that? it was such a short clip but it still conveyed what it needed to, it was such a soft and intimate moment, and to me that was the most honest and real portrayal how these two work together as a dynamic, everything after came from both of them being insecure stressed with their own struggles and inattentive to the others, when they learn to properly communicate you’ll see they’ll be right back to this dynamics of absolute support and love and the general feeling of “this person is my safe place”

4. the zombie movie clip - the way I lost my mind during this clip, the lesbian flirting tips, they were both so obviously flirting with one other but just didn’t believe they could be so lucky that the other one was also flirting as well, it’s just an absolute disaster from beginning until the end. when they complimented each other, kieu my asking the out-and-proud school lesbian “you’re into girls right” just to make 110% sure, those two just staring at each others lips the whole time, kieu my literally asking fatou “would you date me” and fatou saying “no❤️” I love my useless sapphic so much I could cry

5. this is a weird one to choose but the clip when kieu my volunteered to be fatou’s project partner - desperate times call for desperate measures, kieu my really went “imma force this girl to forgive me and if it’s the last thing I’ll do” I love how she glanced back at fatou to see her immediate reaction and then quickly looked away when she realized fatou was looking back at her; fatou standing up for herself, we love to see it, it really snapped kieu my out of it and she really took to hear to “say what she really wants”

honorary mentions: the making out in the bathroom clip because yes to girls who are so physically into each other; their second first kiss, this was the first time kieu my was actually honest and vulnerable in front of fatou and it was so perfect; and their first first kiss which was at the wrong time and the wrong place but kieu my just went “fuck it, now or never” and all my respect for her because it was her first experience with a girl and she initiated it, I never could have

the longer I think about it the more clips come to mind (eg. I haven’t even mentioned the cuddle clip yet) seriously, I don’t understand how ppl say they’ve been underdeveloped, they’ve been stagnant since getting together but tbh in my mind that is part of their development because they just weren’t prioritizing each other enough so their connection took a hit but these steps back are ultimately part of their progression forward, they hopefully learned a lot from it and will do better in the future

wouldn’t Josh know what happened because Yara is head girl so she would have probably told him? Also if not wouldn’t Nora have told him?

that awkward pause - does Josh know something about it that the rest don't? Or is he not into the whole school dance thing?

Josh and Finn are adorable

ngl the movement reduces frustration made me think of a sex joke at first but then it got awkward between them all - maybe they just don’t know how to respond to Finn reciting self-help books

Ok but where are these peoples loyalty? Why is Josh ok with Ismail despite them picking on Nora? I remember some dude picked on my friend once because he was having a bad day and I'm still mad at him. Its the same thing with everyone having amnesia with the Ava bullying situation and suddenly being cool.

Ok seeing Ismail actually make an effort with Finn was good and focusing on Finn wants to do. Compared to earlier in the season when they only took pictures together.

I don't think that Ismail didn't want to be alone with Finn because of the partying, I think Ismail wanted a third party who maybe is closer to Finn than they are atm. Just to make sure that they are being a good friend, that the focus is on Finn etc.... I mean the conversation with Kieu My showed how they didn't actually register how they weren't the best friend to the instas (not just sascha). Also Ismail is reaching out to other people is good (even if Joshs reaction was like umm yh sure)

Kieutou analysis 7

The amount of subtle hints and decisions in this one clip absolutely floored me when I first saw it and I don’t know if I have ever been more shook while watching something. I actually ended up on my hall floor, while my mum laughed at me for being dramatic.

Before this clip, I thought we were going to get Kieutou, but I was 100% sure afterwards. Which I am so thankful for because it would have been torture not knowing for sure if Kieu My was going to be the LI until a number of clips later.

The first subtle hint is basically as soon as Fatou enters the shared apartment

Fatou looks down and spots something, which causes Ava to explain that Kieu My is there.

I genuinely rushed out of my room screaming ‘Kieu My is here’ because I wasn’t expecting her to make an appearance first episode.

Then they actually did a close up of Kieu My’s shoes (which must have been what Fatou recognised in the beginning) and in the mirror reflection you can see Fatou’s boots side-by-side with Kieu My’s (poetic cinema meme)

This was exactly the moment I knew Kieutou was happening because I was like wtf they’re giving us a shot of the shoes (*Ben Wyatt voice* it’s the shoes. It’s all about the shoes)

Then they had Fatou hearing and being enchanted by Kieu My through the freaking wall!

The excellence!

Then this camera spin was one of the longest 4 seconds of my life and it was 4 seconds filled with fear

Even though I was sure of Kieutou, I was praying the call wasn’t from some random woman or Yara (I’m looking at you tumblr)

Then to be graced with this

This was the exact moment I sprinted from my room and lay on the hall floor, and was actually nearly crying with relief and happiness that we were going to get this amazing couple!

Look at the way she looks at Fatou! I mean she’s literally checking her out from head to toe. I was a clown the first time too and the way she walked forward with so much purpose, I thought she was going to kiss Fatou, and it was going to be Fatou’s dream at work or something.

Then they both wait for the other to be the first one to say something

Then when Fatou begins to start talking Kieu My becomes alert and you can see her quickly move her eyes to the side to see Fatou, and that she’s thinking ‘okay she’s about to say something’ (it’s really quick)

Then Fatou asks what she’s doing there

I thought initially that Kieu My was being sarcastic, and playing it cool, but after 6x02, I think she’s just really awkward, and doesn’t understand the question, and is confused why Fatou is asking her an obvious question (she’s walking on the street)

Then she starts laughing at Fatou when she starts stuttering her words (like she also does in clip 3 6x02) and I think she’s also laughing at herself for not getting what Fatou was asking originally.

One of my favourite moments is this face Kieu My makes when she asks Fatou about the axolotl and Fatou starts explaining it.

I don’t know how to describe this expression, but it’s one you make when you are interested and sizing something up. She also makes it in 5x10 when she is eyeing up the cold pizza

This was the day Fatou was uploading all the videos on IG of her talking about the different fish, so I’m pretty sure Kieu My just wanted to hear her talk about the axolotl. This was the look she gave Fatou when she is geeking out

And then she purposefully forces her eyes away. So by the time Fatou turns to look at her, Kieu My looks like she isn’t hanging on every word, and doesn’t get caught, like they also both did in the Gay silence clip (i.e. recreating the famous Peter Pan scene)

Kieu My then is psyching herself up and you can see the wheels spinning in her head about what she should do (which is even cuter knowing she can’t talk to girls) And she just says ‘May I’?

Which is where the one brain cell makes an appearance (the first of many with these two) and Fatous thinks she’s meaning the axolotl.

I don’t know if it’s a sticker or painted on, but I laugh everytime, because Fatou, what were you going to do if she did mean that? Break off part of the skateboard and give it to her?

Then Kieu My starts stuttering her words.

Guys... is it gay when a girl asks to use your skateboard?

She is so freaking cute and innocent here! How adorable is it that she asked to use Fatou’s skateboard, risking injury, just so she could be close to her and share in her interest?

Then when she falls off, she legit is going to touch or hold Fatou’s hand if Fatou wasn’t oblivious and moves away.

The look ™ makes an appearance when Fatou tries to encourage her saying she does fall off too

And I thought I saw it but wasn’t sure if I was seeing what I wanted to see, but @happyfatou caught it too. You can see how nervous Kieu My is because she actually lets out a nervous breath after this

You can see her lips pursed slightly here, but the screenshot doesn’t do the moment any kind of justice.

Then she hears people laughing in the distance and her whole mood changes

and she immediately gets herself out of the situation

I’m pretty sure she took the wrong way home just to get out of the situation.

I made a post soon after this clip here with different possible reasons for her reaction. After the Gay silence clip, I think it’s almost certainly theory no.1 that she was uncomfortable putting herself out there, and thought that people were laughing at her as she looked stupid.

The kicker is that this is Fatou’s reaction afterwards

Thinking she acted stupid and had ruined the moment. I’m always saying this, but they really do ruin their own chances and mood with their insecurities. The moments are actually always going well, and they’re both doing a good job, but then they second guess themselves and end up acting funny, so they make the other feel like there is no hope and that they’re not interested (see especially Gay silence *sigh*)

Skam France S07E02 11:42 reaction

If anyone thought that Tiffany had a shitty father, then her mother is even worse. Not letting your daughter meet the extended family just because you’re ashamed of her pregnancy issue is just ridiculous and not the most healthy thing to do. The father at least told all of that stuff out of worry and regret, but the mother just tries to make Tiff feel guilty, because Tiff made her feel ashamed.

Tiff and Max now follow each other on Insta, so I guess this is one of the first steps for Tiff to become a La Mif member. We will see Tiff&Max’s story unfold, and slowly Max and Jo will help Tiff to find healthy friendships and maybe she will ditch Anais or at least stand up to her if she doesn’t agree with Anais.

I know that most of us (myself included) didn’t/doesn’t like her because she was thought to be Lola’s bully, but I just rewatched certain parts from season 6. The first few clips Tiff appeared she was actually kind to Lola and the bullying only started after the iconic slap. And in the 8:28 of S06E10 Tiff told Lola herself that Anais “took the video, not me” and kindly added that “We almost could have been friends actually”. This is why I realised that Anais is the real problem and not Tiff, because we clearly saw from the first clip of this season that Anais is the one who hates the La Mif group. So I guess Tiff somehow was just a bystander for Anais’s bullying like in the Druck Kieu My was a bystander when Constantin Constantpain bullied/made fun of Ava, Nora or Fatou.

“Dude, are you skipping right now? Like actually skipping?” Kieu My stopped walking and looked behind her where Ismail now was holding the boxed turtle. She smiled, of course not, she said, don’t be stupid. But she said it all with a smile.

“Why are you so happy right now? What’s happening?” they jogged a little to keep up with her, so she slowed down. They were in the mall now; she really hoped the girl was working today.

“I’m just happy to help you out, can’t I find joy in the little things, Ismail?” Ismail saw right thought that, “you barely find joy in the big things, Kieu My.” But they let it go. Taking this small win in seeing her happy.

When they stood outside the shop Ismail didn’t hesitate to go right in, but Kieu My stopped walking for a minute and looked to see if the girl was there, she was. Despite the excitement she’d felt earlier, now she was suddenly filled with nerves, and she didn’t start walking again before Ismail turned around and gave her a “the fuck you standing there for” look. They walked up to the register together.

The girl was alone today, there was no other people on the shop, and Kieu My was glad. The less people to witness Ismail’s stupidity, the better.

Pet shop girl looked up as they approached and their eyes locked, god, she was just was gorgeous as she remembered. Her mouth opened as she talked, but Kieu My didn’t pay attention, her eyes taking all of her in. She looked even better up close. She was wearing a green jacket, the shops uniform, she guessed, with a light purple sweater underneath it, and GOD the color looks so good on her. Around her neck was a puka shell choker, and even though at most times puka shells reminded her of white people going south for the summer and coming back with aggressive tans and cornrows, she gained a new appreciation for them, seeing them on her.

Caught in her head, she didn’t pop back out again before she heard her name. “Wait what, sorry,” Kieu My looked from Ismail to the girl behind the desk, “what were you saying, sorry…” Ismail looked at her with a knowing smile, “you’re Kieu My.” She looked back at the girl she’d spent time admiring,

“yes. Yes, I’m Kieu My”.

She cringed. What the fuck. “Sorry, uhm, hi…” was it too late to be unborn? This was not going as smoothly as she’d hoped. She looked at the girl again and this time searching for a nametag, but she didn’t find any. Would it be weird to ask for her name?

“Hi, Kieu My.” She said, dipping her head in her direction. Kieu My focused on her voice this time, it was light, calm, and so so so pretty. If she could, Kieu My would wrap herself up in it. Even her voice was perfect, how typical. She blushed; this was not the way she thought she would introduce herself. Ismail, her hero at the moment, put her out of her misery and again took the center of attention.

“So, funny story, yesterday my friend and I, not Kieu My, another one, he’s kind of a dick, honestly-”

As Ismail was talking, Kieu My took a moment to look around the store, it was dark and there were big aquariums along the walls. There were loads of aquarium stuff here, a lot of food and props for fishes mostly. The weird thing was, she hadn’t actually seen a single dog collar since walking into the store, which one would think would be an essential for dogs. Since this was a pet store and there’s approximately five million dogs in this country (she did not look that up in some poor attempt to impress the other girl, nope) so it would just be logical to at least- oh. Kieu My tried her hardest not to facepalm. She has never in her life felt more stupid than right now, in this exact moment.

It seemed that in the midst of admiring the beauty of the cashier, Kieu My had failed to notice the simple fact that this was not a pet store, but an aquarium store. For fishes. And they’re here with a turtle. A turtle. God.

She cuts off Ismail in the middle of their rambling, “oh god, this is an aquarium store. I’m so sorry to bother you, I thought this was a pet store!” she looked from Ismail to the girl who seemed relieved to not having to listen to Ismail’s story any longer.

Ismail kept talking though. “Does that even matter?”, Kieu My looked at them, dumbfounded. The other girl laughed though, “if you need anything, I could try my best to help you” she said.

“Oh yeah,” Ismail put the box on the counter, “how does one care for a turtle?”

At this, the eyes of the worker widen, “you’re keeping a turtle in a paper box?” her hands quickly go to take the top off the box, and her stiffen exterior quickly dissolves when she sees the animal. “This is a tortoise” she says, looking at Ismail as if they’re the stupidest person to ever exist. Oh, of course it is, she should’ve known that. What’s going on with her?

Her first reaction was to apologize again, but before she could do that the girls gaze switched to her. “If you thought it was a turtle, why isn’t there any water here? And also, you can’t transport it like that.” Ismail picked up the tortoise with both hands, and the girl spoke up again “why are you holding her like a burger?” at this Kieu My laughed, easing the tension a little.

“They’ve been carrying it like that all day” Kieu My says, smiling at her. She wanted to ask for her name, should she? Mentally preparing herself for it she decided that yes, yes she should. So, she did.

“uhm, wha-” or at least she tried to.

Ismail, who she again had to remind herself was her friend, cut her off, “yes, I just need to know how to take care of her for now, I don’t really know what to do with it to be honest, you can’t keep it in an aquarium here right?” they both look at the girl as she answers with a stern no and a look that honestly says it all.

“Right, so we’ve been feeding her cookies-”

“You’ve been feeding her cookies?” the girl looks at them in utter disbelief. Oh, how bad Kieu My wanted to throw her friend under the bus right about now. She wouldn’t, but GOD she wanted to. She instead stares daggers into them. Hoping at least one would pierce through the skin, just a little.

“You know what? I can take her in the meantime, I know enough to take care of her properly, you can come back when you find her another place to stay or decide to take her back to the zoo.” She said this as if it was final, as if she wouldn’t dare let Ismail try to feed her cookies again, and honestly? That was very hot of her. Even though it would make things a hundred times easier for Kieu My if she let the girl take the tortoise, she knew she couldn’t just dump Ismail’s problems on her.

Since Ismail told her about what they’d done and the results of it, she had prepared herself for the possibility that she would be the one to take care of the tortoise. She knew that Ismail wouldn’t 1. know the first thing about taking care of it (case in point, they fed it cookies) or 2. be able to keep it at their house

“Oh, we really couldn’t ask that of you. Ismail is hopeless, but I would take her. I just need to know more about tortoises, like what they need and stuff, what does it eat, how should it live? Do I need to take it on walks?” that last part was meant to be funny, and Kieu My mentally gave herself a pat on the back when the other girl smiled at her. She wouldn’t really need to take it on walks, right?

“Kieu My, I can’t ask you to-” Ismail started.

“Shut up, Ismail.” Kieu My finished.

“Yeah, I really can’t take her home to my mother…” Kieu My already knew this the second Ismail walked through her door with the animal.

“You should’ve thought about that before you stole it.” The clerk pointedly said to Ismail. Ismail just raised their hand and waved her off. Kieu My knew she was way out of her depth, but she’d learn everything she needed to know to take care of this tortoise in the meantime.

“Does she have a name?” The worker took the tortoise from Ismail and smiled at it. “She looks like a Maike to me”.

“Maike it is then.” Kieu My said, looking at her cozying up to Maike. She looked so soft with Maike in her hands, she held her up to her face and made a face. She was so beautiful, Kieu My couldn’t help but melt a little.

Putting her back into her box, she looked up at Kieu My and opened her mouth again, “I really can take her; I do have access to a lot of equipment, not here though, obviously, but I already have a grid cage because I used to have guinea pig, and Maike should be fine living in it for now.” She rambled, low and fast, and she wouldn’t look away from the tortoise. Kieu My smiled, did she really want to take care of the tortoise?

“Of course, if you really want to take care of her, I’ll give you my number and you could just message me anytime you have a question-” Kieu My was basically grinning now, and from the corner of her eye she could see Ismail smirking. She was willing to give her her number! Of course, it would just be to exchange information about the tortoise, but it would work for now. We were finally getting somewhere.

Kieu My quickly cuts her off, “or, you could keep the tortoise if you really wanted to take care of her, and still give me your number, you know, for updates and stuff…”

Keeping her eyes on the girl for a reaction, she could see her slowly beginning to smile, like she couldn’t keep it in, she looked up at Kieu My. Her stomach fluttered.

“’And stuff’, huh? Like if your friend decides to steal another poor reptile?” Ismail gasped at this and opened their mouth, Kieu My kicked them in the leg. They kept it shut for once.

“or if I potentially wanted to know your name” they both smile at each other, Ismail and Maike forgotten.

“Well, if you wanted to know my name, all you had to do was ask, you really didn’t have to steal a tortoise.”

“are you going to have me beg for it?”

“if that’s a possibility…” they both laugh, Kieu My blushes. The other girl offers her hand,

“my names Fatou.”

Kieu My took the hand and repeated her name once, smiling, “nice to meet you, Fatou”.

i haven't watched the clip but have read the translation. i really like what's being discussed here and the following nora and mailin's chat; nora is sticking up for ava and giving josh' experience as an example to strengthen her feedback. perhaps it will get mailin to think of the fact that ava would have had to do that too, and might have done that, actually, trying to educate people just bc it's expected from her—ava isn't afraid to speak out after all. but constantly explaining yourself takes a toll, it's no use being given a platform to talk about your struggles if people then go on to ask you again about the same topic one thousand more times. it will make you feel like you aren't heard and that takes a toll.

mailin so far seems to perceive ava's reactions as a personal problem; she hasn't considered that she herself might have participated in a systematic pressure or injustice that ava and other black people suffer through. hence her immediately thinking that ava needs to explain her reaction after their protest instead of reflecting on the words she said and then googling them herself, so i'm really glad someone that isn't ava and fatou brings this to her attention.

(nora's willingness to stick up for ava makes me wonder of them bonding in the flatshare, probably along with josh sometimes, and god i love them.)

lastly, on the complaint that this is a 'sideplot'. you know what else is a sideplot but is tied directly back to fatou? karin. we have seen fatou experience blatant discrimination on her work place especially after mailin signed up as well. so far, fatou only seems like she's not "involved in ava and mailin's sideplot" bc she's the quieter one, it took 5 weeks for her to stand up for herself in front of kieu my, and we all Know she'd rather keep peace when it comes to her friends even when it hurts her (see: s5 where nora talked abt her crush to zoe, fatou mostly grew silent and simply didn't reach out instead of confronting). but her silence doesn't mean that this doesn't affect her; she's black. when ava brought up what happened in the protest, fatou related to ava, not mailin. in turn, when, if ever, she talks of her workplace situation to her friends, ava would be more easily aware of the extent of unfairness that is occuring. druck can't erase this part of fatou and they don't!

but returning to topic: we would love to see fatou clap back against karin, right? but to have that happen fatou will have to find her voice first, and she won't be able to do that if there is no other instances happening to prod her further and further into taking action (see: the ghosting, the cold shoulder, the trashtalking, practically the builds-up to her confronting kieu my). ava and mailin's storyline, imo, might help shape fatou's future reaction to karin. we might look back at this clip and use this as one of the reasons fatou acts this way or that way. we shouldn't easily disregard plotlines that doesn't revolve around romance; often times that's what explains the human side of our mains, the layers that aren't just about romantically loving and being loved back.

As you know, I'm rewatching Druck season six now (because I'm not sad or anything). And I thought I'd share my comments on episode 3 with you. Here they are 😊:

C̃L̃ĩp̃ õÑẽ • How Fatou found exactly what she told to Kieu My on the internet 😂. Google you're not helping. • God! I. HATE. ILAI. HERE. You can just see how Fatou's self love goes down with every word he says. He literally made less all of her interests! I demand an apology. ⓒⓛⓘⓟ ⓣⓦⓞ • I've always wondered how do druck characters expect to study with such poor lighting. How do they SEE and how do they CONCENTRATE? I would also fall asleep on their place! (Yes Matteo I'm talking to you) • THE RAINBOW SOCKS 😍. I'd give everything for my mom to let me wear those. • Tinder is shit, I'mma say it again (but just because she's chatting with Kieu My I'll let it pass). • Kieu My TEXTED FIRST. Ahhhh 💛. • Also Fatou being all giggly and excited over this is sooo cute and relatable I can't. It reminds me of my first love! Like, SHE TOOK A SCHEENSHOT when Q called her cute, I've never felt more represented. C̃L̃ĩp̃ t̃h̃r̃ẽe • Using Arlo Park for the music was such 👏🏿 a 👏🏿 good 👏🏿 choice 👏🏿. Queer songs for queer characters, more of that please. • Truthfully, who asks someone they like to go somewhere with all of their friends and bring no company? ESPECIALLY with all the story the instas and the chashqueens have. Bad move Fatou. Bad move. ⓒⓛⓘⓟ ⓕⓞⓤⓡ • The guy who asked if they could join them is SO HANDSOME wow. • And the way Ava turns after Fatou tell her "you've got this"? Slay girl. SLAY. • I really wanna say something about the Ava/Mailin struggle but I'm afraid to offend anyone, so I will let it go. • Nice from Mailin to pay for Fatou though! Seeing her having a hard time with money is so sad. C̃L̃ĩp̃ f̃ĩṼẽ • MY CHIBI LOOKING GORGEOUUUS 😍. • Am I the only one who feels a warmth on her chest whenever I see Finn? He's just so sweet. • If we don't get better Kieutou content on next seasons than Nora and Josh got on this one, I will sue. • Kieu My not knowing what to wear omg 😢🖤. The way I love her. • ZOE'S SPEECH 👑. • Also Fatou not knowing what she wants from her life and feeling left out it's such a good representation! ⓒⓛⓘⓟ ⓢⓘⓧ • I know I comment too much on their looks but how can I ignore Fatou's little dance on minute 18:28? Impossible 😍. • God, Fatou in this clip is literally how I feel in every reunion I go to. Don't ask me why lockdown hasn't been that hard for me. • 😻 THE FACE SHRUGGG (22:48) • SO, if you recount the steps that Fatou told Kieu My she used to kiss her ex-girlfriend on the graveyard you will notice KIEU MY USED ALL OF THEM HERE. • She took her hand so nonchalantly what a queen. But also she grabbed it while holding the cigarette? How does that makes sense. • I love Fatou's reaction to complements. She's so cool about it and never gets awkward. • That Smile of hers *cheff kiss* ✨. • Q, on the other hand, looks so nervous. Awww. • "That's why we do research" How is this woman so perfect?! 😖 • The hunger on her eyes wow. • I remember I always wanted to witness a kiss scene in which it wasn't completely obvious that they were gonna kiss before (like when they stare and start getting close for 3 hours). At one point I thought I wouldn't ever get it and I lost all hope. BUT HERE I HAVE IT. • Isn't it kinda strange that Fatou corresponded right away, though? No surprise face or anything? Please tell me I'm not alone with that thought. • Kieu My's smile is everything. Anyways, that's all for now. Thank you for reading! My inbox is always open to hear your thoughts as well. Thoughts after e3!

Took me long enough to write them but here we go. As usual, 2 parts.

Part 1. Nora

It is very sad to see how situation with her mother is getting out of her control and she totally denies it. I can actually see how bad it will become during hell week and i'm not ready for this. She is lying, she doesn't go to school because of that, she keeps telling that it will become better. It probably won't.

I the clip with Zoe on wednesday made me cry a lot. It is so heartbreaking to see Nora trying to fix everything. Her reaction to "we are not family" was painful.

I'm also concerned about how much girls seem to hang out without Nora. I hope it will change by the end of the season.

Again, druck shows us Nora dealing with her mother's alcoholism in this episode like something she is used to. Casually getting rid of empty bottles, taking her mom to the bed, leaving a glass of water for her.

I like how the roof is clearly a safe space for Nora, the place where she goes to forget about everything in her life, even if it is only for a moment. (except for the moment when she came there with kubotan lol). I also liked how druck showed that she feels comfortable with Josh at this roof, how relieved she was to see him.

Part 2. Everything else

Lmao i like how we all knew that Josh is a parkour guy but druck got into our anxious brains with ridiculous misleading, like contantpain mask and different sticker style and using William name for random guy who is totally our new turtleneck boy (is always there and has 0.5 lines in the whole season)

I was so sure there wouldn't be the big reveal so i was literally pikachu meme for 2 hours after the last clip came out. I hate it!! I hate it! But also i love it. But i hate it. Honestly, i love druck so much.

God i liked the dancing clip!! The parallel!! Girls being supportive! Fatou being like 😍😋!!!

I also liked Zoe telling Nora that she shouldn't let Kieu My treat her like that. I wonder if now, when she noticed how bad her friends treat Nora, she will stand for her.

I'm very invested in jochwitz storyline. It is almost terrifying how fast i jumped from "i want a season without love interest" to "omg they have so much chemistry together", thank you druck.

I wonder what druck is gonna do with mystery guy account, is it gonna to be abandoned or girls will reveal who the mystery guy is?

And what's the deal with nocoronabi22 account? Why did they went private? What does it mean???

And how some of people here already pointed out, i'm also uncomfortable with breaking pov thing. We shouldn't see how Nora talks with her mom with Josh eyes. We should be there with Nora. I hope that won't happen again.
