Sorry, I know this is a bit indulgent. But do you think you could make up any cute headcanons for those caring Nagito ships. Because the "Gundham works on removing his curse" idea was adorkable. :3

Oh most definitely! I will give you one for each in fact!

Nekomaru would make sure Nagito takes care of himself due to relating to his illness, making sure he takes whatever treatment needed to make him feel a bit better. Also, as a team manager he sure would make sure to keep his self-esteem up.

Chiaki would be the more soft when it comes to taking care of Nagito and his self-esteem, doing little thing like making him little lunches and tell him little sweet things to make sure he things better of himself.

Fuyuhiko would be kind of in the most stern kinda things when it comes to Nagito just like with Peko, scolding him a bit whenever he says something bad about himself or he tries to do something to put himself down, and if someone tries to harm Nagito, well. . You sure won't see them in some time at least.

Mahiru is also quite stern as well, he tries to make sure that Nagito always knows that he is apreciated even if she sometimes puts a bit pressure on her just like with the rest of the boys in the cast. But she does make sure that he knows she cares about him and that she hopes he can start taking care of himself as well.

Gundham is an. . Interesting case due to his perseption of the world. He sees Nagito's extreme luck cycle and illness as a curse and will work his hardest to cast it away to make his beloved happy, even if it takes some time. He also tries to make sure Nagito is love, calling him things like his prince or his right hand man.

I saw your posts from a while back about Komanidai. Compelling stuff that improved my opinion of the ship. Would you be okay giving your thoughts on the other non-Hajime pairings/rarepairs for Nagito? Y'know, Komanami (Chiaki), Kuzumaeda (Fuyuhiko), Soumaeda (Kazuichi), Roulette (Gundham), Komamiki (Mikan), Komazumi (Mahiru), Twokoma (Imposter), Matsukoma (Yasuke).

He's a gay man, fuyuhiko would not put up with his bitch ass, i think komasoudanidai is cool but komasouda alone would rot, gundham would not put up with his bitch ass, he's a gay man and they hate each other, he's a gay man and she's a lesbian who hates him, the imposter does not deserve that, he's got enough problems to fuck yasuke at least once but it wouldn't be a good relationship by any means

gender: sometimes gay men arent men at all and thats okay. in fact sometimes gay men are girls. sometimes gay men are nonbinary transfems. sometimes gay men use they/she/any pronouns. the important thing is that komaeda is a girlboy. not a malewife, hajimes a malewife, komaeda is just a regular wife, who is a man. also i laugh really hard when people say komaeda is masculine like No she isnt. their gender is more nuanced and deep than you will ever know.

a ship i have: LOL. so. lmao. so. so. theres the obvious. i also like matsukoma SO much. komanidai is incredibly sweet. sdr2 boy polycule is also something im incredibly fond of.

brotp: nagito and junko disaster hell friendship is really important and funny to me and frankly people who refuse to see the comedy in their parallels are sick. also a huge fan of him and chiaki, ibuki, mahiru, and sonia being bffs.

notp: see komanami is forgivable to me if its portrayed as a qpr but komamiki is the stupidest shit in the world. komaeda and mikans relationship is that they go to the same group therapy sessions and they dress up as much as possible just so they can feel smug walking away thinking “i ate that bitch up and she has no idea… LOL!” i dont know how anyone even conceptually pictures them kissing each other

a random headcanon: what society has to understand is that komaeda is disabled like not only with the illness and the missing arm but also in ways you dont even see. like komaeda has joint problems and arthritis in their hands, and ocdtism, and chronic pain, and schizotypal pd, and more. and people are wrong about a lot of it like sorry babes komaeda doesnt have bpd komaeda is not cluster B at all you are just only seeing them in the context of an incredibly stressful event. komaeda is a system to me also but this im biased on (fictive voice)

overall opinion: at least once a week i get so mad about people not getting komaeda that i punch my wall this has happened since i was 13

I ship Nagito X Nekomaru (Marumida) HARD

I think their dynamic is really interesting because they went through very similar situations but have very different outlooks and balance eachother out. They both are chronically ill and know they will likely die soon. The big difference is that Nagito sees this and is like “I’ll die soon anyway. Fuck it.” And acts extremely reckless and seems to not value his life or care for himself. Nekomaru, on the other hand, has an outlook along the eyes of “I’m going to live my life to the fullest by helping others and taking care of myself so I can live as healthy as I can!” He spends a lot of time working out for pleasure and helps others like Akane. In the end, he sacrifices himself due to how he values life as very important and wants to keep others safe, while nagito sacrifices himself in a place of anger, wanting to kill everyone but the traitor (chiaki). (Also they’re both mlm or mlm coded, however I’m not one to be strict on cannon sexualities of characters)

I feel they’d be able to help eachother a lot. Nagito loves beautiful things, and would help Nekomaru see some of the smaller things. Nekomaru would help nagito learn to value his life and help him grow healthier with exercise and self care (like it/his massages!)

Overall I think they’d make a surprising, yet also very good couple!

Ship question. What Nagito ships do you like besides Komahina and Komanami? I'm personally quite fond of Komazumi, Komanidai, and Komadam. Komaegi doesn't really do it for me. And Junkomaeda is just...no.

I like Komadam as well!! Really dig the two concerning boys as a pair, romantic or otherwise, it would be funny of Gundham believed that Nagito has a curse and tries to remove it as a show of affection. I also like Kuzumaeda, small angry boyfriend and tall calm boyfriend, but turns out the angry one is kinda nice and the calm one is kinda fucked. Also Komawari, i know they get along the least out of every survivor in the game but i do think Akane cares about Nagito, it would be nice to see them care for each other, especially Akane doing things like asking if he ate enough.
