Some sketches or Hufflepuff Sev. In my mind he’s an eco goth who loves caring for plants and collecting animal bones. This Severus’s future profession is becoming a mediwizard. Me and @benjami-n had the idea that being in Puff would help him a lot with his traumatic home life.

The positive atmosphere and friendships shape this Snape to be more shy, less cruel but still as snarky. He’s able to keep his emotions under control and comes across as kind of “dreamy.” He carries huge tombs around with him much to Lily’s amusement. This Sev also isn’t bullied due to the protectiveness of his housemates. James attempts at messing with him cause him to be looked down upon at first.

Puff Sev and Lily have a wonderful little club that sneaks into the Forbidden Forest to poke and prod at dead things.

Alright here is my design for my southern Snape AU!

The aesthetic for him is a gothic southern gentleman. I figured instead of wearing robes he’d wear antebellum style clothing while teaching. Gave him a cane to add to that image- with his wand concealed inside of course. Lucius accuses him of being a copy cat because of this lol.

His familiar is a possum he rescued as a child. Name recs are welcome! This Snape also grew up in poverty and was expected to hunt for meat or pick up road kill to bring home. He found his familiar struggling to survive after its mother was ran over. His familiar will hang onto him almost all the time and especially in class. After all, it’s nice to have a second pair of eyes on your shoulder!
