College finals are coming around fast. And you were stressing out.

You weren’t like your brilliant boyfriend, who always guarantee he’ll come out on top every time.

You procrastinate, you mess up, and you forgot. The polar opposite of your King, it still puzzles you to this day why he wants you.

But disregarding all that, you still tried to study to make up for it and it helped a bit that he offered his aid. What a sweet man ugh.

Sort of. Not really.

While he looks completely in his element as he practice quiz himself, GETTING EVER ANSWER CORRECT, you were over it as you sat across from him.

Your lips were borderline bruised as you abused it throughout the session, running your fingers frustratingly through your hair as you feel stumped over a word problem.

Akashi notices, of course he does. He’s an observant person and an attentive boyfriend. It was clear that you needed a break but he knew how stubborn you could be.

So he sets his pen down, getting up to come around to where you are—all of which you don’t notice until he’s pulling you up and dragging you towards the crouch.

“Seijuro?” You question him when he casually drops on the cushions with a deep sigh, dragging you with him. He doesn’t say anything as he wraps his arms around your lower back and use his free hand to rake his fingers through your hair, albeit much less aggressive than you had, “Sei.” You try again, this time getting a reply.

“You need a break.” He says, never ceasing his movements. If anything he pulls you closer, so your flush against his body, your head on his chest, “No buts. It’ll still be there when you get back.” He adds when he sees you about to protest.

You hate when he’s right. Always at the worst times too. More than he’ll ever know, especially when he gets what he was aiming for easily. Your supposed to be independent.

Instead his stupid warmth was pulling you in, the light scraping of his nails that occasionally graze your scalp slowly putting you into a small trance.

You mumble a quick, barely audible, “Thank you,” as you drift into your first nap of the day. It’s a good thing when you miss the curve of his lips as he glance down at your peaceful expression, otherwise you’ll try and tease him endlessly.

“Anything for you, my empress/prince.”

This was hard for him. No it wasn’t because he can’t show affection. Aomine is actually very affection to his lady, maybe too much that it’s borderline manhandling. You don’t complain.

It’s hard for him because he really hates to see you beat yourself up, comparing yourself in the mirror to his magazines.

Sometimes he wish he never kept them, not liking how insecure you got. He knows they can’t compare to you and you know it too… you just can’t help yourself most days.

He feels guilty each time you tell him that it was okay to keep things like that since you were real and they weren’t. He didn’t deserve such understanding after causing your tears indirectly.

And so every time, Aomine waste zero time in wrapping his arms around you, crowding you so your face was buried in his chest.

“I know,” you whine, eyes wet with weightless tears and nose beginning to drip, but it was the least of both your worries, “I know I shouldn’t, but I can’t help it. They’re so pretty!” you squeeze around his waist, the very same you can barely reach around.

Aomine listens. He listens and watches every choke cry, every fragile wail, every doe and tearful eyed glance up at his face.

He didn’t bother to explain again that it wasn’t about them being pretty because he knew it would make it worst. He was smart enough to realize that.

It didn’t break his heart any less though. He’s not sure how many more these sessions he can take without getting rid of the whole stash.

Because nothing was really worth seeing you like this.

Aomine sighs through his nose, pushing your head back against his chest after you glance up at him one more time, running his fingers through your hair to smooth you; a method that always worked. He was anxious, despite his calming demeanor—you can hear it in his heart.

The same beat that lore you to close your eyes, clinging on to the man that brings up such insecurities unintentionally. When your shoulders slump, he picks up with your head now rested on his shoulder. He still doesn’t stop his movements in your hair as he takes you to the shared bedroom.

“It’s alright, baby,” he’ll mumble as he lays beside you with his arm under your head for support. His hands still wringing themselves in your hair, but occasionally drift to your caress your cheek as he watches you sleep, “I won’t make you feel like this again.”

He kept true to his word. Threw the whole stash away after waking up from the nap.

As much as he cared for those magazines, he cares about you more. He’d be damned if he let a fake thing mess up a good one.

You have been dating Kagami for a while, almost a year. So it was safe to say he has seen you in all the craziest states you can conjure up.

To name a few: days where you’re too lazy to wear makeup (makeup is genderless) , a few random hormonal pimples, fresh out the shower with your hair sticking to your head like the ring antagonist.

He’s seen it all.

He’s also dealt with your mini tantrums or mood changes that sometime went along with them. That’s what a partner is supposed to do. Take the good and the ugly, not one or the other.

This time was no different, you were getting ready to go out to the shopping center but ever since you woke up, your hair has not been cooperative.

This only led Kagami to assume you were frustrated, especially based on the loud huffs and weird growls you’ve been letting out.

He could hear your down the hall as he’s making a sandwich, cursing as you wrestle with your hair. It’s when you let out a loud ‘“Fucking stupid ass hair be submissive” did he enter your room.

“Babe, are you almost done?” He asks, even though he can see you aren’t, which earns a glare briefly sent his way before you focus back on your hair.

“Do I look done, babe?” You mock back.

There’s the attitude he loves.

Kagami didn’t get it. This was probably the most tame your hair has every looked but your fussing over one off section.

If anything… He’s putting down his sandwich and dusting his hands off with purpose.

“What are you doing?” You shout, watching a he stalks up behind you to rack his fingers through your hair. On a normal day this would be soothing, but he wasn’t doing it to help.

“Taiga, this looks fucking worst!” You whine, slapping his hand away as you stare, mouth agape at the mess he help create.

He simply grins, “I like it.”

“Please tell me that was the clean hand…”

He thinks you look hotter with messy hair. His favorite time of the day was morning because he got to see you first thing, hair wildly misplaced.

It was supposed to be a leisure day. A simple day where you can stay inside to finally finish this new Netflix show called “sanctuary”, while not be judged for eating half a cake. Alone.

But then your fantasy is disrupted because your reminded your boyfriend was Kise, and he was never not clingy.

He shows up unannounced, as he always does with his “I miss you so much baby” type shit.

You were a little annoyed, just a little. Your day was all planned out, so it’s to be expected. Just as it was expected to know it won’t go that way due to Kise.

Reluctantly, you let him in because he was a little too upbeat and bright, compared to the darkness and coolness that your apartment gave.

There wasn’t really a different with Kise being there.

Except no personal space and him eating more of your cake then you, which might be a shocker but Kise only ever let’s loose with you.

You were his safe space, and he liked to return the favor, regardless of how little.

Kise was sitting up right on the sofa, while you were laying your head on Kise lap, both of you equally engrossed in the show, and still semi hungry after the cake was gone but too lazy to get up for something else.

You got startled when he subconsciously starts petting your head. Did he think your were a pet or something? But your thoughts were eased away when his petting turns into wringing his fingers through your hair, scratching pleasantly at your scalp from time to time.

There were moments he’ll twirl it around his finger like a little school girl being nervous around her crush. You thought it was really cute, so you had to voice it.

“You’re so cute, Ryo.” you blurt randomly. He still his movements, blinking before looking down at your with flushed cheeks,

“I didn’t do anything.” he says, resuming his movements.

“Even when you’re not doing anything, you’re crazy cute.”

“[Name] -cchi!”

It was fall, how beautiful the colors change. It was a perfect temperature—in Japan. America was a whole different story, let’s not get into that though.

Anyway, it’s date night with Kuroko. Every Friday, like clockwork, unless something came up. Thankfully, it didn’t!

You both just got done eating at this new place you saw and of course, Kuroko had no complaints but didn’t finish his food.

Luckily, you guys got to take it to go without any extra charge. Now your both just casual strolling down the streets, hand and hand.

But then Kuroko was pulling you in a random direction, that you soon found out was a park.

“Testu?” you call to him, peering at him curiously. He only looks back at your for a second, and the warmth from his eyes was enough for you not to question any further.

He’s a really sweet boyfriend, ugh.

At some point during the walk, you saw a pretty tree that still somehow has a lot of leave on it and the colors were too gorgeous to pass up a photo.

Instead of taking a photo of just the tree, you told Kuroko to take a picture of you with it.

So there you were standing under the tree, posing awkwardly as people walk by and wait for your boyfriend to take the picture.

But he takes forever. He has the phone up, the app’s open but he just pauses as your pouting.

“Testu! Take the picture,” you whine, body going tense as you struggle to hold the pose. When it looks like he’s going to take the photo, he lowers the phone and walks over to you. That only confuses you more, “What are you doing?”

He’s reaching up to your face as you stare at him skeptically, but he skips your face and goes right to your hair, where he runs his finger through it, “You have something in your hair. It’ll ruin the photo.”

How considerate is he? A+++

You thank him, obviously, when he gets it out. And you thought that’s was the end of it, that he’ll finally take your picture.

No, Kuroko is still wringing his hand through your hair.

He’s smiling softly to himself, completely forgetting about the task at hand. It takes you clearing your throat to bring him back to earth. Even then, his hand doesn’t leave your hair. He just waits patiently for you to speak.

“The photo, Tetsuya?” you remind him, with a tilt of your head.

His mouth forms a “o” and he finally removes his hand, “Sorry. Your hairs really soft today.” He then walks back to where he was before, pointing the phone at you as if what he said didn’t make you red in the face.

The clock read 2 am when your staring up at the ceiling.

You were exhausted but your mind refused to let your rest.

The lie would be a big one if you said you didn’t know why. Despite your good day with nothing eventual happening, your brain found ways to nitpick always.

It was 2:54 when you decided you’ll have a late night snack, maybe watch some tv to lull you to sleep.

But it was 20 minutes later when your walking into the living room to see Murasakibara already on the couch and not in the bedroom where you left him.

Murasakibara isn’t a light sleeper, but he knows when something’s different despite being sleep. When he doesn’t feel you hugging his side, he lazily gets up to find you.

He finds you in the kitchen, making yourself a half pb&j sandwich. He immediately knows it’s one of those nights where you can’t sleep just from that.

Instead of letting his presence known, he goes to the couch and waits for you, already knowing if he did bother you that you’ll try and get him back to bed and leave again.

It’s almost comical seeing his big frame spread across a couch just a few inches too short for him.

“Atsu, you should be in bed.” You remind him, walking over to him. He looks up at your drowsily, a pout already playing at his lips.

“Hope you got enough for me too.” He ignores your statement, opening up the blanket you originally got to get comfy on the couch alone, “I’m hungry.”

You get confused at whether he was actually referring to food or you, after all, this situation happens often and the outcomes are unpredictable since it’s him.

Murasakibara sees your hesitation and grows impatient, instead reaching out to pull you to him and force you in the blanket himself.

“The food, Atsu!” Your protests fell on death ears, with you trying to keep it from getting trapped within the covers.

He opens his mouth and pulling you closer to him. One of his hands pushes your head to his chest and now he’s running his fingers through your hair as if to shush you from saying more, “Feed me.”

Your trying to pull away, but don’t prevail, “There isn’t enough for you, you giant!”

“Then I’ll just have to eat you.”

There are so many that I do read over and over again, but it seems The Angel's Game by Carlos Ruiz Zafón is just as exciting each time.

E: a character you think you’re the most like?

Well, it's Kuroko, even when I want to come up with another answer, there just isn't anyone else on that level. I got Belle with 88% similarity from that one extensive character quiz with hundreds of fictional characters in it, that I came by here on Tumblr, but. Even though I agree that I am quite like Belle, (introverted, optimistic, book nerd, the odd one out, too persistent for her own good, believes in people's growth etc.) the sense of familiarity just doesn't compare. I suppose there's some difference in Belle's core desires that doesn't quite match with me, even though on the surface she probably seems really alike with me. I don't want an "adventure in the great wide somewhere", I tend to want my adventures right here, right now, and with the things I'm familiar with. I've never dreamed of going away, I've always dreamed of realizing my visions where I am. It has always seemed to me like one backyard is already too full to comprehend in a lifetime, so why would I want to go anywhere? There's the safety of routine where you are, but there's also always something new and unexpected if you just notice it, because you can always go deeper into things, everything is essentially endless. Doesn't mean I can't go away, because I can as easily feel this way about one place as another once the new becomes old, but I don't have a need to go away, which seems like the defining aspect of Belle's starting point. She also doesn't seem to have much of a desire to connect with the people who think of her as too different, she'd rather just leave and look for something better. She doesn't seem very attached to anyone in her village but her father. I can't quite relate to that, I've always cared about connecting with essentially everyone, probably even a little too much, (as in, it took some time and growing for me to let assholes be assholes) even if I don't have the ability to show it in a neurotypical way, and leaving has always been my last resort even if it's sometimes necessary.

synopsis: aomine daki, the great basketballer player at your university is your boyfriend! how is it like to have aomine as your boyfriend though? and how does he act with you? (get ready for this-)

Once Aomine is your boyfriend, get ready cause this guy will show off and flex a lot when it comes to you. Whenever you stay and watch his practices, he flexes a lot with his back muscle and he would turn around if YOU saw that. You are just sitting there, all blushed while covering your face, "Oh god, this idiot..."

Sometimes, the basketball club would invite student for 'Learning the basics of Basketball' and the first person he wants to invite is, of course, his girlfriend. While he is waiting for her, he would just sit in the bench and lots of people go to him for help, but he would ignore everyone and say he is tired and to leave him alone. But once he sees you, y/n, entering he is all energetic and comes running to you. "Aomine, let me change wait" , "But darling, I was waiting for like 10 minutes...you have to make up for that."

Once everyone leaves and its just you two, he gets all hyped up cause he loves it when you are alone with him. He gets extra clingy towards you and keeps on hugging you and you can feel his tensed muscular body. "Sweetheart, you looked amazing today."

Okay but this guy, would fuck up and beat any guy that even showed any sort of disrespect. He is not standing there with a glare or bumping into them if someone laughs, or says something mean to you. He will go up to that person and hold them up while saying "Okay, you started this. Come here." You have to stop him before he gets physical towards them, "Aomine! Stop!! They just said to me to move". "Yea, 'Move you', what the fuck is that? Asshole, learn some manners! Do you know who you even spoke to!"

This guy is smart, so he knows all your university spots, so don't be surprised if you see him out of nowhere. "Hey its that guy! He is always following you!" Kagami would yell out, "Fuck, you have some stalker Y/N" Kagami would say while glaring at him, he was your university best friend. "That's my b-boyfriend."

Your man will also buy you a lot of snacks, and if you say you skipped breakfast. He is dragging you to the university café and will force you to eat after he buys you food.

Oh my god, your boyfriend loves to tease you A LOT. Like there wont be a day he wont tease you. If you somehow changed up your hairstyle, he will make a huge scene. "No WAY! Sweetheart, you look so good! Wow, that's my GIRL! You all heard that??!"

Aomine makes you laugh like crazy, and there also wont be a day he wont make you laugh. He just loves it whenever he hears your beautiful laugh and small giggles, he founds it so cute and you really warm his heart whenever he hears that.

He will never forgive himself if he ever made you upset or cry. Aomine will probably think about it the whole day and he will keep spamming you "I'm sorry" multiple times. If you don't reply back, he would come to your lecture hall and he is gonna make a scene. "Y/N I SAID IM SORRY!"

You definitely boost his ego, like crazy. Whenever he feels low before a match he would call you and he just wants to hear his girlfriends voice motivating him. "Aomine, don't worry you got this! Besides, didn't you tell me the only one who can beat you...is you?" "Fuck, you are right. Darling, I'm gonna win this and I'll come and hug u after this match. Wait for 20 minutes" And he actually does it.

This guy sticks with his words, so if you tell him meet up at 2 pm. He is there at 2pm waiting for you. If he says he will do literally anything for you, he fucking will.

Once he got, really upset and emotional and he said to you during a call at midnight. "Y/N, Dont leave me like how everyone does.". You then recalled about him telling you about this past and how his old teammates left him, so you would say "I wont, I'm your girlfriend aren't I?" And he is up on his bed all hyped hearing that, "Can I see you now!" "Aomine it's 2am and I have a quiz tomorrow bye, shutting my phone love you!" But this guy wont leave you and spam you in EVERY social media. "Nice try, but I know you have discord on your laptop. Wait, I see you online I'm calling you now."

One time, he came to your huge lecture hall and he sat right next to you, and he would just turn and look at you, focusing on what you are doing, and play around with your stuff and hair. "Aomine, I am trying to focus!" You say all blushed and can't even write anything on your notebook. "Of course, cause you are focusing on me right? Sweetheart, I know, I know I am great." Now you wanna smack him.

Whenever he sees you, he gives you that hot smirk of his and it gives you butterflies. "Ha! Wow literally everything I do, you love it don't you?" . Y/N then turns to him and gives a small chuckle, "Don't get ahead of yourself, Aomine." He then goes near you and lays his arm on your shoulder, bring you closer and he would whisper to your ear "Why not? your my girl so, I want to impress you."

You both love it whenever you guys hold hands around university, this guy is really tall so you always feel so relaxed and also great when your boyfriend squeezes your hand, and walks you to your lecture. "Okay now try to focus on your lecture and not your mind all about me alright?"

He actually loves it when you cheer for him and that really boost not only his ego but rather his self-confidence. "Y/N! I'm gonna win this match for you!" He would yell out during the match and everyone is looking at you.

He would go for academic help for you sometimes and you guys meet up in the library to study. You are the reason he passed some subjects, don't get me wrong, he is intelligent but super lazy.

His wallpaper is a selfie of you both and he looks at that before every match. He sometimes pecks his phone when he finds a picture of you.

Speaking about his phone, this guy has a folder with just you, all your pictures, screenshots of chats, even screen records of your voice notes and videos. He just loves you dearly, and he gets so fucking mad if someone touches or even goes near that gallery. He protects that with all his life, your pictures are important and he is not the type of guy to show his friends your pictures, in fact he hates that! "My folder, my girl, and no one gets to see that. Go away."

Whenever he is bored or isn't doing nothing, he would open his phone, and check every social media app to see your online status. "Oh OH, I see you online darling! Answer me, wanna go out and get ice cream? Please say yes."

He is actually such a great motivator and brings your mood up whenever you feel like giving up during university. He won't allow that, like never. "What so you will just give up? Stop? After all this time, you let this one test fuck you up? Don't you dare let that bring you down, you idiot." He actually even inspires you.

Before you go for the whole day cause you had to work on your report he would say "Smile for me one last time?"

When he sees you from afar, he would yell out and say "That's my girl! Don't move, I'm coming for you!" And this guy jumps at you with his embraces and sometimes picks you up. "L-Love put me down!!"

He actually loves teasing you like that in public, he wants everyone to know that are are HIS girl and his only.

He messages you during his practices and even would skip practice to see you.

Y/N: Oh you don't have practice today?

Aomine: Nope! And besides, I am the captain so doesn't matter. (He is not the captain- its akashi but lies)

He says that and then goes on how he knows everything about basketball and the team and he keeps doing that till you can compliment him ‘Please Y/N say anything’ he would think and you know that but tease him back not saying anything.

*meanwhile in his basketball groupchat*

Kise: aomine, WHERE THE HECK ARE YOU?!

Akashi: Probably ran off to see his girl.

Atsushi: Whatever, my chance to leave and eat outside.

Kuroko: Can I join you?

Atsushi: No.

You would treat his injuries and he would just sit there, looking at you with a smirk.

Aomine: "Oh yea, here even hurts darling!"

Y/N: "Love....you are lying aren't you?"

Aomine: "What! No!...Maybe?"

You let out a sigh "Ah, you are an idiot...stop hurting yourself all the time." He would suddenly lift your chin up and say "You know...that I love you yea? You also better tell me everything and if you need help, just say it" He can be really soft and sweet sometimes, but he gets all cringy and shy about it and he gets up rubbing the back of his head. "I-I mean that's what a boyfriend does right?! Come on, get up I'm taking you out."

I am a girl going by she/her am 18 and would like to be paired w a man. I am an entp 8w7, who has like a resting mean face, often called intimidating because I have a sort of charismatic yet cold prestance at first glance probably from my height somehow ( I am 173cm) and my sarcastic and analytical self don’t help my case but I am also very funny, creative, dreamy and gentle with few lucksters, I am the classmate always having food with her not following class much ( I am taking dumb personality quiz w my friends or drawing) but is still having excellent grades somehow. it retrieves from a weird form of intelligence of mine I guess because my crackhead energy is as astronomical so I am a smart idiot i guess. I have a lot of interest and mainly they cater around games, i like all sort of games : cards, boards, videos, sports… used to play basketball lol , I like debating, arts as writing, painting, cooking yes it is art and with me it is chemistry class, fashion I am miss can’t pick a style, music and drawing but I like to not take myself seriously and just have fun with anything since I like to take in new interests and experiences.

Three things I like in a partner is that they manage to be nice with me yet are able also to embarrass me by being flirty cause i enjoy the sensation of warm of fluster 💀 they have to support my self being kind of tsundereish and do not mind me being independent but are able to see when I need support even if I deny it because I have difficulties to show vulnerability and finally they have to be interesting in someway traditional or not for me to stick around and in best case scenarios admire them.

[KNB] With This Ring, I Promise Thee #1

Taiga's first memory of his mother was her smile.

Kagami-centric, character study, Kagami & Himuro friendship, their hypothetical backstory bc reasons

It's been a little over a month since school started before someone took notice of the ring.

Practice was about to start and Taiga was running late. He was asked to stay in class by his teacher for a few words about his flunked Math quiz. It turns out, a "few words" meant a mini-lecture session so he had to basically teleport to the gym to make it in time, lest he gets strangled by the coach (read: put in a Boston Crab Hold). Sure enough, the locker room was deserted when he got in.

Or at least he thought it was.

"Kagami-kun."

The words that streamed out of his mouth in rapid succession made drunk sailors look like angels.

Disapproval colored Kuroko's tone, though his face retained its neutral mask. "There was no need for that."

He could argue that, yes, there was a need for that, but he knew by now that there was no use arguing the point. Taiga swore the guy got off on scaring people half to death, the sadistic bastard.

Instead, he asked, "What the hell are you doing here?"

He made a quick glance at the shoelaces he just finished tying and back to Taiga's face, giving him a flat look. "This is the locker room. I believe I am justified to change here whenever I want."

"You basta—"

He stood up, dusting his shorts. "Are you done, Kagami-kun? We have to go know or Coach will triple our training menu."

Taiga cursed. "Right. Practice. Hang on." He hurriedly slipped his shoes on, managing not to fall on his ass and rushed towards the door.

"Kagami-kun, you forgot something."

"Huh?" Kuroko was holding a necklace chain, faintly glinting from the movement. Its pendant, a plain silver ring, swayed in time to the teasing rhythm.

His.

"Oh, thanks," Taiga said, taking it from him. It must have slipped off his neck when he was changing.

There was a brief silence before Kuroko spoke. "Can I ask you something, Kagami-kun?"

Taiga blinked. "Yeah?"

"I always see you wearing that necklace. At first, I thought you were just fond of wearing dog tags, but that doesn't seem to be the case. What's more is that what you're wearing on your neck is a ring." Kuroko looked at him seriously. "Is Kagami-kun secretly engaged?"

"... I don't even know how to respond to that." What's worse is that Kuroko doesn't look like he's joking.

"Just what do you boys think you're doing?"

The atmosphere suddenly dropped, ice caps practically forming on top of the lockers. Both boys turned to see their coach leaning on the doorway, her hands across her chest with a menacing smile on her face.

Suffice it to say, the answer to Kuroko's question was saved for another day.

Taiga's first memory of his mother was her smile—a row of pearlescent teeth peeking under pale, chapped lips, a smattering of blood on the delicate membrane.

She was incredibly pale, looking like she just went through the wringer. Her pallor looked even unhealthier in contrast to the vibrant red of her hair that flew in different directions. The bags under her eyes told a very exhausting story, a story that one would rather bury in the past, never to be reopened again.

Still, her eyes sparkled with joy even under the harsh lights of the fluorescents and she was the most beautiful thing he'd ever seen.

Looking back on it now, he supposed he must have made it all up on his mind. Just because they had a picture of his mom holding him in her arms right after he was born, it didn't mean he remembered the actual thing. Maybe it was just the heat in LA that was getting to him. It was so surreal that he tried asking his dad about it, but the only answer he got was a tiny smile and a pat on the head.

So he went for the next best thing: his basketball buddies.

"I dunno, dude, that was like years ago," said Jay, the blond kid who lives across the street. Jay's not even his real name, but his name's a real mouthful so they settled for calling him 'Jay'—not that Taiga even knew his real name. All he knew about him is that he's got some moves on the paint and could do a wicked backflip without a spotter. "Who even remembers something like that?"

Himuro-kun--no; Tatsuya--hummed, idly dribbling the ball in his hands. Taiga watched him with rapt attention. Even fooling around, he was really graceful in his movements. "Well, who knows? Maybe it's actually possible. I heard Bill the other day saying his brother taught him how to play video games when he was three."

"Well, Bill's full of crap," Not-Jay replied, disgruntled. "Remember when he said an elephant lived in his backyard?"

"Technically, there was," Kagami said. It was a ceramic garden elephant his parents got from India. Not what he'd promised, but an elephant nonetheless.

He rolled his eyes. "Whatever. Anyway, have you heard about that basketball pro who's been coming to streetball games recently?"
