MC Character Collage Challenge

Rules: Make a collage of characters that summarize what you headcanon your MC to be like!

I was tagged by the wonderful @elite4steffi and this was a lot of fun! I also kinda went a little overboard and made a couple of bonus material, so this post may be a bit lengthy...

1. Roger Radcliffe - 101 Dalmations The biggest trait these two share is a burning passion for music. Danielle can play several instruments and is always eager to learn more. And just like Roger, she will randomly burst into song and sing about her friends/people she knows. If there isn’t a song that bares their name or something about them already, she will make one up! She also has no problem sharing her home with 101 of any kind of animal/creature.

2. Jane Porter - Tarzan Jane and Danielle are both incredibly kind, intelligent, curious, helpful, and willing to try new things. Both are not afraid to fight for others and for what’s right. They both have a rather calm demeanor, but can simultaneously be a bit odd or quirky at times. And they also both have a thing for strong, buff guys that spend all their free time with creatures and that have a hard time reading, so...

3. Kiki - Kiki’s Delivery Service Kiki perfectly reflects Danielle’s inner child. She is very positive and optimistic about the future and is very eager to find her place in the world. When things don’t go as planned or when things aren’t becoming clear for her, she can feel a bit discouraged and may withdraw for a time. However, she usually is able to pick herself up again when she loses herself with helping others and surrounding herself with those that she loves.

4. Kermit - the Muppets This may seem like an odd choice, but Kermit would most likely be Danielle’s patronus. He actually reflects the type of leadership Danielle exhibits. While not particularly bold or assertive, she share’s Kermit’s thoughtful approaches to situations. Her gentleness and wisdom are what naturally draw people to her, and many of her friends appreciate her ability to keep them grounded while still being supportive of their idealistic goals. And just like Kermit, she is rather accepting of the various weirdos that make up her friend-group. Their crazy antics rarely faze her, and she sometimes even joins them in the silliness.

Also, the range of expressions that Kermit makes perfectly match the kinds of reactions Danielle would have in various situations:

5. Anne Shirley - Anne of Green Gables Just like Anne, Danielle is super creative and very imaginative. If she gets too into an idea, though, she may lose some touch with reality and have her head too lost in the clouds. And while she is generally good at accepting other’s, she may rarely resent those that attack others or her ideals *cough*Merula Snyde*cough*. It may take time for her to lose those feelings, but it is possible.

6. Milo Thatch - Atlantis: The Lost Empire Danielle is pretty much the genderbend of Milo Thatch. In fact, he was one of the biggest influences I had when I was creating her. She shares the same intellect, nerdiness, passion (sometimes obsession) for the things that she loves, awkward phrase-switching, eagerness to explore, and devotion to her loved ones. Her treatment of the vaults and of her brother reflect Milo’s towards his grandfather and finding Atlantis.
