♡The two of you are the definition of: Fell first and fell harder, with him falling harder without a doubt.

♡Tanjiro is most definitely the type to wait for a romantic moment to come, and if the moment he’s looking for is taking too long to come, he’ll set up his own romance moment.

♡When confessing he’s 100% the more nervous type instead of the confident type. It’s not that he’ll overthink little details, it’s that he’s afraid if you were to reject him, his friendship with you would be ruined completely

“Tanjiro, When can I open my eyes?” You questioned impatiently, one of your hands hovering over your eyes while the other was holding Tanjiros gentle hand.

A small smile appeared on the boys lips as he began slowing his pace before halting, you doing the same. “You can open them, now.” He finally replied, letting go of your hand.

The moment you did open your eyes, you saw a great view of the stars as it was night time. He took you to the top of a hill, a small blanket on the floor at the edge of the hill for both of you to sit comfortably. You already liked him although you did know better than to get your hopes up.

When it comes to talking to you in general, he isn’t nervous at all. But when it comes to the actual confessing part, he becomes nervous. Really nervous.

“Y/n, out of all the people I’ve met so far on my journey, you’ve treated me the kindest and I love you more than anything.” He’ll definitely say it too fast so he’ll have to repeat himself. But when he repeats himself slowly, he definitely stutters more.

˚ʚAgatsuma Zenitsuɞ˚

♡He’s impatient when it comes to confessing. And he can’t at all wait for a perfect moment.

♡And with the way he acts and randomly out of nowhere tells you to marry him, when he actually confesses, you think it’s another one of his attempts to get out of the demon slayer corps.

♡So it’s needless to say you thought his confession wasn’t serious. Especially with when he chose to confess.

˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚

Being assigned missions with Zenitsu was something you eventually got used to. But getting assigned missions with him without Inosuke or Tanjiro was new.

Usually, Zenitsu would choose to cling onto Tanjiro’s arm. Although with Tanjiro at the Swordsmith village, he chose to cling to you instead. Which you didn’t exactly mind.

You held the handle of your Katana closely as you heard a demon approaching. With Zenitsu’s hearing, he of course heard the demon just as you did.

And fearful as he always is, he chose to confess the very moment the demon died in the middle of the town you two were in.

“Y/N! I THOUGHT I WAS GONNA DIE! YOU SAVED ME! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH.” He clung onto you in a hug when in reality, he had fallen asleep last moment and beheaded the demon, waking up right after.

When he realized you though the confession he made wasn’t serious, he had to explain again in a less fearful tone while still keeping you in a tight hug.

˚ʚHashibira Inosukeɞ˚

♡When confessing, He sounds completely loud and confident as he always is. Although on the inside he’s nervous. But It’s hard to see.

♡With any means necessary, He won’t let you see that he’s nervous. It’s not like you can tell so in your eyes, it doesn’t really matter too much.

♡He doesn’t really know when a romantic moment is. But he’s also not the type to randomly rush in like Zenitsu whenever he see’s a girl.

˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚

You sat on the engawa of the butterfly mansion, still in the uniform you were given when you had first arrived. You were completely bored out of your mind and you couldn’t exactly sleep. You weren’t sleepy and you had too many thoughts running through your head.

Suddenly, a small creak from the wooden floor was heard, making you turn over quickly, only to see Inosuke walking towards you, his boar mask in his hands instead of on his head.

Upon realizing it was just him, you stopped being tense, your body turning the other way once more. Until Inosuke took a seat next to you, making you turn your attention to him again.

Just as you were about to turn your attention back to the moon again, you watched as one of the Onigiri’s in Inosuke’s hands got tossed onto your lap.

“You should be glad I like you enough to share.” He stated before turning the other way while munching on his own Onigiri. If you couldn’t get the hint then he’ll clarify more loudly the next morning.

˚ʚShinazugawa Genyaɞ˚

♡Definitely acts all tough and prideful when confessing but his face is burning and completely red while attempting to make eye contact but failing to do so.

♡He’s really nervous on the inside and the most He can do for a romantic moment is pick some flowers in a nearby field and give them to you. If he does anything more than that, he fears that something will co completely wrong.

♡If you were doing something before he was about to confess, he’ll politely drag you off to a more secluded area before giving you the flowers.

˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚

Your own face was a light shade of red but you couldn’t exactly be embarrassed as Genya’s face was worse, practically shoving the small but nice colored flowers into your own hands.

“Genya, are you okay?” You questioned, gently taking hold of your favorite colored flowers. You stared at him, his gaze averted somewhere else, too nervous to look you in the eye.

“Kanroji said this was the best thing I could do for you.” He finally spike after a few moments of silence between the both of you.

Finally, Genya looked over at you, watching as you played with the flowers he gave you. “I really like you Y/n.”

˚ʚTokito Muichiroɞ˚

♡He’s mostly blunt about it, and if he were nervous, it wouldn’t show. Not even a little bit.

♡Since he’s a little new to love, especially romantic feelings, he doesn’t really know when The Perfect Moment would be. And he wouldnt ask Mitsuri for help either.

♡He went to mitsuri when he first started experiencing feelings for you, but just as she was about to offer how he should confess, he left her Estate without another word.

You laid on the soft grass, cloud gazing with Muichiro laying right next you, his long hair sprawled all over the soft grass. A few moments ago, Muichiro knocked on your estate, asking you to watch the clouds with him.

He had a reason he was asking you. That reason was to tell you about his feelings while watching the clouds. But the moment he got lost in the clouds as usual, he forgot why he asked you to join him.

So he Just began to enjoy the Company, ignoring the feeling that he forgot something more important than usual.

“How cute, that one’s shaped like a heart! Reminds me of Kanroji.” Your finger pointed up at a cloud that was shaped exactly like a heart.

‘Oh, right.’ Muichiro’s head fell to the left to look at you. His eyes Soon drifted down to your hand. Before he knew it himself, he intertwined his pinky finger with yours, making you turn your head over to him with a confused expression on your face.

“Y/n. I love you. More than a friend.”

What I'm Watching, Spring 2023 Anime Season

New Stuff:

Oshi no Ko (My Star) - I don't want to say anything about this in case it spoils someone. What the actual fuck. Watching.

Edomae Elf (Otaku Elf) - I've been asking for elf-in-real-world aesthetic for a while. There doesn't appear to be like, a plot, but I like the idea!

Isekai de Cheat Skill wo Te ni Shita Ore wa, Genjitsu Sekai wo mo Musou Suru: Level Up wa Jinsei wo Kaeta (I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in The Real World, Too) - With a light novel title like that, I needed to at least see what's going on. If it gets boring I'll drop it.

Isekai One Turn Kill Neesan: Ane Douhan no Isekai Seikatsu Hajimemashita (My One-Hit Kill Sister) - It's not exactly a super creative twist on the formula (there was one with the guy's mom before) but what the hell, there's some potential quality here. Sticking with it for now or until it crosses over the Rule D line.

Jigokuraku (Hell's Paradise) - It's MAPPA, I basically owe them a watch no matter what. Plus there's always room for at least one edgy anime in my lineup each season.

Kaminaki Sekai no Kamisama Katsudou - I went in expecting this to be bad (like, BAD bad) but I'm so perplexed that I guess I'll watch some more? Worst CGI this side of Gibiate though.

Kanojo ga Koushaku-tei ni Itta Riyuu (The Reason Why Raeliana Ended up at the Duke's Mansion) - This is a cross between the Villainess and Reincarnated as a Nobody microgenres. I don't feel like I know much at all about the characters after one episode, but I want to see where they take the concepts.

Kimi wa Houkago Insomnia (Insomniacs After School) - Slow and cute and relatable. I'm told it gets emotional later. Anyway I'm in.

My Home Hero - Another candidate for edgy show of the season. I didn't expect so much suspense.

Skip to Loafer (Skip and Loafer) - Small town girl in the big city, odd couple, wholesome romance... yeah this might be just right for me.

Tengoku Daimakyou (Heavenly Delusion) - I thought this would be science fiction social commentary time. Maybe it is, but it's interesting one way or another.

Yamada-kun to Lv999 no Koi wo Suru (Loving Yamada at Lv999) - This is looking interesting! A lot of style and things going on.

Otonari ni Ginga (A Galaxy Next Door) - This originally wasn't on my list at all due to "children" and "show about making manga". I decided to give it a shot in the end and it's cute enough with just enough of a hook that maybe I'll actually like it.

Dead Mount Death Play - Another latecomer to my list. It impressed me with the premise and action scenes in the first episode, and I'm still looking forward to more reverse Isekai.

Birdie Wing: Golf Girls' Story Season 2 - Hell yeah, more lesbians doing wacky golf.

Dr. Stone: New World - Bill Nye the Caveman Guy on a boat? Sure!

Kimetsu no Yaiba: Katanakaji no Sato-hen (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc) - It's more Demon Slayer, everyone is watching this.

Carryovers:

Kubo-san wa Mob wo Yurusanai (Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible) - The most I've been able to deal with a bulli anime, due to barely being that. Delayed across seasons due to COVID.

Itai no wa Iya nano de Bougyoryoku ni Kyokufuri Shitai to Omoimasu. 2 (BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense. Season 2) - More of the same, but still good. Delayed across seasons due to COVID.

Kidou Senshi Gundam: Suisei no Majo Season 2 (Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury Season 2) - My first real foray into GUNDAM, carrying on from Fall 2022.

Hall of Shame (things I dropped after one episode):

Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu (The Dangers in My Heart) - The main character self-identifies as a school shooter and they put him in social cringe situations. I didn't even make it through episode 1.

Mahou Shoujo Magical Destroyers - Over the top magical girl parody! If only it was good!

༄ genya would feel himself wake up, softly groaning as the pain overtook his body all at once. a small curse leaves his lips as he shuffles a bit to put himself in a more comfortable position, hoping that the pain would lull somehow.

༄ however, a familiar voice calls his name and his heart nearly stops as he recognizes that sweet sound almost instantly. “genya-kun?”

༄ once he realizes who it is, he immediately sits up, pain long forgotten as the embarrassment takes its place. he turns his head to the side, hoping to some kind of god out there that it wasn’t who he was thinking about.

༄ but as he locks eyes with the one person he had admired for god knows how long, his words get caught up in his throat as a look of terror crosses his features. when you tilt your head to the side in confusion, staring at him with a raised brow, he forces himself to speak to fill the silence.

༄ “w-what are you doing here?” it sounded a bit rude and harsh, which makes genya cringe inwardly at his bluntness. despite that, he knows he meant well. he’s just terribly overwhelmed.

༄ “shinobu-chan gave me permission to look after you!” when you smile at him brightly and announce your reasoning, he nearly faints on the spot, his face flushing at the thought of you taking care of him.

༄ when he quietly denies the help, explaining how he would be fine, his words are immediately shut down by his crush, who refused to listen to his nonsense. you leave the room before he could say another word, leaving him no choice but to deal with the situation he’s been placed in.

༄ the next few days, genya and his three comrades (whom are also recovering) soon find out how many shades of red he can reach. every little thing you do, from changing his bandaids to feeding him, leaves his face steaming as he attempts to pull himself together. when he thinks he can’t blush anymore than he does, you somehow always prove him wrong.

༄ conversations aren’t so great either with him. though you start most of your shared talks, it often seems one-sided at first with him giving one-worded answers, his voice shaking. he’s terribly nervous and it doesn’t help that his mind goes blank whenever your melodious voice reaches his ears.

༄ with time, though, he does get better at talking. it’s not a big improvement but hey! he’s definitely keeping up with the conversation now and on some days, he even starts it with a simple, “good morning..” he mostly stays quiet though, so he can hear your voice. it brings him a sense of peace he didn’t know he had.

༄ staring has also become a habit he’s picked up since being in your care. yes, he has snuck glances at you in the past whenever he knew your attention was elsewhere, but it had only worsen, his eyes following you almost every second. he just can’t help it.

༄ he gets really jealous whenever you tend to someone else, even just for a second. genya especially wants to deck zenitsu on the face whenever his comrade loudly begs for your assistance. the sight of you doting on someone else brings a new level of anger to him as his eye twitches.

༄ despite it all, he grows used to your company and finds that whenever you excuse yourself to go elsewhere, he gets lonely. it bums him out even more when he realizes that when he does recover, he won’t be spending as much time with you. in the process of all this, genya realizes that he had fallen in love with you more than he previously had and he was too far down the rabbit hole to ever escape it.

༄ it leaves him insecure, believing that he might be getting his hopes up. a voice in the back of his head silently reminds him that you were simply just doing this cause you were required to. after all, how could someone as beautiful and amazing as you like someone like him?

༄ however, his doubts wash away one night when he wakes up to the feeling of movement nearby. groggily, he looks around his bed to find the source of the disturbance but his breath catches in his throat when he sees you sitting on a chair, your figure hunched over the side of the bed, sleeping peacefully. he nearly dies on the spot once he realizes your hand resting on his, his heart thumping loudly against his chest.

༄ he thinks about waking you up at first, but stops as he observes your sleeping features, absolutely mesmerized at the sight. though he was certain that you were doing this just to help him recover, a small part of him had hope that during this time you’ve both spent together, there was some kind of connection.

༄ with that, a genuine smile escapes his lips at the sight and he decides that for once, he’ll be selfish. selfish with the thought that he might have a chance with someone whom he didn’t deserve.

༄ he slowly slid his hand out and placed it on top of yours, lightly squeezing it as he moved a strand of hair from your face with his other hand. genya lays back down and closes his eyes, promising himself that he would do whatever it takes to keep this relationship going, no matter how it ends.

Rengoku x reader: Truth and dare confessions

Rengoku sat down near a waterfall after a long day of training to relax. You tippy toed from behind and tapped his shoulder "Hey what are you doing here?," Rengoku smiled "Just feeling the cool evening breeze, today was a long day!". He taps the patch of grass next to him signalling you to have a seat with him. You sit down quietly looking at the sunset next to the waterfall together.

After a few moments of silence you look at Kyojuro, smiling with his big eyes at the sun. You say in a soft low voice "Do you wanna play a game?," he looks at you "Oh? a game? sure y/n!" you reply back "Its truth or dare, I haven't played it in a long time!"

Kyojuro looked at you this time a bit confused like a lost puppy "I'm...not sure what I'm going to say y/n..." You chirp "Don't worry! I'll start us off!". Kyojuro nods in agreement and immediately turns to towards you to start off the game.

"Okay truth or dare?," He blinks "Truth!", of course this righteous man chooses truth you think to yourself. You take a deep breath "So Kyojuro Rengoku..." You raise your eyebrows as if you were hinting at something, making him shift in fear. "Have you ever had a girlfriend?," He turns bright red "What kind of question is that y/n?," you wave your hand "Kyo these are the questions asked in truth or dare, if this scares you i wonder how you will handle the dares!", Kyojuro looks left and right before leaning in and saying "no, never". You smile and say "okay then...see easy as it is! now your turn, i choose truth too!".

Kyojuro takes a moment to ponder and then says "Do you romantically like someone y/n?", You turn bright red and your smile vanishes as you immediately look away from his gaze, he exclaims "hey no fair i answered mine!". You slowly look back into his bright honey coloured eyes as the last rays of the sun hit his face, "Yes i do like...maybe love...someone". Rengoku's curiosity piqued, "who is it?" you snap back, "no follow up questions allowed!" He immediately settles back down.

For the second round you again prompt him "So now what? truth or dare?" He looks at you in the eyes and says "Truth again." within a blink you sputter out "So what do you think about...me?," he returns you a very confused look "What, what do you mean?," You scream back rather desperately "I don't know just tell me." Kyojuro corrects his posture and after gaining composure replies "well...i think you are an amazing person with a beautiful heart." He stops speaking, you raise your eyebrows prompting him to speak more.

Kyojuro clears his throat "You are beautiful on the inside and outside..." He pauses and as the sunlight reflected in your eyes, as if taken by a trance Rengoku speaks "and...your eyes are beautiful, your lips are soft, the way your hair blows over your face makes you look delicate and i think i have feelin...." he suddenly shakes himself back to reality and stops speaking. The big bright smile returns to his face and calmly says "Truth or dare y/n?".

You have a warm feeling inside as if this conversation was headed in an untapped territory of your heart, you stutter out "truth," Rengoku reiterates his follow up question from before "So y/n who do you like?". You tuck your stray hair behind your ear, you were uncertain whether your answer would affect your current relationship with Kyojuro. He waits patiently knowing his question may have been a little heavy. You take a big breath "Its you, i like you Kyojuro Rengoku."

The sun had already set and the purple in the sky was mesmerising, but even more so was the twinkle in Kyojuro's eyes. He has seen the love between his parents, he admired his mother for the woman she was. Kyojuro has always wanted a family, especially like his own. Knowing you had feelings for him he imagined the start of something new, a step closer to this dream of his.

Kyojuro lifted his arm and placed his palm against your cheek. You instantly took comfort in it and melted into his touch. He was a respectful man he slowly leaned forward and kissed your forehead as you used your hand to hold his hand against your cheek. You both smiled at each other and Kyojuro pulled you into an embrace. You both sat in each others arms as the waterfall's sound soothed both your hearts. This was the beginning of a connection that would last a lifetime.

BOTW Demon Slayer Challenge

i literally just made this up (bc im avoiding finishing the main quest tbh) and i'm already so excited to try it

Pick one of the 4 main characters (Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inosuke, or Nezuko) and finish the game with their specific rules:

Tanjiro can use:

- Hylian, Snowquill, or Zora armors

- Any earrings

- Any frost weapon

- Any one handed sword

- Any axe

- Any shield

- Wooden/flammable bows with normal or frost arrows

Zenitsu can use:

- Hylian, Rubber, or Soldier’s armor

- Any thunder weapon

- Any one handed sword

- Any spear

- Any shield

- Wooden/flammable bows with normal or shock arrows

Inosuke can use:

- Any armor set with NO shirt, or the entire Desert Voe set, or the entire Barbarian set

- Any non-elemental weapons (including clubs, bats, spears, axes, and one and two handed swords)

- Wooden/flammable bows with normal or fire arrows

Nezuko can use:

- Hylian, Sheikah, Flamebreaker, and Desert Vai armor

- Any monster mask, including Majora's Mask

- Tree branches

- Torches

- Kork leaves

- All fire weapons

- Wooden/flammable shields

- Any bow with normal, ancient, or bomb arrows

All of them can eat food items except Nezuko, who can only recover health by sleeping (lol) at inns, stables, or the Hateno house, and all of them can use elixirs.
