And a happy 50th anniversary to the Knoebels Haunted Mansion, a classic dark ride which has undergone some updates since opening but still maintains many of its classic features. I do miss the oven room and twilight zone rooms though. I wasn't able to get any in ride photos since it was too dark and moving a bit too fast.

In one of the gift shops at Knoebels today I overheard a mom telling her son “sometimes they (starfish) wash up on shore and dry out, and they get taken and turned into decorations. That’s right, we decorate our homes with corpses.”

And i just thought that was really funny for some reason. This was all said in a very casual “you goddamn idiot” kind of way.
