The Sims 4: Medieval Save

Hear ye! Hear ye! The Medieval Save is finally here!

This has been an ongoing project which many Simmers from all across the world were apart of and we turned nearly 19 worlds from the game into medieval kingdoms. I've always been a fan of medieval fantasy as well as The Sims Medieval and so this save was born.

A few things to take note of:

* Due to the previous placements of some lots in destination worlds, a bug caused them to became unplayable. It is now fixed (as well as a few other things) and I kindly ask you to re-download the save and delete all previous versions (uploaded before 13 March 2023).

* This is not meant to be a historically accurate save and not all worlds can be considered "medieval". For example Oasis Springs was turned into Ancient Egypt and StrangerVille was turned into a Native-American world and there are many fantasy creatures in the save. Also, The Sims is a very modern game and we had to work with what we have. I guess it would've been more accurate to name it Historical Fantasy Save or something along those lines, but the main theme has always been medieval.

* It requires nearly all the packs and is quite a big file. I didn't want to restrict people's creativity and we don't have many medieval looking items in the game. I recommend lowering your graphics if you have a lower end PC and note that you might have many bald, nude Sims and missing build objects if you're missing packs.

* It doesn't add any new gameplay, though it could change how you play the game. Almost all modern appliances are removed and most lots are off-the-grid. This is not a mod and thus I couldn't add things like swordfighting or things that would make the save more immersive. Luckily there are many mods out there that could help with that.

* Some Sims with royal titles have longer names and editing them in CAS will force you to shorten their name. If you wish to edit them, you can shorten their name in CAS and just re-add their titles with MCCC in live mode.

* NPC Sims/townies will continuously spawn with modern clothing by the game's design. You can either delete them as they spawn, give them medieval makeovers or edit them in CAS and replace them with medieval Sims from the Gallery. Worlds included in this save:

Fairdells, previously Willow Creek:

A magical kingdom home to elves, gnomes, fairies and several magic-wielding races.  Ruled by the tyrannical King Taranath, the future of this once-peaceful kingdom looms in the air. Architecture includes elven palaces, treehouses, dwarf villages and more.

Egypt, previously Oasis Springs:

The ancient kingdom of Egypt ruled by Queen Cleopatra of the Ptolemaic dynasty. It includes pyramids, palaces, temples and more.

Wood Grove, previously Newcrest:

An extension of Fairdells home to dryads, elves, gnomes, ogres and other races. It's a more "foresty" area than Fairdells and includes swampy ogre homes, mushroom homes and lots more.

Windenburg:

A kingdom ruled by the royal Von Haunt family. After the King's death, his young son took his place on the throne, but has much to learn and is ruled by his mother, the Queen. Includes typical medieval architecture like castles, inns, peasant homes and more

Pirate's Cove, previously Brindleton Bay:

A hideaway for thieving pirates and cutthroat buccaneers. Includes pirate nests, ships, inns and more.

Mermaid Isles, previously Sulani:

This kingdom has always been home to both men and merfolk. Recently pirates have invaded and everyone is at war. Includes pirate ships, a mermaid castle, an inn and more.

Chihuahuan, previously StrangerVille:

A desert home to indigenous Native-American tribes. Includes an adobe village, tipis and the infamous Pit of Judgement!

Mt. Komorebi:

An ancient Japanese kingdom home to Japanese farmers and Samurai warriors. Includes onsens, Samurai training grounds, villages and more.

The Swamp of Terror, previously Evergreen Harbor:

A ruined region home to those shunned by society - beggars, thieves, ogres and more. Includes an orphanage, ruined buildings, ogre swamps and more.

Glimmerbrook:

A magical kingdom home to all spellcasters and is ruled by Lady Ravendancer Goth. Includes a castle, library, inn and more.

Britechester:

Built and ruled by the royal Landegraab family, this kingdom is home to scholars and those who wish to learn about history and dragons among other subjects. Includes a castle, student housing, libraries and more.

Selvadorada:

A lost kingdom which includes several inns, temple ruins and more. Many travelers go here to search for hidden treasures and discover ancient secrets.

Nordhalla, previously Granite Falls:

A Viking settlement home to Vikings as well as werebears. Includes Viking homes, a stave church, werebear hideouts and more.

Forgotten Hollow:

A kingdom home to creatures that dwell in the night. Ruled by Count Vladislaus Straud, it's a haven for all vampires, but vampire hunters have recently arrived and things are about to get messy. Includes vampire castles and temples, vampire hunters headquarters and more.

Henford-on-Bagley:

A rural kingdom home to many farmers and their animals. Ruled by House Llamaryen and a place where fairytales come to life. Includes a castle, farm homes, a village shoppe and more.

Guild Centre, previously Magnolia Promenade:

A small shopping centre which includes an inn, tavern, market and apothecary. Travelers from all kingdoms go here for their shopping needs.

King's Valley, previously Del Sol Valley:

Home to some of the most prominent Sims accross all kingdoms, such as the Emperor, his most trusted advisors and high ranking priests. Includes castles and a sept.

Tartosa:

A kingdom surrounded by the Mediterranean sea. Home to the legendary Princess Cordelia and the royal Thebe family. Includes castles, pirate ship, a peasant village and more.

Moonwood Mill:

A village home to lumberjacks, mooncasters and MOOcasters. Includes a lumber mill, peasant village, cowplant farm and mooncaster hideout.

Reporter: Royals are continuing to arrive! Let's see who's here.

Reporter: Arriving now is HRH Prince Wyatt, Duke of Doveport and his wife, HRH Princess Jamie, Duchess of Doveport. While this is the couple's first official visit, Trenton is a long time ally of SimDonia. Prince Wyatt is raising money for the Active Youth Initiative.

Reporter: HE, the Count Hertford and his wife, HE, the Countess Hertford both look ready for the games! But, just Count Raheem is competing to raise money for mental and physical wellness organization, Body4Mind. This is the couple's first trip to SimDonia.

Reporter: Sister Duo, HRH Crown Princess Eun-joo and HRH Princess of Mt. Komorebi have arrived for their first trip to SimDonia. Princess Eun-joo is competing to raise money for the Mt. Komorebi Sports Association.

Reporter: Arriving talking strategy, we're sure, is Sergeant Dylan Labatt who is sponsored by HM, King Oliver of Cedoria and the Isle. Cedoria and SimDonia have had a complicated relationship, but current monarchs have worked to amend it. Sergeant Dylan will be raising money to support veteran services at the Cedorian Homefront. A clause close to both military members.

Reporter: We're excited to see HRH Duke Beckett of Parkshore arrive to the Victory Games! He's recently been more active after a few years of less engagements while his two children were born. He is not joined by his wife, but we hope to see Duchess Elena at some point during the games! Duke Beckett is competing to raise money for the Veteran Medical Center.

my hand-drawn map of simmisota (my personal save file) ✨

clearly, i am no artist lol. but, as i continue to work on my save file, i thought it would be fun to share my map of the state of the simmisota with you all. there have been different iterations of this map but this is my latest work and (currently) i'm very happy with it!

i love having a map handy to help me curate my perfect save file. it also helps me during gameplay because i like to make sure my sims aren't traveling all over the state on a frequent basis. i prefer to keep them regulated to their specific cities (or counties) during their normal day-to-day.

i see simmisota as being on the southwest coast of it's respective country. to the east and north, are unknown states and to the west is the ocean (which also flows through certain cities of simmisota such as san myshuno).

currently simmisota is split into 6 counties (including the isles) and they are color-coded accordingly.

Welcome to the Ton! #1: Mechanics of Gameplay

Sul Sul, and welcome to the The Sims Royal Heirs! This post is the first in a series of introductions, as I try to explain the mechanics of the save I play in. I've included the gameplay rules I follow, mods I use & some more general information that will be helpful when navigating the story.

I can't wait to show you the world of my Sims, because I am dying to talk to people about them and learn about the others that exist.

To understand the stories that are currently unfolding, I thought i'd start with the mechanics of gameplay. I use the more commonly recognised titles & rules of succession, but some have been changed so they can fit within the The Sims 4 world & gameplay capabilities.

1. Countries

Each "world" of The Sims 4 represents a different country. So far, there are 7 countries, and therefore 7 Royal Families that the story follows. They are:

Willow Creek

Oasis Springs

Brindleton Bay

Mt. Komorebi

Windenburg (Encompassing Forgotten Hollows)

Henford-On-Bagley

Sulani

Every country I have can only have one reigning monarch. (Duh!) They are referred to as King or Queen, and their respective partners are known as Queen or Prince Consorts. Mt. Komorebi are the only exception: They are known as Emperor or Empress, and their partners known as Empress or Emperor Consort.

2. States

Each neighbourhood within each The Sims 4 world is considered a "state" of that country.

Each state can have both a Barony/Baronship and a Duchy/Dukedom. Whilst Baronys are usually held by members outside of the direct Royal Family (RF), Duchys are usually held by members of the RF. This is because they're typically given as a gift from the Monarch upon marriage. Baronys and Dukedoms are inheritable.

In Game Example: In Windenburg, there is currently a Baroness of the Crumbling Isles. When Prince Hans of Windenburg marries, he is expected to recieve the Dukedom of the Crumbling Isles.

3. Ranking of Titles & Appointments.

Some appointments (therefore the titles that come with the appointments) rank higher then others. The below list is universal across all countries. This was decided on by the High Table long ago, to avoid confusion within communications and ranks.

From highest to lowest ranked titles:

Monarch (King/Queen/Emperor/Empress)

Queen/Prince Consort, Emperor/Empress Consort

Prince/Princess

Grand Duke/Duchess

Countess/Earl

Duke/Duchess

Baron/Baroness

4. Line of Succession Rules for Titles

All titles are inherited with a non gender specific primogeniture. Regardless of gender, the first born child is the heir apparent to their parents title. If the first born does not accept the title (or becames ineligable) it is then passed to the next sim in line. When does a sim become ineligable? In my gameplay, when a royal or noble sim marries another royal or noble sim, they have will have to choose which country they want to live in. If a sim accepts a title from another country, (aka marries and moves to their spouses Sims 4 world) they are not eligable for any titles they were in line to inherit. In Game Example: Lady Vera Garcia was the heir apparent to her father's Barony in Skyward Plains, Oasis Springs. When she married Prince Hanalei of Sulani, they decided to live in Sulani permanantly. Prince Hanalei & Lady Vera were gifted the Duchy of Lani St. Taz from the Sulani Royal Family. When she accepted, the now Duchess Vera became ineligable to inherit her father's Barony. This meant that her father's second born child, Lord Severo, became the first in line to inherit the Barony of Skyward Plains.

5. Countess/Earl Titles

I think this title has the most changes when comparing it to others, so I thought it needed it's own explanation. This title is given to the Monarch's closest confidant and advisor. Generally it's also given to someone outside of the blood related RF, and commonly they are from another country.

The title of Countess/Earl is not inheritable, and is held by the person until death or retirement. The title is then free to be reallocated to another person at the Monarch's whim. To add to that, It can only be given to a sim that already has a Royal or Noble appointment in the country, or is an heir to a title. Having said that, someone can be given an appointment and then the Countess/Earl title at the same time. In Game Example: Queen Catherine of Willow Creek offered the title of Countess of Willow Creek to Lady Sayuri of Mt. Komorebi. Prior to this, the Countess did not hold any titles within Willow Creek. Queen Catherine appointed Lady Sayuri the Barony of Sage Estates, then the Countess of Willow Creek title.

6. Politics

Some generations ago, the 7 monarchs of the time came together in Henford-On-Bagley. They met to establish a way to cultivate peace & negotiate agreements between themselves. The monarchs stayed at the Grand Volpe Hotel for nearly a month, discussing the terms and conditions. The public called this The High Table, and the meeting of all 7 monarchs has been known by this name ever since. The meetings typically consist of things that effect the entire world & all countries as a whole. It has been known to cover everything from dire requests of aid from a country, to trade issues. Make no mistake, wars have been avoided & started during these meetings.

7. Occult Sims

This sims save does have occult sims involved! Occult sims are members of the sim community, and as such, do have representation in politics also. They have an occult council that does bring their issues to the High Table as needed. It has one member per race (species?).

Interesting Fact: Sulani has a specific law that states only Merfolk are allowed to inherit or hold royal or noble titles. (This does not include partners, who are given customary titles.)

8. Mods

I do use mods on my game play. To be completely honest, these are the reason that I started downloading CC. I literally couldn't picture playing sims without them. Currently, the main & non-negotiables I use are: - @llazyneiph's Royalty Mod - @mizoreyukii's Arranged Marriages - Weerbesu's Longer Parties & More Guests - @nekomimi-m0de's More Club Members Mod - @deaderpoolmc MCCC - Lumpinou's Rambunctious Religions

(Sidenote: I did use KiaraSims4Mods Royalty Mod at a point as well. I adore them both, but for very different reasons. I feel it fit here, because it is absolutely wonderful.)

might as well post these two. i'll make a more sophisticated and organized character page for them and other miscellaneous growing pains characters (when they show up). but —

carson takahashi and hermia takasahi. a real dynamic father-daughter duo born out of extraordinary circumstances. the past year before hermia's birth were a blur for carson. all he can remember is the city, a karaoke bar, an ethereal woman, and the night sky. the nine months onward were nothing special, until that woman shows up on his door step, weak with a child in her arms.

carson's recollection is foggy during that night — was it the drowsiness from lack of sleep? or as it that presence of that woman that seemed to muddle his memories? he can't seem to recall, except for the fact that he's the only one left to raise hermia.

it's not an easy task, raising a child by yourself with a simple dual credit professor's salary; it's also not helped by the fact that hermia herself is an oddity. but everything will be alright, yeah? as long as they got each other.

carson takasahi — 27, he/him, scorpio, intj.

traits: creative, book lover, loner.

he was born in copperdale from mt. komorebi immigrants. the first born son out of two, he was forced to shoulder a lot of responsibility and expectations from his parents.

carson cut them off when he was twenty, and he went to the crumbling isles to get away from the bustle of the city. he got the house he and hermia live in on a budget, and he's spent years making it livable.

barely has any friends; just the one or two. coworkers and him barely mesh with how anti-social he is.

he had just turned 24 years old and was celebrating a promotion when he met hermia's mother.

carson likes watching love island and living vicariously through contestants while grading homework. a guy needs some entertainment while reading mediocre teen essays.

hermia takahashi — 3, she/...?, libra, infp.

traits: angelic

hermia was technically conceived on karaoke night. how fun! her father is carson, and her mother is... her mother. :]

she was named after hermia, from shakespeare's a midsummer night's dream. you can tell the man loves his classic literature.

she has little hands. ( gesturing to the drawings she makes on the wall )

honestly, she's a very standard three year old. a bit shy, with a few latent, yet unstable telekinetic abilities that will become huge problems for her, her father, and her new found friends later, but she's normal.

hermia really likes strawberry cake and fruit salad.

[??]: Their love story began in 2021 when Anthony photographed the Princess for her infamous ROGUE cover. Little did the public know, a budding romance had developed but by the time the magazine was released in November 2021 speculation of the pair dating had Windenburg excited.

[??]: Princess Lara and Anthony then made their red carpet debut in May at the 2022 Simsopolitan Gala and instantly stole our hearts.

[??]: Their whirlwind engagement in Mt Komorebi only made us fall even more in love with the royal couple.

[??]: but it wasn't until their engagement interview with Cameron Dorly that Windenburgans really got to see and hear from the couple.

[??]: The Princess, who grew up before our eyes, and the dashing photographer who swept her off her feet, captured all of our hearts in their 60 minute interview and soon they will wed in a love-filled ceremony.

[??]: I’m Shon Gableton and we’re LIVE at West Simster Abbey. We are less than one hour away from the brides arrival and fans are already exploding with cheers of excitement!

[Shon]: An estimated three thousand spectators made the boat ride over to The Crumbling Isle to witness Princess Lara and the Royals make their way down Abbey Road to West Simster Abbey. Hallie, how are things where you are?

[Hallie Howell]: Thank you, Shon and Good morning, Windenburg! I'm LIVE outside of Buckingsim Palace where crowds have been waiting since 8:00 a.m. to get their first glimpse of the Princess, who is expected to depart the Palace in 30 minutes or so. Queen Rowena is expected to depart for West Simster Abbey even sooner! Back to you, Shon.

[Shon]: Speaking of West Simster Abbey, the historic church was built in 1881 and hosted its first royal wedding in 1883. The original wooden doors were recently reinstalled after two years of overdue repairs. The first time the doors had been removed, since the Abbey was built.

[Shon]: Speaking of firsts, this is your first royal wedding!

[??]: It is! Good morning, Windenburg. Cameron Dorly here. Another first is TIHs The Duke and Duchess of Devonshire! The Caledonyian Empire have been longtime friends of the Royal House of Windsor and are the first foreign royals to arrive.

[Shon]: Buckingsim Palace also announced the new Earl and Countess of Boykins would be visiting @stthomaspalace​ when they carry out their first tour next year.

[Shon]: Crown Princess Elizabeth always looks so stylish! His Imperial Highness The Duke of Devonshire looks quite splendid too!

[Cameron]: Emperor Akio Liu of Mt Komorebi has arrived with Empress Miyamo.

[Cameron]: Prime Minister Keller has really helped turn around parliament in his first few months in office. No surprise he’s here, although former Prime Minister Churchill was who approved the budget for this royal wedding before departing office.

[Shon]: Many were shocked to see King Felipe and Queen Aoki of Oasis Springs on the guest list. The monarch and his wife have been fairly quiet since ceding Glimmerbrook.

[Cameron]: Former Prime Minister, Winstin Churchill has just arrived.

[Shon]: Without his wife. Reports are that she’s been ill.

[Cameron]: We haven't seen much of the new Earl and Countess of St Peters since welcoming their first child five months ago. The future Duke and Duchess of Kent are said to have become quite close to Princess Lara and Anthony.

[Shon]: Queen Rowena arriving with the Duke of Cambridge is not a surprise. It’s no secret the two have quite a close mother-in-law/son-in-law relationship.

[Cameron]: Queen Rowena is the current consort and Rainier is future King consort. The pair are said to have bonded even more over the past few months. Queen Rowena is said to have really helped comfort the Prince through the loss of his family three months ago in that tragic plane crash.

[Shon]: Finally! The new Earl of Boykins has arrived! Here comes the groom!

[Cameron]: Anthony is accompanied by his brother and best man, Perry. 

[Shon]: Perry is the older of the brothers by three years!

[Hallie]: Here comes the Bride! Princess Lara has departed the Palace!

[Shon]: Princess Lara chose six Bridesmaids. Her Royal Highness’ sister, Princess Katherine, is matron of honor followed by her best friend and maid of honor, Lady Marina. The four other bridesmaids are Princess Anna (cousin of the bride), Daphne, Duchess of Hastings (friend of the bride), Lady Amirah (friend of the bride) and Lady Ariana (friend of the bride).

[Shon]: What a surprise! Flower Girls and Pageboys were also inside the limo! This is a huge wedding party!

[Cameron]: The four Flower Girls are Lady Sadira Grimaldi (daughter of Princess Anna of Kent), Princess Grace of Cambridge, Ms Hali Jabari (friend of the royal family) and Ms Olympia Wilson (daughter of tennis great Serena Wilson). The two Pageboys are Prince Phillip of Cambridge and Lord Martin Grimaldi (son of Princess Anna of Kent).

[Shon]: The way this crowd just erupted, we know what that means. The Bride must be coming. Oh yes, we see the car! King George and Princess Lara have made it to West Simster Abbey!

When Windenburg was first founded by a rich teenager looking to make his own kingdom, he was laughed and mocked. He was called the Brat King, the Crumbling King, but now has found his own feet and Windenburg prospered under the New Sixam Empire. King Kolt Seindu II is still mocked as a rich brat, but there is no denying that he has created a prosperous kingdom that continues to make money just by existing.

King Kolt currently has seventeen children thanks to his six wives, and there doesn’t seem to be any sign of stopping. As per his law, his first born son would not only be the sole heir to his throne, but named after him and expected to succeed. However, Prince Kolt Seindu III is highly impressionable and naive to the ways of the world. Until he met Anzai, and both have been completely inseparable. 

Anzai is from Komorebi, and was intelligent enough to pass the brutal entrance exam to Windenburg Prep, which was designed specifically for the Imperial Children. While he is in love with the Crown Prince, he seems to be here with purpose, and has more than one dark secret in his incredibly vague past. Nevertheless, the Imperial family welcomes the prince’s betrothed with open arms.

The Wives of King Kolt

In Windenburg law, only the First Queen is allowed to live in the Windenburg Palace, and the other wives must settle with the lavish estates away from the Emperor. This has caused the other five wives to fight amongst themselves for the privledge of being recognized as true royalty. But their eyes were soon opened when the First Queen Sofia Qets was banished to the Crumbling Castle once she reached old (and no longer child bearing) age. Dieclea Xolk, the second wife, was killed in the final battle. Yan Zilvu, the third wife, ran off to rejoin her old life. The many children of the Emperor are admitted into a Preparatory School to mostly be out of his palace. Here, they are book learned in every important subject, but sadly are so isolated on the Crumbling Isle that they may not have the skills needed to succeed in life. None have a goal for their future, other than to be as rich and beautiful as their father. Some have been used as betrothal chips to bring peace to other kingdoms, while others are on the verge of being entirely forgotten once they make their way to the outside world. All they have is their education, and each other.

The current First Queen Danuella Vranzeks has only given the Emperor girls for children, and nearly all of them have been cast out of the palace. Danuella does her best to look after her children to ensure that they get the best life possible once its time for them to venture out on their own.

Living in Windenburg was not what Burai had envisioned. His skills as a war general were near useless in a country that defends itself by being full of money. He did find a wife who became the body guard of the Emperor’s wives, and had three beautiful daughters, but this was not the glory he envisioned.

He loves his family but feels cheated of the life as leader of the Hakzar family military. And watching the Emperor’s children stagnate in personality and intelligence, he urges his daughter to go out into the world and experience as much as she can.

Mt. Komorebi, 2010

Isle Mashieda was ten years old. She considered herself a BIG GIRL but her dad, Kenji Mashieda, still made her take the little yellow school bus to and from school. 

Taking the bus annoyed Isle to no end. Her school wasn’t even far away! Isle could easily ride her bike there and back. But her dad was “overprotective” (she told him that all the time, “Dad, you’re so OVERPROTECTIVE!) and he wouldn’t let her ride her bike to school at all.

Also, to add insult to injury, he even waited with her at the stop in the morning AND waited to pick her up in the afternoon! So embarrassing! There were kindergarteners who got left at the bus stop alone! Okay, maybe not the kindergarteners. Still, definitely a fourth grader!

But today Isle was spared her daily embarrassment. The best part of rainy afternoons was they often made her father sleepy and late to pick her up. Her Dad wasn’t at the bus stop waiting. 

The rule was if he was late, she was meant to wait for him at Mr. Fukumoto’s general store. Not walk home by herself.

Isle didn’t feel like following the rules today. She wanted to walk home by herself and experiment. She could experiment outside of her house- she so rarely got a chance to! She also rarely got to experiment with her Dad around- he didn’t like it at all. He actually forbade it. 

But he was probably dozing off at the restaurant, lulled to sleep by the steady drizzle. 

And so today was her chance.

1.) Who proposes? Where do they propose? What does the ring look like? Do they both have engagement rings?

Cecil proposed at home while the kids were in school and the twins were with their grandparents. It was rather unconventional as he didn't have a ring when he asked Jonah to marry him. They're planning on shopping for rings together.

2.) What theme are they going for? Outdoorsy? Tropical vacation? Maybe a club theme?

The wedding venue they chose is in the forest. It feels refresshing and smell fresh. Jonah is planning on adding a few pots of red roses down the aisle.

3.) Who spends the most time picking out their dress/suit? Do they want something simple, or do they want something custom and extravagant?

Cecil spent a lot of time picking out the perfect dress. He relied upon Jonah telling him how he looked and how the dress felt on. Cecil wanted something simple but elegant.

4.) What dessert do they choose? Cannolis? Ice cream sundaes? A classic cake? What flavour do they pick? Is there more than one dessert?

They're having a ginger spice cake with butter creme frosting and a cascade of red roses down one side. They'll also serve an assortment of chocolates.

5.) How many people do they both invite? Immediate family and a few close friends, or cousins, second cousins, and A’s aunt’s best friend’s sister?

They both want a simple wedding with just immeditate family and a few close family friends.

6.) Who are the groomsmen/bridesmaids? How many are there? Are they all matching exactly or do they have a few personal touches to their outfits?

Jayden and Evan will be the groomsmen. They will be wearing matching suits but not matching to the one Jonah will be wearing.

7.) Who is the best man and/or maid of honour?

Jayden and Evan will double as the best men.

8.) Who’s walking down the isle? Who’s walking them? Does either of them start to get emotional as they see their future spouse for the first time in a day?

Cecil has read a lot about weddings and he'd love to be walked down the aisle but he doesn't know who he should ask.

9.) Does anyone object or not approve of the marriage? If so, are they shunned and kicked out for speaking out against their love?

The only person who might have disapproved is Ethan; however no one knows where he is so he isn't there.

10.) Do they stumble or get nervous saying their vows? Does the other get emotional hearing the other say such sweet words to them?

Jonah is more emotional than nervous and yes he will need to wipe tears away while listening Cecil's vows to him.

11.) Best man’s / maid of honour speech. Is it all sappy and serious, or does it have some humour and sweetness to it? Are they nervous? Are they proud?

Jayden's speech will be short but heartfelt with touches of humor. Jayden will be very nervous because he wants the best for his twin.

12.) How do they do on their first dance? Is it all quiet and romantic or do they just try to have a good time, laughing and dancing through the room?

Jonah and Cecil dance very well together. They have a natural rhythm that will allow for them to be able to enjoy the moment without treading on each other's toes.

13.) Do they immediately leave for their honeymoon the day after, or do they push it to perhaps the week after to prepare and just live their life as a newly wed couple? Where is the honeymoon taking place? How long do they stay?

After some convincing they will go on their honeymoon right after the wedding. They are still discussing where they will go. They have a couple of ideas. Jonah would like to go on a jungle adventure or go back to Mt Komorebi.

14.) Do they enjoy opening their gifts or do they just ask for money to buy their own things?

Since they already have everything they need Jonah would prefer not to receive any presents. However if anyone would like they could donate to a fund that is near and dear to their hearts, the foundation to helping find missing and exploited sims around the sim world.

15.) How do they wake up every morning after, knowing they’re married to the person they love the most?

Safe, comforted and loved.

16.) When they grow old together, will they reminisce about their wedding day? Perhaps they dig up some old photos to look at. Will they try and see if they still fit into their suits/dresses?

Old age is a long way off since Jonah is pretty ageless due to his mage blood and Cecil is a dragon. However no matter how long or short they live they will always remember their wedding day and enjoy reliving it in their memories.

Royal Vault: Crown Princess Mary’s Jewels.

It’s no secret that the royal family own a great deal of gorgeous jewels. These are often seen at events, or sometimes they are simply enough to be worn on the regular. Here we plan to showcase just some of the jewels the royals have been seen wearing.

Let’s start off with the Crown Princess Mary. Now we don’t have time to go through everything just yet, but let’s start off with the basics? 

The royal jewels are below the cut!

1. Crown Princess Mary’s Ruby Tiara

The tiara was custom made for Mary when she got married and features a three bold Albion Rubies from Oldale in the northernmost part of Albion. The rubies themselves were gifted as an early wedding present to Mary. The tiara also features two different types of diamond that encrust the ‘petals’. The diamonds were supposedly part of the collection that Albion had receieved from Alagus Isle years ago, however this has not been confirmed. We have yet to see Crown Princess Mary wear this tiara at any other event after her wedding, but we’re sure that it will come out soon. 

Below we can see the tiara being worn, paired with a double pearl necklace. 

2. Sunburst Pearl Tiara

The Sunburst Pearl tiara was a gift from the royal family of  Komorebi, originally belonging to Queen Elena. It seems that King Arthur has passed down this splendid piece to his daughter. The tiara features 13 freshwater pearls, and brilliant diamonds. The Crown Princess usually wears this tiara when performing out of state duties, such as state visits. It’s apparently one of the tiaras that she is very fond of. 

Below Crown Princess Mary is wearing the Sunburst Pearl Tiara, with the same wedding pearls on a state visit to @theroyalcoldwells​ . She is also wearing the Airmyn brooch, which we will speak about later. 

3. The Airmyn Arch Tiara

The Albion Arch tiara is one of the oldest that Mary currently wears. It was one of the first created tiaras that was created for the Royal family of Albion, and more specifically, the Princess of Airmyn. It features diamonds set in a platinum curve. Once Mary ascends to the throne, this tiara will be inherited to the next Prince/Princess of Airmyn. If it’s a Prince, it will be loaned to their future spouse.

The last time we saw a picture with Mary wearing the Airmyn Arch Tiara was during the founders day celebrations. Below she wears the tiara with the Bow Pearl Necklace and some simple pearl earrings. 

4. Lucky One Necklace

The Lucky One necklace is a new addition to Crown Princess Mary’s jewels. It’s a very simple necklace, with a silver clover. However, she also owns the same necklace in gold and copper. Apparently it was a gift from her mother, Emilia, before she passed on. This would probably explain why Mary has been constantly wearing this necklace when we see her in public. Once Mary had worn this necklace, many similar ones from stores across Albion sold out. Talk about good advertising. 

Most recently, the Crown Princess wore this simple necklace whilst attending her mother’s funeral. 

5.Ellington Diamond Necklace

Mary has also been seen wearing the Ellington Diamond Necklace. This necklace once belonged to her Great Grandmother, Queen Consort Sofia. It was a gift from King Charles to his wife, as a wedding present. However, the Queen Consort was rarely seen wearing it. It was said that she liked to be simple and not show off wealth. It was named the Ellington Diamond Necklace for the simple fact that it was made in Ellington on the Kings orders. 

We expect Crown Princess Mary to wear the necklace a lot more as she gets closer to becoming Queen. 

6. Airmyn Brooch

The Airmyn brooch is given to who ever holds the title ‘Princess of Airmyn’. Currently, Crown Princess Mary holds this title, and she has been seen wearing the brooch many times. The brooch is a diamond flower with diamond leaves. It’s small, but expensive.

Tim: "Remember little JJ Henford? Sure you do? Well, this is him now. He's the de facto leader of the metalheads around here. His dad's the rock star, Jeremy Henford, and he grew up on some farm in Henford-on-Bagley and is desperate to get out and have some fun! His cousins, Jack and Valeria are OK, but Carla can get all preachy with the vegan thing - she's very high maintenance."

Tim: "Aiden and his gang are all about sourdough lattes or whatever, you know, write poetry while sobbing to Sufjan Stevens. Corin and Kim grew up at Mt Komorebi, and Kieran (from Newcrest) is actually pretty cool, which is odd because his brother, Kyle, is like this weird little goblin thing."

Tim: "Not much to say about the Basics. They're pretty nice for the most part."

Tim: "Then you have the heavy rock fans who aren't the metal fans. I mean, they hang out with the metalheads sometimes, but they're less likely to have a favourite bass solo. They're also reeeeal friendly, if you know what I'm saying."

Tim: "Then there's Marianne's Queen Bee crew. They will do anything, and I do mean anything, to get what they want. I would hard avoid the lot of them, especially Kyle who is just a weird little goblin thing."

Tim: "Finally, the best people that you will ever meet! I'm Tim, I grew up on The Crumbling Isle at Windenburg, which is pretty cool because my family owns the whole island! The house was built by my grandparents, Poppy and Gael, but now I live there with my parents, my sister and her husband and kid, and there's zero cute guys in the neighbourhood to date, let alone anyone I'm not related to! I have to get out of there!

You will also love my BFF, Skye, who is the sweetest person you will ever meet. She grew up in the same Willow Creek mansion where Bella herself once lived - can you imagine? Skye is really fun to be around, and apparently she has some magic in her, but none of us have seen it yet."

It's Spring Break and the Henford-Goth teens are at Oasis Springs. Calvin and Kaley have been getting physical in the hot tub, and most of the fraternizing has been along clique lines, but then Carla Goth embarrasses herself by flirting with indie boy Corin (who is more confused than anything), and JJ is alarmed to find himself attracted to one of the Queen Bees, Phoebe, which he attributes to overexposure the sun, because surely he should be looking at Carla or Valeria or even Kaley instead. Phoebe can't be a very good person, given the company she keeps. She insists that Marianne's cruelty is because she's mourning her grandfather, Isaiah, but his death was ages ago!

JJ hurries over to one of his metalhead friends. That's better. Still, much as he likes her, he finds his attention drifting. This is all so confusing!

Queen Sofia Qets-Seindu (first wife), King Kolt Seindu II, Gilden (household servo)

Unbeknownst to the public, and many members of the Seindu Royal Family, Kolt II is not Kolt I’s biological son, but a clone of him created by Queen Chlo to spread his royal blood as far as she could in her old age. However, the cloning process also gave the clone the memories of the original. Armed with Kolt I’s knowledge, education, talents and natural charisma, combined with Chlo’s strategy, tactics and cunning, Kolt II started making plans for his own kingdom as a child. And as a teenager, he succeeded.

Kolt II was able to amass his own fortune not just from being the fourth child of Kolt I, but also through independent ventures online. He gradually started buying land in Windenburg, starting with the Crumbling Isle and completely owned the entire area by the time he was seventeen and graduated from Brindle Boarding. He moved into his new castle on the Crumbling Isle and appointed himself Grand King of the Rightful Empire of Sixam. The humans of Windenburg were very not happy suddenly living in an empire, but Kolt II came prepared.

Before sitting in a throne, he started networking with other members of the family and the rich and famous. He went to his twin sisters, Eriska and Kasra Seindu-Kira, to ask for the funds to secure his new kingdom in exchange for them being able to do business in Windenburg. Because he was being old fashioned with his approach, they offered to agree in exchange for Kolt II to marry someone in their syndicate as proof of his loyalty. He agreed. However, Kolt II also went to the ROEFE with a similar offer. He asked for the people needed to make a small military squad of soldiers to keep the peace and cement his security, in exchange for the ROEFE to do business in Windenburg. Rue made a similar offer to the Yukionna without knowing: to marry someone in his organization as proof of loyalty. Kolt II also agreed.

So which syndicate member did he marry?

“Why not both?”

Thus, one of Kolt II’s first orders in his Absolute Mandate was that any citizen of Windenburg could have as many spouses as they wished. And polygamy became the new (begrudging, optional) norm. Kolt II went on to marry five women at the end of the fifth generation.

Sofia Qets was a famous actress and activist on Sixam, well known for taking and making projects that projected her beliefs. She was charmed by Kolt II when he visited Sixam to announce the founding of his country. Because of his sweet words and bold promises, she came to live in his palace. And Kolt II was so struck by her beauty, intelligence, and ability to connect with anyone, that he couldn’t help but marry her first before his other wives.

Kolt II is widely unpopular with the rest of the world, though he has some supporters in Windenburg and Sixam. His family tree despises him. He’s known around the family as “The Brat King,” “The Crumbling King”, “The Boy King” and in Komorebi “Oh-Gaki” (Brat King).

The Wives of Kolt II

Queen-herald Yan Zilvu-Seindu (third wife), Queen-herald Viliana Nimek-Seindu (fifth wife), Queen Herald Roseliya Alzail-Seindu (fourth wife), Queen-herald Dieclea Xolk-Seindu (second wife)

King Kolt II, to get around making marriage arrangements and not being forced to choose one from criminal syndicates, made polygamy legal in Windenburg. He also offered auditions and money for women and/or their families if he married an eligible bachelorette. Two of his current harem are political arrangements, the other two were paid handsomely for their matromony.

Yan Zilvu was from the ROEFE, and Diclea Xolk was a loyal member of the Kiraseindu, and both bicker constantly on the castle grounds upon eye contact. Roseliya Alzail was a Windenburg born influencer who thought marriage was a get rich quick ticket to party in the clubs. And Viliana came to the city to earn money for her sick grandmother, and found being a wife of King Kolt II paid the most.

The women don’t have much in common, except they do (mostly) admire Kolt II as a king and husband. They also have restrictive lives, are not allowed to further their education, and if they meet with people are to be community leaders who can be respected by the humans and be graceful and elegant at all times. They are all also expected to carry Kolt II’s children, and whoever can give him the first boy and true heir to the throne may be his Empress and be free to finally live as they wish.

Burai Hakzar, Captain Of The Windenburg Knights

As a teenager, Burai Hakzar, first born to the Hakzar military clan, was favored to lead the military after his mother, General Nezea. Burai was well built physically, and never backed down from a battle or challenge. The future would go in the Hakzar’s favor with Burai in charge. But then Burai met Kolt II during the Brat King’s first tour, and the two quickly became very good friends with lots in common. At least, this was Burai’s opinion. Kolt II offered Burai a job to be his Captain Of The Guard, where Burai would have an entire kingdom to guard and command, riches beyond his wildest dreams, and as many guys or girls at his beck and call as he wanted. It would be a life of luxury.

Burai took the offer, leaving his home and military once he graduated from Grunt Military Academy. His mother is heavily disappointed Burai threw his life away to sit on a pile of money and wear plated armor, but she respects his decisions as an adult. He’s always welcome to come back if he wishes, but for now Burai is enjoying his life and new reputation.

Putting together a royal guard was just half the battle. The Knights walk the streets in armor plating carved and grafted from Sixam metals that are lightweight to carry but fortified in the right places to stop bullets, laser blasts and sharp weapons. The armor isn’t perfect defense, but was made to be stylish and intimidating, fitting into the old world esthetic of Windenburg.

Dutchess of Love

Dutchess Dehea Seindu

Third born to Queen Airea Seindu, Dehea wasn’t satisfied with being a pampered princess who sat in a castle with piles of money. She felt it was her destiny to be a queen of her own kingdom. However, she grew up watching her uncle Kolt II come into power overnight and how hated he was for just outright buying a kingdom with no purpose. She did not want to end up like him, so as he went about her studies in Brindle Boarding, she planned and waited.

It became apparent to her that both she and her uncle could learn from each other, so she offered Kolt II to be his Royal Advisor as he gained his footing in Windenburg as an actual political ruler. He agreed, and Dehea got to work seeing how a kingdom was supposed to be run, learning what to do and what not to do, and passing on her findings to Kolt II. Soon, under he guidance, he made Windenburg an actual kingdom rather than a fancy place he funneled money from. Dehea, after taking what she learned to practice governing, sought out barely populated land to make a foothold in her reign and found the desolate ports of Tartosa, a former den of pirates and smugglers where few people lived and did business. She introduced the area to her older brother, Aiden, who was charmed by the small and quiet ports and took his then-boyfriend on vacation there to get away from the crowds.

Dehea saw the potential in this little place, and made it her goal to make her place of power here. She became Aiden’s wedding planner when he proposed, and held the wedding of the century in Tartosa, complete with pictures and internet postings about this little-known gem of a town to the world. Tartosa soon became popular as a romantic destination, and Dehea soon gathered money from tourism to rebuild the town’s structures, economy and reputation. Now a grateful presence to the people of Tartosa, she let them appoint her as landowner and leader, and she in turn appointed herself with her own terminology to stand out from the other monarchs. Tartosa became a Dutchy (equivalant to a kingdom), and she, as its ruler, was the Dutchess (equivalent to a King or Queen).

Sixam Military Might

As the Hakzar family continued to grow in power and in numbers, it was Lt. Vil Hakzar that noticed some strange plant growth in the desert beyond. In previous generations, there was a mystery surrounding similar plants that lead to a battle with something called the Mother Plant, which was solely defeated by Queen Chlo Seindu. So, Vil contacted the Queen again with her findings, and Chlo confirmed, with a chill down her spine, that the Mother Plant somehow returned.

Chlo came back to Strangerville to go over her findings with Nezea, Vil and the rest of the military to determine how it returned and how to stop it. Vil took initiative to gather samples and explore the old laboratory in the crater. Making a new vaccine and herbicide wasn’t something Vil was knowledgeable in, however she found another Sixam alien exploring the lab for answers, a resident doctor named Brice Simon. The two worked tireless hours together, Vil gathering and testing serums and vaccines while Brice tried to genetically engineer a permanent solution. Together, along with Queen Chlo, General Nezea and Dr. Mondo Hakzar, Vil lead the second assault against the Mother Plant and came out victorious. However, Vil was heavily scarred when the Mother Plant chewed her up and spat her out. But after wining such a perilous fight, she wears her scars with pride. Having fallen in love with Dr. Simon, Vil and Brice fell in love and soon got married; they went on to have three children together.

Nezea still lives at the base, training new recruits and overseeing new programs around technology and medicine. She and Mondo had their son, Burai, and then two sets of twins together. Mondo was also pollinated and had a son.

This year’s class of students all have promise, but so was Burai’s. The future is never set in stone. Zand Hakzar, first born to hero Vil Hakzar, is the favorite to inherit the military might of Sixam, but only time will tell. The younger kids think that boot camp is a drag, their future is a lot less certain. But their families will take pride, as long as they do what makes them happy and fulfilled.

After family heads Lucira and Ronni Hakzar retired, they demolished the old Sixam architecture of the Desert Mystery Palace and replaced it with a Western style ranch with more room and structure to live in. The new Hakzar family home boasts a small garden and lab, which Dr. Brice Simon-Hakzar decided to keep going while his wife, Vil Hakzar, continues her military work at camp. He’s raising plants to make his at-home apothecary while being head of the Science division in Strangerville. He’s studying ways to keep the Mother Plant away, and looking for answers as to why it came back two generations later.

Braelley and Zul were good friends growing up who wanted to share their futures together. However, at the time, Braelley wasn’t considered royalty but wanted to continue her parent’s work of forming a spy agency. Zul found she was gifted with communing with the dead and wanted to pursue that passion despite her title of princess. Queen Chlo had a solution that suited them both: an old human mansion in the little valley of Glimmerbrook, where she was planning on founding the training grounds of the Hakzar spy network.

The old house was called Morrigan’s Landing. What is left of the old civilzation tells tales of a being called either Morrigan (singular being) or the Morgana (three beings) who were the Goddes/es of Death and Heroes. Disguised as a raven, she would land on the shoulders of warriors who were soon to die, and would be praised as heroes in the afterlife. The old stories fascinated Braelley, and right after moving in, started recruiting spies into the network collectively known as the Morgana, and it’s members Morrigans. And while Braelley’s m.o. in spywork was to seduce and carry the children of known criminals and powerful people, she ended up choosing a man that not only fit the mold of the Morgana, but also her own lifestyle. She’s not yet married to Crag Ceczo, but it’s in the cards. Along with a previous child from her work, she has a son with Crag.

Zul saw that Morrigan’s Landing was HEAVILY haunted, so much so that a simple exorcism wouldn’t be enough to expell the massive amount of spirt energy flowing through the house. It would need constant work to ensure that life was as normal as possible in the manor, and it made her so happy! It became Morgana policy that a Paranormal Investigator was to live on the premises at all times to deal with the supernatural shenanigans that happened at night. Zul, wanting to keep the work in the family, picked a handsome socialite to have a child with, and gave birth to her son, Jareth.

The Raven’s Roost Archival (as inscribed on the building itself, rather than ‘Archive’) is one of the oldest buildings in Glimmerbrook and seemed to be both a boarding house and library. Because the town is mostly abandoned, there are no locals to answer for why the buildings were left the way they were. Servo Grimoricus was built to go through the numerous books kept in the Archival, but was also dual-programmed to watch over anyone willing to live in the building. The Morgana decided to repurpose the Archival as a specialty school for those looking to become members from a young age.

Naturally, the first class are the youngest Hakzars born into the clan, but others coming in to train in ancient history lessons are starting to make life miserable for young Giselle for no reason. Giselle is quiet and keeps to herself, and is mostly dealing with abandonment issues after her mother stopped paying attention to her when her brother was born. The only comfort Giselle has in this private school is a letter she received, telling her that if she feels lost and alone to call the number listed for a friend.
