Then again, this ties in with one of the many things I eventually want to talk about concerning what the show did or didn't do with its older cast and it's very interesting to see that... The older characters really were in peril and escaped death thanks to decisions made in the writers' room later on, mostly because they liked the actors so much. Narratively speaking, within the genre, it was very likely we'd see them go and these comments by one of the writers confirm it.

So someone can give some pretty bad answers #that are VERY non compatible. but as long as MOST of their answers landed in a 'compatible' category #then they would still be listed as compatible despite still actually having some dealbreakers in there. Which is also possible with the #'every answer is a number amount' ranking system too. but I feel like that one does allow for a little more customization #and accuracy (like making the dealbreakers add like...+40 to the score or something so that #there's basically NO way that someone could answer with one of those and still get a good score. His back ended up being MUCH more stained than I expected (which when you see the before, it being covered with paint makes sense that it stained) and his arms are pretty unevenly yellowed so I am excited to get to working on painting him when he's all taken care of :) I'm planning on making the little clay bits as more of a decorative bit to make it look like the front of his body is being held on by them. It needs a LOT more sanding to get there tho but I'm excited at the progress made today :)

i’m watching severance rn, about halfway through, and i know that despite being in a mild slump for a little bit my mash fandom obsession is nowhere near dead because like 40% of my thoughts while watching are ‘mash severance au’
