It's not transphobic. This is a person changing their name for trauma reasons, not gender reasons. It'd be the same as me changing my name to Vanessa instead of Sarah.

It's dead naming, sure, I'll give you that. It's using a name not used anymore.

I'm using his previous name as a way to make people aware of who he was. That's why I literally put "previously known as".

It's me, Kirby anon! Here with another Galaxy Brain idea. Put Kirby in Four swords. Both Link and Kirby have been split into four, and have a shadow counterpart that's not as villainous as one would expect. Link's Grandpa gets another grandson, and Link himself gets free therapy, it's a win-win.

Kirby would honestly teach Four (Minish Cap/Four Swords Link) how to handle being split and befriend his shadow half. The little puffball is literally a positive incarnation of a primordial god after all. Kirby WILL befriend a potential buddy and the target can't resist.

Shadow Kirby would be the shy nervous bean while Shadow Link is the protective big brother of the shadow duo. And yeah, Four's grandfather definitely adopt them. Plus since I got Kirby Return to Dreamland Deluxe, the Star Warrior probably took the family to Merry Magoland on a few occasions since Magolor lets em play the attractions for free.

(2/2) Malon is excited to introduce Time to their new son, and Time and the Chain are just staring at this pink walking ball with legs. He eats a lot, but he helps around the farm and gets along with the animals, so it's all good.

Malon would definitely adopt Kirby despite not knowing what he is or how powerful he is. Just finds him snoozing in the barn next to Epona. She's probably quite lonely without her husband so a new adorable pink face is welcomed. Kirby definitely takes care of any monsters that get too close and chases off thieves or bandits.

The animals would also like the little Star Warrior. Kirby treats them so well and make sures they're taken care of. Practically plays with baby animals thus giving their parents a nice little break.

Malon would give Kirby jobs she knows he can handle and the puffball becomes quite known whenever they have to do deliveries. So Time and the Chain might have a tiny heads-up that something new is happening on the ranch.

They're walking up to the ranch only to see a small pink puffball happily feeding the cuccos while Malon tends to the cows. Upon seeing her husband, she gleefully picks up Kirby and happily presents him.

Malon: Welcome back my knight in shining armor. I like you to meet Kirby, our new son.

Kirby: Hai!

Time: What???

Sheer awkwardness especially when the poor man has to bond with such a sudden addition. Especially upon seeing just how powerful Kirby can actually be the moment Dink starts to cause trouble. I'm pretty sure something like Tornado Kirby or Crash Kirby is enough to cause some inner conflict.

Yeah Time. Your wife adopted a living black hole capable of universal destruction. Have fun!
