5. On an average day, what can be found in your character’s pockets?

tends to keep spare scraps of paper, a few fountain pens, a well sealed bottle of ink, a small bit of rosin, a torn piece from one of abbie's shirts that couldn't be repaired, small ritual objects that aid with contacting the Unseen, and one of annette's handkerchiefs she 'forgot' to give back. daine makes good use of the extra pockets annette added to her clothes XD

18. Is your character more likely to admire wisdom, or ambition in others?

daine would like to be the sort of person who admires wisdom, but mostly she finds it useful once a week and makes heart eyes over people with big goals or dreams. she def appreciates people who try to use wisdom oh her behalf tho.

19. What is your character’s biggest relationship flaw? Has this flaw destroyed relationships for them before?

whaaat? daine? have relationship flaws? never. but absolutely. daine's biggest relationship flaws are overthinking, and thinking that she's a burden in the lives of the people around her. and for deffo it has nearly tanked a few relationships for her.

29. What did your character dream of being or doing as a child? Did that dream come true?

daine dreamed of being loved by her family and considering where she is now that one def didn't work out. but she’s built a family of her own that cares for her, and that is certainly not nothing (even if a good portion of it at the bottom of the ocean now)

5. On an average day, what can be found in your character’s pockets?

knitting needles, yarn, a half finished sock or other project, spell components, a few healing potions, a smoll journal for notes/spell ideas/sketches, small objects with interesting textures for gogo, and a dagger. and enough gold to make a quick escape if he needs it.

14. Does your character remember names or faces easier?

faces. theis tends to have trouble keeping names straight in their mind. might be all the memory wiping, but he could just naturally be bad at them. either way, he keeps a journal with an index of people’s names and faces that he thinks might be important later.

19. What is your character’s biggest relationship flaw? Has this flaw destroyed relationships for them before?

he’s a big fat liar who hates consequences. and absolutely yes.

35. How does your character behave around people they like?

regrettably,,,, not too different from people he’s neutral toward with how he speaks and acts around them. if he likes you, theis will go out of his way for you. he’s an acts of service and gifts kinda guy. like, if you’re bad at food he’ll bring you food/snacks. and if, as an example, you find and adopt a dragon egg but have no way of carrying it around, they’ll make a way for you to carry it. just. as an example.

5. On an average day, what can be found in your character’s pockets?

various herbs, small tools, odds and ends for tinkering with, a small calligraphers' kit with fancy ink, her day journal full of shorthand notes about her day/thoughts about potential experiments (to be transcribed into long form in her main journal later in case she forgets her shorthand again), glass vials of various sizes, a handkerchief for puff, snacks for arryn, a pen she won’t miss if siggrit forgets hers.

11. In what situation was your character the most afraid they’ve ever been?

when she first woke up, alone and with no memories of anything. tho with the shit the crew gets into and how she may! have fallen into the trap of caring about them- something might surpass that one day.

33. In the face of criticism, is your character defensive, self-deprecating, or willing to improve?

honestly, it depends on who it comes from. if it’s from someone she respects, they’ll get back a combo of willing to improve and defensive cause tbh lydia doesn’t deal with criticism super well. if she doesn’t respect them, it’s full speed ahead on the defensive, ‘what right or grounds do you have to criticize me? where are your credentials??’

36. How does your character behave around people they dislike?

cold, standoffish, with lots of mean little barbs about the things lydia dislikes about them if she can’t avoid them entirely. might also play clever, if mean, pranks if it’s a particularly intense dislike- esp if this person has caused trouble for someone lydia considers a friend.

Hey hey hey I finally made some info about my oc Conner, they’re all under the cut if you wanna look at em. I’m probably gonna doodle a few things based off the little bullet points so I’ll try to keep em all to one post and link this one for more info! Be gentle I usually do everything on mobile so the typing may be off

16 yo, 5’3ft

Fruit!! Of any kind!!! But mostly strawberries or peaches

Fucking onions???? Anything bitter?? Ew. Also lemons

Anything touching his wings, they’re sensitive

Fun facts and stuff

Has two other siblings, one older and one younger both of which have similar bug Quirks

His family also has like three different pets, one for each kid

His pet is a small ferret named Rose

Once tried to sneak Rose into class, hidden in his neck puff, but she started scuttling around the classroom and she had to be placed in his bag for the rest of the period before taking her home during lunch

Has insomnia

Often drinks soothing teas or has relaxing scented candles lit because of this

Smells like lavender and chamomile also because of this

Is like in love with large shirts. Could easily live his life solely living in a three sizes too big flannel shirt turned dress

Neck puff doesn’t actually shed that much? Like he needs to brush it every other day but it’s mostly stuck in there

Has two little beauty marks, one right above the right side of his lip and one just above the tip of his left eyebrow

Quirk stuff and what-not

Moth quirk simply adds the wings, the neck puff, two sets of tiny little moth arms, and an attraction to bright lights

His eyes are from his dads side (may or may not be related to Mina cough but like only as cousins)

Has like,, a crippling attraction to light

It makes him dissociate hard and makes it the only thing he can really focus on honestly

It’s mostly when it’s directly shined in his eyes for more than a few minuets

He wears sunglasses most of the time because of this and his hero suit has sun blocking goggles with the kit

His wings are sort of fragile, made of a thin membrane strengthened by a system of veins which is all covered with thousands of tiny scales which lend the color to them

If he gets a hole in them they’ll start to bleed like any flesh wound but inevitably heal back within only a few days

Really the only weaknesses to his quirk is his attraction to light and how he relies on his wings as a hero

The black sclera of his eyes actually make it so it’s hard to see during the day anyway, so he’ll usually wear contacts but he does have glasses

But this also means he sees better in the dark, almost like seeing normally in the light

His little bug arms are usually pressed to his sides since he doesn’t wanna keep cutting holes in his shirts

They’re fuzzy too

Uses them mostly to hold things to his stomach or to crawl

They can actually support his weight cause he’s pretty light

He needs to be able to fly so he can’t afford to be heavy, so he isn’t as built as the other kids

His legs tho,, good kicking power
