Gen25 is here, time sure does fly!

I wish I could have remembered to get a pic or even send a custom item for an one time thing but he was a teenager during the eclipse. He came back while I was waiting for the eclipse to happen & was in my bag while I watched it happen. I can see why they said not to drive with the eclipse glasses on, I can't drive but it was funny to find out why.

I find it funny how his face reminds me of Kiwitchi who I got the most when playing with the Tamagotchi Connect v2 as a kid. I kinda miss the Connection, I have two hanging from the cork board attached to my computer desk but I'm not sure about turning either on plus looking for batteries.

Growth chart

Here I will post the growth chart of the simulator.

Not all adults have complete sprites, so I will update this post every once in a while.

Egg to baby:

Each egg can hatch into 2 different babies depending on their gender.

The family genes that correspond to each egg are shown on the left side of the chart. The one on top is the dominant one (if there are 2 different genes), so the babies will belong to its family.

The only egg accessible at the beginning is the black one, containing a pure No family baby. You must take good care of the baby and marry them to characters of different families in order to unlock the other eggs.

Baby to child:

The best care characters of this chart can only be achieved from the white egg.

The second gene of the baby will tell which child it can grow up to be, you must then rise skills of that family to, at least, 150 points between the 2 and take perfect care of the baby.

For the rest of the children, you will get the ones on the yellow column on odd generations and the ones on the blue one on even ones.

On these ones, perfect care characters can only be achieved from pure families, babies that have 2 of the same gene. You must also rise the skills corresponding to their family to, at least, 100 between the 2, and have all 6 skills add up to, at least, 250 points.

You can only get perfect care teens from the perfect care child of the same family, rising skills of the same family. (e.g. you can only get Shiripuritchi from a Mohitamatchi with Kindness and Passion as her highest skills)

A child is unable to evolve into a teen of better care than they are. For perfect care you need to make sure all 6 skills add up to, at least, 500 points, and they must be potty trained (make them go to the toilet properly 4 times after baby stage)

There are 4 leves of care now. Only best care teens may become best care adults and wort care teens con only become worst care adults.

Obotchi and Ojyotchi will become Pyonchitchi and Pyonkotchi respectively if they are given perfect care and they have Logic and Humour as their highest skills. Otherwise, they will become Bunbuntchi and Bunkotchi respectively. If you neglect any other teen enough, they will become either Bunbuntchi or Bunkotchi, too.

Hawainotchi and Hawaikotchi will become Billotchi and Billkotchi respectively if they are given perfect care and they have Artistry and Beauty as their highest skills. Otherwise, they will become Megatchi and Gankotchi respectively. If you neglect any other teen enough, they will become either Megatchi or Gankotchi, too.

Propellertchi and Batabatatchi will become Kiwitchi and Kikotchi respectively if they are given perfect care and they have Kindness and Passion as their highest skills. Otherwise, they will become Kabutchi and Pipotchi respectively. If you neglect any other teen enough, they will become either Kabutchi or Pipotchi, too.

The best care adult characters come from best care teens of the same skill. (e.g. in order to get KuroMametchi you must raise a Kikitchi from the Mame family and then take perfect care of him and make sure Artistry is his highest skill)

In order to get best care adults, you must also make sure their skills add up to, at least, 1000 points, and they must be potty trained (make them go to the toilet properly 4 times after baby stage)

Adult to senior:

An adult without an associated family may become any of the 3 character of their corresponding gender, but others will always become the character of their own family.

You must also try to make the weight increase gradually until adulthood! The best weights are:

Baby: 15g

Toddler: 20g

Teen: 30g

Adult: 50g

I have a tamagotchi that I named Kiwi and now she's an apple.

I’m kind of wondering if I should name the characters again but then I remember I can’t think of many(especially when I can’t tell what they’ll look like when they’re older) plus they’ll be gone in like 3-6 or so days anyway when they get married.

So second marriage after unlocking, she married Gozarutchi. I wasn’t able to get the proposal as I was cooking & had trouble focusing the camera at the time

It’s kind of funny though to see the new Gozarutchi, when I was younger & had a Tamagotchi Connection the animation showed his suit was a part of him due to the eating animation.(His mouth was shown as part of the mask) Now his outfit is shown to be an actual outfit instead of part of his body. I guess due to limitations or something they had to show him eating some how.

While I’m on the subject & likely to ramble again I remember getting Kiwitchi on the Connect 2 all the time as a kid.(It was my first one, I was in elementary & I didn’t have experience with it yet) I always though Kiwitchi was a bird ninja until I decided to look the character up recently. Then again I mistook Whaletchi for a buffalo with a sprout for a tail, it doesn’t help that the Tamagotchi up until like Color+ had no color/large enough sprites to know this. I also don’t recall being able to see what Tamagotchi you got & just the name you gave them.

The connect 2 was the my first Tamagotchi & I played the V4 a lot until Tamatown was gone. I was for some reason under the impression I had the V4.5 but after looking it up I realized it was always the V4. I think I still have it somewhere as I had batteries for it still in my laptop bag. I might turn it on if I find it & get batteries. I remember getting Hanatchi & Masktchi a lot too.

I kind of also stopped playing with Tamagotchi due to the family version as I didn’t know how to marry them off.(You apparently have to wait until 6) My dad actually stopped me from getting a Tamagotchi Music Star because he could tell I’d have a lot of trouble playing with it after looking stuff up on the back. The Mix is my first one since I was a child.
