The King of Scepters, also known as the King of Wands is a Nisu that leads with ambition, he understands power of will & determination. When he’s balanced he becomes a beacon of inspiration to those around him through his passion but when he’s imbalanced he becomes lustful for power which causes him to become prideful & impulsive. He represents the element of fire which fits his burning desires as fire is the spark of hope that pushes us to tap into our inner power to overcome tough odds. In the image the Nisu of Scepters is standing on top of a structure holding his scepter & looking up at the sky while below him is a sun disk & next to him is Bennu, both key symbols of Afurah’s presence as the sun is the spark of fire that gives all living things the energy to thrive through its divine radiance. Being born under this elemental aspect of the Divine Masculine can be a challenging journey just like the other aspects, this aspect in particular challenges men to control their hunger for power as is can not only burn down everything else around us like a volcano eruption it can also burn us down as men internally like the sun itself going into super nova implosion. A very intricate power gifted to Nisu of Scepters by Atum as they are gifted with the power of Duat the 4th realm, also known as the underworld or netherworld. When a Nisu of Scepters masters self control, he awakens the true potential of his will power & can become an indomitable force of nature.

G: What is your source of light?
D: During the day it is the sun and at night, it is lamp, etc.
G: Yes, it is. Tell me, what light is the means of seeing the sun and the lamp
D: It is the eye.
G: At the time of shutting the eyes, etc., what is the light?
D: It is intellect.
G: What is the source of light for the intellect?
D: It is “I”, the Self (Awareness)
G: Therefore, your own Self (Awareness) is the light of lights (or the Supreme light).
D: Yes, O Lord, I am That Supreme Light (Awareness)

This is a fact that some people don’t want you to discover. Again, you can tell how true something by how many insults the devil throws at you!

“I've often thought that there isn't any "I" at all that we are simply the means of expression of something else; that when we think we are ourselves we are simply the victims of a delusion.”

The Timeless Wisdom of African Sayings and Proverbs. 1.”Teeth do not see poverty”. Even when circumstances are dire, people still manage to find something to smile about. 2.”Only a fool tests the depth of a river with both feet”. Don’t leap into a situation without first thinking about the consequences. 3.”Do not look where you fell, but where you slipped”. Rather than dwelling on your mistake, look at what caused you to make the mistake. 4.”The best way to eat an elephant is to cut him up into little pieces”. The best way to solve a problem is to tackle it bit by bit, one step at a time. 5.”He who does not know one thing knows another”. No one can know everything but everyone knows something. 6.”Rain beats the leopards skin but it does not wash out the spots”. No matter how hard you try, you cannot change another person’s character. Similarly, if you behave badly and develop a poor reputation, it’s difficult to change other people’s opinions of you, regardless of how many good deeds you perform. 7.”No matter how hot your anger is, it cannot cook yams”. While anger can prompt a positive action that may resolve an issue, the act of getting angry resolves nothing. 8.”A roaring lion kills no game”. Sitting around and talking about something gains nothing. The saying also implies that you should work towards your goals quietly rather than bragging about your achievements prematurely 9.”Do not call the forest that shelters you a jungle”. Do not disrespect or insult someone who shares your burdens and responsibilities or who takes care of you. 10.”Rain does not fall on one roof alone”. Trouble does not discriminate. It comes to everyone at some point. 11.”Ears that do not listen to advice, accompany the head when it is chopped off”. A person who does not heed advice will suffer the consequences. 12.”Not everyone who chased the zebra caught it, but he who caught it, chased it”. To achieve a result one must put in effort. #blackhistory #knowthyself #blackhistory365 #blackhistoryfacts https://www.instagram.com/p/CnkZiqUDKCaKqlUt4S4vWH0IovnClTfoSvlDVU0/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

This holiday season is generally seen as a time of joy and celebration. However, for some people, it can be a time of difficult reflection, sadness, loneliness, anxiety and depression.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Psychoanalyst James P. Cattell coined the term holiday syndrome, defining it as a reaction that manifests itself at the end of the year. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ He describes this syndrome as: "A presence of diffuse anxiety, numerous regressive phenomena, including marked feelings of helplessness, increased irritability, nostalgic rumination, depressive affect, and a desire for magical problem-solving." ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ This period does not precipitate but can expose emotional suffering.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Loneliness for some, the stress associated with travel and family gatherings, for others, confronting losses, and financial insecurity, among many other factors, are routinely cited as contributing to an increase in episodes of depression.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ There are no ready-made formulas to resolve this confrontation with existence. But as Dunker says: There is a mistake in looking at our lives as if we were just productive machines, limiting ourselves to what we earn or produce, as if our application to studies were an investment, as if our dreams were goals. And he wisely points out: ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ "To weave the thread of desire that connects who we are to what we were, inventing what we will be, it is necessary to examine the intensity and quality of what is linked to certain things we call desire. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And may we gently mirror and magnify the light of others, welcoming their shadows. ⁣⁣ Dulce Tereza By Giorgio Rigotto. ⁣⁣⁣ Clinical psychologist. The 8th House.
“No more the victory of spirit over matter and definitely not the victory of matter over spirit – the next stage is not one overcoming the other, but a merge.”
— Frederick Nietzsche
Shrouded in mystery, the 8th house continues to riddle those who refuse to consciously plunge into it’s depths. This house belongs to scorpio and pluto, who take no prisoners. This is the area between life and death, the transcendental void where all possibilities exist. The 8th house contains within it, hidden treasures and guarded secrets of the occult mysteries. Those who superficially seek it’s riches for power are lured into it’s dark waters where they are led to a spiritual imprisonment of their own demise. The knowledge attained here is sacred and those who happen to stumble upon such information without first establishing proper spiritual maturation and discernment are forewarned. Prematurely eating from the fruit can come with a high cost and dissolution of the “veil of ignorance” must not be rushed by the ego. This house is not concerned with affairs of the flesh but rather total dissolution, purification, and transformation. Natives with heavy 8th house placements are learning lessons of surrender and the proper use of power. It’s only through facing ones darkest, innermost demons that the shadows of the past are finally brought into the light of awareness and the shackles that have bound us to these unforgiving cycles are finally released. Through sacrifice and dedication, those who brave the unforged path to self mastery are awarded the ultimate gift of spiritual liberation. True wisdom is only attained through experience.

Positives and Negatives of each moon sign imo
From the opinion of a Virgo moon ❤️
Aries moon: Fairly loyal, sometimes to a fault. I also find they tend to be family oriented in some way. The passive aggressiveness is unreal, and they will scar you with insults if you hurt their feelings.
Taurus moon: Good listeners, easy to connect. Can be SO funny or so boring. Tend to stick to routine and it can be their downfall. Stubborn, a little self centered even when they say otherwise, can be a little spineless when in the middle of conflict.
Gemini moon: Emotional communication CAN be great. Very smart, and pretty funny. Not great at receiving criticism, and can think youre insulting their intelligence when calling them out. Plus I really dont like the constant "battle of the wits". Always needs to have the last word.
Cancer moon: Very in touch with their feelings, not in the "crybaby" way but just they let themselves feel when needed, big Mommy/Daddy energy. Anger is a dangerous tool in their hand and I find they get jealous or like youre attacking them very easily.
Leo moon: Very funny, self deprecating humour. Both mature and immature. Can be big headed for no reason, but I find theyre easier to bring down to earth level than other moon signs. Will always remember your birthday. ❤️
Virgo moon: Detail oriented, perfectionist TO A FAULT. Holding yourself to a MUCH higher standard than you need to, yet the standard needs to be higher for some. Hypochondriac! Can be critical both internally and externally. Toeing the line of Mean Girl. Will also always remember your birthday.
Libra Moon: First of all, RELAX. I swear the Libra moons in my life are more anxious than me. They tend to be very level headed, surprisingly. They have their airhead moments but I've known Libra moons who are great in leadership positions, that act fair and equal. You need to give yourself a break tho, and dont let your head get too far into the clouds when self reflecting.
Scorpio moon: SO loyal. They will have your back if they consider you part of their pack. But GOD do they have Mommy issues. They like to put the people they love on pedestals, then get upset when said people dont live up to the high expectations they hold. A bit intimidating especially when holding a grudge.
Sag Moon: Fairly funny! I love a good Taurus sun/ Sag moon combo. Very loud and outspoken, even when theyre wrong. Will fight to the death to win an argument. Similar to Gem moons when you call them out, and think youre attacking their intelligence or character.
Capricorn Moon: Youre too hard on yourself baby. Take a deep breath. Some of the most mature people I know have Cap moons. But stifle their emotions and bury them six feet deep. They dont know the definition of crying. Their parents could die and they would go to work within the hour and work just to not feel grief. Can be a bit monotonous, and definitely need to lighten up occasionally.
Aqua moon: These moons know me WAY too well. My partner is an Aqua moon and she practically reads my mind, and is SO patient. I have nothing bad to say about her. Other Aqua moons Ive known can be both smart and dumb at the same time. You have a big ego and for what? Take it down two notches. Otherwise, pretty funny, dark humour is their friend. But i feel deep down they feel detached from everyone else because their feelings dont feel like their own.
Pisces moon: You see life through rosy glasses. I can connect easily to them emotionally, but some take what you say and use it against you. Are not that great at confrontation, and will send someone else to fight their battles. Delusional is SOME way, example: Big ego with nothing to show for it. Hypochondriacs, and critical of others.
